After purchasing a car from Byron George, I realized I could trust him with my most precious thing; my daughter and son-in-law, who are actually in the process of purchasing a vehicle from him right now. Great service that goes above and beyond!

The service department up until today has been extremely professional and prompt. However, today I bring my vehicle in for its regular maintenance and requested a detailed car wash inside and out. I was told that they would need my car for the entire day once I asked for a loaner car I was told that they only provide that service for customers who bought there cars from this dealership. I told the guy well I was provided with a loaner car previously when they needed my car for the entire day so why couldn’t they do that anymore. I was told that they changed the policy within this year and since the vehicle was bought in Houston I could not receive a loaner car, however you can still honor all the service contracts that were purchased in Houston on the vehicle!! Makes no sense to me at all. I was going to pay $300 for a detailed car wash that requires you to have my car for the entire day and you can’t provide me with a loaner car??? I can assure you I will not be coming back to this dealership for any of my Lexus needs from here on out. Lexus dealerships all over provide loaner cars no matter where you purchased your vehicle from!!!

Just purchased a 2019 Lexus RX350 last Saturday and was very impressed with: The entire dealership management—no detail is overlooked—-customer lounge, theater seating and “quiet” room, efficient financial paperwork by Ashley, car impeccably detailed, and great onboarding tutorial in all the technology with Anthony! They really made my purchase and trade-in an enjoyable experience. Kudos to Cliff, the sales rep who was always knowledgeable in answering numerous pre-sale questions from two engineers, and always readily available!

I drove from Houston to buy a car from Price LeBlanc. I have to say, the reviews are part of what made me drive out there and I learned the reviews are legit and well deserved. I had some very specific requests and questions before I was about to make a 9hr round trip drive, and my salesperson, David Waters, handled them all happily & without hesitation. He also sent me the service history so I could see exactly what had been done since the car was traded in. When I got there, I was treated fantastic. The car was exactly what I was told it would be. It was extremely detailed, down to the nooks & crannies behind the fold down seats. The longer I've owned the car, the more I can see how well they prepped it... When I was leaving I noticed the floor mats were missing and David bought brand new ones and had them shipped to me the next day. He also was very responsive for some things I needed AFTER the sale. I've had mostly terrible buying experiences in the past with sneaky interest rate maneuvers, having to defend myself over why I don't want overpriced warranties, issues after purchase, etc., so this was a very refreshing purchase.

Called the dealership after checking my invoice from day before to confirm if full service includes battery check and they confirmed it does but they had forgotten. I brought my wife's GS 350 in for service. I was very pleased with everything until the time we got to her car. Mustard from what I assume was from a sandwich that was being eaten in the car was dripping down the drivers door panel. Mustard was on the hood of the car. There was oil and grease on the drivers side front fender and scratches from a button or buckle of the service technicians working on the car. I was told the car would get a complimentary wash and vacuum when we brought her car in to be serviced and that didn't happen. If this is how Price Leblanc Lexus in Baton Rouge takes care of the customer, I will have the car serviced somewhere else in the future. A few days later, I received a call inquiring about the service. I told them how bad the service and damage to her fender and was told I could bring the car in anytime for a complimentary wash. No thanks Price Leblanc Lexus. I gave 1 star only because it would not allow negative stars.

I was scheduled to purchase a SUV on a trade in yesterday morning. I drove two hours to the dealership, just to find out that the SUV was being sold to another customer when I arrived there. The salesman who sold the SUV was aware that I was scheduled to purchase the SUV but he was still allowed to sale the vehicle to another customer. Not only was I upset that I wasted my time driving two hours to the dealership and two hours back home, but to know that the general manager allowed the salesman to sale the SUV knowing that I was on my way to purchase it displayed lack of integrity and professionalism. I bought an RX350 from Lexus of New Orleans, but I live closer to Price Leblanc Lexus. My wife went in to get the oil changed and the tires rotated, well they didn’t rotate the tires and they argued with my wife basically saying she was lying about the tires. She showed them a picture of the tire that had a very very distinctive scuff mark on it that was dated three weeks prior and they still said she was mistaken. The manager was called in and he told my wife that he stands by his guys and even though he saw the picture and saw the tire had never changed position he said he refuses to believe his guys made a mistake. This is our second Lexus and I would never give price leblanc Lexus another cent of my money. I know the situation would have been different had I been there but I REFUSE to allow anyone to speak to my wife in such a disrespectful way. I paid for the services we were supposed to receive, NOTHING was given to me and again my wife will NEVER be spoken to as if she is some liar by them again ! I will continue to purchase my vehicles at Lexus of New Orleans from here on out !

Bought a car from them before. Everything went well the first time. Went back to trade in my car. They Would not go up on trade in at all. They kept referencing blue book and showed me a paper that didn’t even have all the added options. They were missing $2000-3000 worth of options. Originally they they tried to tell me my car was a different model than it was. They also tried to tell me that my bumper would need to be re painted because it had bug damage. I just took an hour drive there! They refused to do the kelly blue in front us to show me that they put it in right. They just wanted me to trust them even though I showed them the differences. I’ve actually never had a dealership referenced Kelly blue book. They have sat on this for over 90 days and refused to go down on that price either because they lowered it $300 a day ago. They also switched salesman midway through without asking. During the process, we left for over an hour and asked them to clean the car because the car was extremely dirty when we arrived. We were trying to look past the dirty. They didn’t even try to clean it. You would think a returning customer they would want to work with us. They were extremely unprofessional. I will never buy a car from them again.

In certain instances, I believe having a sixth star on a five star system is necessary. This is one of those instances when praising Price LeBlanc Lexus and their employees. Their service is above and beyond. Hands down. No matter what the issue is, they are always smiling and happy to help. I've noticed that even the valet does that little extra step. I'm 5'3" so clearly anyone getting into my vehicle needs to adjust the seat and not a big deal, I am used to it by now. The valet took the time to memorize where my seat was left to readjust it back (days later my I add) for me when I got the car back. Servicing and oil prices have always been fair. If service took more than 12 hours, they set me up with a nice loaner for the evening and never pressured me to bring it back immediately. I guarantee I will sticking with Price LeBlanc Lexus for the future.

When, at last I received that long awaited phone call that the parts were in and I could bring my car in to have the passenger air bag replaced, I must say that the service I received when I brought my car in was first class. Jonathan Chouest was the service representative who took care of me. I had very little wait, and all the papers were ready for my loaner vehicle. I was expecting it would take a couple of days, but was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed, filled with gas, and ready to go the same day.

I enjoyed having someone show me how to work the tech of the car at the end of the sale. Update: The review above was written prior to all of my issues that arose. The dealership messed up all of the paperwork. My car ended up being under my boyfriend's name and not mine. Because they messed this part up, they also paid off his car instead of my trade in. When I started getting notifications from the bank for my trade in I started calling Lexus. I couldn't get anyone to answer my questions. They would transfer me to different ppls VM and I wouldn't get a call back. It took nearly 3 weeks for me to get someone on the phone. She was nice, but assured me they paid my car off. When she told me the amount they paid it was well under what I had owed on my car. We argued about it for a few minutes before she said she would call the lien holder of my traded in vehicle. She called me the next day and confirmed they paid off the wrong vehicle. They handled that, but now nothing for my Lexus comes to my home. It goes to my BF address even tho I have asked several times to change it. They told me to just refinance it... as if that makes this better... refinancing will end up costing more than had they done it right in the first place. Also bc of this mess with his vehicle it reset his loan and caused a double autopay deduction from his account for several months... he kept overdrafting and didnt know why until recently. I dont mind the car but I will never buy another Lexus just bc of the headache this caused.

In the past, my car buying experiences have always been with owners of dealerships, so I was always very comfortable when purchasing, and never had to go through a "car salesman". We scheduled a time for an oil change. I brought the vehicle in at the scheduled time. They came out once to inform me of a nail in my tire( not in side wall) and I asked if they could patch it, they were not sure. Then over thirty minutes later came out and informed me they couldn’t do anything about it because they didn’t have the tire in stock........ .... clearly patching the tire wasn’t going to happen at this place (nail not on side wall and tire is able to be patched) . I waited over TWO and a half hours. When I asked the lady at the desk what was taking so long for an OIL CHANGE, she said “ oh, your car has been finished.why are you still here?” By this point I was furious, not only did my oil change take two and half hours, it costed over 160 dollars. Long story short, time is money, go somewhere else that values your time, not trying to sell you an unnecessary tire and is reasonably priced.

When I came to the dealership everyone was very nice. They had smiles on their face and Brad my consultant gave me the best care. My car took longer than he expected, I had to get back to work and the next day I had a funeral. I did not tell Brad any of this but he took care of the problem and have me a loaner car without asking for it, also he explained to me what was going to take place and exactly how long it will take and how much it would cost and was I ok with everything.
