I have had quite a few experiences at this place and I can tell you that the service is usually really good. They were awarded with the service award for the last couple years for always being there for there customers. The card are completely up to your opinion. That's just something you have to work out on your own because you need to be ready to pay for the maintenance for the car. They can be expensive to okwn but you now the Mercedes name. So why the 4 stars but the questionable review ??? Well let me tell you, there's always someprice to pay and for this company and this location that price is very LOW compared to other car companies which have compatible vehicles. The Times that I have have been here the people were great.

my siblings & i went there on Christmas eve to purchase a car for our father’s 60th birthday present. we were treated very well. our salesman, mason was very patient. he gave us many options and allowed us to take our time to make a decision. the manager brice, was also patient and negotiated well with us to come to common terms that we all agreed upon. we didn’t feel any discrimination. we have to come back to pick up the spare key which was kind of annoying but otherwise, it was an excellent experience. we were all very happy with what we got and most importantly, our father was super surprised & beyond thrilled. first NEW car of his life. we’re so grateful to God.

Upon arrival under Drive in . Had a person greet me as soon as I opened my door. This person checked my 2018 GLC 300 in right away very impressive . I was shown the waiting area as well which had everything you would expect coffee water sodas fruit breakfast muffins and yes even ice cream area was super clean . Bathrooms were very clean . The advisor was super nice . Wait time was very short getting car serviced on a recall on a seat belt safety latch that the dealer took care of . They are very friendly and knowledgeable about the different types of classes of Mercedes and many of them actually drive the cars so they are able to provide you their own personal experiences with the vehicle. What can one say about a dealership that is to perfection! Andrea was wonderful to deal with when I needed routine maintenance on my GLC. Everyone including dealership staff--who have nothing to do with the front office-- have stopped to ask if I am in need of assistance. The dealership is very professionally run, and the staff and environment makes the customer feel comfortable. I have dealt with many high end dealerships, but this is by far my favorite!
Gotta say my experience with the gang in the service department is by far the best dealership experience I've had in Baton Rouge. I'd label myself a solid PIA when it comes to maintenance and knowing what's going on with my vehicles. Marjorie was beyond great. Daniel, Austin and the rest of the techs (sorry I don't know everyone's name) are the absolute best wizards with German gear. Well.. second best after me, but for the sake of this review - the best. We are a touring rock band with a Mercedes Sprinter 2500. When we need service, we need it same day, and we are tight on money. This dealership took us in same day, diagnosed the problem and turned us around in no time... awesome service, knowledgeable, and no "voodoo" complicated explanations. When I had additional questions, they answered them all... I felt great about the transaction and left happy. BTW they get the extra star because their hang out is top of the line... GREAT place to wait to get your vehicle fixed. My service advisor Marjorie was VERY helpful, and helped us with some additional things we didnt even expect. PROPS!

Truly the best service experience you can receive over any other dealership in the area.
Rude staff members. Just because they are not “on the clock” in the building, when staff is representing a dealership in public they should act more mature and respectful. Unfortunately, could not get the ladies name as she was too busy yelling and throwing arms in air while her coworker looked on and laughed at the antics.

While in town for work, my wife’s Mercedes had a technical issue come up. Seeing other positive reviews, I felt comfortable taking to Baton Rouge MB (we had the option of taking it to NOLA MB). Scheduling was a breeze, and an appointment was made for the next day. They encouraged us to use the shuttle they offer while the car was being worked on. The shuttle will drop off/pick up anywhere in Baton Rouge while the vehicle is serviced. I thought that was a nice bonus. My wife and kiddo dropped off the car. Wife says customer service was excellent, facilities were great. Everyone was extremely helpful and offered to go out of their way to make her wait pleasant. Apparently the technical issue had resolved itself, but a thorough check was done anyway. While there I had them provide me an estimate for other work I was considering, and the estimate was very reasonable considering the fact it would be dealer service vs an independent or doing the work myself. YMMV for more extensive service, but based on our first experience we will absolutely return for our MB needs when in town.

I love Mercedes of Baton Rouge! I was able to trade-in my lease car and get another one even though I live in Austin! They delivered my new car and picked up the old car in just a couple of days after I selected it! The whole process is much simpler than going into the dealership!
They took very good care of me and my SUV, from the waiting area, to having your vehicle cleaned before you get it back. They keep me informed of what they found wrong and how the repairs are coming along. I scheduled my SUV to be serviced at the Mercedes Benz Baton Rouge for the seat belt safety recall. I rolled in at the dealership yesterday Tuesday, May 14 and was immediately greeted by Service Advisor Andrea (Awesome!). Alas, my appointment was not until Thursday, May 16. Andrea suggested to look if they have the parts and see if they can work on my car. They did! (This was Double Awesome!). Andrea, you rock! She ushered me to Danielle who was assigned as my Service Advisor. Danielle took over at that point and made sure I was comfortable with the wait (I opted to wait). The lounge was stocked of muffins, fruits, excellent coffee selection and cold drinks. The free Wi-Fi was very helpful to get my work done. The work was completed within the estimated time (and to think they just squeezed me in!). They even adjusted my clock to show correct time (I got tired of following the DST exercise sorry). What more can I ask for? I laud MB BR for their excellent customer service skills. Everyone I met were nice and polite. I highly recommend this dealership! I am embarking on a long drive shortly after this note to Houston, TX and then proceed to California. It is reassuring to know that the seat belt mechanism safety recall has been taken care of. My Mercedes Benz dealer was very helpful with my problem I had with my GL. It was at the dealership for over six days. They were not able to determine what was causing my complaint with the vehicle. Going into limp mode without any indication on the dash. They did all they could with the limited info. I had a courtesy vehicle for the whole time it was in the service department. I was very thankful for the use of this new vehicle. I picked up my vehicle at the dealership to take it home. The only complaint I have is that I feel that since the vehicle was there for about a week it would have been nice of them to return it back to me as clean as it was when I dropped it off. Just a courtesy clean of the outside would have been very nice and appreciated.
My salesman was Mr.Anthony Peters. He was awesome. I was actually surprised with how patient he was since I can be pretty picky. Took me almost a week to decide on a vehicle and he was very patient and professional the entire time. I am very pleased with my experience.

I would pass up 10 Mercedes dealerships to get to MBOBR again. The customer service can't be beat both during and after our purchase. Our salesman, Brice, was patient during our test driving of multiple cars until we finally decided on our 2018 GLA. Financing was also painless with a rate that I was extremely pleased with. Service after the sale WILL be the reason I will return to this dealership for my next purchase. Josh Marchan is our service advisor and he is incredible. We had a chip in our glass from interstate traveling... Not only was the repair done to perfection and timely, it was done beyond our expectations on price. Josh sent a valet service to deliver a loaner Mercedes to our home in Mandeville and brought ours back to the dealership for the repair work. After work was completed, our car was delivered right to our door. Same holds true with our first scheduled maintenance check. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in an automobile dealership. The service personnel did everything humanly possible to get my vehicle back on the road. We had our vehicle towed to their dealership from 140 miles away. They got our vehicle in to diagnose it within the hour. The part took a few days to arrive but the vehicle was completed upon my return. They worked diligently with the dealership who installed the part prior to my breakdown. But to no avail. Upon my return flight they had a car waiting for me at the airport. I was able to pick up my vehicle and drive back home to Florida. Thank you so much. Mr. Fred Johnson

Very nice people! But I think they could take a little more pride with the presentation of the cars. My inspection sticker is literally hanging on by a thread. Come on man. They should have taken care of that. It looks trashy. And I'm missing two stem caps on my back tires. What happened to those? There's also chipped paint on my hood. Very small, yes. But on a 2018 Mercedes. I expected more. My first Mercedes experience should have been better. Maybe next time....
Because I plan on getting a Benz very soon and I love the architecture on the building but in all actuality you could put a bunch of Mercedes's in an abandon lot and they would still sell lol

We purchase a Glk 350 maybe the commission he received wasn't as bigger than he is use to earning! I have been in Sales for years! I'm a Sales Manager at a Major Technology Company and everything about his presentation was totally off I was truly Shocked and Disappointed! We also gave addition feedback via email Internet Sales Department!

I worked closely with Brice to come to an agreement on price and drove up to BR ASAP to purchase my vehicle. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a smile. We were an out of state buyer and Mathew not only accommodated us but also took care a local friend who came by to check the car out before we flew to town. I had such a fantastic experience with Brice Gray in internet sales. I found the exact vehicle I had been looking for and worked out all the details with him before traveling to BR to sign the papers. What an amazing team of people!! We were having trouble with our Mercedes sprinter while passing through the area, and they not only squeezed us in, but made us and our dog feel amazingly at home. Mercedes-Benz fo Baton Rouge DELIVERS and Aaron Heflin is the MAN!!! Recently I paid a surprise visit to my 84 year old father in central Louisiana. He advised me he wanted to get rid of his 2016 Mercedes and get the 2019 model. We went to the local dealer and they gave us a price of roughly $44,000 for the car. Something did not feel right to me from the moment we meet with the salesperson. He had that hungry I have a large fish on the line look. When I tried to negotiate the price they simply would not budge and were high pressure. When I left that dealership I called three other Mercedes dealerships. Dallas, Shreveport and Baton Rouge. Well all of them were much nicer to deal with but ultimately Aaron Heflin at Mercedes of Baton Rouge gave me not only the best price but the best service He even delivered the car to my father that night in the middle of no where and about 10 PM. Talk about going above the call of duty this young man offers what most young people are lacking a lot of today. Some get up and go mentality and great customer service. I would highly recommend if you don't have specific sales person you deal with, Aaron would be quite the catch and obviously regardless of where you live they are worth talking to. Did I mention he also saved me $4,700 and did not look at my dad like a tasty meal! He has also followed up after the sale! Apparently my four year old Battery died. I called the Mercedes Benz Road side assistance and the very polite and knowledgeable agent told me a local technician will contact me within 30 minutes. the technician (named Todd) called me in about 5 minutes. Todd had explained to me where he was and gave me an accurate time of his arrival at my car. Todd arrived with the New Battery in hand and was very efficient and knowledgeable about the procedure. he explained to me each step as he performed the change out. 20 minutes later the car was up and running. Cherry on top was that it was all covered by Warranty! MB stands by their vehicles and backs it up with the warranty to prove it!! Well done Todd! Well done MB of BR Chris Jensen

Service very unprofessional. Brought car in for oil change & Diagnostic. Kept car for over 6 hours. Luckily I decided to call to check status of vehicle only to be told nothing was completed, not even an oil change. Customer Service Tech was very rude and told me to pick up my vehicle. No apology or explanation as to why after 6 hours my vehicle was untouched. Simply told to bring it back if I wanted my vehicle serviced.

I would like to thank Mercedes of Baton Rouge. About a month ago, we stopped by a little before closing time (about 5:45) on a Saturday night. We were looking through the windows of vehicles and when no one came out, my husband went in. He told the sales lady in the showroom we wanted to look inside one of the vehicles but not drive it. As I watched all the employees drive out of the parking lot (about 5:55), she told him all the sales people were gone and he could come back Monday at 9 am. We decided to give our business to Jaguar and I absolutely LOVE my new vehicle as well as the service we received there. Jaguar wasn’t even on our radar but thanks to the lack of service at Mercedes, we are now huge Jaguar fans.

I took the car to Tampa Mercedes who had to replace trim parts on the car and do paint correction to remove water damage. Baton Rouge Manager Brice would not take care of this and we are forced to get an attorney to fight it. Don’t buy a car without seeing it from these people, they are not honest people. They sell cars with damage without disclosing it. I tried to reach the owner but he was not available and I was told he will not do anything. $6k later in damages being paid to Tampa Mercedes plus the attorneys fees is insane! Don’t make the mistake I made. I have purchased a Mercedes previously and this is not how the brand usually works. Very disappointing that something that could be easily fixed is turning into a battle with attorneys.

New in town. Called to see about getting some routine service to my Benz which I purchased out of state. Ended up taking it to the elsewhere because the service department person on the phone at this location seemed to be bothered I wanted to ask some questions about their shop before scheduling. The dealership where I purchased the car offered several transportation options in house --including complementary Mercedes rentals through Enterprise and this location does not. I was just trying to plan appropriately in advance since I only have one vehicle. This wouldn't be an issue for someone with more than one car.
Great service! I did not have a scheduled appointment but the Service Advisor, Andrea, graciously greeted me and explained that there would be a wait. It was not long before she checked my vehicle in and explained in details my options. Also, she would come periodically to let know how things were processing. This was really a great experience.
Victoria Vick is my service advisor and she sent someone from MB while my truck was being serviced, to another facility in town, to pick up my tire and rim and they put it on for me in time for my pick up. Had this of not happened, I probably would have had to wait until after the weekend to get my tire put back on due to a conflict in the other facilities schedule. Thank you for taking such great care of me this week. I definitely loved the experience.

One of the best new car buying experiences I've ever had! I've purchased different luxury brand vehicles throughout the years (Mercedes, BMW, Porsche, Lexus, ...etc.) and like many, I don't really enjoy the process. This time however, I walked away happy and smiling! Joshua Hartt, my salesperson, was very responsive and worked with me throughout the entire buying process. Even when new situations (potential roadblocks that could have killed the deal) came up, he worked them out quickly and professionally. Since I'm an out-of-town buyer, Joshua even drove an hour each way on a Saturday morning to pick me up from New Orleans airport! Prior to flying in, I mentioned to Joshua that I didn't have much time to spend at the dealership before I had to head back home. So once I arrived, Joshua had the entire MBOBR team ready to expedite the process! My GLS was already sitting on the showroom floor clean and shiny when I arrived. After a quick walk-around to inspect it, I went to the finance department and took care of all the paperwork in only 15 minutes (no high-pressure sales tactics to get you to add extras). After another 20 minutes of some instructions from the product concierge, I was ready to head out the door! Everything went so smoothly, and no last minute surprises! That's how I like to do business, and MBOBR delivered! I will not hesitate to recommend my friends to see Joshua and MBOBR for their next MB!
The company I work for provides tables, chairs and tents for events, parties and company functions and when I went inside to set up the function I immediately could tell they built that dealership to accommodate and spoil there customers. You can take your pic from fancy coffee and a snack or cold drink and good reading material. Very impressive.

PLEASE NOTE : 2018.04.10 : Today , I received an e-mail from this dealership thanking me for calling the above communication issue to their attention . They have assured me that communication procedures have been tightened up to prevent future recurrence of slow response . I do appreciate the company's follow through on this matter .
The worst experience in a service center that I have ever had! I started not to right this review but I thought it would be best if I did! I will preface this review by stating have owned only a few cars in my short millennial life thus far, but I most often use the dealership to service my vehicles. I have been here before and it was when I made an appointmentand a very different experience... I did not have an appointment this morning when I dropped off my vehicle...I wasn’t offered a shuttle to work thank god for Uber, I was assisted while standing in a hallway... seriously
Drove 7 hours to buy a sprinter from Mercedes benz of Baton Rouge and it was worth it. Matt and Anthony were great with all the emails, texts, and phone calls. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Would definitley make the long drive back to do business with them.

I must say that dealing with MBBR was one of the best experiences with a dealership. I'm fully aware that they're trying to move vehicles, so, courtesy and smiles comes with the territory, but it was a bit more than that. I appreciated their honesty and valued the prompt and smooth way the sale was handled. I've purchased quite a few vehicles over time and though I may be wrong, I've don't ever remember any dealerships filling the tank nor doing a great wash job on the vehicle after the sale. All the way from Seattle WA, came out to LA on a wish and a whim for a car that I could not find anywhere and specced the way I liked. MBOBR had exactly what I was looking for, Scott did a great job communicating and providing details about the vehicle. We decided to pull the trigger and got an amazing USED car that was in mint condition. Drove it all the way home (3,000 miles) and the car handled like a champ. Don't hesitate to work with this dealer as they exceeded our expectations and went above the call of duty.

If I could give a 10, I would. If you are looking for a honest and trustworthy Sales Consultant, go in and ask for Mathew George. I was so nervous when I went in but he made the entire experience smooth for me. He made sure my deal was right for me. Once I made it in to sign all the paperwork I didn't feel pressured into buying extras. I had an issue with my windshield that I thought that they would try to downplay but when Mathew said he would make it right, he did. All I had to do was call into service, Jessica was super friendly and got me set up with the next available date. Treat people right and your business will grow, MBBR has this concept down pack. Oh let’s get started. I bought a 2015 c300 with 30000 mile on it with the amg package in 2017 an every time I brought it in for service they had some kind of issue that they said was not under warranty. Go figure

We found the car we just had to have at their sister dealership in Texas, they received the car from Texas and presented it to us, we felt so welcomed. It was an amazing experience walking into this dealership. The entire process was super fast and no issues. This is the best car buying experience we have ever had.
This is the second vehicle I have purchased from this dealership in less than 6 months. I live in New Orleans but still choose to deal with Baton Rouge because they are so wonderful. Highly recommend.
Okay, first of all, my service advisor Andrea was phenomenal. If I could I’d give her 6/5 stars. She was always in touch and very friendly. She also discounted some parts and overall made the entire process easier to handle. The only reason this review is 3/5 stars is because the process took extremely long. I basically had to have my transmission replaced (was covered under warranty) so they had to order it from Germany, that took some time, not the dealerships fault. Then the transmission arrived in the US and got “lost” for weeks. Arguably not the dealerships fault again but a lack of communication between them and Daimler in Germany. When the transmission finally arrived it took a little over a week and a half before it was replaced and I was able to get my vehicle back. My PERSONAL opinion, is that a vehicle that had been in shop for around three months should have gotten priority and had enough resources allocated to it for it to be completed in a day or two (the timeframe quoted for the actual replacement of the transmission). They did however put me in a nice loaner for the 3 months I didn’t have my car which was nice of them. All in all, they probably deserve 4.5/5 stars but the amount of time it took to get everything done, which was once again not ENTIRELY their fault, just left a bad taste in my mouth. They are still infinitely better than Moss Mercedes in Lafayette and for anyone that lives in that area I think it is definitely worth the drive to BR to get your vehicle serviced by them. Mercedes-Benz of Baton Rouge is still my preferred dealer and I’m entirely confident that they are one of if not the best Mercedes dealerships in Louisiana.
