The staff of the service, parts, and cashier departments are courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Most of the staff in the service department recognize me and, when I drive my pathfinder in for servicing, greet me with "Hello Ms. Savarese", with a smile on their face! Miguel, who has been my service advisor for over 4 years, is always ready to answer any questions, or concerns I have about my vehicle. He always makes the best recommendations for my vehicle to last year's to come.

My schedule is very limited on when I can receive service to my vehicle. I brought my 2018 Nissan Murano in for an oil change and tire rotation at 4:30pm. Miguel treated me with dignity and respect and welcomed me as a new costumer. He explained the wait time and even pointed out some local eateries in the area in case I wanted to grab a bite to eat. I was very pleased with the overall service of my vehicle and I will definitely be back.

I have a 2010 Nissan Frontier with 111,000 miles. One of the most reliable vehicle I have ever owned. The vehicle engine light came on and the engine was running very rough. I checked the vehicle into your service department and was later told for a bargain based price o 3,200.00 my vehicle could be repaired. Now I now about 25% of your profits are earned from the sale of used vehicles, 30% for new vehicle sales and 45% from service. The previous numbers were national averages. I took my vehicle to another auto repair business and the problems with the vehicle were corrected for 528.00. The only reason I gave your business one star was your cashier and my service agent were polite and professional. 1n6ad0er5ac419653 is my vin # you should be able to look the case history. I’m curious to see if your company will even respond!!

I really hate to leave reviews so soon after a purchase because you never know what lies ahead but based on the purchase experience itself, the guys here were great. Very organized, professional, knowledgeable, smooth transaction considering the paperwork. I have to wait for the title to come in the mail and the registration and plate will arrive at Premier for me to pick it up. So I’m not sure how all of that will go because it’s too soon to tell. The car seems to be fine. I wish we could’ve gotten the price a little lower but it was still a great deal. They even agreed to purchase my son a new key because the two given to us are pretty much ruined. All in all a great experience and I would buy from them again especially if this turns out to be as great of a car as they say it is.

The Finance Manager delayed the paperwork and never called me even after I resent the requested information to apologize. He supposedly didn't get my text with documents but I sent it to the number he sent me. I will never do business with Premier again. Mr. Mooney apparently is too important to call a customer. I am still irritated at the way I was treated.

Service was terrible! There is absolutely no point in making an appointment because they disregard that, take other cars in front of you and get all of your information upon arrival instead of just looking at the appointment details. It took 25 minutes just to be acknowledged when I pulled in. I was told it would be 3-3.5 hours for an oil change/tire rotation/inspection, but after 5+ hours I had to call and check on my car. I was told it was already ready even though nobody called me- this was 30 min before closing so I had to rush to get my car. I specifically requested that my tires be checked for nails, tread and pressure. I noticed that the service tech aired them up but did not discuss anything about my tires which have nails in them. I also told the service tech when I arrived that morning that I had a coupon and showed it to him (upon request) but got to checkout only to find out it had not been applied or even noted. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE service and communication and seems to be getting worse every time.

I went in yesterday because I was having a problem with my battery. Miguel got one of the guys and they ran a battery test. My battery was bad so he pulled up my information and it was in fact still under warranty. He also saw I had a few recalls so he took care of that while my car was already there. Exellent customer service!!!!

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from them. Both experiences were excellent. No back and forth, just honest sales. The finance guy (we had Lee) did an excellent job of explaining how the loan and warranties worked and he got us in and out within a reasonable time. I had a wonderful experience. There were a couple of recalls I had to get taken care of on my car and they made it very easy. Melody was very helpful and quick to get my car back to me. I ended up leaving my car there overnight (just made it easier) and they provided a shuttle to my house. The shuttle driver Dee was super friendly and nice. The car was finished by noon the next day. Would recommend!

Made an appointment for 9:00 am on a Friday, but when I got there (8:50) I was informed my appointment had actually been scheduled for 2:00pm. With me living an hour away I decided to stay and it took all of 4 hours to get a sensor changed. Great service besides giving people the wrong scheduled times.

Went in for a 20,000 mile check up and explained that I didn’t need the oil change just everything else. They called a few hours later and said “we took care of the oil change you just need a new air filter”. I specifically told them I didn’t need an oil change because I had just gotten one last month. I told them don’t do anything else to my vehicle. I spent $100 on something I didn’t even need because of lack of communication. My salesman did give me the Service managers name so hopefully he will be able to help with this situation.

My Murano is my mode of transportation and I was excited when James called to say my car was ready less than 4 hours later. Earlier he sent me a text with contact information, which made me very happy because I really love my car. I called to ask what time I can pick up my car and with a booming personality, I was told I could come now. I think her name was Amy. After arriving it took all of 10 minutes to check out, have my car pulled up and leave. I really like the employees at Premier Nissan of Metairie. This is my 4th vehicle from Premier and at this rate there will probably be a 5th!

I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. I made an appointment for 11:00. I got there at 10:45 and waited to see a service person. At 11:00 I was at the front of the line and told him my reason for being there and that I would wait for my car. (The dealership is 20 miles away from my home.) He made a face and said it might take a while, and I responded that it shouldn’t because I had an appointment for 11:00. He made some notation on some paper and I went inside to wait. I waited for over 2 1/2 hours!! When my car was finally ready I stated that waiting 2 1/2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation was ridiculous and that I had an appointment. He said making an appointment is mostly for the owners convenience. I stated that I had come for an oil change prior to this one (without an appointment) and was scolded for not having an appointment and was told then that I would probably have to wait a long time because I hadn’t made an appointment. He just said “yes mam” I said that I use to own a Buick and their policy was that you would wait no more than 25 minutes for a routine oil change and tire rotation or it was free. I stated that Nissan should do the same. I am leasing the Rogue and part of the lease agreement is that I have to have it serviced by the dealer. Ridiculous ! I should be able to have it serviced anywhere and just keep evidence of services provided. I will think long and hard before I lease another Nissan from Premier.

This was my first oil change after the purchase of my new Rogue Sport. Zack at Premier Nissan, was my service technician who was friendly and courteous. He checked me in and escorted me to the waiting area giving me an estimate of the time it would take. I had forgotten my iPhone in my car and he brought it to me. I signed up for the rewards program with this dealership so I could receive coupons. The last few times I have been in for oil changes, the service has been excruciatingly slow. I learned it is best to have my husband follow me so I can just drop my car off, since it will definitely take hours for them to get to me. Today we dropped the car off at 10am. Someone in the service department told me yesterday that the department closes at 2pm, so at 1:30pm I started calling to find out when my car would be ready. The phone rang without anyone bothering to answer on four separate attempts over the next two hours. Finally, my husband and I just decided to drive there hoping it might be ready. They finally called us when we were already on the way at 3:45pm. There were not many cars there when we dropped off at 10am. Why did it take over five hours to get an oil change? They need to work on their efficiency and pace.

As I pulled in today I was greeted by Abdul I notified Abdul I would be coming in for an Oil change. Abdul then asked if I would be leaving my vehicle overnight. I looked at him puzzled and asked would he be giving me a loaner vehicle?? He then asked me again leaving the car overnight ?? I said I'm here for a oil change. I was there for my free oil change because the messed up the last time and gave my car a bad oil leak ..then the service tech was rude.. refused lightly vacuum my car even though they made a BIG mistake..they lost my kids school magnet and brushed it off like it was nothing..I know its just a magnet but no apology?? This is my 3rd Nissan from this dealership ..I always give them the benefit of the doubt because of course..they are so nice when you purchase your car but act so unprofessional after the fact ..all the free popcorn ..free coffee and snacks dont make up for the way they actually treat you. I took my car to Premier Nissan because I was hearing a strange noise that I couldn't exactly pinpoint. I was not impressed with the Service Advisor. I had a 9:15am appointment and arrived early. Not one, but two individuals told her that I was there waiting on her. I ended up waiting at least another 15 minutes after that point. When she finally got to me, she didn't greet me or anything. Fast forward to 4:30pm. By this time, I hadn't gotten any communication, no diagnosis, no status, nothing. I called multiple times and the phone just rung and rung. On one of those times, someone picked up the phone and hung it up. I finally got a hold of her and first, she told me she called and couldn't get through. I guess she forgot that lie, because later in the conversation, she said she called and left me a voicemail. My phone was on me all day long and there was no way she called me. She then told me what was wrong with my car and that it will be ready the next morning. Well, that would have been nice to know earlier in the day. What's odd is that she called me at 7:15am the next morning telling me my car was ready. Service opens at 7am....so it seems they only needed 15 minutes to fix my car. There's no way I shouldn't have gotten my car the same day that I took it. Premier Nissan has shuttle service to drop you off wherever and pick you back up. I didn't use it this time, but have used it before and had to wait like forever. With that said, it is a nice perk if you have plenty of time to spare.

this the THIRD day in a row that I’ve been to my local Nissan, and EVERY SINGLE DAY they have managed to waste my time. I am FURIOUS. The first day I had an appointment which I was early to, and was still told there was a 4hour wait. The next day I came early in the morning, was told the wait was about an hour and a half, and I ended up waiting over 3hours. The next day I came as soon as they opened for a repair that was supposed to take 30 minutes and ended up waiting 2hours. I completely understand that they are a busy company, but better time lapses would really help. If the time was more accurate I wouldn’t be upset at all, I would have just dropped my car off instead of waisting 5+hrs on my off days

On July 31, 2019 I went into Premier Nissan to purchase a 2019 Rouge. The young gentleman was very nice. He listened to what kind of car I was interested in, that’s where the good service ended. Then he went into the finical office the first time he came out to show me payment amounts and the value of my trade which was $19,000.00 but when I looked over the documents I noticed it was only listed as $17,000.00 trade value. Then when I asked the amount of the new vehicle I was told that was not important and I could add up my payments and know from there. It seemed all they were worried about was getting my payment to what I said I could pay, end of month numbers needed to be met. Never did anyone tell me how much the vehicle cost not the salesman Robert Arnette, Jr or the financial person, I didn’t get his name. I do know he lives on Kansas Ave in Kenner. When I looked at the paper work we signed I see the cost of the Rouge is higher than the sticker price. Also, I don’t know why the price on the internet was/is so much lower than the price at the dealership. When talking to Robert I was told I had two years of oil changes and tire rotations, but the gentleman that we signed documents with said one year. Either way I have not received anything on that, but was told by Robert I would receive it when I brought the car in to get detailed. On Thursday, August 1, 2019, I received an email with showing I initialed the delivery confirmation which was forged. I would never have initialed or signed documents if I would have seen the scratch that is by the fuel door on the car I was sold. When we were leaving the dealership, on Wednesday, July 31, 2019, we had the General Sales Manager, Jerry Billiot, blocked in and my husband and he noticed a scratch on the NEW vehicle we just signed papers for, it was also brought to Roberts attention. I can’t believe the cars are not inspected before they are placed on the lot or over flow lot. As it was late we were told to bring the car back the next day and have it detailed and we would see if the scratch was just dirt or not. It’s not. Since Robert left before the car was finished being detailed. I sent Robert pictures on the scratch and a dent we found, along with something blue on the passenger door on Friday, August 2, 2019 and was told to bring it by the dealership so he could see it again. Which I did and was told that he would set an appointment for us bring it to Whitey to get it fixed either Tuesday, August 6, 2019 or Wednesday. Today is Tuesday August 6, 2019 and I have still not heard from him. I am very disappointed in this whole car buying experience. I don’t think I would come back to purchase a car from this dealership again. Which is a shame because this is the fourth and last vehicle I have purchased from Premier Nissan. I wish I would not have purchased this vehicle from Premier Nissan and went to another dealership. I have never had a problem with the service department they are wonderful. I have used the service department with Nissans not purchased from Premier.

I've gone back with some questions on how to operate some features that are new to me and he was again very happy to help me. Bless his heart because not only am I crazy and probably just an odd person, but I love to argue and hate being told no. I had just walked out of another dealership and was ready to be frustrated with everyone, but that wasn't the case at Premier. I didn't even buy the car the first night I went. Feel like I may have been lied to. I brought car in to repair a flat. First question: Is it repairable? That took me by surprise. Always had flats fixed before. SO sure enough, while I was at work, the employee called and said I needed a new tire. Felt like I was in a hard spot and couldn't do anything but tell him to go ahead. Sounds like the usual stories you hear of mechanics finding things not wrong and telling customers in order to make more money. Nissan has worked on my car since I bought it from them. They have done everything even the first major check up. When I received my check up last visit, nothing was said about my brakes wearing down. When I brought my car in this visit for oil change tire rotation and patch a tire, they told me I needed to have a rear brake job with pads and rotors. No warnings from them or car that brakes were wearing. Ok accepted that and have them do it. Charge 305. I found coupon on line for 199.00 and they would not accept it because they said it was for turning the rotor not replacing. Again no warning from them or cars about wearing. Also, the main kicker. The coupon said 199.00 for rear brake job. Did not say anything about turning rotor or replacing. Not happy about the turn of events. Will have to rethink using dealership for future work.

EDIT: 2 stars because the receptionist there is EXTREMELY RUDE. She was very rude to my husband on the phone when we were first looking for a car and today when I called she was very rude to me. I wanted to talk to a manager and she had trouble transferring me to him and I couldn't even get a hold of his voicemail. I had to hang up and call again. I told her I was on hold for a long time and that I really needed to speak to someone. She said, "well he obviously didn't pick up when I transferred you so he must be busy." So rude. Her attitude was very poor and she was so rude and didn't care if I was able to talk to someone or not. If you don't like your job, find a new one! Original review was five stars for Reese. I arrived @930. I spent an hour and a half debating on whether or not I cancelled the extended warranty that I purchased. (2weeks after purchase with no refund) which I definitely didn't. Car finally goes to the back for a diagnostic. I go home via courtesy shuttle. Courtesy shuttle has to be scheduled by 3:30 I call back at 3 to see if my car is going to be ready.. no answer. No call back. I was on the phone for 30 minutes just trying to get someone to tell me if I can pick up my car. Finally got the guy who took my car answers and he said he'll check and call me back. Never happened. I arrived there @6:30 to find out what is going on, but of course the guy who did my intake had better things to do and had already left without even bothering to give me a call. (Thanks allot Mr. Abdul) New guy pulls diagnostic report.. total repair cost 5700 dollars. And no.. it's not covered by my warranty. That's nearly what my car is worth. Save for the amazing receptionist.. I think I'll go somewhere else!!

Horrible. I brought my car in for an oil change. They told me my car would be ready by 3:30 because they close for 4pm. When I got there to pick up my car 3 1/2 hours later my car wasn't even on the rack for them to change the oil. Update. I'm going from 1 star to 3 stars for the following reason. I'm not deleting my original review. After complaining for 30 minutes about my car just now making it on the rack at 3:30 and the other customer who came after me leaving before me. They ended up changing my oil for free. I offered to pay and they stated that they didn't want to lose my business. I still feel like they should be more transparent but they are understanding to customers concerns.
