This was definitely a quality experience. It was our first time financing a car, our first car was bought used with cash. Colby Soileau immediately greeted us with an open door, and within 20 minutes we were test driving. He knew exactly what we were looking for after a few quick questions. An hour later we were in the buying process. Here is where he really stepped up. As you know it is hard financing your first vehicle, especially if you are self employed. Our income was well above necessary, but we didn't have purchasing history. Colby didn't let this deter us from obtaining our vehicle. He worked with us as long as he had to until the keys were in our hand, and at a very low interest rate!! Not to mention the free sausage. We felt like winners after leaving Nissan, and haven't needed to go back since. I will be purchasing any future vehicles from them no doubt! Thanks Colby!

Everyone who works here is very nice. However, I had a bad experience. I had to go to this place to have a part installed on my Nissan Titan. That went very well. I also needed a low beam headlight bulb replaced. 7 days later I noticed that the bulb no longer worked. When I went to a repair shop closer to where I live, they showed me the bulb that no longer worked. It was an old bulb. I've lost my confidence in LeBlanc Nissan. Thank you Tommy Little w/LeBlanc Nissan, for contacting me about my "bad experience" regarding my front light bulb issue. I appreciate your help in resolving this matter. Miracles do happen!

If you take appointments on Saturday I do not feel you should have to wait 2+ hours for an oil change. Just do walk ins because appointments insinuate a shorter wait time. Also the sensor was not reset on my car and I'm not sure if my tires were checked and rotated because now both of my sensors came on. I visited on Saturday and it is only Wednesday.

Price LeBlanc called me to schedule an appointment for a recall on my Nissan Murano. The first available appointment was two weeks away. I scheduled my appointment and dropped my car off the evening before. The day of my scheduled appointment my service advisor called me and told me that the part was not at Price LeBlanc and would not be in until the next day. She then sent a list of recommended service for my vehicle. I don't understand this. They knew for two weeks what recall my vehicle was coming in for and they did not have the part on site. It seems like the main purpose was to get my car into their shop and then while I was waiting for the part to arrive I would agree to the additional work. I dropped my car off Monday night so that my husband could give me a ride home. My appointment was for Tuesday and no part. Wednesday I call several times to find out what the status was on my vehicle. Finally right before 5:00 pm I finally spoke to a person, instead of a voice mail, and was told my car would be ready Thursday. Thursday I picked my vehicle up and the car was a mess. The paper floor mat was just thrown in (I have all weather mats and this was not necessary). There was also a plastic sheet lying on part of the drivers seat and passenger seat, like it was thrown in, and a post it note was left on the center console. You would think a service center would care how a vehicle is returned. I have purchased my last three Murano's from Royal Nissan and this is the reason why. With 70,000 miles it is time for a new SUV. At this time I am seriously thinking about trying a different make and model. Thank you, Linda Chaney

Donna and Eran were very responsive during my initial internet browsing phase and worked quickly and efficiently to set up my viewing appointment on my request. Malcolm in financing was amazing too as to this is when things usually start to go sideways in the car buying experience but I felt like I was doing busniness with a trusted friend. They even have a wonderful insurance consultant....I believe her name is Ashley...that checked rates for me after the sale to assist me in getting the best insurance quote for my new vehicle. After many years of saving up and waiting to purchase my next vehicle I decided it was time and after shopping around decided on a Nissan Armada. I went to several dealerships but ultimately decided to purchase from Price LeBlanc. My salesman, Colby, was very patient and answered all my questions, he was great to work with throughout the process. I wanted the Armada in a unusual exterior/interior color and options combination but the dealership located one in the right colors and had it shipped in from Mississippi. As I test drove the car the check engine light came on (strange for a new car) and it was taken to the back and determined to be a minor issue that was repaired and so I went ahead and purchased the vehicle. Not 24 hours later the light was back on and I was so upset, clearly the car had problems and now I was stuck with it. I called the dealership and talked with the manager, they offered to come get the car, and provide me a rental to drive while they repaired it. After 2 days the manager contacted me again and told me that they were going to swap out the car because the problems were going to take too long to fix. I was so relieved, I wanted them to swap it out but did not think it was an option. They were not required to do this, the law only states they have to repair it. I am so happy though with my new car, it is everything I had hoped it would be and we are so happy we choose to purchase from Price LeBlanc, they went above and beyond what I expected to make me happy! I was looking for specific features in a used truck and Price Leblanc Nissan happened to have one that met them. This is the first time I’ve purchased a used vehicle, so I was a bit cautious. Tony Ramos and Taylor Lawrence were extremely helpful, responsive and professional in answering all of my questions by e-mail before I made the hour and a half drive to their dealership to look at the vehicle. They even allowed me to take the truck to another auto shop to get an independent inspection. This was extremely helpful in overcoming my concerns of buying a used vehicle. Getting all of my questions answered ahead of time by e-mail made the time spent at the dealership much more productive. Tony Ramos was the consummate professional. He had the vehicle ready for me to take to the third party inspection, had my trade-in inspected while I was away and made a fair offer on my trade. The third party inspection showed no issues. Once I returned, we were able to quickly agree on a fair price and conclude the purchase. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend that you let Taylor and Tony help you out. I think you will be pleased.

They told us they could get the note on a cpo Pathfinder to 400 for 5 years. With all the bells and whistles that could tow 6,000 lbs. Excitedly we kept the ball rolling. I have had my 2019 altima for 3 months. Within a week I notice the hood had an offset and white spots coming into the hood . . I made an appointment took it in to get looked at . When i got home the day of my appointment i notice that they had chipped the paint on my hood . So i made another appointment again for the hood and the chip. 3 appointments the spots on my hood was addressed . I still don't have chip on my hood fixed and now there are scrapped marks below the bumper . Look all i expect is for my car to be fixed and not damaged . I will never recommend or get another car from here.

I was deeply disappointed that my vehicle was released to me with an error condition that nobody had looked at to see if it would leave me stranded somewhere. The service advisor tried to sell me a light bulb change for $120 but didn't bring up that there was a "service engine soon" light that could mean anything from minor (it's okay to fix it later) to severe (it needs to be fixed immediately).

Terrible experience. We were sold a pathfinder after being told it could tow our camper. We started to look further into it after someone voiced concern to my husband and were told if you put a weight distribution hitch on it, it will void your warranty. So we can tow...but can't put the proper hitch? We came back to dealer asking what happened...wound up upside down in the vehicle and had to pay out of pocket to get out of our note. Not a happy customer.

I wish I could give more than just 5 stars for the Price Leblanc Nissan service department in Gonzales. Mrs Gina, Mr Don, Mr Diego, Mrs Noel, and Mrs Kiera are all sooooooo friendly!!!!! I brought my pathfinder in with a list! I just knew they were going to spit in my car! Lol! These guys have stayed in contact with me, and busted their behinds to get me in a loner car. Apparently what I though was wrong with my car just really shows how much I don’t know, but all of these guys/girls (including the service techs) have shown me how much trust I can put in them. The most interesting part of my experience is walking in to the department and being acknowledged before I made it through the door. While waiting my turn I just stood there and observed. THEY TAG TEAM EVERYTHING! Regardless of who your suppose to be working with, someone always stepped in to help. From a waiting customer to a ringing phone, and even engaging in a friendly conservation not just with their co workers but including any customer with in that department. Being a practice manager myself, I would give my left leg to have a team just like them! TEAMWORK MAKES THE DREAM WORK! I hope these guys/girls are paid well or get one hell of a bonus! You don’t find people like them anymore.The service dept alone will always have me going back to Nissan for any future purchases! I hope they are recognized from this review! If I need to include their last names please contact me and I will find out and let you know! PS and they didn’t even spit in my car! Lol!

The last time I brought it in they tightened the battery bracket and cracked the battery so I told them to look at it today when they changed the oil. All they did was check the voltage and said I'd have to schedule a battery inspection for $40 so they could tell me it's cracked and needs to be replaced despite it being their fault. I won't be going back there. It also took well over 2 hrs to so an oil change.

Price Leblanc Nissan was one of the best buying experiences I have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. In one week, I bought 2 vehicles, one from another local dealership and one from Price Leblanc Nissan. The difference in CUSTOMER SERVICE was not only noticeable, but it was concerning. I felt that the staff at Price Leblanc Nissan were much more responsive to my concerns and needs and were really trying to please me, while staff at the other dealership had to be hounded just to get basic things done even though I had spent way more money over there. Nothing. Everything in stock for a certified used Rouge was in black. Lori offered to search other dealers for a light colored certified used and offered a $2,500 discount on a new lighter colored Rouge. We wrote up an offer on a gray one but I really wanted the white one which was $400 more. We said if we could get the white one with the same deal as the gray one we’d seal the deal. Drove off happy in my white Rouge!!

If you have a Nissan GTR and need service, make sure these guys have a certified GTR technician before wasting time driving all the way there. Nissan doesn't allow anyone to touch the car unless they are certified. Brandi took my appointment for a key reprogram and did not tell me that they didn't have any GTR techs available. Wasted over 1 1/2 hrs of driving and waiting for nothing. She also did not return a few of my calls regarding pricing for a 2nd key made for the same vehicle.
