While their sales team is friendly, their service department is awful. I have had to take my one-year-old car in several times for defects only to be told that there was nothing wrong with my vehicle. Then a month later, they call me about some part being recalled which was directly causing my issue. Please don’t tell me there’s nothing wrong with my car when there clearly is. For my most recent appointment I had to call nine times and continuously got the service department voicemail. I left several voicemails and finally called back to the sales department in order to be connected to an actual human being. I made my service appointment a week in advance and was very clear about what I needed done. When I arrive the morning of my appointment, they did not have me in the system and had no clue why I was there. I repeated two times the various things that I needed done to my vehicle and was called an hour later and told that it was all complete. When I went to pay, the two most important things have not been done and only an oil change had (for $90). I could have gone to blue Harbor for an oil change with a free wash and spent less time AND money… These employees seem to be in that, but it could just be that there is a terrible system in place. Either way, I do not plan to deal with this dealership ever again for a purchase of a new vehicle or service on my current vehicle.

I went to buy a car and it was the most terrible experience I have ever had. They were so dishonest and rude to me. As a young female they tried to take advantage of that and tried to put things over my head. But boy were they wrong. I was treated as a number and not a human. They were trying to meet a quota and did not care what I wanted at all. They were looking out for their pockets and not for my interest. . I will NEVER EVER recommend anyone to go to this snake pit.

Tried to charge me $120+ when I asked them to plug in my airbag switch under the driver seat. Then tried to charge me $100+ to change a brake switch which was like $4 and screws right in behind the brake pedal. Be very critical of these business practices.

Went and test drove a Hyundai as part of a $40 gift card promotion. I was genuinely interested in the car, but over a month later still haven't received my gift card. Unfortunately if I can't trust a dealership to handle a simple gift card, I wouldn't trust them enough to purchase a car. We'll likely end up buying a different car somewhere else.

I have purchased 4 cars between this dealership and Eddie Tourelle's Nissan. I have always had a pleasant experience until now. The Hyundai service department seems to be taking this dealership down. You would have thought I brought in a 2000 Hyundai Accent but actually I was bringing in a $65,000 Hyundai Equus. The alternator had gone bad at 94,000 miles. I already knew this by checking voltage coming out of the alternator and going into the battery. It took exactly 1 week to repair and that included them overnighting the part. That was included in our extended warranty but then they realize the battery was bad too ( not included in extended warranty) then as they told me they would have it ready to pick up they tell me the intake boot was damaged and it would have to be replaced. Another overnight part and not covered under warranty. After asking how that was damaged I was informed they didn't have to touch it but noticed it while changing the alternator. Then I had to call the next day to find out it was ready. They told me the keys were taken to the cashier but didn't know the total. 15 minutes later they called back with the total. Upon arriving I find the key was not at the cashier but still in the service dept. We love our car but hate the service department. I will drive an hour away next time to find a better place.

Dealer just doesnt care... I contacted them thru the website and got a third party company response that took my info and said they would be in touch. A few days later I got a email from the third party company asking if I had any questions for them or if the dealer had answered everything. I told them that I had yet to hear from them. Even checked my spam box and never saw a voicemail or text. They told me they would reach out to the new sales manager and let them know. That was over a week ago and I still never heard a word from them. Its a strange thing to have a dealer that doesnt even try to contact you.
