Got brakes put on and I have went back 3 times already cause they keep squeaking every time it rain and the act like that cool. I didn’t pay 179 dollars for my brake to make noise when I could of paid less at a shade tree and hear nothing. Then all the say is bring it back. I’m so fed up with going up here mostly every week behind my brakes. If I have to go buy my own pads and get them on the ford place will never see me up there again cause the service sucks. Who what to ride around with they vehicle making noise like that.

Great salesmen here and good selection of new and used vehicles, but the service department always seems a little too busy to listen to what you need to tell them about the issue with your vehicle and thats frustrating because then you end up paying for something you didn't really even need fixed or replaced.

Service department has very poor service. Made an appointment to have my car serviced. The next day no one had looked at it. I stopped by the service department and inquired. “Someone is on it now”. 4 hours later I called. “The technician just got on it.” Frustrated, I asked for my car and asked why I keep being told the same thing. The service person hung up on me. When I picked up my vehicle, it was apparent no one had ever looked at the problem. I understand being backed up. I don’t understand lying to the customer. I will not be back. Update: I was contacted by their customer service rep who understood my frustration. Will give it another try.

I had a scheduled appointment time to get two tires put on. I sat waiting for 1hr 45min but when I noticed that my car had been sitting for the last 30 min I thought it was done. I inquired about it and the worker stated that she would check on it. After 2hr and 30min. I asked what was going on with my car. Another worker told me that they had just taken it to the back because they were running behind. Why wasn’t I informed when I arrived so that I could complete other tasks and come back? I was soooo upset. I spent 3 hours and 15 min waiting on that service. Ford has to do a better job with courtesy. Why would I make an appointment if the time wouldn’t be honored? At least inform me if you are behind so that I can decide if I want to reschedule. I was soooo disappointed with the level of service I received today.

Bought a used truck that had a bolt missing on a caliper. Originally offered to fix whatever was broken pr get a different vehicle with $1000 off price tag. Left with truck that I bought originally and fixed at no cost to me. I recommend Chad my salesman to anyone, he genuinely cared about the situation and came up with more than one solution to fix the inconvenience.

The only reason for 5 stars is because they don't have 10. I've bought a lot of vehicles in my life and by far this is my best experience yet. You won't find anyone better than Darren Collie. Friendly and good service. They should take appts for their service department, I hate driving 30 min to get there just to find a dozen cars ahead of me along with a 2-3 hour wait! I am not able to drive 2 cars so yes, I have to wait on site. I would give 5 stars if they would do this

Hey everyone, my experience with Jim Taylor Ford dealership was amazing. I was looking to trade in my 2014 Ford Mustang for a later model and was not so sure if it was going to be possible. However, I received a phone call from salesman James Gerow and he took good care of me. I was a little nervous at first, but he assured me that he would do everything in his power to get me into 2015 Ford Mustang. He was very courteous and well-knowledgeable about the mustangs. After I test drove the vehicle, I was ready to purchase it. The transaction was very smooth and comforting. Therefore, if anyone is in need of purchasing a car, then I recommend you go to Jim Taylor Ford dealership in Ruston, LA and ask for salesman James Gerow because he gave me everything I asked and was able to be placed me in my brand new 2015 Ford Mustang!!!

My husband and I recently purchased a pre-owned sedan from Jim Taylor Ford Lincoln Mercury. James Gerow was our sales consultant. He was very friendly, informative, and not pushy. I loved the vehicle, but I had a problem with a couple of minor things. James made sure in the deal that they would be fixed at no extra charge. We met with James' manager as well. He was very helpful in getting the vehicle in our price range. great place. Purchased a suv today that we saw online. As we walked in a lady that came in behind us came in for the same usv. They waited on us first. During the paperwork process another lady came in for the same suv. Clearly MAD that we were in the process of getting it. The employee she was speaking with had to call the manager over to deal with her piss poor behavior. (due to myself having to rock and walk our lively 13 month old in the hall i hear everything) THE STAFF IS GREAT!!!

I bought 2 cars in less than a month there. Both times I was treated good. Good back and forth negotiations made me feel like I had a good deal when all was said and done. Bad part is the after sale customer service called me to tell me the benefits of buying from them in regards to discount in the service department and something about every 3rd oil change free. Unfortunately they never dropped anything in the mail as they said they would and the lady never returns calls.
