My car was received promptly and I was finished and on my way in a surprisingly short time. As a side note,I would like to add that while I was in the waiting Room, my Brand-new purse strap broke. The rivet that held the strap on just fell apart making the purse very difficult to carry without the strap. I failed to get the gentlemans name, but he came out of the back with a rivet set and fixed my purse for me .I would like to express my gratitude and apologize for not getting his name.

My sales consultant Aaron Lucas was very professional, attentive, and very knowledgeable regarding the product he sold! The day I picked up my vehicle, Aaron spent an extensive amount of time going over the vehicle features, ensuring that I was completely comfortable operating the vehicle prior to leaving the dealership. Approximately a week after the purchase of my vehicle, Mr. Lucas gave me a follow up call just to make sure everything was going well, and to let me know he was available should I need him! I've often been told you get what you pay for, but honestly that was a small price to pay for such exceptional customer service!!

I went in after work June 17, 2017 the door greater met me at my car my continuous issue was visible to him up pulling up,and he was very kind but once the service writer showed up, she made me feel very much like I shouldn't have never brought my car there from the start, n upon waiting me and other customers begin to descuss how she made everyone else feel so I then asked for a manager card, then I noticed that her attitude changed but it's something that u don't say to the customer as she said to me, n I'm not out to get her in trouble but I know that some ppl get comfortable with their jobs after so long n she said things that makes me not want to come there once my car issue is resolved

Use extreme caution with this Service Department, very dishonest. I was lied to on two separate occasions about the condition of my vehicle in an effort to “up sale” or replace parts on my vehicles that didn’t need replaced. Something I would expect from Walmart or another auto chain but not a Mercedes Benz Dealership. I rated two starts simply because the Salesman who I dealt with when we purchased our new vehicle were great.

My experience started ten years ago with the purchase of my 2009 Range Rover in December of 2008. Through the years the service was welcoming and attentive. Fast forward to 2018 when I accepted that it was time to purchase a newer model Range Rover. During one of my last service dates on the 2009 RR I was approached and greeted by Mr. Detrick Phillips. I expressed my desire to upgrade my current vehicle status. Mr. Phillips asked what I was interested in and what I would like the the specifications of my next purchase to be. Over the next two to three months Detrick combed over their inventory until he came across a vehicle that checked all the boxes of my wish list. He contacted me with a knowledgeable conversation about why this vehicle was the right purchase for me. There was never any pressure to purchase. Detrick believes that persons who are in the market to purchase a vehicle from the Land Rover family need no persuasion. The actual purchase process was quick and effortless. Detrick Phillips had all the documents in order and ready for my signature. The entire process was simple and rewarding. I love my new Range Rover and will continue my relationship with Holmes European Motors and Mr. Detrick Phillips for all of my vehicle service needs.

We have loved our GLS 550 and have been loyal customers for years. Ralph Walker, our salesman is fantastic and it pains us to say that as long as he works for Holmes we will NEVER buy another vehicle from him because of the service department. Starting with the service manager and the rest of his staff, they have been a nightmare to deal with. We have had on ongoing problem for 17 months and it is still not resolved. We believe that the original issue was caused while our vehicle was in for service. We brought the car in with a slow leak in a tire, and the car still drove and rode perfect. When we left with a new set of tires, it has never been the same since. Rather than replace the damaged part, they have tried to repair it. We have begged for them to do whatever it takes for our vehicle to drive the way it did before and they will not. They tell us everything is fine and the way it is suppose to be, it is not. We have not asked them to admit that this happened in their shop, nor have we asked them to pay for it. Our only request that has been unanswered for over a week is that they replace the part, we will pay for it; just be fair and don't over charge us. We have made arrangements with another dealer and they have been more than happy to replace this part for us. Horrible customer service!

Choosing Holmes European Motors was the best decision I could have made for my car buying process. My car was totaled in January and I was looking for a used car and found a Lexus on their lot. As soon as I inquired about the vehicle online, Jay answered my questions and helped schedule a test drive with Harrison. It was a very genuine experience with no pushy salespeople or unnecessary phone calls. With everything going on with my insurance claim, I received gentle follow-ups from Jay and a couple from Harrison over the month and a half we were waiting. I had the WORST experience with Park Place Mercedes in Plano, TX and after being frustrated for two days I gave Holmes European Motors in shreveport a ring. I called Thursday afternoon and the receptionist (I forgot her name) was so sweet and calming. She listened to me and was honest to tell me that they close at 7pm but a specialist would call me in the morning. I received a call that night from Preston. He has been hands down the most amazing person that I have worked with!! I work in sales and Preston was able to listen to what I wanted and communicate that with Kyle (sales manager). During the entire day I received nothing but communication on what needed to happen to get me in a new car. Preston NOT ONCE made me feel less than, rushed, or forced into a car that they wanted me in. He gave me options and did not ask to run my credit until I was certain the car he showed me was “the one.” Upon arrival to the dealership on Saturday I was greeted with the warmest of smiles, and offered water. Preston was extremely dapper and beyond sweet. Chris in finance was as patient as a snail crossing the road with me and made it a point to explain all of the options. He used my life scenarios to make a point and then let me know ALL of my options. He gave me ample time to weigh my decisions and choose a package that would fit my budget. I had to return today to change my registration (an error made by me). When I say Preston and Chris were more than willing and able to work with me to correct the paperwork. I had my daughter with me (she is 5) and needed to take care of some business. The young lady that makes reservations jumped at the opportunity to let my baby girl sit with her and watch the tablet. I have NEVER experienced such a contagious culture in an organization. The morale is what any owner strives for. I have recommended Preston and the entire Holmes family to everyone that will listen!!! If you are in the market for a car GO SEE PRESTON!!!!!! You will NOT be disappointed!! I will purchase every car from Holmes European Moters in Shreveport!!! Thank you so much for all of the support and time. I appreciate the help more than you will ever know!

My experience here was great from the day I arrived on the lot until I purchased my car 6 months later. I met Dillon Toms on a Saturday in September and told him of a goal I had of one day owning a convertible Mercedes. He partnered with me that day and stayed in touch with me as I got closer and closer to the goal that would enable me to buy my dream car. He never pushed or made me feel bad for the length of time it was taking and patiently waited as I told him "hopefully in a few days I will by buying". He also made sure the car I received was exactly what I wanted. When it came time to purchase, my car was ready and the experience in picking it up and purchasing it was perfect, like no other car purchase I had ever made. There was no pressure, we felt special and most of all the experience was very personal. Dillon Toms even agreed to participate enthusiastically in the celebratory pictures I made that day. When I leased my Mercedes it was a great experience. Lovick was a great salesman. But once I gave him his 10s on his survey- I guess that was it. I now have a car under 2 months old that is missing the front chrome emblem because it came off, after repeated emails that were not answered I called. And after speaking to my salesman and getting a promise he wound get someone to help, I haven't heard back. Now, a little over a week later I have a check engine light on?! --- my 2 month old 40,000$+ car. So yeah, not too impressed or happy with this establishment.

The service was great. I love the Jaguar i was given as a rental to drive. I also love the fact they came to my house to pick up my car. Only thing I was disappointed with was they left my car on empty. Since I came to pick up my car myself, I was not familiar with the area and had to find a place to get gas before I could get home. I also still have a speaker that rattles when the base is playing and it's only in one speaker. Other than that it was great.

* This is the first online review I have ever felt compelled to write for a business due to the level of service provided* Today I purchased a used vehicle from Holmes European Motors. Kevin, Dillon and Chris were all very helpful through the entire process. This was by-far the best experience I have had with a dealership in the last 10yrs! They were extremely patient, informative and knowledgeable. I live over two hours from the dealership and we were able to iron out many of the details over the phone to include giving me an honest and fair trade-in estimate which they honored. When I arrived Kevin had the vehicle I was interested in ready and waiting and it was in the condition listed (no surprises). It literally took less than two hours from the time I arrived for the test drive to the time I pulled out of the dealership and was headed home with our new vehicle (they even handled my insurance transfer) I will most definitely be reccomending this dealership to my friends and co-workers and look forward to doing business with them in the future.
