My mom went to Billy Navarre service department in April 2013 to get her Chevy Equinox looked at and have a sensor replaced. She had called them before she left to get a price since they knew what was wrong and they stated the price. After arriving and waiting 2 hours the service lady came to mom and told her she had to have something else fixed if it wasn't fixed the wheel would slip off and it would destroy her car. Mom at this time was yes and asked for a total price they quoted her a price and said it wouldn't be any more than that. After all this is said and done they charged her almost 800 dollar what should have been 400 dollar. When she said she didn't have the money they told her to write a hot check or else they would press charges on her. So she did so and called me and told me about what happened I went and picked up the bad part of the check she had to issue. After I get there and request to see this bad part they supposedly threw it away after 2 hours. After I threatened to call the cops on them they suddenly found it. After bring this part to a mechanic friend of mine and it was fine. I called Billy Navarre and explained a few things the secretary of Mr. Navarre said she would get in contact with me after about 3 hours later the Sales Manager at the Sulphur Store called and apologized but said all he could do is refund half of the part that wasn't broke as they claimed. So use either Billy Navarre Service departments with EXTREME CAUTION.

Will not buy anymore vehicles from Billy Navarre. The sales experience is just that, a horrible experience you will never forget. The service department, well, lets just say the so called "advisors" need a lesson on how to treat customers and how to make sure customers are happy. When I go into service, I get totally ignored. They act as if I owe them something. I paid a lot of money for my vehicle and they should be making sure I am happy when in fact it is quite the opposite. I have filed complaints against them and if I don't hear back from a Navarre, they will be hearing from my lawyer for not honoring my warranty!

Mr. Lee was my service advisor and he kept me updated with the progress of my vehicle repair. Process of warranty was easy to understand. Parts were ordered and quickly delivered so they could do the work. I asked about other service items that were due and he was very honest with a simple list. Most dealers state 1,000 things that should be done. I also like the fact that this dealership didn't pressure me to trade my car in by giving me an offer of what they would give as a trade. Ford dealerships do that with our truck and it is annoying. I will visit Mr. Lee again for future services.

Terrible costumer service as soon as i said i didnt want to give any downpayment. The salesman said he couldn't help me that my credit score was 0. I was told to leave very impolitely. He sarcastically said I should try my luck somewhere else. I felt humiliated by a salesmen in sulphur location. I felt pressured, decieved, and discriminated against. They belittled me. Billy Navarre in Sulphur has been such an immense blessing and asset to our area!! The beautiful themed car washes done for all holidays (my kids beg to go for every one- multiple times!) and my absolute FAVORITE display is for Independence Day- the massive flags on every post is a JOY to drive by for the entire month! But my honest reason for taking the time to come and review is for the one guy there who I could not live without: now Service Manager, Lee Demarest I didn’t have previous ties with him, nor have I purchased a large amount of vehicles (only 1 used vehicle 3 years ago)... but that doesn’t matter for Mr. Demarest and his level of care and service. Though I’ve purchased from BNC a few times before, I’d always go elsewhere for any work I needed (which is stressful anytime you’re a mom/business owner/busy person to be without a vehicle for service)... until I was asked by him to give them a try. I’ve never looked elsewhere since. My 2015 LT Tahoe is residing at their body shop now after I was rear ended. Though I’ve used Loyd Lauw Collision in the past (they were great), I called Lee and asked him frankly if the same level of care, detail, and quick turnaround I’ve received in other areas is the same for body work. We have high standards for our vehicles and I communicated I wouldn’t want to not be entirely satisfied with such work where it was “shadow” my feelings of BNC in Sulphur. He assured me I’d be taken care of in the same manner I always have been and that he’d personally continue checking on the body work and getting updates. And, of course, he has done that immensely!! If you are looking for southern care and compassion for you and your vehicle, I am ENTIRELY convinced you will NOT be disappointed- but unbelievably impressed - with your service from Billy Navarre in Sulphur and the guy behind the best of the best Customer service- LEE DEMAREST and his team!!

I traded in two vehicles in December for a new vehicle and not only did they do the paperwork wrong causing us to have to completely change vehicles after a few days, but they also waited months to pay off the trade-in. Now that negativity reflects on my credit report and there's nothing I can do about it. They do not return calls and I'm still waiting for a paper with an odometer reading that I requested months ago. Most horrible experience I've ever had with any business.

The cashier amber robbed me of 291 dollars she charged my card twice after it clearly said “approved” the first time. She claimed I didn’t have money in my account the first time like why would it approve for the second swipe then? When I told her it charged me twice she said call the bank and then the bank told me simply get a refund and Amber tells me there’s nothing she can do. This won’t be the end of them hearing from me. They won’t even let you speak to a manager because they know they’re in the wrong.

I wanted to give 5 stars, BUT as of right now I am a very unhappy customer. I bought a 2016 Camaro that had only 73 miles on it (I'm assuming test driving miles) when I got it I noticed a pull to the left. Took it to have the alignment checked and it needed to be repaired. Took it today to have it repaired and its pulling even worse to the left and now the stabilitrack light is on. I will be wasting more time and gas to take it right back up there. Not to mention whoever drove the car has the engine and trunk filthy with red dirt. There was no detailing done to this car.

Horrible treatment at this place. I have tried time and time again to schedule warranty work and recall work on my vehicle. Have talked to service advisors and been told as soon as they could set it up they would call me. Each time I have not heard back. And one time when I called back the service advisor told me she forgot about me. So I just called. No one in service available, GM not in, and the only one in charge is a sales manager who just happens to be busy. I highly recommend if you want to get anything done on your vehicle NOT to go to this place. Spend your money where they care about the customer. Because this place doesn’t.

If I could put minus 10 stars it wouldn't be enough. I asked if truck was hail damaged. I was lied too. I saw a mirror broken on a truck I pointed it out she said it was hail damage. I asked her if truck I came to see had any. She supposedly checked and said No. After purchase I notice a ding. When I asked sales manager he said we will fix it but wasn't hail so I pointed out stick on back glass. Spoke to manager he said all were. He then want us to sign a disclosure form. We did but dated correctly and I wrote after purchase on it before signing. The running boards were not correct Sale manager told us the ones on it were more expensive another LIE i looked on accessory website and had price so sales manager sent it back in. When I called it was not ready. We were told when they busted a tire when pulling it out of service. Another lie. I talk to a friend and it never happened they were just busy and couldn't get to it. We pick it up wrong assist steps AGAIN. I just keep them tired of being lied to. Sale manager repeatly asked me "not to burn" him on survey. I promised I wouldn't burn him no more than he did us. The truck itself is the most uncomfortable vehicle I have every rode in. Also wood grain on doors matches nothing and seats both have holes like they ran out of material. They missed they mark but Billy Navarre has lost a repeat costumer not because of truck but lies. They truck was not detailed like we were told another lies. I don't even want to go back there for hail dent repair or detail that's how upset and I am beyond disappointed I am in Billy Navarres lying sales woman sales manager and manager. When I pointed out disclosure laws they were whispering among themselves. Then want us to sign disclosure after purchase so I made sure it was not back dated. Also sales manager is unprofessional I have never met a person working in public use profanity like him. The f bomb is common in almost every sentence. Lost my business. My next vehicle which I will buy in next year Will NOT be bought there. Navarre filed a claim for all hail damaged vehicle. My question theycoupdnt or wouldn't answer is Will a hail damage claim devalue the truck I just bought??????

“AMAZING SERVICE” I was told that I had a bad leak so I brought my Traverse into Billy Navarre Sulphur. Upon arriving I was greeted by Andrea who was caring and professional. She took my SUV to the back so the tech could look at it. After getting the issue back from the tech, Andrea sat down and was very thorough with explaining in detail what was wrong. My SUV ended up being there for almost 2 weeks, Andrea made sure I was taken care of as for as having a loaner vehicle to get back and forth to work along with keeping me updated periodically on my vehicle. Andrea was so caring from the very first day until the day I picked up my Traverse. The service I received was PHENOMENAL!!!!

If your vehicle needs any service bring it elsewhere. Close to six grand later for a "no start no crank" issue and the problem still exists. Instead of being honest and saying "we don't know" or "we just can't figure It out" they will keep taking your money and giving you the run around.

(Pertaining to Sulphur location) Good deals on vehicles however service was lacking to say the least. We told the salesman what we wanted and were showed a vehicle that would have been over $100 more than we wanted to pay per month. We spoke to a Josh and an Elliot who were extremely rude and hostile to say the least and not helpful whatsoever. They would not show us the credit report they pulled or the carfax report after multiple requests to see them and would become increasingly aggravated after every question we asked. Wouldn't recommend to anyone who likes to make their own decisions.

They talk a good game to get you to buy a car from them. Got a Used 2014 Ford Focus tatutium put 4000 down this year in February at the end of the month we'll my car is showing the batter icon and it's not cranking and if I get a jump It only stays cranked for only 2 mins. The car was in Lake Charles stranded I live in sulphur I had to wait a week until I got paid July 2, 2019 a week to get it towed that day which was 65 to Billy Navarre in Lake Charles cause I thought it was closer. So I brought the car to Lake Charles Billy Navarre dropped the keys off I called this morning to tell them where the car was on their service lot they found it Called my back saying they couldn't fix it because they don't have the tools and I will have to bring it to a ford dealership which will be more money for towing and they didn't even put it on the machine to see if it was the battery. I just feel frustrated because why pay a note and can't even drive it. Called this morning at Sulphur Billy Navarre on July 3rd about my Car warranty a lady took my name a number supposedly to call me back never got that call. Next time I'm buy a use car from someone else instead of going through this trouble and the car has a recall on it.
