Went in just to look around. The salesman was friendly and listened to what I was looking for. He did not try to sell me on something that didn't fit my needs and was able to find me a vehicle and get it financed the way I wanted it done. I'm very happy with my experience there, and would recommend to others. Ended up purchasing my vehicle there. Free car washes for life and free oil changes make the deal even sweeter.

My husband and I dealt with two salesmen and the manager. Kreg, Leo and the manager Adam. All were very friendly with a positive attitude at all times. Kreg met us at the door and was very welcoming. Adam knew exactly what we were looking for and found the S60 we wanted, along being very patient with me. Leo was the best! He explained every little detail about the car, he is very knowledgeable! Honestly I have never dealt with a salesmen that knew so much about a car. We will definitely be returning when we purchase our daughter a car. OH and the inside of the dealership was spotless and very kid friendly, that right there is what parents love! We love our Volvo S60. Thank you guys!

This service department is excellent. The lady in the front always has a smile on her face and is so helpful. I have never met the folks that service my car (rather it’s an oil change or if I had a problem) but they have always done an excellent job. I will say my whole expierence with Giles has been nothing but superb! From Rudy that helped to get the most for my 4 runner to Adam making sure I got the Volvo I wanted. It’s great employees like this that make this business so successful.

I recently purchased a vehicle on line through Texas Direct...in comparison, there is no comparison! There is no replacing the human factor especially with Jake and Adam, their knowledge of the Volvo's and their follow up with us since purchase has been impeccable. I contacted Harris Domingue via fax regarding a problem I was having with a used car that I purchased from Giles. He contacted me via email and told me to bring the car in to be checked. I did that this week and the problem was fixed. I just wanted to say that from the moment I walked in to the service dept I was greeted and welcomed by Ms. Carrie. She graciously took care of checking me in and informed me that the shuttle driver was out dropping off someone else, but she would check on his status. Then Mr. Billy, the shuttle driver arrived and was the perfect gentleman. He opened the door for me to enter the car, made sure it wasn't to cold in there for me. Mr. Nick Brown, was my sales person and to my surprise, 5 months after purchasing my car, he even texted me to wish me a Happy Birthday. My overall experience with Giles has been excellent from beginning to end and even after the sales. Good job everyone and keep up the good work!!!!
