Mr. Seawood was amazing. The only thing is they did not point out the dent in the passenger side top wheel well and the chip in the far top right corner of the windshield passenger side. I only noticed it after the car was washed and I was ready to go. I pointed it out and mentioned it to Mr. Seawood but he said nothing. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable experience.

Hixson had the best price and the best warranty on the labor. Overall, great experience from a great staff. Brandon Martin helped me out big time in the services side! Dude went above and beyond what I expected. And for that if it is a Ford product, I am taking it to Hixson.

I traveled from Houston to get the used Lincoln with the package I was looking for. The process took less than 2 hours. Tony Fontenot, my salesperson was fantastic. The sales manager was humorous, finance was very professional. I would make the 200 plus miles again if I decide to get a Ford F-150. Thanks again guys!

I boycotted this place several years ago after a botched service experience. I drive up to Marler to get on my dealership work done now. I decided to give them another chance today (since I'm shopping for a new truck) and came in for an oil change. I went across the street to a restaurant for 1.5 hour lunch. Just got back to find out they haven't even touched my truck. He should have warned me or called me by now. This is a permanent boycott in my book. If the service is this bad I sure as hell ain't buying my new truck from them!

I would have given them no stars. I went with me son to help him buy a New 2018 F-150. I will warn you. Buyer by aware. They sales staff and sales manager are con men. Non of them would give us a straight answer. When I called them out on there math they all danced around it. They took off $5000 in rebate for 0% financing but went up $9000 on the price of the truck. The sales manager Kyle was rude and arrogant. Do yourself a favor buy elsewhere. We did.

I had my car repaired in Hixson Body Shop and 3 months later received a call ( from Tampa FL) on my cell asking personal questions about me and my car.The call said it would be recorded so I soon hung up when I realized the purpose was to solicit me to buy new car. I called Hixson and asked one question- who had permission to release my personal info to this caller. I am still waiting on an answer.
Your salesmen need to be taught the difference between the 2015 Edge and the 2014 Edge. I wanted to see the 2015 and the salesman, Mare, insisted that what he was showing me was the 2015. I informed him that the 2015 did not come in a Limited but came in a Platinum. He said he thought I was wrong. Well.............instead, he was wrong. I will go to Shreveport to check out the 2015 next week.

Great place. They bent over backwards for me... and then some--Just to get me the truck I wanted. reasonably priced. Staff were extremely friendly and accomidating with real human smiles. none of that plastic fake smiles people come to expect from car dealers.
A word to the wise.....go to Better Business Bureau site and search for Hixson in Alexandria. Go to complaints and review complaint dated 2/13/2017. If you want your 86 year old Mom to take her car to Hixson Alexandria for a $30 oil change and leave with $800+ in ludicrous charges for flushing transmission, flushing power steering, flushing brake lines, and think on this one......remove carbon from engine!!!.....then Hixson is the place for you. They told her these items were necessary to keep her car safe. Wow....you consider this case and make your decision. I went to BBB for help with Hixson taking advantage of an 86 year old widow but the BBB was absolutely useless allowing Hixson to make their useless response. I have bought numerous cars from the other Ford dealership in the area and have never experienced anything but total integrity and honesty with purchases and service.
Employees are really nice and helpful. Would highly recommend for oil change and tire rotation but Friday's are really busy so schedule on any day but Friday or you will have to wait a long time. Recommend drop off and they will call you when it is ready.

I made my appointment online. I drove all the way up there from out of town, only to be told they didn't have the parts to fix the safety recalls on my vehicle. Wasted trip, gas, & time. Someone could have called me and advised me in advance...before I wasted the morning.

Tonia B in sales was great to work with. Bought a used car from them without extended warranty and the car developed an electrical problem literally minutes after i left the lot. Took it back on the following business day and the service department fixed it. However after a couple of weeks the problem resurfaced with additional electrical issues. I took it back to them and after some serious frustration due to some major miscommunication, Larry , the sales manager made it right by having the car brought in and fixed right. In the mean time they gave us a really nice loaner car. The dealership didnt HAVE to repair the car or give us a loaner but like Larry said, sometimes its about doing the RIGHT thing, which they did. My next vehicle will definitely come from Hixson. There were also a couple of other issues that happened with the car but they made it right, so no complaints here.

My husband and I recently purchased an Expedition from Hixson Ford. Our salesperson, Tim Fontenot, respected our time and was extremely accommodating with our busy schedules. He did everything he could to make it a smooth and efficient process for us. He showed us all our options and never used any high pressure tactics to sway us any certain way. He was patient with our indecisiveness and I always felt he was being very straight forward and honest. It was a great experience for us!

They overbook there amount of work that are capable of and then lie about telling you that they said it will take longer when you first drop off a vehicle. State farm had to move vehicle to a new body shop. Will be more than a month because of Hixson body shop lies.

took my 2014 Ford Focus for service check. The service person said I needed my radiator flushed because the water was rusted. Got a second opinion from a radiator shop and it was the color of the fluid that made the water reddish orange. So Hixon If the service person you are paying to work on our vehicles doesn't know that., your either trying to rip off your customers or your employees are DUM and don't need to be working on cars

1st vehicle (2016 Ford Fiesta) from Hixson was prefect, great customer service.. 2nd vehicle (2017 Ford Escape) purchased from Hixson has been nothing but a nightmare. I LOVE my Escape, But Hixson has definitely gone down hill in the past year. My boyfriend, family & I are very loyal customers to Hixson, But will be taking our service elsewhere from now on.

I love that dealership my father has bought probably 6 of 7 vehicles from there. Me and myself I'm on my third truck from these guys these guys are awesome the ladies are awesome and I just like that I won't go to another Ford dealership if that's the one that took care of me when I got in my accident. I bought a truck there pay cash for it had it 3 weeks after that somebody hit me in my camper destroyed about killed me. These guys waited on Saturday me to come in and pick out a truck over there past that are normal hours in the appreciate that to me that are good dealership. Thank you ladies and gentlemen

She also made sure that my pre-owned car had everything addressed that we spoke about and was detailed and parked in front ready for me to drive off. The Paperwork took some time, I would dock a point for that, but that is not their fault. They worked as fast as they could to get us out of there and on our way. Brought my 2009 Ford Ranger into service department after scheduling an online appointment. I arrived and was assisted by Mr. Greg Below. He walked around by vehicle and asked me the issue with it. He noticed I had an extended warranty. He asked me to follow him in to insure the plan was active as I had purchased this vehicle, not from Hixon but another dealership just 2 weeks ago. They had not yet submitted the warranty. Mr. Below suggested I call them to have them fax it. In the meantime he gets my truck in for diagnoses. I was kept apprised of the diagnoses, warranty was confirmed and submitted for approval. By 4 pm I get a call saying my truck was repaired and ready for pickup. The work was covered by the warranty less my deductible. Great customer service and I felt like Mr. Below wanted to insure I was satisfied. Hats off to Hixon Ford!

The most enjoyable experience I have had and a long time purchasing this new car. The salesman explained everything I needed to know and I thought we got a good deal. Mr. Kendrick was our salesman, he is also a good salesman and very professional.
They weren't very helpful. The sales lady told us where the vehicle was located and went back into the building. We had some questions. She told us we would have to "come in and sit down" with her to get paperwork done. I just wanted a close price! I'll go back to Leesville.
I recently traded my 08 F150 on a 2013 F150 at Hixon Ford of Alexandria. I had a service issue right away and returned it to the service dept within a week. I could not have asked for or expected a better experience dealing with this issue. Brandon in the service dept went above and beyond to take care of the issue in a prompt and professional way. This is my third vehicle purchased there and I will also consider Hixon Ford as my first choice to buy from.

Hixson Ford of Alexandria has the best Service Department and Quick Lane Department in Louisiana. Every oil change that I have had on my vehicle has been done by a Quick Lane in Louisiana. The only one that I have used more than once is Quick Lane at Hixson in Alexandria. I returned because the people who work in Quick Lane are professional and personable. Mr. Sean and Mr. Dustin keep customers informed about the progress of their vehicles. If a customer has visited Quick Lube more than once, they know the customer's name. Mr. Sean and Mr. Dustin are upfront about what needs to be done, how much it will cost, and long it will take. As a customer, I truly appreciate that. The gentlemen who work in the garage probably do not get as many comments from customers, but I can attest to the fact that they recognize vehicles and their owners. They will greet me by name and are always pleasant. The Service Department at Hixson is the only Ford Service Department that I have ever used in Louisiana. The reason is because Quick Lane has done so good. Mr. Greg and Mr. Brandon always take good care of my vehicle. I try to call for an appointment so that I do not overload the mechanics. Mr. Greg and Mr. Brandon always tell me that I can bring it whenever I want, but can many times give me an idea of when they have fewer appointments. This small bit of information helps me not have to wait as long and it helps their service department not get bogged down. I have never been blindsided with repair costs. Every repair that I have had was quoted accurately and took exactly how long I was told that it would take. Good people make a business worth returning to... I continue to return to Hixson Quick Lube and Service because Hixson is staffed by GOOD people!

I will NEVER buy another vehicle from Hixson again and I tell everybody I know not to buy from them. We bought a vehicle from them with a warranty. We started having trouble with the car about 2 weeks after we bought it and since it was under warranty we took it to Hixson to be looked at and they could not find the problem we were describing to them. We then took the car to California and back and we were still having the same problem with the car so we took the car back to Hixson to be looked at and they told us they found the problem that we were talking about but now our warranty was expired. They are a bunch of crooked bunch of people. I also took my mother in law's car into the shop to have brake fluid put in come to find out they did not put any in. They are a crooked bunch of people.

This is the second truck I've purchased from Hixson Ford. I visited other dealers but I usually knew more about the trucks I was interested in than any of their salesmen and that's very frustrating. Kevin Miles was my salesman and he took the time to work with us; answering questions and if he didn't have the information I needed he went out of his way to find it. I was very particular about the option packages on the super duty trucks I was considering. We ended up ordering a F350 SRW and then a month later changed our minds and went after a F350 DRW because of payload concerns. Kevin and Hixson Ford worked with us and ultimately I drove away with a beautiful F350 DRW in White Platinum. I may have been able to get it for less elsewhere, but it was worth every penny to build the relationship we have now with Hixson Ford.
Bought a used SUV from this dealership and my sales man lied, and tried to screw me over when things started going wrong with my car only a week later. Never contacted me about my license plate or title and ive owned this vehicle over 2 months. Im extremely disappointed. I would not recommend to anyone else.

I was very disappointed with the way I was treated when buying a car at Hixson last week. I used this salesman on a previous car I purchased in the past. As a woman, I feel that I was treated like I didn’t have a clue what I was talking about when it to the price of the car. He actually tried to sell me a car for more than the advertised price. I have not heard from anyone since purchasing the car. I am actually waiting on my down payment receipt.
What started as the best experience turned into the worst experience I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. After speaking with a sales manager over the phone, we made the decision to drive 2 hours to purchase the vehicle. The vehicle was supposed to be cleaned and ready to go when we got there; it was not. After deciding to purchase, they were going to wash it. After finishing the deal (6 hours later), we went to get in the vehicle to leave and noticed water spotting on the windows. I figured that was from them washing it and I would just clean it when I got home. I tried everything I could think of to clean it, but it would not come off. Turns out the whole vehicle is covered in these spots. I called the sales manager who told me to take it somewhere and have them call him with the price and he would send them a PO. I took it to a paint correction specialist and they tried several different methods and once they discovered what would work, sent the sales manager the estimate ($2,000). The sales manager said that was too much. I agreed to get some other estimates. I took it to a regular detail shop who said they could not fix it and recommended a paint and body shop. I took it there and they're estimate was over $3,000. After sending the sales manager all 3 estimates, he essentially just stopped communicating with me. I called the general manager, who seemed very understanding at the time. I sent him the estimates and attempted to contact him several times and he has never called me back. They were also supposed to send me a rear door lock knob, which they have failed to do. I filed a complaint with the BBB and they have not responded to them either. The email I received said, "Hixson... takes pride in providing great customer service to all of our customers". What a joke!

The Service Department is excellent.
They were nice. However they couldn't do my tire rotation because my lug nuts were put on "too tight" for them to take it off and they didn't wanna do further damage to my car. I get that but it really incovineced me and how can their equipment not take them off with ease? The last people to do my tire rotation was Hixson in Alexandria...so do the Hixson places not have the same experience and equipment? Idk but definitely making a trip to Alex from now on.

Today I have to say I’ve met some of the kindest people in my lifetime! I’ve been hauling cars for Ford for almost 20 years now. I pulled into the dealership after delivery hours. James the service manager said your fine just bring them on in. Well after offloading the first one I blew a hydraulic line and thought I would be stuck there till the morning. I told James what had happened, and said I needed a part at Home Depot. He didn’t hesitate to offer up a ride, even walked in the store with me to get the part. Went back to my truck and there was one of his employees watching the tools I had on the ground. This guy was off the clock at 615pm. I wished I would of caught his name but thanks. After putting the part on, I tried unloading again. Well the hydraulic fluid was gone, and I felt deafeted. Next thing I know a service tech “Fred” was leaving work, and stopped to check on me. Told him I needed hydraulic fluid and he said jump in lots run to auto zone. At the end of the day I got done what I needed to. 20 years of doing this I’ve never met I nicer dealership!
