I’ve purchased several vehicles over the years from this Family Owned Business- They treat all customers as Family and with respect. I’ve observed them sell a few vehicles while I was would be purchasing one and Notice they knew a lot of repeat customers. (This says a lot about a Dealership). They always told me the truth about whatever they Sold me. There will be times things will happen to the vehicles that they couldn’t have known about and when I would bring it to their attention, in Most cases they took care of it. We have to remember- These are used vehicles and they will break down sooner or later. Thanks Guys! I WILL BE BACK NEXT TIME

LA Auto sold us a vehicle with a bad battery and electrical issues. They lied to us and said they had our vehicle checked and it was in good condition. Our vehicle broke down only 3 months after we bought it. Thanx, LA Auto. :(

Purchased a boat that was advertised as kept in climate control storage, water ready needs nothing . Within 3 hours of purchasing the boat went to put in water would not start. Had to get new fuel pump and plugs and get injectors primed. Then after running the boat noticed it was taking on more water than normal. Found the shifter boot cracked. No big deal normal maintenance but upon getting repaired noticed the gimbal boot was new after further investigation found the outdrive has been changed on boat. Called the owner no answer , sent text got notification he read but no reply then sent Facebook message. Of which he blocked me , this boat has had the outdrive knocked off and was halfway repaired. He never disclosed this . So now after spending a couple of grand getting it repaired properly it’s now water ready . Buyer beware.

My experience with LA AUTO SaLe was very very BAD l had my trade in on what I was wanting to buy 2DAYS now they said they had approval on this i kept calling and asking there working on it come on what's going on here am 60 years old am know kid i have bought cars before i called them t and told them i was tired of they said ok after that he started saying a they wouldn't do this but as long as I waiting that was ok they work on it when they had time to call them because they had to call my in is that any way to do a 60 year old senior citizen is it

I purchased a Jeep Patriot and the same day the headlights stopped working. I took it back several times and they told it was fixed and a couple of days later they would stop working again. So finally they traded me a Kia sportage. Well not even 2 mths afterwards i went to Texas and it broke down and left us stranded. I messaged the salesman and he said that it was strange that all of sudden something happened. Well it had a blown and cracked head that was patched up with Jb Welds. So it bit the dust and jumped time. I paid a mechanic in Texas over a 1,000 for just parts and its still not fixed. So please people don't waste your money on anything at this lot.
