Where do I start with this dealership! First of all they should be CLOSED for not standing up to their name because Courtesy is far from who they are!
I was in town with my friend for the 4th of July holiday and found a vehicle, test drove it Mon and told the Sales Manager, Josh Deville to work up the paperwork, and me an my husband would return the same weekend Sat to pick up the car and sign paperwork. He requested information from me that was in his inbox the next day BEFORE 8am. He never called me, emailed me to start the credit application. Long story short, he passed me off to someone else without a phone conversation the day before I was to head to Louisiana from Alabama. This guy contacted me via email, couldn't even get my name right in the email only to see if I was still interested and to give me a sorry trade in amount. I followed up with an email voicing my concerns. NO ONE from COURTESY AMBASSADOR has reached out to me, apologized, followed up, or attempted to rectify the situation!!! You would think someone willing to drive 8hrs and pass MANY dealerships in Birmingham would be PRIORITY in making a sell. I guess NOT SO COURTESY dealerships have enough money and don't need any sales!
I shouldn't be SURPRISED because when I arrived no one came to greet me or my friend. Then a woman drove up while I was taking to Josh and NOT ONE salesman came out to assist her. They were all looking out the window. I guess NOT SO COURTESY thinks they were doing ME the CONSUMER me a favor! I do NOT NEED a vehicle, I WANTED ONE.. NOT SO COURTESY would have to GIVE me a vehicle after this HORRIBLE experience. Every social media platform I can post a review, I will!
