This was one of the best experiences I've ever had at a dealership. The environment was positive and Gary Washington, Tim Carlson and Tess Carlson were awesome. They all exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them to anyone. In previous years and experiences buying a car was always an ordeal. I spoke to the service department about a update to my Infiniti. I was told that they would order the part and it would be in in 3 days. After a week I called to check on the status of the part and was transferred from the service department to the parts department. The parts department told me that it would be in at the beginning of the next week. This has went on for 2 weeks with out resolution.
This company is great! They really appreciate their customers and work to get you everything you need.

I purchased a vehicle from here just barely a little over a month ago....And Sadly it has already broken Completely down on me! Although I must say that the staff at the time of purchase was Absolutely Amazing, it still breaks my heart to have used all I had to purchase a vehicle that I didn't get to use long enough for the temp tags to expire!
Today was my second time I’ve brought our vehicle to the service department. This was and experience that could have gone bad. Thanks to Amanda Bison that quickly curved the situation. I entered the door and the receptions asked can I help you. I commenced to tell her I was there for and oil change. She replied to me did you make and appointment? Me- No I didn’t ! She- They are read busy today can you make and appointment for tomorrow and show me there schedule which was Greek to me. Me- My car is making ticking noise and needs oil change. Her— Can you schedule another time? Another receptionist Hannah said call Amanda. Ok Amanda gets there I explained to her what I wanted oil charge and my car has a tick and I can’t bring back some other time. Amanda said in a soft pleasant voice “Ok where is your keys and where are you parked and I will get you in the express oil change and check everything else out! Fire put out just like that. I must say I was in there less than an hour. One other lady came in after me who also did not have appointment. And she serviced her right off. You never should judge the book by its cover. In my experience all dealerships have express oil changes and you don’t have to have an appointment!! Amanda was a jewel and I’m rating her alone as a ten. Excellent mannerism! Hope when I come back for the other work I need to have done she is there. Sincerely Alice H

Michael Wood with the Internet Sales team took incredible care of me and helped me surprise my wife with a beautiful 2017 QX80 for Christmas. I was able to purchase the truck without ever having to step foot on site. He gave me a fair price for our trade-in, site unseen. The truck was delivered to me perfectly detailed right before Christmas and then picked up our trade after Christmas allowing me to completely surprise my wife. They even sent me a giant red bow for Christmas morning. Tess over at the paperwork department was also great! She was super sweet, and crazy efficient! Mr. Patterson delivered and picked up our vehicles and was great as well. He was kind enough to work with my schedule and deliver exactly when I needed. He even waited down the street for 20 minutes for my wife to leave for work. Overall it was an awesome experience and I would go out of my way to shop here again.

Horrible service from service manager Chris. We have a white QX56 that has paint peeling off all over, especially the hood and above windshield. This is a well known issue after researching and were reffered to contact Infiniti consumer affairs. We were told by them to take it to closest Infiniti dealer to get pics and a claim started to be submitted for repaint and cost covered by Infiniti. I called Orr Infiniti service department and set up appointment and drove an hour and a half to get pics taken for claim submission. We were told we would be contacted within a week for notice of approval for claim. Waited a week and were never contacted. I finally called 2 weeks later only to hear "call back in a month" this happened 2 more times since July 5th when we took it there only to call and leave voicemails for Chris and never get called back. I finally called Infiniti Consumer affairs again only to find out that Orr Infiniti never submitted my pics or info on the claim. Now I'm going to have to drive to another dealership to get this started over again. Thanks for wasting my time Orr Infiniti. The slogan should be "luxury vehicles at luxury price with subpar service department."

Have bought four vehicles here and all deals have been great.
Paid over $4700 for my car to be repaired. Got into my vehicle only to discover that the rear view mirror had been knocked off the windshield by somebody. Went into the dealership to ask for glue or something to reattach it only to be told I would have to go to the Acura dealership across the road for help. Not good attention to detail.
