Practice the old bait and switch! We told the salesperson the price range we were looking in and what we wanted. He brings us a vehicle to test drive and said it was only 11k. While my daughter was test driving the vehicle, I'm in the back seat looking at the KBB value which was 10k. Cool, understand a profit has to be made. After test driving and on our way to sign paperwork, salesperson and manager are in a very long meeting. I knew the jig was up and prepared my wife for what was about to happen. Manager comes out after 20 minutes and tries to sale us another vehicle. Couldn't sale us the one we test drove because the price went up from 11k to over 16k during the test drive. We were completely ignored from then on! Screw this dealership,it's salespeople AND MOST OF ALL ITS MANAGER!

My Panamera's A/C stopped working in the middle of a road trip - which isn't fun in Louisiana during the summer. I pulled into Porsche Shreveport in the hope that they could at least get it working well enough to drive the remaining five hours without me turning into a pool of sweat. They immediately found a tech to help me out, and had me back on the road with a fully functional A/C in less than half an hour, and they didn't even charge me for it. Huge thanks to the service department here for not letting that get in the way of my trip and taking care of me so quickly.

I went in to purchase a 2013 Porsche Panamera that was listed on the website Aug 19..a salesman and sale manager informed me that the vehicle could not be sold until a recall issue was repaired. I called back a week later to find out the car was sold to someone else. Initially the sales manager lied when l questioned him about it on the phone . This was his initial messages to me below... totally different than the conversation on the phone this morning(which was possibly recorded), Hey Vic. Thanks for the inquiry. There is currently a recall on 2012-2016 Panamera’s. The ones that we have and are Certified Porsche models cannot be sold until that is corrected. Since they are still in our inventory we have to list them on the website. We should have the parts for the recall soon so we can sell the current models and certify the one that we just received. Please call me or come in so we can visit. Thanks. Ray Sledge Sales Manager. I was only given an apology with no explanation. For some odd reason they lied. If you are a potential customer hopefully they will be more honest with you than they were with me.

I will give it minus for customer service. Worst customer service ever from service manager/ supervisor his name is GRADY I think. He needs to learn more politely about talking to a customer. I took my porsche to do service about my headlight. While Luke took care of it first. After the service the mouisture inside my headlight is getting worst so I called. GRADY straight up lied to me told me it is normal and my warranty doesn't cover. He didn't even bother to take a look at it or give me solutions. And I know I have a factory warranty on my vehicle. So I took my car to other porsche dealership in Dallas with way more better service. Guess what the warranty does cover to replace it. Drove 3 hours to Shreveport porsche just to get this rude and horrible treatment . That service supervisor or whatever he need a lot to learn. Don't recommend this business. Better drive further more to get best service in Dallas porsche.

I had to drop my car off for a few days and had the pleasure to meet the service rep "Grady." He was as helpful as I could've hoped for. He was informative and returned calls promptly. He even entertained calls from perspective buyers for my car while it was there having a PPI performed. Everyone gets a negative review from time to time but what's important is the overall review score. Keep up the great great work, friendly service, and professional work ethic. You'll never make every customer happy no matter how hard you try. Thanks Grady in the SVC Dept and everyone else at Shreve Porsche!
