Here you will be able to see all the reviews of real people who are using the services of Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans (Car Concessionaire) in the area close to Louisiana.
Right now this firm has a rating of 4.3 stars out of 5 and the score is based on 221 reviews.
You may have noticed that its rating is really high, and it is based on a very high number of reviews, so we can be pretty sure that the evaluation is very accurate. If people have bothered to leave their opinion when they've done well with the service, is that it works.
You know that we do not usually bother to give evaluations when they are good and we usually do it only if we have had a problem or issue...
This Car Concessionaire is included in the category of Mercedes-Benz dealer.
My initial visit today I was not completely happy with, but by the end of the day I was a satisfied customer. The four stars are just on the visit and today's resolution at MB of NOLA. I will say to MB as a whole the failed Remanufactured Control Unit/Theft Deterrent Module should be a RECALL. Almost everyone I know with a MB has had this costly issue which seems to be a manufacters defect. I am rethinking my relationship with MB.
I am a regular visitor to New Orleans and often make the drive from Atlanta. On my most recent trip I had the misfortune of not being able to avoid a pothole which destroyed the front right tire on my S550. Fortunately I could still drive the car so I drove to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans. Within minutes, and with me providing only my name and address, BJ Bioc, the Express Service Manager, had pulled up all my records, confirmed my tire and wheel warranty coverage would take care of the tire, and confirmed they had the tire in stock. Within 45 minutes I had my car back with a new tire and all washed and clean. What an awesome experience! Being an avid NO Saints fan (my GA tagged car proudly wears a New Orleans Saints license plate frame - a brave thing to do in Atlanta!!), I fell in love with the Mercedes/NO Saints shirts offered for sale and I immediately bought one and put it on. Thank you, thank, you, thank you!!!
I purchased my Mercedes from here and I am VERY pleased with the level of service that I experienced! The car buying process was smooth and efficient. The knowledgeable staff were happy to discuss features of the vehicle as well as financing options. I would certainly recommend Mercedes Benz of New Orleans and will continue to purchase here in the years to come.
Very friendly and helpful staff.
On two occasions I've attempted to use the Service Department at MB of NOLA. I originally contacted MB of NOLA because the check engine light came on and I was having an issue with the sunroof. The vehicle was at the dealership for almost two weeks and I had to initiate virtually all communication. The vehicle was returned to me without the wind deflector portion of the sunroof. Just didn't bother putting it back on and I didn't initially realize it was missing since this was in December and I was undergoing surgery and follow-up treatment for cancer, so not using the car much less sunroof. Also, the Check Engine light came back on while driving home from the dealership. The second visit was to give them an opportunity to correct initial lacking service and to perform regular B maintenance. The vehicle has always been dealer maintained and I hoped that the initial problem was a fluke and due to being really backed up, as the reps claimed. Second visit I was told that there are now numerous codes related to the Check Engine alert. Some of which supposedly the same as the previous visit. The problem with that claim is that I was told on the original visit that the Check Engine light was simply a software update and now clear. The bottom line is that I spent almost $3K in two visits and the Check engine light is still on and I'm missing a deflector for the sunroof. The Service Rep has not bothered to respond to my text explaining all of the above. The dealership may be great for purchase, but if you need maintenance/service, look elsewhere. I’m happy to say that MB of NOLA’s service department contacted me for feedback and after hearing what’s stated above, they took the car back in, special ordered some parts from Germany and made things right. Fair is fair and after a couple of hiccups, Mr. Taylor and the service team stepped up and gave me the type of service I’ve come to expect from MB.
I just purchased a used car and I have to tell you, THE BEST SERVICE EVER. They were the nicest group of people. Help me in so many ways with my trade in and purchase. I highly recommend getting a car here!
I have purchased 7cars over the last 10 years. My experience with the professional and knowledgeable sales staff has been memorable. Christopher, Leo and Mike Tyson have been excellent to work with. The service department is Top Knotch and always willing to go out of there way, above and beyond! I higher recommend working with the NOLA Benz Team! Jeffrey
I love this place!!!! I’ve purchased 2 cars from them. I HIGHLY recommend Steven Bui he’s AWESOME!!! Also, the finance manager Jeremy is phenomenal. They took great care of me & I LOVE my car. I just love Mercedes & everyone at this dealership REALLY looks out for the customers whether it’s sales, finance, or service.
To whom it may concern, My wife and I just recently leased an E350 from your dealership. Christopher Stuben handled our transaction and we could not have been in better hands. He was a true professional and he made or experience spectacular. We have bought and leased dozen's of cars in our lifetimes but this was clearly our best experience. If someone can 'over deliver', then he certainly did. We would recommend the dealership to anyone but more specifically we would recommend Mr. Stuben handle it for them. Sincerely, j delsing
My family has purchased two Mercedes Benz cars from Jeanne and she has been an utmost professional. she truly knows the car and is an expert on AMG's. She is straightforward and personable and made the process of buying a Mercedes-Benz a breeze. We definitely recommend her if you are in the market for a new Mercedes.
Dropped our e350 off for prepaid maintenance b1. They kept our car on property while we were visiting new Orleans and staying in the French quarter so we did not have to pay for parking. They dropped us off in the quarter after we got everything set up for service and picked us back up several days later when we were ready to leave. They were very fast, prompt, professional and courteous. When we got our vehicle back it had been washed.
Always great customer service with service advisors and staff. Especially Katie Jackson
I have had Mercedes Benz since 1981. There is no better. I have had a Bentley flying spur and the Mercedes S class is more comfortable and handles better.
Like most people I don't enjoy having to take care of issues with my car since it is usually time consuming and stressful however the staff at Mercedes makes it much easier and a lot less stressful. I'm especially impressed with my parts advisor Greg as he is very knowledgeable and honest. He always gives me personal attention while promptly and effectively taking care of of any issues I have. I'm always greeted with a smile and he always goes the extra mile to ensure that I am satisfied. Because of the excellent customer service I get at Mercedes, I will always recommend.
I leased a GLE350 from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans last year. General Manager Christopher Stuben and salesman Ernie Debus were knowledgeable and professional, making sure to fulfill our wish list and stay within our budget. The service department is over the top. Prompt, professional & courteous.
I am a repeat buyer, 3 purchases and 5 leases. I love the respectful and courteous staff here. Harry Anderson always makes sure I get what I'm looking for. Couldn't ask for a better car shopping experience.
The service was nice and he treated me good at Mercedes-Benz I keep buying over there
Did a nice job on my truck changed oil and even washed it for Free!
The service people don’t treat customers with respect they act like they are above you in some way because they work for Mercedes. I own 2 Mercedes vehicles and came here twice with appointments in morning and always late for work. Just because you work for Mercedes doesn’t give you any reason to treat customers that actually OWN Mercedes vehicles disrespectfully. I will take my business to the Baton Rouge Mercedes dealer where they actually respect customers and honor appointments for people that have to go to work. This place gets more trashy by the day.
Great team! Friendly, professional and an overall fantastic experience whether buying a car or having it serviced.
First class all the way
first service on my 2017 E300. impressive personalized service. great car. great dealership!
I brought my C300 here about a month ago. I could not start it and I called road assistance. The guy came super quick and I loved that. He gave a jump to my car and it started. I was excited, because I thought it was a starter problem and it was just the battery. So I followed him to the dealership. He was very professional and that was the best part of my experience. I went inside and got assistance. I told the employee basic problems I had with the car and I asked her to check for other issues it may have. I was told they're going to take care of that and will let me know same day or next day early in the AM. I was pleased. I owned different types of cars, the last one I had was a BMW and the way I was treated at MB dealership was top notch. But here the nice part of the story ends. I never got a call or text in the evening, but I was fine with it, because they told me at the beginning that it may take longer. Next day no call or text till 11 am, when I just got mad and called the dealership. It took me almost a hour to get in touch with the person was taking care of my car. I left multiple voice messages on his phone, I had to get in touch with the manager. Finally the guy, his name was Mike calls me back and says it will take them a few more hours and that he will call me back. Good, I'm not in rush, all I wanted is to know that they are working on it. The time is 12 pm. At 6 pm I receive a text that the car will be ready next day. Next day I receive a email with all the repairs needs to be done, but only of the problems that I told them already, I'm not sure if they checked anything else. Now the fun part begins: the payment on repairs and that was shady. Mike said it will be 320$ for all the diagnostic and if I decide to do repairs at MB it will be included in repair price. But the battery is not covered in this price. Well I told him to not worry about battery, (I already found another place to change it) and just do the work on fuel line. He said ok and then calls me 10 min later and says they already changed my battery, it will be 480$. At this point I'm already aggravated, I just want my car back. I finally went and got it after 3 days. They offered me complimentary car wash and I agreed, the battery change was like 30$ cheaper then the price he told me on the phone. Which is ok, but still they don't have any consistency, that price changed like 3 times. When I got my car the windshield had a HUGE crack. I came back at the service and some guy approached me. I showed him the crack, he called Mike and he said they can not do nothing about it, because the windshield already had a small crack. Yes it did, but it was very small and I already made arrangements with another dealership to come and fix it, before all this battery problem showed up. He said again they can not do anything about it. Not even a sorry or any kind of apology I didn't hear from him. All he said was that he will contact me and give me an estimate price on the windshield. Next day I got a text message from him, he ask if I can give any feedback. I remind him about the windshield and he never answer me back. Well this is the whole story. Now what can I say: I expected more from you MB of NOLA. It does not matter where did I purchase the car. It's not an old or cheap car neither, it's a luxury car and YOUR customers expecting a higher lever of service, so why are you treating them so poorly? So it's ok to break a windshield and say you can't do nothing about it? So it's ok to ignore the text messages? So it's ok to change the battery when nobody asked you to do so? Overall it was just a bad experience. I was ready to fix all the issues at the MB of NOLA, but when I saw such an unprofessional approach, I just decide to never come back. I fixed some of the issues at another dealership and they found a major oil leak, which MB of NOLA did not even mention to me. I will fix the remaining issues at another place. And don't think it's over for you: I contacted corporate about my windshield. I want it to be fixed at your cost, because you broke it.
The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable when he presented the different cars with the different options. I highly recommend everyone who is interested in purchasing or leasing a Mercedes Benz to come to this dealership.
The service department is amazing. They are the reason that I will continue driving a Mercedes. Particularly my service advisor, Luis, the department head, Mohammed, and BJ, the express service advisor. They always take care of whatever is wrong with my car in such a way that there is never any inconvenience from keeping me updated on progress, providing a loaner car (one of MBNO’s or a rental if they have no loaners left). I have never had to return for the same issue more than once. Thank you all.
Horrible Customer Service, i ordered replacement key for my car on Saturday and paid $356.00. I have been told will be delivered on Wednesday, i called Wednesday they told me on Thursday, I call Thursday they said on Friday, I called Friday they said on Saturday. No one response or apology, no one accountable, I attempt to speak parts Manager, it went through voice message and so far no one called back. The person answer the phones she was very rude , she did not even listen or let me finish my word. Shame of the Mercedes brand . Horrible reputation. Ridiculous service , pay for nothing. Person answer the phone they don't even apology or try to attempt help.
Jeanie is the best! We bought our last 3 Mercedes from her and will continue to buy from her in the future! She is by far the best car sales person I have ever worked with. She knows absolutely everything about every model, explains everything in detail, then lets you decide which one to buy! No high pressure-just high quality info. My previous Mercedes had to be towed to the dealer. It had 91000 miles and I couldn't justify the repair cost. I called Jeanie and let her know what was going on. She was able to do the entire transaction for my new car over the phone. Once we finished she sent a car to pick me up at my office on the west bank. When I arrived, the paperwork was ready and the car was shining like a mirror (she had it detailed). I signed the papers and my beautiful new c300 was in my garage 20 minutes later! When I couldn't figure out how to set the presets on the stereo, I stopped by the dealership. Jeanie came out to the front parking lot and showed me how to do it. I am very happy with my my new car and my favorite salesperson, Jeanie!
Excellent help and service thanks to Nick
Wonderful dealership. I am new to the Mercedes world, but so far I have been blown away by the level of service and professionalism at Mercedes of New Orleans. I am always treated as a valued customer unlike other dealerships I've visited. My service manager always takes care of my needs. As an engineer I can be meticulous at times yet he has always satisfied my concerns. From the moment I arrive and am greeted in the service department until I am escorted to my freshly washed car after service, I am treated with respect and gratitude. While waiting in the lounge I am offered drinks and snacks by a kind lady who genuinely appears to love her job. The experiences I've had at this dealership will greatly affect my choice of manufacturer for my all my future vehicle purchases.
Great dealership! I've been so pleased with Mercedes Benz of New Orleans that now my relatives from different states are traveling to buy their cars here.
My wife and I have purchased 3 vehicles so far through Mike Williams. He has made every transaction incredibly comfortable and hassle free. We really appreciated his no pressure sales approach and knowledge of the inventory. We will definitely give Mike a call when time to purchase our next vehicle.
Michael Faucheaux in sales and Will in finance were awesome. Everyone in the facility showed excellent customer service.
Scotty in service was great to work with - went above and beyond to help me and was very responsive. Definitely recommend this dealership.
Leo Flotron was our salesman and did a great job. We love our car!!
Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans continues to exceed my expectations! A phenomenal dealership for an outstanding product. Thanks to all for making the car buying process a great experience.
Kool place
I'm incredibly impressed by the management and sales team. They far exceeded my expectations. After my purchase, they followed up with phone calls and emails to ensure I was happy. I was touched by their caring attitude. My car is beautiful and I'm so happy with my purchase.
I recently purchased a CPO E class from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans. The entire experience from beginning to end was wonderful. This experience was made possible by sales consultant Dinah Wagner. From the moment that I first stepped on the lot, I was warmly greeted by Dinah. She took me around the lot to look at the various E-class models available. We looked at 4 and then promptly went on a test drive of the model I eventually purchased. Dinah was very customer focused, she did not pressure my wife or I in any way as we went through the purchasing process. I was most impressed with Dinah's vast knowledge of the features and details of the model. We went over every aspect of the model during a 1+ hour detailed overview. This included details associated with Mercedes Benz's maintenance philosopy, navigation system, custom driving features, bluetooth phone set up, etc. Very happy with the experience. Thanks! Tim
Riq130 The repair dept. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. All-in-all, a very pleasant experience. Most importantly, it didn't take all day. In and out in very little time.
I have bought several vehicles from MB of New Orleans over the years (I currently have 2 MBs and the sales and service have declining steadily. 1st - Several months ago I got into my car to discover it would not start, probably a dead battery, but I was not sure. Upon calling MB Road Side Assistance, I was told that MB of New Orleans did not have anyone availabe, so they would send Pop-A-Lock to jump my car off. The Pop-A-Lock guy told me "hope it's just the battery, otherwise I can't do anything for you". Luckily it was the battery and after getting it started, I drove straight to MB of New Orleas to have it checked out. While waiting, I see the MB RoadSide Assistance vehicle parked in the lot and mechanics walking around. I guess they just didn't want to be bothered and handed it off to Pop-A-Lock. A new battery for around $400 and I was off and running. 2nd - I tried to schedule a oil change only and was politely told tht MB of New Orleans no longer performs oil change only service and that I would have to schedule the complete A-service or else go somewhere else. I now have new MB mechanic. 3rd - Just tried to buy a new MB but MB of New Orleans just did not want to give me what NADA or KellyBlueBook said it was worth. After several attempts with MB of New Orleasns I called MB of Baton Rouge and quickly closed a good deal with them by phone. When I arrived in Baton Rouge, the service was great, they kept there word on the trade in and I was very happy with the experience. If you are in the market for a new MB, I would call MB of Baton Rouge to compare. You be the judge.
Got my brakes and rotors replaced in November 2018 only for my vehicle to vibrate when braking in February 2019. They proceeded to tell me that it was a result of me braking to hard and that it would cost me $2300 to replace, but they would knock 10% off. That hard in 3 months? Really? Was a loyal customer. Won’t be returning. Updated Review: Received a call the next day from my service advisor Scotty stating they would be replacing the brake pads and rotors free of charge.
My experience at Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans was awesome! From Tommy, my Claims Manager to paying my bill, everyone was friendly and informative. My car comes back clean as a whistle on top of the great service!!! Why go anywhere else?
Amazing and refreshing experience. They made buying my new vehicle as pleasant as I could have hoped for. No games, a fair price and they delivered my new vehicle and paperwork to my home. I highly recommend these guys. Ask for Jorge, and tell him I sent you, you won't be disappointed.
Scotty has been my service advisor since 2017. He completely changed my views on Mercedes Benz service, especially on Vets. He always goes above and beyond for my wife and I. My wife has a GLK350 and I have an E350 cabriolet. I will gladly pay a premium for service just to work with Scotty. He is that great! He always delivers on what he promises and is always on time. I really appreciate him arranging transportation to and from work when my car is in the shop. I can’t say enough great things about Scotty! He is the epitome of what an advisor should be. I know that I am an appreciated and respected customer. Honestly, I’m encouraging all of my frat brothers with Benzes to check out Scotty for service. First class all the way!
My husband and I have been looking for a new car for a few months, and Mercedes Benz and Harry were by far the easiest people to work with. We knew exactly what our price point was and what style of car we wanted, and we also wanted to be able to do most of our research and shopping online (looking at you, Millenials!) Unlike other dealers that tried to get us to just "come in and see" before confirming any sort of pricing, Harry sent us a quote in line with our budget and the style of car we wanted extremely quickly, and we took a test drive and signed the paperwork the next day. It was clear to us how much more forthcoming and upfront he was than salesmen we dealt with elsewhere, and that's what made us comfortable with moving so quickly. Additionally, going from a "dumb" car to one with all the bells and whistles, he also did a wonderful job of demonstrating the many features and making sure we felt comfortable driving out of the lot. It was a little overwhelming at first! We also met with Vic when signing our paperwork who very helpfully explained all of the terms and made sure we were fully informed on what we were signing. Overall we had a fantastic experience with Harry and the team here and couldn't be happier with our new car!
The team of Tommy, Scotty and Stanley Harvey are professional, courteous, and always willing to assist with a smile. I will recommend them to all of relatives, friends and co-workers. I have yet to encounter any re-works on the service to my cars. Great job and thanks!
This is now my 43rd vehicle. You name it, I owned it. I have only purchased a few used cars with the fear of something wrong with them. I had no fear buying from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans. My sales consultant, Mike Tyson, was the best. His knowledge and personality will make him a friend instantly. He never rushed me to "sign on the line". When we test drove the car, he never harassed me, just answered my questions and gave me a history of the car. Missy in Finance was amazing. The best deal I ever recieved at any dealership. She explains everything and never added anything that you have no clue what you just signed. The entire staff, even the receptionist at the desk when you walk in, are so cordial and nice. I gave some of my happiness with Mercedes Benz of New Orleans, but you need to go there to experience it yourself.
Great customer service. If you go there, I would definitely do business with Ron, he is very genuine.
This week my wife and I bought a GLS450 from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans. Our experience was fantastic, they took great care of us. James, the salesman made sure everything was ready to go when we went in to sign paperwork. Usually buying a car it takes hours to get this done, we were in and out in about 1 hour. Chris the GM, and Ben the sales manager both helped us get this car at a price that worked for us. I highly recommend this dealership, class all the way around.
I have been treated with respect and they are not overbearing.
I had the great pleasure of working with Mr. Herbert Singleton, the best sales person ever! He was patient, kind and worked hard to put me in the car of my dreams. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz to visit Mr. Herbert. I bought my car last Friday and still have to pinch myself to make sure I'm really driving my dream car. Also, Mr. Vic Jones in financing was the most organized person ever and made the financing paperwork seem like a breeze. Thank you all again for making my dreams come true! Jan H. Buras
Had my car delivered to body and fender on 11/8/2017 ahead of a scheduled appointment for the 9th.Being that I work out of town I thought that everything would fall into place timing wise for me to pick it up at the beginning of the holiday week considering the estimate for repairs were only suppose to take 2 days.I came in on 11/21/2017 and they are still not finished with my vehicle.Have had it here for repairs before and received pretty descent service. Not this time...After having spoken with the body&fender shop manager there appears to have been a misunderstanding and has been cleared up.Having brought clarity to the situation just makes me realize why I insisted on bringing my car to them,it's called professionalism...
My brother and I had our hearts set on audis, we went together and were ignored and not even allowed to test drive. I felt defeated and wanted to go home. Our next stop was Mercedes and I'm so glad it was! My salesman took his time to help me find the car that best suited my needs. From there everything was effortless, no anxiety and a pleasurable experience! I'm now on my second Mercedes and plan on having them for the rest of my life. The service department and management are amazing! Christopher Stuben has gone above and beyond. If you are on the fence about choosing Mercedes of New Orleans, do not hesitate!!!!
I recently purchased an ML350. The Salesperson was courteous, informative and very professional. I really enjoyed the experience!
I had a wonderful experience throughout the process of purchasing my certified-used Lexus R350 (2017). My salesperson (Herbert) took care of my entire deal and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line; with the terms that I wanted. My deal was done in less than an hour! Herbert was extremely informative about my vehicle. I will recommend Mercedes Benz of New Orleans to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle and direct them to Herbert Singleton 5 stars and A+!!!
I've purchased four vehicles from this dealership and the staff is wonderful. I recommend everyone that I know and they have always been more than satisfied!
Its ok, compare it to other dealers like Ray Brandt toyota which is not even a luxury car dealer but they do have a nicer waiting area and offer enough refreshments through out the day unlike the mercedes of new orleans. They lock up their regrigerator at 5pm and wont even offer you a bottle of water. A client buying a 100k car can walk to gas station if he or she is thirsty. Mercedes of new orleans please be generous and please keep your refrigerator open till 6pm which is closing time for the dealership anyway.
Within the past year I have purchased two cars from Leo Flotron. I have never encountered a more professional, informative, kind and thoughtful salesman. He made the entire process not only easy, but actually pleasurable. I know that car salesmen can sometimes get bad rap, but working with Leo put to rest any doubts I may have had. I would recommend Leo to anyone who is in the market for a new or pre-owned car. He is the absolute best!
Very prompt and courteous
My first Mercedes. Very happy with it. Such an awesome smart car. Wonderful experience and I’m sold on Mercedes 100%. Sales and service gives first class attention to their customers and that’s a plus for me.
The service department is the worst and I believed they have conned me with an inaccurate diagnosis to get money from me because they knew it was another problem and this would not fix it. Michael is my advisor. He is the worst and he has a deceitful demeanor. He doesn’t explain all that is going on with our car. He goes all around the explanation that doesn’t make any sense. My car would cut off after driving a block or so and all the lights would be on. We had a storm, water got into my car on the passenger side only. Car was driving and fine. They called and told me, 2 days later, that the diagnosis said it was the high pressure fuel pump. This was odd to me because that usually not a problem for a car that me under 40,000 miles. He tried to fast talk and say that this is what’s coming up but it’s some water they may affect other things and we won’t know that until this is changed. Suspicious. Part got changed and the car is doing the same thing. Michael told me that they can’t get another diagnosis until the car is dry. Really?!?!?!? Seems like that should have been some first and then test it. I believe these people have conned me to get money out of me for my car knowing that the diagnosis was not going to fix my problem. If you can’t get an accurate read then perhaps the one you received was inaccurate to begin with! Deceitful snakes! I am calling my lawyer. Mercedes of New Orleans service department will not get away with this.
Jerry Eberts was great, found a rare model I was looking at for months. Buying out of state Jerry was innovative and made the transaction as easy as possible and let me look at the car and "test drive it" via FaceTime. I've never done that before - smart. All the paperwork was Fedexed to me and in order, MBONO even completed my out of state vehicle registration papers saving me hours in line at the DMV - great job - highly recommend - thanks MBONO!
Ben and Jeanne were both great. They took care of our needs. Im glad to finally have a Mercrdes relationship locally.
Cole and Jeremy really are professionals. Make every mb purchase a pleasure.
I have been buying cars from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans for about 17 years. I have never had a bad experience there and no matter what issues came up they have always gone above and beyond their scope of work to make me feel like an important customer. I recommend them highly!!!
They’re only nice so they can take your money, but when I called for help to get a replacement part number they declined to give it to me stating that we won’t make money on it if you go somewhere else so we can’t give it to you? What?! So this is called customer service!?! Let me state they wanted to charge me $800 for one shock (w/o labor) when I found the same exact one online for $400. I had to call Mercedes in Chicago to get the part reference number and they did so without a problem and took 2mins of their time. Now what’s the problem with helping a customer get the right part?!
Problems everywhere!! Started with the lady who answered the phone when I tried to schedule service. I told her I needed to schedule an oil change. Here reply was, “We don’t do just oil changes, we do service.” Explained to her had just driven cross country, a full service had been done less than a month ago, and no service A or B was displayed just “service 600 miles”. She still insisted extended service was all that this location offered. After several minutes she finally said in a huff, “well fine, the express service is open till four”. Things weren’t any better upon arrival to the dealership. We were met in the service bay and told to go to the waiting room and someone would check us in. However no one bothered to show us to the waiting room or tell us where it was. The young gentleman who checked us it was quite nice, respectful, and kind. The car was ready about the time he said it would be done. When it was time to pay a woman came to the waiting room announced my name, and before I could gather my things she had turned and disappeared. I went to the service area to ask where to go and there were three employees there all on their phones and not one of them even looked up. I finally asked where I needed to go to cash out one was told, “over there”. Have been around Mercedes Dealerships for years and the attitude of most of the employees is more like a low end used car lot than what I have experienced in all other Mercedes dealerships. Common courtesy goes a long, long way and they are very short on it to out of town owners.
Anything else is low stanadards
Made an appointment a few days ago for this morning, went in and was refused a loner car to use until my truck was done because I had to “reserve one.” I’ve been coming here for years and have never had to reserve a courtesy vehicle beforehand. Had to make another appointment for next week to reserve a loner car because it usually takes days for them to finish and I can’t be without a vehicle for multiple days. It just goes to show it doesn’t matter the thousands of dollars we’ve spent at this dealership for service, at the end of the day money is the priority not customer satisfaction. The service rep that came to us didn’t ever offer to look to see if there were any loner cars available. He just wanted to be done with us quickly.
My experience in purchasing our new vehicle has been incredible, all thanks to our wonderful sales guy Cole who was so professional and knowledgeable. He was never pushy and always very helpful and polite. I look forward to a long and happy relationship with Mercedes Benz. Love my new GLK 350!
Mercedes Benz gets a 5 star rating. I would give 10 if there were 10 stars! Why? My car is gorgeous; the service is exceptional; the staff is professional and there is an air pressure machine on wheels that can be accessed easily. I love the convenience and I feel like a movie star when I drive my 350 E pearl-white upscale Mercedes. Christopher Stuben is the General Manager and my go to person before and after the sale! My salesperson Leo has worked for Mercedes for over 37 years. I like that!
Today I was unable to get my 2011 C300 started and it was under the carport. I called AAA and they checked the battery and all was ok but still no power. I called MB of NOLA several times and could not get through to a mechanic. I then went online and chatted with someone who promised me that a mechanic would call me. It has been 8 hours and I have still not received a call to see if i was stranded or needed help. The service at this dealership has steadily gone down since I began getting my vehicle serviced here in 2014. I have spent an estimated $8,000.00 at this dealership since 2014. MB is supposed to be the best but this service dept. needs a lot of work. I was looking at a new MB but now I will probably go to Crown Buick for a new GMC vehicle.
I am a Canadian Mercedes owner in need of a favor that could only be fulfilled by Mercedes of New Orleans. Jay Fertitta went out of his way to grant me this favor and I cannot say enough thanks to cover how happy I ended up feeling. Thanks Jay! Its the little things that separate the good from the great and the great from the exceptional. You are the exception!
I've never owned a Mercedes before so I wasn't sure what to expect on arrival. I met Jorge in the lobby and he answered all of my questions and showed me the perfect model for me. My plan that day was to visit a few other brands as well but the professionalism and deep knowledge base of the staff led me to buy that day. I've been driving the 2017 E300 for a few weeks now and I am beyond satisfied. Mercedes Benz earned my loyalty!
For the third time, Mr. Ernest "Ernie" Debus assisted us in purchasing a Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Based on our previous positive experiences with Ernie, we knew he was the only sales representative with whom we wanted to do business. Ernie's professionalism, responsiveness, attentiveness, and undying patience in answering our numerous questions are unsurpassed. Ernie is an excellent ambassador for the Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans organization. We cannot recommend him highly enough to prospective buyers; and we will definitely seek his assistance again in the purchase of our next vehicle(s). Greg and Cheryl Bush
While it didn't happen on the first visit, I was able to drive off in my first benz. Although the AWESOME salesman who did a spectacular job during my first visit and gave one of the best test drives and dealer sales examples i've ever been apart of, it took three visits to make a deal happen, I didn't give up and neither did the dealership. Mike Williams was the guy who got it done and stayed late in closing to make sure it happened. It was a dream to have a benz, have a benz from Benson and to make it happen at 35. Thank you to the dealership and for providing a beautiful car.
My experience with this dealership was off the charts. Went in to buy my wife a car and left with two. My salesman, Jerry Ebbert was exceptional. Knowledgeable and fun to deal with. He went out of his way to check on us on his day off not only for the cars but to offer condolences when he heard that my mother had passed. The sales manager, Ben Herring was also awesome. Totally helpful and hilarious too. They told me that a Mercedes dealership was coming to the Northshore but it doesn't matter. These guys have our business for as long as they are around.
My wife and I purchased our first Mercedes-Benz over 6 years ago. Our previous experience with another high-end, local car dealership had raised our level of expectation for our future car purchasing experiences. I can honestly say, MB of New Orleans did not disappoint. We really appreciate the personalized service we receive from the technicians, to the service manager (Richard), to our salesperson (Mike Williams). If integrity matters to you, you’d be very impressed with them! Mike, as promised, remained involved with us throughout the entirety of our ownership, making it a wonderful experience! Richard was always no more than a phone call away when we had questions or needed immediate assistance. When the new model E-class came out, we called Mike; he remembered our preferences and significantly reduced the time it took to get my wife in her new vehicle. Needless to say…HAPPY WIFE, HAPPY LIFE! You couldn’t ask for anything more! Keep up the good work MB-NOLA!!
My husband recently brought his Smart into the service department for an alignment, among other things. First off, this is a Mercedes dealership and they are not equipped to do an alignment, or in my opinion anything else, on a Smart. For those who don't know...Mercedes manufactures the Smart car. Why are they not able to service it properly? They literally had to send the car elsewhere for a basic alignment. The shop then proceeded to snap a tie rod, which then had to be ordered and replaced (and paid for by my husband). It took three days to get the car back. On top of that, when we came to pick up the car, there was a large impact crack on the windshield which was not there before we brought it in. Not one person in the service department mentioned it. Is this incompetence or a cover up? You decide. Never use this dealership.
We have refund check from them . I called 4 time .I left the two messages. No one contact me back about the issue .they kept me on hold for past 30 minutes . I don’t know who will take care this matte . This is horrible services.
I am so pleased with Mercedes Benz of NOLA's shuttle driver, Stephen Curry. From the greeting all the way to the drop off his effervescent personality has made me realize why I've chosen Mercedes Benz. A smile does 90% of the work, thanks Stephen for passing on your contagious smile!
I have been driving automobiles from Mercedes-Benz of New Orleans (MBNO) for many years. Aside from all the obvious benefits of driving the best engineered vehicle on the road, MBNO has the most efficient service personnel I've ever had the opportunity to deal with. My service rep for the past several years has been Tommy Waguespack, a friendly and efficient representative of MBNO. Tommy is professional, courteous and cares about his customers. He is always accessible by e-mail or phone, and he does his best to accommodate his customers. Tommy is a credit to MBNO and the industry.
I brought my S550 in for a check engine light (I did not tighten my gas gap properly). The staff was incredible. I was greeted promptly, and politely informed that my service writer, Katie, would be with me in a moment. The service waiting area was very clean, very comfortable, and the cold bottle of water was much appreciated. What really earns this experience 5 stars is that I was informed of the progress of the repair at basically every step. As I was waiting the completion of the work, I wondered around the showroom. The sales staff made me feel as though I were at home. They knew I was in for service, yet several stopped to talk to me. I highly recommend Mercedes Benz of New Orleans!
Of course, it is the Mercedes dealership. Great products, slightly ahead of time. Haven't bought any of my 4 MBs yet. Trying to change that. Service dept good.
I recommend Mercedes for sales and service all my experiences were great !!
The sales and service people there are terrific. It's a pleasure to wait for your car's service. First class.
We purchased a 2016 CLA 250 from Mr. Mike Tyson. He was AWESOME! The service throughout was absolutely fantastic. He gave us an excellent price that we were all happy with. I hope he's still there when we decide to purchase another one. Thank you so much Mr. Mike!!!! Tara and Kevin Pellerin 8-2-17
Very Happy with their service.
Mike Tyson, sales consultant, is the best! He provided excellent service and is well experienced and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend my friends and family.
This is the 3rd vehicle we have purchased from this dealer and this salesman. We have been very pleased with the buying process, as well as service after the sale.
I have purchased several MB from this location and will continue to come back, thanks to Stephen in Sales! Both the service and sales departments provide their customers with an excellent experience every time.
There are sellers that have been here for over 20-30 years. Good people that have sold us cars for about 15 years.
Have been a customer for over 10 years and will continue to be. Christopher, Leo and Ernie are the best! They go above and beyond on all aspects of their business. Cars are cars and they will break down at times but having the help from the gentleman mentioned above makes it easy to deal with those moments. Excellent dealership
I had an excellent experience buying a used GL450 from MB of New Orleans. Harry was my salesman. He was such a nice person to talk to and very knowledgable about the specific vehicle we bought. He was not pushy in any way. Perks like detailing, filling up the gas tank, and throwing in an extra factory key were nice after making the purchase. A problem arose within days of taking our GL450 home. Their inspection somehow missed it. Ben, the used sales manager, was extremely reasonable with the resolution. He could have told me "tough, you bought a car with no warranty". Instead, he made my purchase happiness a priority above his bottom dollar profit on the 450 he sold me and took a hit on the repair costs. Not many dealerships these days care that much about making the customer happy. Thus I'd highly recommend buying from this dealership.
I am a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz for many years. I would highly recommend this place to all my family and friends.
I've been leasing and purchasing cars from LEO and CHRISTOPHER at MB of NOLA for years...they're so easy to deal with and trustworthy...not your typical car buying nightmare! Thank you MB of NOLA for taking the fear out of my families car buying experience...we will be back soon!
They found exactly what I was looking for! And Cole Piper was excellent Sales Consultant.
I recently brought my Mercedes-Benz 2010 E350 in for service on December 31,2018.The advisor I made an appointment with and spoke to was Nikkolas Mena at Mercedes Benz New Orleans 3727 Veterans Blvd.Metairie,Louisiana 70002.I was advise that my car needed A-service and I also needed an oil- separator replaced. I agreed to the service that needed to be performed on my vichicle. On January 3,2019 picked up the car and paid the service bill. My concern and argument is that I notice my headrest on the drivers side was out of place, I called Nikkolas who was the advisor. I explain to him about the head rest,Nikkolas told me to bring the car back to the dealership to take a look at what I was complaining about. I did bring the car back, it was advise to me that I must have hit a bump or a pot hole for the head rest to deplored. I explain to Nikkolas that I did no such thing when took the car in for service my head rest on the driver side was intact. He kept telling me the problem is not on us as if I was the one to blame when I bought my car for simple service and know it becomes a catrophy on Mercedes Benz service department. I ask Nikkolas to speak to his manager which he did introduce me to the Asst service manager Mohammad Hinawi.I explain the situation about what I encounter regarding the head rest and conversation I had with Nikkolas. The manager Mohammed Hinawi was trying to insinuate that I did something wrong with the head rest. I explain to Mohammed Hinawi that my head rest was intact when I brought my car to be service. I felt like Mohammed Hinawi didn’t want to here my concerns as a value customer. All Mohammed Hinawi was trying to do is have me pay over $500.for head rest replacement which I was not at fault.Ive been in customer service for over 15 years, this has been the worst customer service experience from Mohammed Hinawi,no customer should be taken advantage of .I felt as if he was trying to gauge out more money out of me for something that happen at the dealership in the service department. I told Mohammed Hinawi that I wasn’t paying for headrest replacement when that service should have been offer as a complementary courtesy as a value customer to fix the head rest not insult the customer .
Went in yesterday looking to test drive a CLS... any CLS. Not a single one on the lot. Would give one star but for a very nice staff who were covering for your lack of inventory trying to show us other models.
Paul made our buying experience a breeze! I would highly recommend them to anyone. 5 stars across the board!! ☺️
Sales Manager Ben Herring is a Wizard! I could not be more pleased with my brand new AMG GLE 43 w/ "NIGHT PACKAGE"! Ben knows this business like the back of his hand, from the cars, the features, the financing; he can navigate the entire process in his sleep without missing a beat. Ben definitely has his customers' BEST INTERESTS at heart, he guided me through a difficult situation when my insurance company surprisingly totaled my Benz. I needed an immediate solution that I could live with. I am overjoyed with the outcome. Ben and Colin exceeded my expectations and desires, and I plan on enjoying this phoenomenal TOP LINE vehicle for years to come. 10 stars across the board. Zero complaints. I am overwhelmed with joy and satisfaction .
Very nice place; clean and presentable. Most of the staff are nice and will greet you with a smile and a "hello"
I purchased my 5th MB vehicle at the New Orleans dealership. As always, their staff was professional, courteous and eager to help. This dealership has been helping me since 2003. Would not think of going any place else. A special thanks goes out to Mr Harry Anderson, Mike Williams and Chris Stuber. Great dealership!
I brought my C-Class in to replace my battery. The nightmare began! First, I was quoted one price and when I went to pay the price was much higher (bait and switch)!!! Second, after picking up the car, the electronics went crazy in the car. The radio would come on when the car is turned off and key is in hand. The car would start saying that it is about to shut down! Third, I took the car back and the service department kept the car for more than two weeks. Fourth, upon picking up the car, the back panel was off in the trunk, and the interior ceiling fabric was hanging down. The car was brought in to be service in pristine condition as the car is rarely driven. Spoke with the manager, Ronnie Lancon, and he was belligerent, unconcerned and stated that they WERE NOT going to place the car back in the condition that it was brought in. I told them that I would complain to Mercedes Benz and he told me that HE DIDN'T CARE! Wow! I have been a Mercedes Benz owner since 1991 and have NEVER HAD ANYONE TO ADDRESS A PROBLEM WITH MERCEDES!!! I strongly do not recommend anyone taking their car to this dealership!!! I have lived in many countries and have taken many of my Mercedes Benz with me and have NEVER HAD THIS TYPE OF SERVICE NOR HAD ANY REPRESENTATIVE OF MERCEDES TALK TO ME THIS WAY!!!! For the record, I have taken my Mercedes to Germany, Turkey, Bahrain, and South Korea and NEVER EVER received this type of despicable treatment. I have bought (2) Mercedes Benz from American Service Center in Arlington, VA where this 2011 C Class was purchased and NEVER had a problem with customer service. Attached are pics of how the car was brought to Mercedes Benz of New Orleans but stay tuned to the pics of how I got it back!
Wonderful service, Especially Scottie in the Service Department. His customers are very important to him. He goes out of his way to help them.
I was excited to test drive an AMG. The good feelings afterwards carried straight through the purchase process. Without Ernie Debus and the MBNO team, Ron and Jeremy, hands down, wouldn't have been the same terrific experience. If your going to do something good for yourself - pick the right people to get started with....Ernie and the MBNO team!
IT WAS A REAL PLEASURE TO DEAL WITH CHRIS STUBEN AND JERRY EBERTS. NO PRESSURE ... JUST INFORMATION FOR ME TO MAKE MY DECISION. BOTH PEOPLE GAVE ME A REAL COMFORT ZONE IN HELPING ME MAKE THAT DECISION. I WILL REMEMBER THIS EXPERIENCE WHEN I AM BUYING ANOTHER CAR IN THE FUTURE. THE REST OF YOUR STAFF, ESPECIALLY ROBERT TAYLOR IN SERVICE ARE THE BEST. I WAS SO IMPRESSED WITH ROBERTS' KNOWLEDGE THAT I SENT THREE OTHER FREINDS WHO BOUGHT CARS FROM MERCEDES-BENZ OF NEW ORLEANS. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...
Best dealership! They made my purchasing experience very easy and painless. I received a fantastic deal and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I love this vehicle!!!!
My wife and I just purchased a new car. Jerry Dean (my salesmen) and Chris (General Manager) made it so easy and pleasant. I would strongly recommend this dealership. Locally owned and operated is always a plus.
Jerry Eberts is my sales person and he was extremely patient with answering all of my questions. He went out of his way to get me the best deal on my trade in and on my new E300. Upon delivery, Jerry spent almost 1 and 1/2 hours explaining the many features of my new car. He even offered to come to my house to set up my gate and garage door openers.. I would highly recommend Jerry and the entire staff at Mercedes Benz of New Orleans.
Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. I was very fortunate enough to came across Mike Williams as my salesman. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and attentive. Mike helped us on finding the right vehicle that fits my budget and includes ALL of my wife's wants. Mike went above and beyond to make sure my wife, my little son, and I were comfortable and happy before, during, and AFTER the purchase of our new 2014 E350 Coupe... Love it! I have had many bad experience with car dealerships and salesmen and l can't say enough great things about MB of New Orleans. I HIGHLY recommend Mike Williams to help you make a sound decision on your next vehicle purchase. Don't believe me? Go experience MB of New Orleans yourself, but make sure you go see Mike. Happy car shopping! -Anthony
Attempted to charge me 2000.00 to change my brakes and then once I told them I would have them changed elsewhere they attempted to charge me a 300.00 diagnostic fee even though I asked for a quote to change the brakes upon dropping it off. Ordered the parts myself and had them changed locally for less than 500.00. Thanks for the response to my issue that I had with MB of New Orleans. However, my name is not Marisa as it states in your response. It clearly says Scott in my profile. So it seems that you cannot even seem to issue a correct response much less an accurate estimate. I’ll never buy another Mercedes much less bring it it to MB New Orleans yo be serviced. Traded it in and took my huge loss on it as most people will. Brand new Jeep and they actually knew my name.
Royal treatment for you and your car. From start to finish, the service is impeccable. Upon creating an appointment, you're assigned a service advisor that follows you and your vehicle from start to finish of the vehicle service or repairs. Most times this service advisor is the same for the life of the vehicle or as long as you're a customer; unless there's a promotion or the individual parts the dealership. Either way, while you're under their assignment, A+ treatment is what you receive. A waiting area/room with coffee, bottled water, fruit, granola bars, donuts and other refreshments for waiting customers, truly a treat. While you await your vehicle repairs or service, you can peruse the lovely MB store for MB branded items such as MB branded clothing, coffee mugs, steering wheel covers, driving gloves etc. Also within this area the checkout cashier is located. Pay for your vehicle and pick up a little something special for yourself and your vehicle before you leave. To be noted, if you prefer not to wait, MB offers loaner vehicles as a courtesy, at no cost to the customer, until your vehicle repairs are complete.
James is an absolutely amazing salesman. No pressure, but he knows his stuff and puts you in the right car. It is a bit cliche, but as I dealt with him, he felt more like a friend than a salesperson. I strongly recommend MB of New Orleans in general, and James Willis in particular.
I would just like to thank Mr. Stuber, General Manager, and Mr. Herbert Singleton, New Car Sales Mercedes Benz Of New Orleans for their outstanding service provided last month in the purchase of my new Mercedes C300 Sedan. This has been the most smooth and comfortable vehicle purchase I have ever made. My old Mercedes E350 began giving me problems last month and while there I got to meet Mr. Stuber who told me if I decided to trade it in to let him know and he would take care of me and He definitely did. Also while there I ran into Herbert who gave me one of his cards and told me if he could be of assistance just let him know. After finally giving up on my old car I got in touch with both of these guys and before I knew it I got what I feel was more than a fair trade in price for my old vehicle and was driving off the same evening in my new vehicle thanks to these two gentlemen. Also a special thanks to my Service Advisor Mr. Nicholas Mena who hung in there with me like a true professional in trying to get my old vehicle going again. You guys are the best!!!! If ever interested in purchasing a Mercedes Benz I highly recommend you get in touch with these guys. You have me as a customer for life. Thanks again. Chas Griffin
The only reason this review gets 3 stars is because your client-facing employees, mainly Katie, are super nice people. I dropped my 2015 GLA off for A service and recalls. When I picked it up, it had not been washed or vacuumed, my tire pressure wasn’t checked, my clock was not reset, and a giant dent in my front plastic was not quoted for repair. For a $344 oil change at a luxury dealership, I was incredibly unimpressed. If the clock hadn’t been set to 1am in the year 2000, I would have questioned if they even did my service. Katie took care of the cleaning aspect for me and I brought it back to be detailed the next day. She was very sweet and I appreciate her great customer service. What I don’t appreciate is the horrific price gouging that this dealership does. I was sent an estimate for $4,400+ in work that my car “needs.” $636 of this was for Spark Plugs. 4 spark plugs. Come on y’all spark plugs are $12/each at Auto Zone and are not hard to replace yourself. What a joke.
I recently went to the New Orleans Mercedes dealership to get a service on my SLK250. While I was waiting I decided to look around the showroom and spotted my dream car. I was approached by Mike Tyson who was warm, friendly, and knowledgeable. We talked for a while about the car and I fell in love. I told Mike that I currently serve our country as a Captain in the United States Army and he was able to make me a great deal on the car. The next day I came back and left the dealership in the car of my dreams. On top of that, they waived my previous day's service charge! So great to see a local business that supports the troops and did everything they could to help put me in a new car. If you are even remotely interested in getting a new car, go to this dealership and ask for Mike Tyson! He was great to work with and made this the best car buying experience I've ever had. Also want to thank Missy (hope I spelled her name right), who was able to fight for me to get the best deal on my trade in and financing I could afford. Overall awesome experience with this team, simply cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you so much for helping make my dream come true!!
I have been a loyal customer of Mercedes Benz of New Orleans since 1984 and still cannot believe how great the staff and service is even today in 2017 what a great Dealership! I am from Morgan City now Lafayette and still drive 2 hours to purchase and service the several Mercedes we own thanks for all the great vehicles as well as personal relationships throughout the many years :-)
Very courteous and pleasant experience
Tommy in Service is Extraordinary. Throughout the years he has continually exceeded my expectations. This is exactly why I will only deal with Mercedes of New Orleans.
Originally my car was sent to the dealership to determine the reason for not starting and airbag replacment due to recall. After waiting 4 weeks for a solution I found out the original key was dead and the spare worked. However, the vehicle remained there 2 months since the airbags still had not come in. I was given the run around a while behind the air bags and finally told they were on back order. After contacting the national saftey commission the airbags were installed about 2 weeks later and I was sent a apology by the national saftey commission. Prior to writing the review I contacted the GM Christopher and let him know about my situation. He worked immediately to solve my solution and provided me with great customer courtesy which none of the salesman offered. Thanks Christopher I appreciate your time and wont mine business with your dealership in the future
WORST BODY SHOP IN THE WORLD. Mercedes Benz collision created more damage then what I brought it in for. Now its like pulling teeth to get my car fix... SADLY I HAVE TO BRING MY BRAND NEW CAR to another body shop just to get my car fixed after the body shop had my car over two months for a door ding in the rear quarter panel. Then trying to get the GM TO RETURN MY CALL IS JUST AS BAD EVEN WENT IN PERSON AND LEFT MESSAGES with anther mgr. still no call back.. looks like I have to go the extra mile now to get my car fixed!!!
I've been a customer here for 7 years. I can honestly say that this is the BEST dealership I've ever dealt with. I love Chris who is the GM. He always makes me and my family so comfortable and welcomed. Every car I have bought here has been a dream and working with these competent, sweet individuals has been nothing short of a pleasure. I love my car and I love Mercedes Benz of Metairie!!!!!!
James Willis was a pleasure to work with and I will highly recommend him to my friends and family. Very professional. Very Knowledgeable. Friendly atmosphere. He made my car buying easy! James helped me get the perfect deal for the car. If you're looking for a great car buying experience with no hassle go see James for your car buying needs, you will not be disappointed!
I LOVE MY 2013 C250 LUXURY MERCEDES, WHAT A FINE VEHICLE. MY DEALERSHIP (MERCEDES BENZ OF NEW ORLEANS) IS NUMBER IN MY BOOK . PROFESSIONAL, KNOWLEDGEABLE AND COURTEOUS SERVICE IS WHAT I LOOK FOR THROUGHOUT A DEALERSHIP AND THEY EXCEED MY EXPECTATIONS . I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP AND ESPECIALLY MY SALES PERSON "ERNIE DEBUS" TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING TO PURCHASE A MERCEDES.
I purchased my dream car this month! But not without the help from my salesman and finance manager. Jorge Quinonez' product knowledge and his ability to present is above board. I had a 'situation', but Missy Hughes made it happen. They are my BF for life!
We have purchased two cars from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans in the past two years and I couldn't recommend a better dealership. From their sales team to their service team, we've had the best customer service in each department. Cole Piper, sales representative, was fantastic to work with. Still to this day, he is one phone call away to resolve any issue or answer any question we may have. We also would like to thank Chris, Sales Manager, and Richard, Service Advisor, for all of their help! Because of these amazing guys, we will only buy from Mercedes Benz of New Orleans!
The people that work here are soooo incompetent I called to get help they don’t pay attention to what you are saying and they are rude plus they don’t know what they are doing
Top notch service from start to finish. I worked with Mike Williams and he was great. Knows everything about the cars, but isn't pushy at all. Really is there to help you figure out what's best for you.
Always excellent service. Service Advisor Tommy Waguespack 5stars
The car buying process was very intimidating. I had not purchased a new vehicle in 10 years and vowed not to do so. My trusted Chrysler 300 just did not suit my family needs anymore. I meet Will Russ "Big Will" and he told me to come to his dealership and he would take good care of me. I went down there and he got me top dollar for my trade and I was able to purchase a 2016 GMC Yukon. I want to thank Will and the good people at Mercedes of New Orleans for a great car buying experience.. P.S I will return soon because my wife has taken the Yukon and made it her own.
UPDATE: 6/22/2019: I still do not have my vehicle from MBNO. Haven’t heard from them since Thursday. BEWARE TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS THEIR CAR SERVICED. Please go to another dealership. At this point I have reached out to Corporate and reported this to the BBB. This is absolutely insane. UPDATE: 6/20/2019 Today is day 11 ... ELEVEN days going on day 12 that my GL450 is still in the service department ATTEMPTING TO GET FIXED. REAR AIR SHOCKS!! I have gotten 4-5 different stories on what is going on with my vehicle from my service consultant and the service manages Mr Friedrichs, when he calls to give me an update my service consultant calls back and says that the SERVICE MANAGER IS WRONG. Now my car went from having service codes from a week ago that they apparently they looked at LAST WEEK that everything was going to be corrected , now today it has another issue that revolves around the SAME ISSUE i brought my car in for last week. SO NOW LETS NOT JUST ADD MORE INCONVENIENCE TO YOU BUT LETS ADD ALMOST 800.00 to your bill !!! MY CAR HAS BEEN THERE 11 DAYS!!!!! GOING ON 12!!! UNACCEPTABLE!!!! It has been days where they say we had to stop looking at your car and look at other vehicles and we will get to your car tomorrow. IF I COULD RATE THIS PLACE ZERO I WOULD. I WISH THAT I CALL LEE ZURICH AND THE NEWS BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF SERVICE!!! My next action will be to contact the owner GAYLE BENSON and the BBB. Next ,have my car towed or driver to the next Mercedes Dealership in COVINGTON to have my car fixed. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE. I have NO WORDS!! This is the absolute WORST Mercedes dealership ever. Every time I have to go to the service department its a issue. One time they left my vehicle running in the parking lot for HOURS and couldn't find my car when I arrived. I complained to Peter Daigle which was a waste, called and complained to Corporate. Then the latest issue is that apparently they have TOO many cars to service and my car will be sitting there after it was towed for over a WEEK before its looked at. I will NEVER return to MBNO again.
Great car-buying experience. My salesperson, Paul, was professional, attentive, and efficient. I received a thorough explanation of the car's features when it was delivered to me, and he recommended a reputable local company that could tint the windows and install a backup camera for me. Subsequent experiences at the dealership for service and the like have all been positive.
Excellent experience, friendly service and very knowledgeable about the automotive world.
We did not initially plan on buying a Mercedes, but once we visited with Jeanne Fitzgerald and Chris Stuben, the GM, we felt so comfortable with the entire process. We love our GL450 and the entire buying process was truly easy. They exceeded our expectations on all levels and we look forward to being customers of MBofNO. Highly recommend!
I have been doing business with MB of NO since the early 90's and my Dad did business with MB for 20 years before that. I have bought many cars from Leo Flotron and have been very satisfied. He is very knowledgeable about MB. Along with Leo, Christopher Steuben has been instrumental in my last few purchases. He always make the purchase experience easy and seamless. Nothing is ever a problem. Great to deal with. I have known my service advisor, Robert Taylor, so long that he knows my cell number by heart. When I need service, he always returns my call quickly and stays on top of what is happening with my car. All in all, my experience with MB of NO has always been without stress and very pleasant.
Just leased my second car from these folks, and the whole experience couldn't have been more pleasant. They really go out of their way to make it fun and easy. Jerry Dean Roberson is my sales representative over there and he's fantastic.
One of the best moves Tom Benson ever made.
This dealership has been my vehicles' home for over 20 years and still loving it. All my MB's have been purchased AND serviced here and I couldn't be happier. If someone stands out in the crowd - it would be the guy that takes care of all my technical questions....Mohammad Hinawi. Have no clue how he puts up with me but delighted that he does. He has been a life-saver on so many levels and couldn't be happier. When the next MB is purchased - will ask for his help as well as the salesperson... He is all-knowing when it comes to what to do with all these electronics! THANK YOU MOHAMMAD!
I have been a customer there for nearly 19 years and recently had the worse service experience. I was told that it would cost $775 plus tax to diagnose my 2008 C300. I'm at the MB dealership, with trained MB technicians and it will take almost $1,000 to diagnose? I've never been charged in 19 years. Then to be told it may have something to do with electrical components ruined by my sunroof. Well, my sunroof did shatter about 3 years ago and MB NOLA did the repairs. So, now I'm getting charged $1,000 to determine what the problem is from your bad work. I ended up getting my MB repaired by a reputable foreign car shop in Kenner and it cost me $1,596, including tax. I was without a car for over a month... Your dealership tried to put me in a 2018 C300 for $38,000. I ended up getting an E350 sport for $23K, clear car facts, still under warranty from another dealership. I am disgusted by the service in New Orleans and have never been treated so poorly. Additionally, over the weekend, my 19 year old son needed a tire replaced and MB of NOLA said it would take approx 3 hrs for someone to come out and it may be faster to call another service. He was stranded on the Interstate. The police and roadside assistance was able to help and switch out within 30 mins. I was over the moon happy yesterday to see that there is a new MB facility in Covington of I-12.
Every time I have to drop off my car or suv for Warrenty service at benson of New Orleans- they have made me wait for 30m to 90m just to sign a sheet of paper saying car has been dropped off (along with many other customers also in the waiting room) You drive up, they have a guy come meet you at your car to take your keys, then send you inside to wait for 30 to 90m just for a service rep to come out and re-go over the issues for service (that you provided when you called In to make the appointment). Huge waste of time *just* for a signature. I’ve delt w peretti (local Land Rover dealer) as well as Porsche of Nola (on causeway blvd), both have you in and out within 5 or 10m when dropping off vehicle for Warrenty work. Above has been my experience on several occasions at benson of New Orleans (on vets.)
Scotty Hutton, my service advisor, was fantastic recently. Communication was excellent, he is engaged, cordial and competent.
Leo flotron is a wonderful salesman. Great to work with. Love the experience i had with him.
I thought about getting another make instead of a Benz but the customer service makes me stay. I'm younger than most if not all of the people who work there but they've stuck to calling me ma'am and offering to bend over backwards for me. I've gone to several Benz service areas in different states but this one is the best. I love the loaner car program as well. Every time I pull up for service someone is there to greet me. Shout out to Corey and Michael for helping me get a necklace that had fallen between a panel. I'll stay with Benz after I get rid of my current.
I was in a car accident and my "dream car" was totaled. The last thing I wanted to do was go through the car buying process. Herbert Singleton and Will Russ took the anxiety and agony out of the situation! I'm so grateful. Singleton provided superior customer service. I felt like I was in the good hands of a family member and not the typical salesman. He took time to answer my questions, go over the features and services thoroughly, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. Russ was anything but the typical finance guy. After giving me a tour of the facility, he worked to get me the best deal, made sure I had the things I needed without trying to sell me things that I didn't need. These guys really made me feel happy to be a part of the Mercedes Benz of New Orleans family!
Best experience I've had in many years! Jeanne Fitzgerald, our sales person, not only met all our needs but has continued her commitment to excellence even after the sale. I would highly recommend her and the sales team to anyone looking for a true MB experience.
I take care of a fleet of 3 Smart cars so I often take them to M-B of New Orleans for routine service and other repairs. Susan Williams, my service advisor, is a joy to work with as in Aaron, their Smart Car expert mechanic. The Smart car is not an easy car to work on and they always explain why a certain repair will take awhile and why it needs to be done. The courtesy drivers (Joe, Floyd, Izell) are professional and promptly pick me up or take me home. All in all its a pleasure working with everyone at this dealership.
We were extremely satisfied with our sales professional Ernie Debus, while purchasing a 2018 GLS 63 AMG. Ernie Debus is the consummate Mercedes enthusiast and sales professional who walked us through every phase of the process and helped us get exactly what we wanted without any pressure or pushy sales tactics. We felt that Ernie was very knowledgeable about the brand, the models and features, as well as the options and service and protection packages. He is very genuine and a true pleasure to deal with. We believe that he helped us get the best deal possible, he explained every feature of the car on delivery day as well. Overall an A+ experience with Ernie Debus from start to finish, we also want to say thank you and kudos for an outstanding job to their general manager Chris and to Mr. Vic in the finance department.
