I went to the store looking for Mr. Chat and he wasn’t there. the guy their was very rude. He said Mr.Chat quit and that he jus took this store over an would help me find a car. Then he just ignored me and I wasn’t waiting no more so I left. I called Mrchat cell and found out he ain’t quit he just switch stores. I’m gone see Mr. Chat on Friday at the Sherwood store. Dude in G just strate up lied to me.

These people will mess your credit up, my credit score was 679 before dealing with this company now as of 8/5/2019 it's now my credit score is 577, Jack Jackson tried to lie to the people that they were trying to get my credit through, so that I would be able to get this 2017 FORD FLEX, 61594 miles on it, knowing that I was on a fixed income. All the while telling me that I had the vehicle I get 1,200 a month but I had a crook of a person that was supposed to be helping me, (Mr. Washington was lying telling the people that I was making more money than I get each month, I had over 20 inquiry about my credit score, causing my credit to go down, PLEASE! PLEASE! PLEASE NEVER USE THIS USED CAR DEALERSHIP OR YOU WILL BE SORRY.

These men are crooks. Completely misleading claiming to give us a deal while tacking on the amount they lowered they cost by to unnecessary fees. Even worse is that the vehicle has only been in our possession for 16 months and it started falling apart after just a few months. Life lesson definitely learned. Do not trust these people. Go to a reputable dealership.
