I am 66 years old and very well educated and I was offended by the way he spoke down to me. I shared my concerns with the service manager Patrick. I plan to speak with the owner about this incident.

Front desk employee was AMAZING! Very nice lady. She was very knowledgeable and helpful! I was somewhat concerned though that my breaks were rubbing metal to metal and my brake light did not come on. I had gone this summer regarding my breaks and they said that my break lights would come on if they needed changing. It was explained to me that the sensor is on the right tires and they were not worn enough for the light to come on.

I feel I was treated unfairly as I was scheduled to come pick up new car and buy Saturday, 12/15/18. I get there and they had car clean and ready. I go in for financing and kept asking is car gassed and ready to go? Telling me that is being done and then when financing finished, I was told you can’t take it home as service has to do a recall on the car and they would do my protection package I purchased. Upset as I was I asked to cancel sale and they said it wouldn’t be put through until I picked up on Tuesday. Scheduled for pick up Tuesday and carnorotection was not done when got there and no one there that could do it. Then sales manager decided to try to do this service himself and had zero knowledge of how to do it. First sales manager said it was done which was lie and then admired it wasn’t. Too much headaches trying to make this purchase. Also the tire light came on when I left first day. I called them and got all kinds of reasons of heat and cold. I went back up there on .26th and they added air to tire I assume as I wasn’t in service with them when my car was pulled back there. I haven’t driven car for days as it was parked in garage. I go to drive it on the 4th and the tire light back on with one left rear tire showing 14 lbs. I called and they said air up and drive to them an hour away. I went to chabills tires and they actually checked it this time finding a hole in center with some type of metal. So now I purchased a certified or supposably certified car with bad tire. Very unhappy and would like to return car and start over elsewhere with some honesty

I've been a loyal customer to Moss Motors for over a decade and I have no intentions of ever purchasing from anywhere else. When purchasing a Mercedes Benz you expect a certain level of Customer Service and professionalism and their Service Deparment has always exceeded my expectations. It's no exaggeration when I say their Service Department is what keeps me coming back, considering how short the sales process is. I always feel like I'm valued as a customer and I'm more than a number. I never have transportation problems because a clean loaner is always available and not to mention they go as far catering to my specific needs due to my busy schedule. All my questions are always answered and they even go the extra mile to ensure I'm informed with my vehicle's maintenance needs. I can recall a situation about six months ago when the Service Manager actually went out on a test drive with me and explained the specific problem, cause, and solution to fix my vehicle in language I could understand. I can't express how valuable this experience was for me. Like I said earlier, I do not see myself purchasing a vehicle for anywhere else.

In Breaux Bridge for the weekend when check engine light came on. Called late Monday afternoon and they told me to come in at 7:30 Tuesday morning. Rocky & the crew at Mercedes we’re so relaxed & laid back. We disagreed on the price of the trade in. He went back with our desired number & said “Ok, we worked that out”. And then we shook! We pulled on the lot around 1:30. We were finished with the entire process before I had to pick up the kids from school! THE FASTEST I HAVE EVER BOUGHT A CAR!!! I was traveling on business from Houston to several plants in LA, incl. Broussard, Morgan City and Port Fourchon. Upon entering LA just at the border, the vehicle started tripping alarms, from battery lights to suspension systems being inoperable. My first reaction was to buy a battery to use to jump the vehicle in case of an issue (it barely cranked after getting gas) but I just googled nearest Mercedes on a whim. I called your store and begged to have it looked at immediately, as I thought it was just the precursor to a dying battery. The real issue had not been identified yet, but was an issue that has persisted for years with some moisture in the control unit. Since that was going to require a longer service than just replacing the battery, your team helped me with a loaner that I’d drop back off on Friday as I was driving back through. Liz and the service team were great. Truly distinctive and earned my business, even if I choose to buy Mercedes again. I’d drive just to buy from them. David

I flew in from Jamaica last night. On my drive home, my tire pressure message came on. I arrived at Moss Motors at 8 am to receive a loaner car and head to work. Unfortunately, loaner cars are not issued for tire replacement. However, the service advisor replaced my tire in 30 minutes and I made it to work on time. Amazing job Moss Motors Lafayette!!

The service was exemplary! Both cars were completed on time and withe loaner car, everything came out to be perfect. I am totally satisfied. My expectations were handily met if not exceeded. Incredible experience. I was greeted in the parking lot and my sales rep immediately got the keys for me to check out the car I was looking for. The dealership was IMMACULATE. Front to back. I could have eaten food off of the floor. Everyone was extremely friendly, and I’m pretty sure every employee greeted me and it was extremely pleasant. They were willing to make a deal with me for the price I wanted.. and even knocked off some fees for me to walk out of the door at the price that I asked for. I seriously could not have asked for a better sales experience. As a former auto sales professional, this is how it’s done. 10/10. I would recommend this place to anyone!
