I purchased a 2015 Ranger Rover for my wife back in January of this year. As of now, it has 11,769 miles on it. 2 weeks ago, my wife and 2 of her friends were driving it to NOLA down the hwy doing 70 mph when all of a sudden the sunroof exploded!!! Nearly caused a wreck and needless to say scared the living hell out of them. When the dealership was first called by my wife about the indecent, she was advised to call our insurance company. She did, started a claim, etc. When I found out about that, I called and it was then handled completely through the dealership.I shouldn't have made the difference here!!! Upon further investigations into the apparent possible cause of this happening, we found out that there several vehicles that this has happened to besides range rovers. As of now, everything is fixed, but the concern of it happening again is real. Not real sure what precautions to take and was not given any advise or explanation from the dealership!!!

My first Range Rover! I purchased a 2016 Range Rover Evoque. It had to be ordered and took approximately three months to arrive, but it was worth the wait. My salesman, Jay Price, took the time to answer all of my voluminous questions throughout my decision making and after my purchase. I made two visits to test drive this vehicle to make sure that it was what I was looking for and after two weeks of owning this vehicle, I am a completely satisfied customer. I lost my keys to my 2005 jaguar xk8 and wanted to just have one key made but was tell I had to buy two keys had key made then car would not start it was out of gas they the car started then I was told it had a blowed engine they didn't even try to help me I was they didn't have a engine for my jaguar xk8 I ask could I order one and have it shipped to them and they just pass me along to some side engine shop that was trying to take me fast thank God b4 I work offshore I work in car dealership shop for more 25 years and never saw a customer treated the way I was treated like I could not pay to have my car fix I was ask when was I come to get my from the shop without even trying to help from a engine for my jaguar xk8 car was running find b4 I lost my keys I still don't know how the engine got blowed but thanks any way I will get it fix and never bring it back there ever again

I have visited this service department several times since I have owned my 2011 LR4 and every single time I am treated so well! Last visit was for brakes and tire rotation. Chelsea was my service advisor--she is so pleasant and helpful. Always easy to get appointment that works with my schedule. Repairs have always been top notch. I also appreciate the complimentary wash my vehicle gets while it is there.

The first available service slot given for my vehicle was over a month out for issues related to poorly functioning InControl Touch Pro and various recalls. When I dropped my vehicle off (a 2017 Jaguar) I was provided with a low end Nissan-not trying to be snobby but I have always been provided a loaner that is at least somewhat equal to my own at other dealers. Turns out a technician could not even get to my vehicle for three days after I dropped it off. At that point parts were ordered for the recall. I had to call to get updates and often times messages were not returned (even one I left for the service manager). My vehicle was at the dealer for a week and a half and I did not receive a call that it was ready (I only found out because I called). Hoping for a better experience next time. Two stars because at least the issues seem to be resolved.

When visiting this location with family, our experience was terrible. We had previous purchased vehicles from Paretti but those experiences were smooth. To begin many sales associates simply looked out through the glass and stayed seated when we pulled up. It was almost 5 minutes before we were approached by an Associated named Eddie. Eddie was not comforting and appeared to be in a rush to get back to his Alabama football game. He didn't make an effort for us to view the car nor did the words test drive come out of his mouth. Due to his lack of interest, we told Eddie that we would come back when he was ready to sell a car. His response was that when we did come back he would set us up with a DIFFERENT sales associate.

Service / Repair is not a great part of owning any car... but the folks at Paretti made my experience a really positive one (LR prices aside) Then, on my second visit, the exact opposite is true. I was given a false diagnosis to jump up the price $900. When I called their hand on it, the problem was solved without the original diagnosis. It was a simple fix and I was not charged; very impressed. However, when I presented another problem I was having, I, and the problem, was dismissed as non-existent. I was actually told there was no problem. I drive this vehicle every day; I know there is a problem. But he wasn't too interested. I have since sold my Range Rover because I do not want to deal with service department that may or may not take my vehicle seriously. Otherwise, this is a nice facility and this episode aside, has good things going for it. The service manager did reach out to me afterward, but it's just a little too late for me. My new vehicle is neither Land Rover or Jaguar, both of which I really like.

I was interested in a used car for sale at paretti of baton rouge. Sent an email and was contact a day or so later by a rep named Eddie. We set up a time to meet so I could see the car the next day. Later he calls me and tells me he won't be there but Patricia will help me and that the car was in New Orleans and not Baton Rouge but assured me it'd be there tomorrow for me. I drove from church point all the way to Baton Rouge for the car to not only be there but Patricia had no idea I was coming. For reference sake, she was fabulous with helping me. My trade in was upside down and she tried to help me work it out. I get set up to go back when the car is actually there and Eddie is helping me get the financing stuff done. He only checked with one bank and the interest rate was high so of course my payments would have been obnoxious. Since I'm a veteran i called USAA and got a much lower interest rate which of course meant a better interest rate. My husband and I got for a 3rd time to Baton Rouge and do paper work. Great, now the car is mine. Except Paretti of Baton Rouge SAT ON MY CHECK FOR WEEKS.

BEWARE: WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE FOR SERVICE!!!!! This place is a rip off!! My service agent was Pringle Powers who started off nice at first but became very rude towards the end of my dealings with this company. I brought my car in July because I need a new motor mount which they fixed and I paid a $500 deductible for. When I left after they closed that day I notice my remote key for my car wouldn't lock my doors, which I wasn't having this problem before I brought my car in. The very next day, I then called Pringle to notify him of the situation and see if they could fix the problem that they caused. He then proceeded to tell me I would have to pay another $500 deductible just for them to look at something THEY did! I was really upside because I don't have money to waste and I know this happened while my car was in their care. I needed to lock my car so I ended up just paying the $500 deductible. This took about a week to fix after I received my car back, a couple days later I heard something underneath my car dragging. It was now my oil pan that they didn't put the screws back into under my car. I then called Pringle again and explained this to him. He then told me basically that my car didn't have the screws in it when I came, which again I have had this car since 2015 and never had these problems. He told me I would have to pay ANOTHER $500 deductible to look at it! I then asked to speak with the owner of this business, who is Mike Rase. They provided me with his number and he never answered so I left a message and he told Pringle to give me a call back instead of him calling me back himself. Which we didn't get anywhere because all Pringle kept saying is he needed me to pay another $500 before he set my service appointment. Which now have already paid $1000 and I have warranty on my car. I have yet to speak with Mike Rase after all of the inconvenience and terrible service I was rendered. I guess customer service is NOT a priority for him either! This is a money hungry company and if you bring your car in they will purposely mess something up so you will have to come back and pay more money. To save time and money I suggest you go somewhere else! I would rate Jaguar Paretti a "0" star if I could! FYI- This is the same owner of Jaguar in New Orleans as well.

My experience with Paretti Jaguar was excellent! Ms. Chelsea was my service advisor. She did an excellent job explaining repairs being done to my 2008 Range Rover. I was offered a loaner free of charge while my vehicle was being repaired. She kept me informed and updated me as to the progress of the repairs. Initially,I had been taking my vehicle to a local repair shop who worked on foreign vehicles. But after me experience with Paretti, I certainly will be taking my vehicle back to the Paretti dealership for any future repairs.

Paretti is reimbursing us for February and March's notes and also gave us a beautiful, brand new Jaguar sedan to drive in the meantime. I brought my 2000 Land Rover Discovery to two other local shops (the only other local shops that work on Rovers) and the first shop created more problems than when i brought it in. I brought it to the v-shop to fix what Jeff Cobb's shop messed up and could not fix. And the v-shop couldn't determine what the problem was....said that it might be the ecu. I then brought it home and examined for myself. I narrowed the problem down to the TPS. I replaced it and the problem persist. I then brought it to Paretti. These guys are professional. Oh lord I thought...this is gonna cost and take forever. Jason called the same day---the rover was fixed. Quick, trustworthy, professional service. And when they drove it up for me to leave. they actually washed it. WOW. Great job guys. Thanks.

According to my "advisor" they STILL have 3 vehicles in front of me after nearly 19 days. I was originally told it would take 4-5 days. Do yourself a favor and take your Land Rover product to another dealer. I would appreciate a call from the service manager with an explanation.

I had my keys stolen from my 2012 land rover evoque. There was a lot of confusion at first between the parts department and service advisors. The parts dept was quoting one price along with saying I just need one key, the service advisor was quoting another price saying I needed two keys. Once this was solved, I had to drive 2 hours from my home to the dealership. Which was not bad, the timing of service was accurate and efficient. I was out of there in a timely manner. Chelsea was my service advisor and she was awesome at making sure I was informed on everything. The technician that I had look at a broken part underneath wasn't very informative. This is why I can't give a complete 5 star. Being new to the land rover vehicles I like to get a little knowledge about my car. Especially when there is a technician around. He did not seem to tell me correct information until I asked him to get under the car and show me. Even then he had to correct himself twice giving me false information. On top of that I was asking what this (broken) part is used for and he simply said I can't tell you all the secrets? I was just trying to be informed about my car.

I still can't believe how I was treated when I went in to receive service from the place that I thought was the best dealership/ and service center in Baton Rouge. I am a young BLACK man that works hard for mine and would like to receive the highest standards of customer service as possible, every time. After all that is what is stated on your website. I scheduled a service appt and reserved a loaner vehicle days before I arrived with my car to get service. Had to bring my vehicle in 3 times to get my rear window to work. Brought my Range Rover Sport in to get rear window and battery fixed third time in 8 days. When I picked it up it had a scratch & dent on fender. I told them it wasn't there before they said it showed a dent before. I told them I checked it before I left and it didn't have scratch or dent below the battery was installed. The manager basically called me a liar. I normally don't write reviews but I thought I would let everyone beware of not letting this happened to you. Manager was rude.Now I have to bring my vehicle to a body shop and will be without a vehicle for at least a week. Any time you go there make sure you have them write down that the vehicle has no scratches or dents in writing. Or it will cost you not counting the time you will be without a vehicle. Hope you have better luck

PARETTI Land Rover car service appointments are always a good experience... car is taken immediately upon arrival, serviced in a timely manner and returned cleaner than I brought it in...I am always satisfied with the work performed and the service reps are very thorough in completing their end of the service appointment...

BEWARE OUT OF STATE BUYERS. The buying experience was fine. The problem has been the last three months of me trying to get me vehicle registration and licence plates. The communication has been terrible, and I only get information when I reach out and request it. I have been told for months that my plates are on the way, then weeks go by and I have to follow up. Finally got the GM involved (only by email, as he has never had the courtesy to reach out to me by phone), and he assured me he would get this resolved. That was two weeks ago. Something still did not feel right, so I went to my local tax office today to see what I could find out, and surprise surprise, the dealership had still not sent my county all needed documents. I could go on and on with more details of this ordeal, but at the end of the day, I don't want to waste anymore time on this. This all could have been avoided with ANY communication from their team and a bit more honesty and integrity. Very frustrated!
