I had a check engine light come on while passing thru the Laffayette LA area. Since I was towing a heavy fifth wheel rv I was concerned. I called two other Ford dealers for short notice help but was disappointed with their indifference. I finally reached Brent Knott at Courtesy and he squeezed me in and got me fixed up. I can't say how thankful I am to a quality service consultant.

My wife and I went to Courtesy Ford last week to look at some Expedition Max’s. We initially looked at the used 2018 models with Riley Barber. He was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us in every way he could looking at current inventory. We then asked to see some New 2018 Max’s. Riley could not help us with the new inventory. But, he did hand us off to Chris Lagrange (yes, like the song from ZZTop). Chris had a New 2018 in inventory which was EXACTLY what we were looking for. Color, amenities, and yes, even price. Chris did everything to get more discounts which he could and did apply to the total price of the vehicle. The experience was SEAMLESS. Chris got me a loaner vehicle to drive home that night as my wife had to leave me there to tend to her roast for dinner that evening. This also allowed Chris to arrange for detailing and making sure everything was copacetic with our new vehicle. I would HIGHLY recommend Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge and Riley Barber for your new vehicle needs and Chris Lagrange for your New vehicle needs. PS My wife’s roast was really good that night too.

He never acted like we were wasting his time. He always took the time to help me. Truck was ROBBED while having service done over the weekend. Overall very poor quality of service. I trusted this dealership with my property (2011 Ford Raptor) and between Friday and Tuesday all my change was stolen, fishing reel, Buddy Blade Knife, and two watches were taken from my vehicle. Total lost was more then $1,600.00. Additionally, I have damage to my left rear fender which looks like a brick or sandpaper was dragged across it. To boot I bought my truck (60k+) and got the extended warranty (5k+) on the vehicle the service was not covered by the warranty yet they did the repairs anyway without my authority. Originally wanting to charge me over $230.00. Later reducing the cost to $100.00 (what my deductible would have been). But also giving me 100.00 towards an oil change. Its very sad that a dealership that likely does millions in sales a year can't afford security cameras, proper fencing, or properly care for customers vehicles. Service department is terrible. Brought my vehicle in for issues to be fixed before moving out of state. I got the run around for days on when it would be fixed. The day kept getting pushed back longer. They had it for 2 weeks, assured me the issues were fixed. Pick up the vehicle & noticed things were still broken. No one could help & told me to leave it again so I can pay another deductible which wasn't possible bc they knew I was leaving the next day for out of state. Broke down about an hour away the day after I picked up the vehicle from them. Wouldn't bring another vehicle back. Broke down with the same issue I was having before. No steering on the interstate with 2 kids is absolutely scary.

My husband and I were In Breaux Bridge for your famous crawfish festival. We had driven our 2015 F 150 from Florida.Upon reaching Mobile we noticed a warning icon on the instrument panel that we had never seen before.....it went off but we were concerned when it came back on Thursday night. We called your dealership just before closing and the gentleman said to bring it in Friday morning which we did. Your service consultant Candy Brossette went over and above by getting us worked in as she explained that on festival days y’all closed up early. Being from out of town and elderly you just don’t know how much it meant to us the concern and comfort she displayed for us. She was so friendly and assuring. Candy is certainly a asset to your business. Lucky for us y’all had the part for the repairs and we were on our way in less than 2 hours . We are Ford people forever and will definitely never forget the good old Cajun hospitality shown to us every time we are in that part of the state. Brent Knott in the Service Department at Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge is absolutely top notch. I recently purchased a vehicle at Courtesy (which was also a great experience). I went in for my first oil change a few days ago, and not knowing how things work there, happened upon Brent. He explained everything thoroughly to me, took time to answer all of my questions about my trucks service needs, and really made me feel welcome even though it was a busy Tuesday morning. They did a great job servicing the vehicle - it was done quickly and correctly and I was on my way with a smile. I highly recommend Brent and Courtesy Ford. Great job!

Web sales called right way then sent a text to my phone. I contacted him back via text. Next two days went by with little to no communication. I planed to do most of the deal online or over the phone due to my work schedule, but I never could get far enough in the communication process to discuss my options. Would not recommend their web service department if you have a busy life and can’t take a whole day off to go in,rather than a few hours to sign the final papers.

Bought a 2016 Ford Explorer Limited well over 30 grand already having issues the service department doesn't return your phone calls very unprofessional has had the vehicle for almost a week with no answer I asked to speak to the service manager left numerous voicemails never returned your calls. Check eng light came on around Baton Rouge while pulling our RV while traveling from Florida to SA Texas. God blessed us with a place in Duson to set up our TV and I took the truck to Courtesy Ford. God blessed us there also. Even though they were backed up, they treated like valued customers and repaired our vehicle in the minimum of time and covered it under warranty. I can't say enough positive about this dealership. If I lived in that area I would always take my truck to them for service. Brent Knott and Candy Brossette worked hard to get my truck serviced and did a fantastic job. They were superb. Love this dealer.

I want to make an alert to the people that come to this place, I went about 3 weeks ago and initially (as usual) they treated me very well but it turns out that I gave them my personal information but I made it very clear that I did not want to run my credit and despite of that they did without my consent, but even worse it seems that it was a mistake of the manager but he did not go to me to show respect and only when I asked for his presence was he introduced himself to me ... from my point of view It makes him look worse. I have been dealing with courtesy ford for around 5 years now and on two occasions I have had issues with the service department. The first issue I had was my windshield wipers were completely left off my vehicle. The second time I had a noise on my driver side tire and they told me they couldn’t hear it. It sounded like a swing set in my tire so I bought my vehicle to quality muffler and they found a rock between the rotor and plate behind the rotor. I was contacted by Mr. Herbert after putting a one star review and asked what he could do to make my experience better I have another noise on my vehicle I would like looked at but was never contacted again. The only service person that was easy to deal with there was Mr. Bergeron but he is no longer there unfortunately.

My car stopped on Kaliste Saloom. Had it hauled to my mechanic. He said it was the transmission & was covered by warranty so had it towed to Courtesy in Breaux Bridge. They've had it over two weeks..and have just found out that it was the transmission as our mechanic had said. Not a good experience with the service department. They still have my Ford Escape..

The worst customer service i ever experience in my whole life. If you are not white, ms. Trina or whatever her name is will not serve you in a fashionable matter. They will fill out your paperwork for you and then all of sudden act like the paperwork never came across their table. I have a 2017 Ford F-150 Lariat. There was a factory paint defect and I was told Ford approved for my truck to painted. Well 6 weeks later they try to deliver my truck back to me and it looks like a 5 year old tried to paint it. It feels like sand where they painted it and the finish is not the same as the rest of the truck. They have avoided my phone calls and refused to fix the problem they created. I never imagined that customer service would be so bad at this dealership. All I wanted was to get my truck fixed and I thought this dealership had a fairly good reputation.

Having my 3rd issue with my new truck. Electrical issue at 61 miles. Air conditioner at 15000 miles. Now I'm smelling radiation fluids. And both power points dont work. I brought it there about 2 months ago for the air conditioning and got it back with the hood tore up and the front right corner scratched. And I remember seeing (CHANCE THE DESK SERVICE GUY) TRY TO SHUT THE HOOD WITH THE HOOD PROP STILL UP WHOCH LED TO THE HOOD PROBLEMS. AND HE SAID THE SCRATCH WASN'T FROM THERE EVEN THOUGH IT MATCHES THERE LIFT PERFECTLY. I RECOMMEND NOT BUYING FROM COURTESY FORD OF BREAUX BRIDGE

I would like to give a sincere thank you to the service department, especially your service adviser Jim Carte. My wife and I were passing through Breaux Bridge on I-10 Friday March 20th headed to New Orleans on business when our truck completely shut down on the interstate. I remembered we had just passed a Ford Dealership (Courtesy) so I had the truck towed back there. Once we got there Jim greeted us and to my surprise told us they would get us right in and back on the road if a quick repair was possible. Luckily it was a quick fix, your technicians and Jim had us back on the road in less than 2 hours. I recently went to Courtesy Ford in Breaux Bridge for service/repair for a couple of reasons, but mainly for difficulty controlling my truck when I hit bumps. I was told my tires were bad & needed to be replaced before they would check anything else. All symptoms point to bearings/suspension but again the technician said he wouldn’t touch [my truck] unless I changed the tires. I’m scared to drive my truck because I may lose control when I hit a bump on the interstate, which is my primary road concern. I was also told by a different technician to in-law tire shine on the treads of my truck... Are you serious?! I plan to return and talk to a manager simply because I paid my warranty deductible.

Took my truck to Courtesy after I noticed some discoloration (mold) on my black carpet and then wetness following a rain. I bought the truck from here, so I figured it would be my best option even though I live 105 miles away and they were going to provide me with a loaner. I dropped my truck off bright and early on 12/26. I called two days later to see if I could pick it up the next day and was told that they were going to keep it a few more days to ‘make sure the leak was fixed’ or something to that effect. Well, I got a call on 1/2 (1 week later obviously) saying that my truck was ready to pick up. The next day I drove the 105 miles to the dealer to find that the carpet was literally sopping wet at the same place where I noticed the mold/wetness. I called the next day to complain. I was asked when I wanted to bring it back in. I told them that I didn’t plan to because I had already driven over 400 miles for nothing and that I would rather take it to a local dealer and bum a ride until my truck was actually fixed.

Buying experience was very good, completely happy with the vehicle and the service provided. Courtesy gave me a first oil change for free. I made an appointment, arrived on time for my appointment, asked the service department if it would be a long wait and they replied no. Waited over an hour and a half, my vehicle never moved from the parking lot. I asked for my keys back and they handed them over without a word. I think this is typical of a dealership service center. I'll never go back and won't tell anyone to either. I went down the road and had an oil change and tire rotation done in about 20 minutes.

When our local ford dealer dodged our calls for months we decided to try Courtesy ford. So happy we did, we have had constant problems with our 2014 Focus, with it being newish (under 38k miles ) our first family & only car we needed the issues fixed. Courtesy Ford returned our call quickly and fixed all issues promptly. We recently had to have our clutch fixed (for the second time in a year the minute we got our car back we could tell the issue had been resolved. The only negative was we asked them to look at our tire because the indicator would randomly pop with low air pressure, they told us the tire was fine and saw no indicator on, however 2 days later we woke up to a completely flat tire. We would have gladly bought a new tire from them, infact they are now our go to spot for our car and hopefully where we'll be looking at a new Ford from. Wonderful experience so far! They won't give you anything for your trade, if after you prove to them they are not in the same ball park has the other dealers. They were off 25% on my vehicles. Never deal with them ag again.

Best Ford dealership for several hundred miles. Well ordered/optioned trucks, great prices and an outstanding sales staff. I made the drive from Texas, would do it 100 times over for the experience. Leave Houston and big city buying alone! Go see the folks at Courtesy Ford, they will get you fixed up!

THESE ARE SOME TRUE DEGENERATES. I BOUGHT A NEW F250 LARIAT ON THURSDAY AND IT BROKE DOWN ON THE FIRST DAY. COURTSEY HAD DONE THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS IN REPAIRS TO THE TRUCK AND SOLD IT TO ME AS NEW. NEW WIRING HARNESS. THEY CLAIMED IT HAS FUEL CONTAMINATION BUT THE INSURANCE COMPANY DIDNT TRUST THEM AND TOOK SAMPLES FROM 3 DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.THE WATER SEPERATOR, FUEL FILTER AND TANK. IDROVE THE TRUCK OVER 800 MILES NO PROBLEM EXCEPT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT. ALL OF THE SAMPLES TESTED TO BE FRESH CLEAN FUEL.. BEAU BRIDGE FORD AND FORD MOTOR REFUSED TO WARRENTY THE REPAIRS - AND THE INSURANCE REFUSED THE CLAIM COURTSEY IS A BUNCH OF LOW LIFES ILL BET THEIR KIDS AND MOTHER WOULDE PROUD OF THEIR LOW LIFE WAYS. ITS BEEN SEVERAL MONTHS AND STILL NO REPAIRS TO MY NEW FORD LARIAT F250 BUYER BEWARE SAVE YOURSELF A HUGE HEADACE AND BUY FROM A REPUTABALE DEALERSHIP THEY WANTED $10,000 TO MAKE THE REPAIRS AND GOT CAUGHT WITH THEIR HAND IN THE TIL BY THE INSURANCE COMPANY
