While their sales team is friendly, their service department is awful. I have had to take my one-year-old car in several times for defects only to be told that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Then a month later, they call me about some part being recalled which was directly causing my issue. Please don’t tell me there’s nothing wrong with my car when there clearly is. For my most recent appointment I had to call nine times and continuously got the service department voicemail. I left several voicemails and finally called back to the sales department in order to be connected to an actual human being. I made my service appointment a week in advance and was very clear about what I needed done. When I arrive the morning of my appointment, they did not have me in the system and had no clue why I was there. I repeated two times the various things that I needed done to my vehicle and was called an hour later and told that it was all complete. When I went to pay, the two most important things have not been done and only an oil change had (for $90). I could have gone to blue Harbor for an oil change with a free wash and spent less time AND money… These employees seem to be in that, but it could just be that there is a terrible system in place. Either way, I do not plan to deal with this dealership ever again for a purchase of a new vehicle or service on my current vehicle.
