My experience with Motor City was nothing short of wonderful. I don't think I have had an easier process purchasing a car. I called one morning after seeing a car on the internet that interested me. I spoke to Bradley and he took complete care of me from that moment on. On that first phone call I asked if I could see some background information on the car and he emailed me the complete Car Fax report as well as additional pictures of the car right away. One thing that impressed me about Motor City is that they schedule appointments for you to look at a specific car so you have their complete attention while you are there. Now, if you just want to stop by and look around the lot then fine they won't bother you unless you ask for someone, but I was interested in a specific car and didn't want to hang around trying to get information. Bradley met me right away, answered all my questions and took me on a test drive for as long as I wanted to drive it. There were a few questions he wasn't sure of so we drove to the shop in the back and he got the head mechanic to come and talk to me. When I was sure it was the one, he took me inside and we negotiated until I was comfortable with the numbers. Before I actually came back later in the week to pick the car up, Bradley had the shop do a complete maintenance check on the fluids, pads and filters then he had it cleaned again just so it would be perfect when I picked it up. I even threw Bradley a curve ball when I came to pick it up but he didn't miss a beat. I noticed another car online that I hadn't looked at the first time and asked if I can drive that one as well. Mind you, I had already committed to the first one and did the paperwork. I just wanted to be sure that I didn't like the other one better. Bradley's attitude was .. no problem .. we want you to be completely confident in the car you take home. So he spent extra time showing me the second car. In the end, I stuck with the first one but I so appreciated Bradley catering to me to make sure I was happy. I also worked with Sherri to get a great extended warranty on the car at a reasonable cost for everything that is covered. Doing some research on the warranty company they deal with and they are top notch. I have had the car over 3 weeks now and I could not be happier about my purchase. Everything on the car works great and there were no hidden fees or mechanical surprises after the sale. Motor City is certainly not what you think of when you hear "used car dealership". This is a very reputable company, their selection is great, their prices are very reasonable, the cars are exactly as advertised and their customer service seriously cannot be beat. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Ask for Bradley and you will not be disappointed!

I found exactly the car I wanted on the internet. When I called Motor City they gave me Bradley and he took good care of me. We spent 2 weeks getting the truck repaired and Bradley kept me up to date. Other buyers showed up but Bradley kept me at the front of the line. I had to drive over 600 miles to get the truck but I could do it with confidence because Bradley kept me posted. When I got to the dealership everything went quick and smooth. The worst dealership I’ve been to. It took me about a month and multiple multiple trips 2 HOURS away from my home. The car I bought was sold to me needing an oil change, bald tires, and dirty. Once they replaced my bald tires for free they bent part of my body with the lift arms and scratched the hell out of my rims and did nothing about it. Not to mention the illegal tint on the windows they didn’t seem to care about. The manager offered to have my wheels polished, I don’t know what that would do for the gouges, but told me he would call me back with a date to bring my car and never once called back. It was no where near worth the trouble and I will not be going back.

Bradley Lastie made sure I was well taken care of. I was buying from almost 400 miles away, he and the Sherri(who handled the legal paperwork) were responsible for making pickup and drive off almost effortless(I drove it home to Texas). I asked him to provide me with more detailed pictures, and he offered to take new pictures going so far as to put the car on a their shop lift to take pictures of the undercarriage. Bradley then offered to do a custom video walk around just for me, even starting the engine and showing some of the major features. I came in on a Saturday morning at 9 a.m. and was on the road before well before 10. I am home now, and like the car more now than when I first saw it.

Tried to get a truck a few weeks back, talked to brian. Hes a really nice guy but was looking at a few of the chevrolet pickups and got denied every single one of them. Once we got here, he checked the vehicle out, test drive it with me and told me his honest opinion of the vehicle. He spent the whole day helping me out and always made me feel like I was the only customer he had. I will forever be grateful to him and his honesty. The car buying process would be so great and easy for everyone in life if every dealership were to be blessed enough to have a “Brian” working for them. I didn’t buy from them just because they didn’t have what my son wanted but he went above and beyond the sell of the truck I bought from another dealership, even helped me out days after with questions I had. Short Version: I've got cash in hand and ready to buy and have waited almost three weeks now for a call back. Long Version: A vehicle was posted online and I show up 3 days later to see it. I'm unable to start it and drive it because they "don't 'have the keys yet." That's ok, I understand... I'll come back -- I tell 'em, "just give me a call when I can come and drive it." A week goes by and nothing, I wait until Monday and give a call and a guy picks up the phone as if it's his cell phone. I could barley hear him or understand him, I asked for the person who had helped me initially and he tells me they're not there -- so I ask "can you tell me when they will be in so I can call them back?" He replies "uhh, I don't know when they work again," and I respond with "well what should I do, do I need to just keep calling back until I track them down or can you take a message or answer the questions I have?" All of that was answered with a "yeah just call back everyday until you get them." I wait a week and call back and actually get the person who had helped me initially... at this point I'm still polite and still trying to hold out faith. The salesperson promises me a simple email outlining some simple details about the vehicle I'm interested in. We're going into the third week and I haven't gotten an email yet, much less a phone call. I feel like I've done my part for this type of super simple relationship and transaction but I've had to do their part too. Now granted I'm not trying to buy the most expensive thing on the lot, far from it, but you would think they want to sell it if it's there...
