After 3 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation on for scheduled maintenance. I was told I needed to change my battery. I opted not to wait for this to be done. At that point I was asked what kind of vehicle I had - they couldn't find it? My truck was parked out in the parking area. This is not acceptable service!

I do my car's service there I had one incident that I wasn't happy with, My wife takes the car there to get an oil change And they do a full inspection on the car They tell her that we need to change the cabin air filter and she didnt do it cuz she was running low on money and I would rather change my self for 10$ rather than the abnormal fee that the dealer charge , Fast forward one week later I wanted to change the cabin filter but I couldn't find it, They took the air filter out and never put it back again , Now it's not a big deal because it's dodnt effect the car performance or do any damage, But that wasn't professional, Anyways good service recommended but not highly recommended.

Lake Charles Toyota has great customer service and amenities. They try very hard to make sure their customers stay satisfied and that the wait is not onerous their service department is usually fast, their hot cocoa machine is never broken, and their popcorn machine is fired up and ready to go. They also have a play area to keep the kids occupied while you wait for service

Stellar customer service! Shout out to John Breaux in sales, Corey Barron (Sales Manager), A.W. Broussard in service & Robert Sonnier (courtesy driver) for all jobs very well done. I was stranded in a parking lot this morning when my car wouldn’t start and they came to my rescue, making each step of the service process comfortable and pleasant (which I didn’t think was possible). I was impressed with this dealership when I bought my car from John a few years ago, but I will be a customer for life now. Kudos, Mr. Tarver, on your great staff!!!

Great service and more than accommodating people. There is plenty enough room to get around and the features to the place make it as comfortable as can be when you are waiting around at a car dealership for a maintenance check. Last time i was there, i was waiting in an area that provides comfortable seating and a tv when this man offered popcorn and drinks to all of us and it pleased me to see such an eager, joyful worker. The only cars i have purchased are Toyota and honestly its because they always went out of their way to find the perfect car for me. All around great dealership.

Really enjoyed doing business with Toyota of Lake Charles. I ordered new tires and wheels for my Volkswagen Jetta there. Christian Tarver walked me through the process of choosing the correct wheels and tires. I’m extremely happy with the way my Jetta looks! Although I brought a Volkswagen to a Toyota dealer, the people there made me feel like part of their Toyota Family. I’ll definitely be coming back to give them my business in the future.

They took such unbelievable care of me helping me out of a horrible situation during a very difficult time in my life and now I have a beautiful new Toyota vehicle that I love that is rated one of the most reliable vehicles on the market, a dealership that goes above and beyond with their service (even when I wasn't a Toyota vehicle owner yet)- I can call or find out anything or have anything taken care of, one that I can put my complete trust in. Again, I cannot think EVERYONE that helped me at your dealership enough! The service advisor was very nice but I had to wait 2 hours to get tire patched. The next day my tire sensor lit up again and I had to make arrangements to leave my van there early the next morning because of my work schedule. They called me and told me that the original tech forgot to fill my tire with air after patching it causing the sensor to go off. The advisor was nice but this mistake interfered with my work causing me to be late and having to leave early.

They are extremely helpful every time I come in. This is my first Toyota and first 5k check, which I did on my lunch break. They made sure to have me out within time to get back to work. My white seat had a little smudge, which I felt bad for even bringing up, and they cleaned not only that seat but the other ones as well. I love my Toyota Prius Prime, but I may just have to keep buying them just for the service! I dont feel like another number at the service department. Thanks guys & gals.

Had a loose fog light on my 2012 Tacoma. Tech advisor, A.W. Broussard, informed me that the only way to fix it was to replace entire fog light assembly for $297.79, as it was broken and couldn't be fixed. Instead, I checked when home and only had to unscrew one side, pop back into slots on other side, and rescrew. It wasnt broken, cost nothing to fix, and only took a few minutes to complete. Now I question if they really used full synthetic oil for my oil change. I will not be going back to this dishonest Lake Charles Toyota dealership, and advise anyone else to go elsewhere for Auto service. Reply to Jeremy at Lake Charles Toyota: The fog light and assembly were never broken, only needed resecured with existing components, and is good to go now. Thank you for the response Jeremy, but i will take my chances elsewhere when my next service is due.

Polite. Efficient. Most importantly for me...Dog Friendly (LoL- I often have one of ny lil dogs w me almost everywhere that I go. If my dog can't go, I don't go). We've been a customer at LC Toyota for many years..bc they are always respectful, polite & strove for excellent customer service.

My new car hit 5000 miles while visiting my parents in Lake Charles. The local Toyota service department took me the same day for the 7 point checkup and maintenance that's included in the Toyota care policy. I didn't even buy my new Toyota Sienna from them. John was great and I recommend this service department for quality and customer service.
