I used to hate bringing my car in to be serviced, but ever since buying my Lexus, I always bring it in when needed. They have an excellent waiting area with TV, internet, drinks, snacks, comfortable chairs, etc. Some days I just want to go hang out there for a little piece and quiet!

An okay place to get your oil changed, but they lie to try & up-sell. Today, I was told my car needed both engine & cabin air filters. Since these are easy to change I opted to do it myself. When I removed the filters, they were as clean as if they were nearly new (because they were). I've caught them doing dishonest stuff like this several times & wonder if they actually change the oil at all. I would *never* buy a vehicle from them, I only go because they're the closest, which is a stupid reason, I know.

Charged way too much for their 100K service and "found" a problem w/ my car when I went to pick up. Brought to another repair shop that had three diff mechanics look at it and found no problem. Go figure.....

Over the past 14 months I have had two different vehicles serviced here. They have always taken very good care of me. I am only giving four stars because one of the lug nuts was stripped on my 2016 Prius, and no one told me. I was informed about it when I got it in to my home Toyota Dealer in Houston. I keep going back because the service is good and very friendly.

The advisors are not pushy at all, maybe a bit passive, I usually find out about things like engine air filter and such after the service as I'm leaving
