Nice calm atmosphere and always very friendly. Eager to help you out and answer all your questions. You can get some great deals here for new cars and with lots of yearly maintenance. However, the wait times when you bring in your car for even minor maintenance can take hours. Even something as quick as an oil change could still take 3 hours sometimes compared to other places on the bayou, which have been instant. At least you get to wait in a nice furnished waiting area with free coffee.

Tiffany and the rest of the staff were amazing... they were so warm, not pushy at all, and stayed late to complete our sale without making us feel hurried. They played with our 3 year old and Tiffany even entertained our 1 week old infant while we signed paperwork! Since she was leaving at the end of the day, Tiffany had us follow her out so we could find our dinner spot. Very family friendly atmosphere, our 3 yr old wanted to go back to play again (she was disappointed Tiffany did not meet us for dinner), it was so hassle free and now we have a great vehicle at an excellent price to serve the needs of our growing family. Multiple times I have wanted to do business with Golden as they are a local company to me. Time and time again I have gotten screwed over, they tell me a price, then call back and say there’s more issues and the price will be higher. I’ve gotten no effort on their end to make things right. Also, they strictly rely on what the computer tells them. They once told me it was a 13 hour job and engine needed to be removed in order to change my tie rod. Just ridiculous. I’ve got my wife’s vehicle there now, thinking they would make things right since it’s only a couple hundred miles out of warranty and I am now stuck paying the bill. Not to mention when they took it in, it was worst when it got out of there. I will not do business with Golden motors ever again and will tell everyone I know to go elsewhere instead of getting screwed over.

My wife, Amanda, was in the market for another vehicle recently. Since I now buy all of my vehicles from Golden Motors (five great experiences so far), I recommended she go see Marcie. She agreed and, within minutes of contacting Marcie, we had a meeting set up for the next day, which was a Saturday. Marcie wasn't even scheduled to work that day, but she came into the dealership anyway. Amanda checked out a couple of vehicles (Marcie had the ones she liked ready when we arrived) and she ended up buying a 2017 Tahoe, which she absolutely loves. Having had poor experiences at other dealerships, Amanda was extremely pleased with the service at Golden Motors...and especially with the respect and professionalism shown by Marcie. I already knew I would always go to Marcie when I need a new vehicle, and now, so will Amanda.

Definitely the best car buying experience I've ever had. No pressure, no haggling, no bs. It was like buying a car from family. I drove 2 1/2 hours to get the vehicle I wanted from here, and next time I'm ready for another one, I won't hesitate to do it again!
