Terrible service.
Everyone was nice and friendly, however, their first offer for a trade-in was a complete insult and we were only able to get them to go up to an amount which was still very low. We were trading in two cars, one of which was a 2010 Lincoln with less than 44k miles and in very good condition. They said there had been previous unreported damage and they wouldn’t be able to sell it on the lot but would have to take it to auction. A few weeks later we saw it on their website with glowing descriptions and a price tag of almost $10k! I realize car salesmen tend to be dishonest but this was a blatant lie! If not for this I would’ve given them 4 stars. I won’t be going back and will let others know of my experience.

I was looking for a 2018 Toyota CH-R in a very rare color (Radiant Mica Green). Started out in Baton Rouge, at the dealership closest to where I live. They didn't have the color I wanted, but he told me that he could get it from the closest Toyota dealer that had one (which was Hixson). So, we began to negotiate, but red flags went up when he only offered me $3500 for my trade-in (the Kelley Blue Book value when I looked it up was nearly $6000.) When I questioned him about it, he made up a bunch of excuses as to why my car wasn't really worth what KBB said. Anyway, we finally struck a deal for $19000 + my trade-in value. He went to verify it with his boss, and came back and told me, "I have great news. My manager is insane for agreeing to this, but he says you can have a CH-R for that price, but it has to be that one right there (which was sitting on their showroom floor, in a completely different color.) I told him I wasn't interested and left. As I was leaving the parking lot, I called Hixson and was connected with a salesman named Justin Brown. When I mentioned the vehicle he immediately knew which car I was talking about, and told me he'd call me right back for a bottom line "out the door" price. Sure enough, 5 minutes later he called me and offered me the car at $100 over invoice ($24817 including taxes & fees). He asked me to send my VIN # and some photos of my vehicle so that he could assess the value. He told me he could give me the $5817 for it no problem, and I could pay the rest ($19000) in cash. So, I made the 3+ hour drive to Leesville early this morning to pick it up. I met Justin, who had all of my basic paperwork ready to go. I was then introduced to John, who was in charge of all the finances and warranties and whatnot. He, too, was super-nice (despite being a Cowboys fan) and was awesome to deal with. In less than an hour after arriving at the dealership I was driving off the lot in my brand-new CH-R. I could not be happier with my purchase and the service I received. Great People!!!! I was not expecting much in the area of customer service, since this dealership is next to an Army base. Figured it would be full of hungry, joe-preying vultures that couldn't wait to swindle service members into vehicles they could not afford. That may be the case in some instances, but it was not in mine. They were upfront and courteous from the very start. Of course I had already researched the vehicle we were looking to buy, so I was just looking for an easy transition from showroom to finance manager. The salesman, Mr. William Powell, was an upfront and honest salesman. He knew what I was looking for, and worked hard, and was courteous the entire time. Answered all questions, and I could tell the guy just genuinely cared. He listened to what my terms were, worked it out with the finance manager, and didn't waste a lot of time like other dealerships would do. That guy deserves a raise. lol Mr. Godfrey, the finance manager also had us in and out quickly. Explained the different options but did not try to be pushy when it was time to sign papers on extra offers that come with new cars. Thank you for being thorough and sticking to your word. The only observation that I made for constructive criticism was I believe the facility could use some remodeling. I know a dealership of that size should be able to "upgrade" a bit. Make it more modern, and accommodating. To sum it up though, this is the best car dealership customer service wise, I have ever been to. I do not write reviews, but felt compelled to after being treated so well. Thank you.
Looking for a small part...they couldn't find it in their...so now will have to order online for 7 dollars...wont be going back anytime soon.

Wow! Today I had a scary experience. I own a 18 Camry and it was making a thud noise, something was off I'm from several miles away and had to stop in at their dealership. They were patient, listened and fixed the problem. The gentleman was fantastic! Please stop in and give them a chance. You won't regret it!!
The staff is very friendly and treated myself and my wife with respect the entire visit. Couldnt make a deal that worked today unfortunently. However they run a very clean kind and courteous buisiness.
I drive all the way from Jasper, Texas to get mechanical work on my car. I don't trust anyone else but Hixson Toyota in Leesville Louisiana. They also have great customer service.
Cindy Crosby was the sales person who was very helpful in my purchase of a 2015 toyota Highlander. She had the answer or acquire it on all my questions. I will choose her the next time! In the past I owned a highlander and I've had Hixson service my car. they have always done a through job. they now have a great waiting room plenty of donuts, and very good community coffee! The Service Manger (Craig) I've known for many years a great person and knows his business.

I recently purchased a 2015 Toyota Sienna from Hixson Toyota. I highly recommend this dealership. Joe worked with me endlessly to make sure I was getting exactly the van I wanted at a great price. We had a trade-in vehicle, which was our down payment. Again, I had shopped around prior and I was very pleased with our trade-in offer. Nick handled the final issues with our sale and he was extremely efficient and personable. Lastly, Wade handled our financing and he was patient in walking me through every detail to make sure I was pleased. I would not hesitate in recommending Hixson Toyota. From pricing to customer service, they are 5 stars!

My recent experience: I've come here off and on for oil changes, tires etc. I had over a 2 1/2 hour wait just to get information on what I needed done for a service check. The staff is nice, but if you're looking to be in and out, it would be best to have some extra time on your hands; you'll need it.
Just needed. My tire light was on. They checked and filled my tires and no flat. No charge. Great service. Not the first time either. They were roofing my house so I was afraid of a nail.

Talk about the friendliest staff. I have been battling with firestone on Ft polk for a week regarding my alignment. I had my truck in 4 separate times and it came back with a crooked steering wheel every time. I called the toyota dealer and asked if they would align my 2017 ram 1500 because the ram dealer was booked up. They told me no problem and to bring it on in. Within 10 or so minutes, they were bringing my truck around to start the alignment. In less than an hour, they brought my truck back and the service tech walked me through what he found and adjusted. Every adjustment was off from firestone and the toyota service tech adjusted it to perfect specs. My truck drives beautifully now and as it should... and the steering wheel is straight! I don't own a toyota but i would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles back here. For a dealer, the pricing was amazing and the service was wonderful. It was also nice to talk to the service tech that actually worked on my truck. Many dealers give dealers like this a bad name. If i could give more than 5 stars, i would. I highly recommend this place.
They will give you contract let you sign without asking your opinion and charge for additional services without asking either. Don't come here to buy a vehicle.

They broke my windshield while fixing something under warranty, then denied doing it. So now I have to pay for a whole new windshield.

Just bought a a Ford Focus and delt wit Ms. Kevin & Mr. Jim they were absolutely wonderful...
First off, you can't make an appointment with this dealership. This is the first dealership I've ever encountered that issue. So I get there around 0730 for an oil change, tire rotation/balance and to get nitrogen put in my tires. They took my car back almost immediately, which was great. However, they took 3hrs to perform the above. It does not take 50 minutes to rotate and balance tires. I have done this myself in the past. And it certainly should not take 3hrs for the above mentioned services. And to top it all off hey stripped 2 of my lug nuts that I know of. Haven't checked the rest yet. Had a flat tire literally the next day and went to take it off and sure as heck, 2 lugs stripped and ended up breaking off a stud. Luckily I was only a block away from a Firestone Complete Auto Care. How do ASE certified mechanics strip lugs? That's a rookie mistake! WILL NEVER USE THIS DEALERSHIP AGAIN! I
