Sales experience were excellent as far as service especially warranty don't waste your time brought it back 5 times for radio issues while under warranty radio was never replaced issue was never resolved now that I'm 1,000 miles out of warranty they say my extended warranty will pay to have it replaced as long as I pay my $150.00 deductible my question is if the radio was bad why wasn't it replaced the 5 times I brought it in before for the same issue I will never buy another vehicle from hood after this experience

I gave it one star simply to leave a comment. These people,not saying they are all bad,but they will take your hard earned money and pretend to find a diagnosis for an issue with your vehincle just for you to have to bring it back 4 times for the same issue. Paid 30,000 for a truck just to put 800 in it a month later for something they lied about to begin with'! Would not ever suggest this dealer to anyone.

If you want to see the true definition of "Stealership" go to this place! On first impressions, I thought I was gonna have a good experience. Wrong! The salesman was great, but when it come down to the numbers, thats when it started going south. The "numbers" guy is a lier, compared my trade to what he could get it for at an auction. $9000 less than what the vehicle is selling for at other dealerships. Now I understand that they not going to give me top dollar but this was insulting. I'm comparing my vehicle to others that are similar in mileage and features.

Yep we bought a vehicle here today for my daughter. We had been looking for three weeks. The sails folk and the general manager and the finance people are great. Only reason they didn't get 5 stars is, they didn't have the car ready when we got there. We had already made a deposit and were going back to do the financing and sign the paperwork. They knew we were coming and had not detailed the vehicle nor was it sitting out front as expected. After I talked to the used car manager and the general manager I felt much better. I think we got a really good deal at a good price. I would recommend Bill Hood Automotive in Amite.
