Popped in on a fluke a few days ago right after their radio show end-of-month giveaway. Well remember by one salesman and also by several others who were super friendly. Yes they were definitely trying to make a sale but put me at ease and gave me a soft credit check which they said would not affect my credit at all and show us three vehicles of which one was new the Nissan kick and two old ones with high mileage the Nissan Rogue and the Honda Tucson. All vehicles were nice but the kick was too small and didn't seem like a quality vehicle, the Hyundai Tucson was very nice but also very high mileage and the Nissan Rogue was damaged in a few places with also very high mileage but still nice vehicles. Informed them I needed more time to shop around and then a Nissan lover I will definitely pop back in and see if they have something I can fall in love with or at least worth the note. My salesperson was Mike I believe who wasn't pushy at all and very accommodating. I don't recall that at all black guy's name but also very friendly and accommodating. I have a soft spot for Nissan so hopefully they can make me a great deal! Smiles

Every car I inquired about he would send pictures and best price they could do, so it gave me several options. When I showed up to test drive and look Chris had the final 2 cars side by side so I could do a comparison. I ended up getting the car I thought would be my second choice. Purchased a 2018 Nissan Rouge SV with the Midnight package 2 weeks ago it was supposed to have 17 Black Alloy Rims but it did not have them it has hubcaps I was told by the salesman that these were the wheels that comes with this SUV and come to find out after finding the original window sticker on the vehicle in the glovebox after purchasing.Went back to the dealership today to see if they would make it right. I was told by one of the Owners that he was NOT going to change out to the correct rims and that I could take it up with the salesman. I would not purchase a thing from this dealership the owner could care less about helping me . And plus I paid 800.00 more than I intended to.

I purchased my Nissan from North Park almost 4 years ago and I’ve never really had a problem with it until the air stopped blowing cool a few weeks ago. Now before I brought it in I called to speak with Ron because he always helped me out, but I was told he no longer works there. I was like ok I’ll still come because I love the service, Joey told me to ask for him. Well I get there and a service adviser wrote my car up, two things he didn’t note was I asked to have my breaks checked. Also at other dealerships and I know for a fact (I worked at Volkswagen) and we’d as the customer do you want a full inspection done and a wash. I wasn’t asked either. So my car was diagnosed and I needed an ac compressor and it’s covered under my warranty. I was giving a loaner car and was able to go back home. When I picked up my car I got my receipt and got my car back the exact way I brought it in. I asked the guy did they do an inspection he said yeah everything is fine. NO they didn’t because it wasn’t notated in my receipt. I’m upset about that. Also when I got home I noticed a piece was missing on my car. So I’m not trying to deter anyone from going here. I just wish they took care of me like they were doing before when Ron was there

I always have a great experience at NorthPark Nissan. Every time I go in for service I feel valued as a customer. The service department has gone above and beyond my expectations. I had an issue with the stereo Bluetooth in my new truck and they went to very great lengths to get the issue resolved. This has been my experience every time I bring my truck in for service. Everyone from the service advisors, to the service manager, or the technicians have always taken great care to listen to my concerns, and to advise and address those concerns. Joey, Ron, Steve and Shawn have all been fantastic. I can't imagine going anywhere else!

Car is STILL ONLINE and when you chat with someone they state that the car is available but when I call and ask Salesman I originally spoke with, he states that it's not available and the people who you chat with online don't work for them so they don't have correct information!

Is it the best Nissan dealership, or car dealership in general — meh, I’ve been to better. But been to worse also. I cannot speak for the part department because I’ve never dealt with them. But their sales crew is typical of the car salesman you’d encounter. If you walk in there not knowing much of the true cost of the car you’re interest in buying, already have your own bank lined up, etc., be prepared to get swindled. The financial dept is sneaky and not upfront about the grand total of things. Be sure to tell them you do not want the prepaid maintenance plan and extended warranty if that’s your wishes before they even type up the paperwork. If you don’t say nothing, expect $4-5k added because they take it upon themselves to add it. Most dealerships generally give you 48 hrs/50 miles to return the car and void the sale if you should change your mind. Northpark doesn’t abide by this. Basically the second you drive off the lot, your stuck with the car no matter what. As note: be sure to FULLY inspect the car before purchase, even a brand spanking new one. Remember there’s no return. Once I bought a new car and I didn’t realize the rear fender had a big scratch. I had a hell of a time to get them to repair it. Their service dept. is a hit or miss. Some of the advisors look down at you, some are very kind and helpful. I normally schedule my appointment through their website. Half the time they already know what I’m bringing my can in for, other times the advisor doesn’t want to look up my appointment and work order and I’m forced to recite all the things I need done. If needed, be sure to demand for all fluids to be topped and air in your tires during oil changes and tire rotations, because they don’t do that even though it’ll say the did. Last time I came home with a still empty windshield washer reservoir and during my drive home from just getting my car back, the low tire warning light came on. Normally I take the shuttle ride home and then picked up again when my car is ready. Never had any problems with that. The one or two times I did stay and wait, it was ok. Wish they had more chairs in the waiting room and you can look at something else other than HGTV — sorry northpark, but I can only withstand so much of house flipping shows. I can remember if they offer free WiFi or not, I wanna say they do. So be sure to bring your phone or tablet for some entertainment while waiting because the wait time for a oil change and tire rotation can be 4+ hrs.

Went shopping for my daughter first vehicle and met Kendaul our sales representative, he put up with all the questions my daughter had and was very professional. My daughter told Kendaul that she wouldn't purchase the vehicle unless he could get in the trunk and so he did. We we're done in under an hour after they had picked out a vehicle. Service Ticket: 288914 I dropped my Pathfinder off on 01 May 2019 (Wednesday). I was told the recall/warranty work would take a day. Since I hadn't heard from Eddie Tourelle's NorthPark Nissan, I called them on 04 May 2019 (Saturday) and left a message inquiring about the status of my vehicle. Monday afternoon I called again to inquire about the status of my vehicle and was told it was not ready. I asked if he had any idea when it would be ready since I was told the work would only take one day. He said it would be ready tomorrow (07 May 2019, Tuesday). I did not receive any calls updating me on the status or when the car would be ready. I returned the loaner and picked up my vehicle. I had just detailed my Pathfinder the week I dropped it off. Obviously, it was parked outside since when I picked it up, it was covered in dust and had several places where bird droppings had hit and slid down the sides of the vehicle. The paper mat was left in the SUV and there were scuff marks on the interior of the driver's door from people getting in and out of the vehicle. The loaner was dirty with melted chocolate on the console and interior door handle. Also the light was on indicating the washer fluid was low. When I went to refill it, I found it was totally empty. Needless to say, I was disappointed since prior visits to this dealership for routine oil changes were above average. Mr. Kory Chatelain

Brought the car in for service. After performing the necessary repairs on the car and leaving the dealership, the car was making a horrible noise and shaking while driving ( after about 1 mile) . This condition was different from the reason we brought the car in for service. Drove the car home slowly out of fear. Immediately called the service department and made arrangements to return the car the following day. Upon re-inspection , it was told to us that the rear brake caliper, brake hose and brake rotor needed replacing. This would cost an additional $500 ( original bill was also $500). Question: How did this rear brake assembly go bad while the car was SITTING in the dealership?? Why wasn't it found on the original inspection if it was bad when brought in?? Why was it not found when the car was test driven after the original repairs?? Can't help feeling that this problem was due to neglect on the service department. Was something not correctly reconnected after the initial repair.
