Heather was amazing, she made me feel like I’ve known her for years even though I only met her this week. Mr. Lee went above and beyond to get me in my vehicle and he never gave up on me. I drove all the way from Slidell, and Heather and Mr. Lee did everything they could to make me feel welcomed and get me in the vehicle I wanted. It was an amazing and stress free experience. They didn’t pressure me like other dealers have in the past. It was the complete opposite. They listened to my wants and did everything to make it happen! 100 stars!! 3 weeks ago i purchased a 2016 Chevy Traverse, Ive always felt uneasy buying a used car, until now, i had the best sales lady ever Vinci. She was very patient with me on my decisions, and letting me get the car checked out by my own mechanic. I had challenging credit as well, her manager, Brian was still able to get me in a full size suv with an affordable note. The process was quick and easy, not to mention how up beat and fun the environment. I definitely know where to go when i need my next vehicle. All of the staff are very friendly, i recommend calling everyone of them, but most of all Vinci. Thank you all so much at the Sherwood office!

One of the trucks was listed on Facebook and it caught my eye while looking at the post it was a truck that I really wanted and was listed at $8800 which I thought was low for the truck so I proceeded to make an inquiry to go see the truck. I come to the dealership to get the truck the truck was not on the lot so I had to go to the other lot to find the truck and then once we got to the truck they didn’t start at all because of how poorly they took care of the truck and then we finally got it started I took it out for test drive the tires were so messed up that the truck itself was shaking like a leaf and it was actually almost terrifying to drive because I was afraid of losing control of the vehicle. However I still made an effort to see if I can buy the truck because it was something I was looking for so I made the effort to buy the truck I said $10,000 any trade-in pay off my trade-in give me new tires they came back with $15,000 So I argued for a minute and the finance manager and We did not come to the conclusion of what price to buy the truck at and while the undervalued my vehicle they overvalue there’s buy so much if the truck itself if it was completely hundred percent perfect it’s value is somewhere close to 14 $15,000 however it was deafly not close to perfect and I had major flaws and so I offer them 10,000 pay off my truck still never got the deal then they asked how I came up with $10,000 and I said really have a list on Facebook for 8800 so I argued for minute and the finances got manager and I did not come to a conclusion of what price to buy the truck up and while they undervalued my vehicle they overvalue there’s by so much the truck itself if it was completely hundred percent perfect is somewhere close to 14 $15,000 however it was definitely not close to perfect and I had a mate had major flaws and so I offer them 10,000 pay off my truck still never got the deal then I asked how I came up with $10,000 and I said well you have a list on Facebook for you her dollars and they responded with that’s not the correct price and it will be changed sorry about that. it’s been two weeks now and it has still been listed for $8800. Will never go here again and highly encourage others to not go there unless you want to get scammed. My advise to the managers is actually drive the vehicles you’re trying to sell so you know what’s wrong with them and why I low balled you so hard.

This place have made my life he'll! I wouldn't recommend that anyone do business with such wicked people! From the owners Mike Pierce, management Levi and Nate on down to my carsalesmen Donnavan who also took upon himself to write a review for my using my phone the day I got my car when he only was supposed to be charging it. I bought a car March 5th and the day I drove away I had to bring the car back twice. The same day the check engine, traction, vsa, and maintenance lights came on. I took the car back immediately and was promised to have it looked at and fixed when I told them that I didn't want the car. I had to keep coming back for their mechanic to check it out. Finally he checks the car and says it only needed a break sensor which they were going to order. I had to constantly check in with them about the part which never came. Was told to come back on certain days to get the part put on and fixed but every time I got there they said that the nobody went to pick the part up from Toyota. Finally the car broke down and I bought it back and they promised to fixed it. They put me in loaner cars for two weeks until my car got fixed and they didn't. I been kind for two whole months and nothing was solved. The service manager Cedric called and told me the engine was gone out. I went up there and Levi told me there was nothing that they could/would do to help me. They called the police on me and then promised to replace the engine. 3 days later they sent the car to my house on a tow truck and fired the sales manger Nate who made all of the promises to me and basically screwed me over. I reached out to Mike Pierce via Facebook since they refused to let me speak to upper management. Mike never responded but decided to block me. This is actually a very short version of my horroble experience since there is a character limit. The full story can be found on my Facebook page including text messages from them! Now they expect me to pay the finance company for a car that I cannot drive. This is what they do to hard working single mothers! They should be ashamed of themselves for treating their customers this way! Don't waste your money with these CROOKS!

I always thought buying a car would be like it always has been ANYWHERE I have lived. Getting harassed by salesmen until you finally give up and settle for a ten year old Honda with a missing front seat. Well, hell........I walked inside and saw Antoine"s smiling face and immediately knew that guy would never mess me over . He was polite, well-informed, clearly edicated, and as cool as a feeler could be. I got the truck I could NEVER affordat a price I could ALWAYS pay. THOSE GUYS AND gals are seriously A O K!!!

Went here just browse at cars, didn't expect to get approved so easily. The car salesman John Guidry met us in the parking lot when we pulled up, he greeted us and showed us their selection. After finding the perfect car for me, he gave me the keys to test drive it. I loved the car. He made everything so easy for us. The paperwork took awhile but that wasn't his fault. Talk about a knock out salesman. The inside of the building was very corporate looking and clean. Every one was on their A game due to tax time of course. Overall great experience and would definitely return.
