We went to sign papers on a vehicle at the dealership. My husband went to inspect the vehicle again and crawled underneath the truck and noticed blue shop paper towels pushed up behind the motor. When he pulled the shop towels out oil started pouring underneath the vehicle. The salesman insisted that they do not let any vehicle come out to the lot. Of course we didn't buy the truck. The salesman ended up calling me the next day and stating it was the seal around the bolt for the oil pan. I have changed alot of oil in my day and know the oil pan is not behind the motor. Very crappy!!!!

Wanted to buy locally. Did all my research online and went in locked and loaded. Ken Warren contacted me from some info I left on a website, so I went to him when I was ready to buy. I knew what I wanted and they met my needs easily. Went back yesterday just to get some more needed instructions on some of the electronics and Ken was very helpful again. Found a truck at this dealership and I wanted a lift and bigger tires on it they did it for me no problem. It was my first out of state buying experience,and the truck advertised just as it was. They gave me a warranty on engine and transmission.. For life ! And they offered to drive it to me to dfw for free!

Talked with Doug Smith the evening before about the Ford Focus I was looking for and decided to go see him to discuss things the next day. There wasn't a Focus like I wanted at the time and the next day he texted and said that he had the car there. He was very friendly and patiently helped me to understand all the gadgets in the car that I have never had. He has gone out of his way to help me and make sure everything was taken care of and that I was happy. I highly recommend Hebert's Town and Country and that you let Doug help you. Hebert's Ford & Lincoln is an outstanding dealership. The entire staff is professional. My experience was very pleasurable! Was given a warranty on my engine and transmission for life. (warranty for life). They also have the best Maintenance service from oil changes to multi-point inspection. Being from the area, i was a little skeptical. But after the experience, i would highly recommend them to anyone. My wife suv runs great. I'm definitely in the market for a truck and will be shopping with them again soon!!!!!!!!

We were looking for a fifth vehicle for our family, for our youngest son to drive. We needed something reliable but inexpensive due to his age and our family needs. Doug Smith was very helpful, thorough and not pushy. He was exactly what we needed as we decided for ourselves if this was the vehicle for us. We discovered Hebert's Town & Country while looking on the Internet for a good pre-owned Lincoln. We found what we were looking Hebert's. I called the dealership about the vehicle I wanted and talked to Doug Smith. He assured me the vehicle was still available and was as advertised. We decided to drive up to Hebert's on a Saturday morning. Doug met us as we drove as he recognized us from the description of our car. We were quite impressed by him and Hebert's staff. Doug showed us a nicer and a vehicle with fewer miles than the one I initialy looked at. We liked it and within a short time and no problems we drove back to Nacogdoches in our new Town Car. I can't begin to tell you how Great an experience my wife and I had with buying a vehicle from Doug at Herbert Town and Country Ford Lincoln. The entire dealership was helpful with the process that I have never found to be fun. My past experiences with buying car have been anything but pleasurable. That was soooooo not the case here. My wife and I didn't get to the dealership until late in the day and they stayed long after hours to make sure that our process was complete and that we were happy. They really made us feel as if they WANTED us at the business. Not many dealerships do that anymore. It's more of a get them in and out and not listen to the customers needs or desires for a vehicle.
