I went in with my Landlady, she's been a Ford customer, forever. She told them I Was looking for a vehicle. Miss Terri was walking up, and off we went looking at Trucks, she showed a used Ford F150, GMA Sierra, and the beauty...... Ford Ranger 5 speed 4 cylinder, dark gray, I fell in love without driving, low mileage, clean inside and out, small little putt through parking lot, clutch strong, priced great, wonderful number crunchers, agreed on payment zero down, came to me with yes it's yours, needed information, so information was conning in slow, but got there,signed and off to home, I went, was dark when got home, husband John had to look next day went back to His in Ford for John to sign, were pleased with the purchase and with how wonderful everyone at Hixon treated us, Thankyou, Hixon!!!! We even got All state insurance on both vehicles, and house and John says animal too. Could ask for nicer bunch of people, to work for us to insure we could buy this truck. REAL SWEET COMPANY!!!!

Received a phone call AND email from Mark at Banner Ford that I was approved for auto loan. Made an appointment and went in to see him. He was very unfriendly and did not seem interested in helping us at all. As soon as he found out we wanted to buy a used vehicle and not a new one, He all but ushered us out the door asap. We then went to another dealer who was more than glad to have our business. I have a very high profile job and come in contact with many people on a daily basis. I WILL NEVER recommend Banner to anyone. I will in fact warn them to stay away.

I made an appointment to get my car checked I explain the problem over the phone and asked if they could fix it and they told me that they will be able to fix my car. Drove an hour and 30 minutes to the dealer to be told that they don't have the equipments to fix my car. "Why wouldn't you tell me that over the phone?" they were nice and apologized, but I still wasted half of my day for nothing.

Took my truck in for 4 wheel drive issues...the 4-wheel drive not working and could replicate the issue. After they had it for 4 months, I was told that there was never anything wrong with it. This was after they put in 2 actuators, 2 transfer cases, inspected the front diff and axles, replaced the transfer case sync motor, and getting Ford company involved. I will say there were LOTs of sketchy stuff with the shop foreman, but everyone else was easy to deal with.

It was fun to talk to Kerry about finding me the perfect Ford F-250 King Ranch. I looked and looked for months on end at every car lot in Louisiana and couldn't find the truck I was looking for. I took truck in for brakes. They fixed and charged a premium. Still having same issue and returned. Service department commissioned agent says it's back brakes, shoes falling out, only replaced front. Apogized for not replaceing before and charged premium +, after apologizing again. Still not fixed, carried back, another apology includeng statement tuat rotors not turned by previous two commissioned shistets who are no longer there. It goes on for thousands. Beware.

Let me start by saying this was the best new car buying experience Ive ever had (3rd time must be a charm). I planned on trading in my car but truly wasn't expecting to get a good enough deal that day to go home in a new F-150. I worked with Chris in sales. Very straightforward and helpful from the beginning. Answered all my questions and concerns. The best part of the day was saving 70 dollars a month by switching car insurance after speaking with Sharon. Yes, 70 dollars a MONTH. That nearly paid for the payment increase I took on the new truck. It was a relatively long experience. Somewhere around 7 hours to get everything done, but the point at which I knew I was working with a good dealer was when I was ready to walk out (literally asking for my keys). They didn't push me to stay. I was working with Chris and Bert in finance and they brought the general manager in whos name I cant recall right now. He literally did everything with the price of the truck, trade in, and rebates to get the monthly payment exactly where I wanted it. Bert called Ford Credit to get the rate reduced to get the payment in my budget and then offered an extended warranty at an awesome price still keeping me within my budget. I went from a 2014 Mustang to a 2018 F-150 because I have a family. They did EVERYTHING I didn't expect them to do to get this deal done. My family benefits greatly from this experience and now we have a safer and more reliable form of transportation. As someone in the military it is also a blessing to have peace of mind which is exactly what this experience has provided me with. To the Hixson family: you have an amazing dealership with even better employees. Thank you all for your help.

Customer Service at this dealership is very lacking. Our 2006 Ford Mustang has a serious recall. We have been to the dealership twice to have it fixed. We have been waiting to hear from them to fix the recall. We recently got an urgent letter from OMV saying parts were in and to take action immediately due to possible death or severe injury should an accident occur. The letter said that a rental may be provided until the part was replaced. We were not accommodated with a rental because the car is titled in my 20 year old son’s name and Hixson (Landrum) is saying he is under aged to meet rental requirements for Enterprise. I was told by two representatives from Hixson that I would have to call Enterprise myself and see if I could get an exception. I spoke to Andrew at Enterprise who said he would ask some questions and get back with me, however he never did. I called the Ford corporate office and was told that my son should have been allowed to have a replacement vehicle . I was advised by the corporate office to go to another dealership if Hixson was unwilling to provide options. This happened yesterday 8/24/18. Today I learned that Hertz rentals will rent to a 20 yr old and they also do business with Hixson. However, this was never offered as an option from Hixson. Therefore, if you get in a crisis with a Ford vehicle you can not rely on this dealership for help. I called the dealership this morning and there were no managers or customer service representatives at the dealership to help with this matter. I was told to call back Monday. That means we are without a safe vehicle for the weekend. I don’t know how places like this stay in business.

Took my car there after the flood of March 2016. Had to take it back 3 times due to my carpet not being cleaned thoroughly and the seatbelts not cleaned after the flood and finding mold still in the car. They charged my insurance for parts that were never placed in my car. I call back numerous times speaking with the service manager and he cant find the parts. Still to this day, January 2017, I haven't gotten a response from him. Although I did get a response after filing a claim with the BBB and they cooperated until the case was closed and now all of a sudden they're saying it wasnt charged when clearly its showing on the insurance statement and the various conversations with the service manager. Will never shop or have a repair done there again..EVER!!!

I went there for regular service of 10000 miles on my car. I was sitting near the window while they were changing oil of the car. I asked for tire rotations too but they didn't do the tire rotations. I was seeing my car the whole time through window. And my bill came up with the cost of tire rotations. Pretty disappointing.

cannot say enough great things about this dealership. I spent 2 months looking for my camaro and i finally found one here priced $2k-$4k below the next closest and i would check several sites daily. I decided to fly out from where i live in Austin to pick it up and missed my flight out of Dallas. I rented a car and they stayed open over an hour later than normal to ensure that i could drive it back that Saturday. I pulled up and saw my car completely detailed parked out front and had the keys in 5 minutes. if you are looking for a serious value, especially with a dealership that understands performance vehicles, then i highly recommend Hixon.

Typical car lot! I was confronted by a vulture on a golf cart immediately upon arrival. After denying him, i found a vehicle i was interested in. Went inside and of course one of the fifty salesman staring and preying at the door was eager to help me. I explained i was in a hurry and just wanted to know what kind of deal i could get on the truck. Instead of getting directly to it he wanted my name, adress and phone number. I wanted a price for a vehicle, not annoying phone calls from scum and junkmail. I am a serious buyer and and they will definitely not get my business.

Took vehicle in for a new tire. Sounds easy, right? Wrong! When we went to claim vehicle...it wasn't busy: one angry customer was waiting but No employee was there; and the office and carhold was unlocked with everyone's keys and paperwork sitting out! What a security risk - anyone could've walked in and driven off with any car! We called the desk for service, waited 10 minutes and no one came. I walked back to find my own car and the tire was on but ALL the aircaps were off. Walked to the shop and a mechanic handed me some caps, I found another on the ground. After 30 minutes we were still waiting to pay and go. A manager finally came out with someone - I mentioned my concerns , and got no apology and no assurance this wouldn't happen again. We finally paid and left , after I put the caps on my tires myself! Never, ever will I recommend this place and will drive to Bossier,La (good service there) or elsewhere.

Visited Hixson last week felt uncomfortable for some reason . I was inform that the prices lasted on the truck was for a credit score of 800 its in the fine print he said. Waited sometime in parking lot while sale person was looking for the truck I was interested in.and talked to a customer . Was low ball on my trade-in , in my opinion . It went into high gear was shown a four square it confused me. I purchased my Mustang from Trotter Dodge over the phone sale men was honest when I arrived I gave him $1000 as he asked paper work was done monthly payment as stated no hidden add on . On my way in 30 min with a test drive . I want to come back I think .Just my 2 cents. I want to come

service stinks, went in with a battery light on, after a week, I had to have my truck towed away from Hickson, why, service writer said it wouldn't start, my gf started it at the house, when they changed the PCM they didnt program the keys to truck. Just 135 wrecker bill due to keys, now PCM issues, their reply it's your aftermarket parts, which have been on there 2 years prior to this. So after asking to speak with owner we have gotten different messages, it's been the same run around, go here if you need more problems than what you take it in for How about you have James call me?

First off when we got there no one came out to help us, we had to go inside to get help. then we were interested in the Ford Fiesta, the first one had to be jumped off to even get it running, then low and behold the dang thing had a caution about the transmission needing serviced, then we tried another one and the air would not work, when we got back from test driving it, it smelled as if something was on fire, rubber burning. Needless to say these were brand new cars so we decided on the Ford Focus. Although our salesman was very helpful, I would never buy from Hixon Ford again. The website is very deceitful. It had a hidden clause about getting two thousand dollars in rebates you only gave us one thousand dollars. plus I had to pay an extra $700.00 to get Cruise control put on the car. And the finance woman that done our paperwork was rather pushy and rude. Also, you took advantage of the fact that we needed to get something to lower our notes, so therefore the trade-off in amount you gave us in the amount of$23,500 was way too low then You turned around and sold it for $30,000. That car was in excellent shape and very clean. That was so wrong. I just pray for you is all I can say. I will not ever buy another vehicle from your company nor will I recommend anyone to you. As a matter of fact I will tell anyone that is looking for a new vehicle to not go to Hixon Ford.

I will not be doing any business with Hixon Ford now or in the future because they have zero integrity and no customer focus. The only thing Hixon Ford is passionate about is squeezing every penny possible from their customer. Hixon has failed at every aspect of the business since I have been dealing with them including: Service - I brought my truck to Hixon Service to fix my heater in the 2010 F150 XLT that I just purchased. When I came to pick up the truck, the heater worked, but nothing on the dash would work because when the techs put it back together without hooking everything up correctly. Also, about a month or two after purchasing the truck I called Hixon Service to see if they could help with some of the issues that I was having from the truck that were obviously wrong with the truck before I bought it. They proceeded to tell me that they could not do anything for me because my warranty did not cover it, and that they were not going to help me financially. The only way they would help me would be to pay full price for the service. Finance - I added a warranty onto my purchase for my 2010 F150 because I was told that the warranty would cover most major issues that I would have with my truck. After dealing with multiple issues from my truck and the warranty covering zero of those expenses I decided to cancel the warranty. I canceled the warranty back in Jan. 2015, but I still have yet to receive my refund, as of March 6,2015, because Hixon initially sent the wrong lender information to the company that provided the warranty. I called Hixon back in mid-February to address the issue, but Hixon has also failed doing this. Sales - When I went to buy the truck, the sales team told me that the truck had been checked over by their techs ensuring me that there were no issues with the truck. I drove the truck around the block because there was only a minimal amount of gas in the tank. The truck seemed ok at the time. Not even a month after purchasing the truck I began to have major issues like the truck jerking when driving on the interstate or up an incline and the truck started struggling to start. I spent $1,200 on an attempt to fix the issues, but I had no luck with it. After 6 months of owning the truck and no luck with fixing it I decided to contact Hixon Ford to see if they could work with me to get me out of the truck that they sold me with many issues without letting me lose a lot of equity on the truck. They seemed extremely eager to help me out telling me, "we will definitely get you out of that truck and into a new one without causing you to lose a lot of money on the truck." (That was the biggest lie I have ever been told to my face) When Hixon came in with their first offer they were going to give me $14,000 for my truck that I had just paid $22,300 from them 6 months prior, and I had only put 7,000 miles onto it! I laughed when I received the quote and told them that they were the biggest joke ever. I told the sales rep that I was expecting atleast $18,000 to $20,000 for the trade knowing that the value of the truck may have decreased some, but not $8,300. The sales rep called me the next day telling me that he had worked with the sales manager and was able to get me the low end number of $18,000 that we had discussed. When I got the second quote, I looked at the trade value and it was $17,500. It's not the $500 that I had the problem with because I understand that over X months it wouldn't be that much difference in payments, but the fact that after all of the problems I had with Hixon Ford, they were still trying to squeeze me for $500 more dollars. I had a terrible experience with Hixon Ford which is why I am posting this review because I wouldn't wish it on anyone.

I bought a new 2017 f150 and the sales and finance manager told me to bring the truck back in 8 months with no late payments and he guarantees me that he will get me into a king ranch. I contacted them for the past 2 weeks and he will not contact me back after he told me he would contact me the next monday to make the deal. A senior manager has followed up with me about three times to ensure that he has got back in touch with me which he has not although she has ensured me he would each time. But I should have known the day I bought the truck they couldn't be trusted because before the sale was complete they gave me the contact info to ford motor company and told me the only way they would get paid for the vehicle is if we give them excellent reviews across the board. I give the reviews like I was told they sold my trade in vehicle within days of the deal but allowed my trade in to go very delinquent when I contacted them in refernce to the truck being delinquent I was told it was my responsibility to stay current until they pay it off and if they wanted to they could take up to 90 days. I pushed it up to the headquaters and tried to get in contact with Mr. Dallas. Still to this day he has not returned my calls. I have tried everything I could to prevent having to give this review. Also we have been to another dealership within this same,company and was told the reason they are not contacting us back is because theres nothing they can do because we have been screwed. their words not mine. So hixsons has done bad from the owner all the way down to the sales person and the two people who sold me the truck no longer work there and when I asked why chris told me there's a reason they don't work there and hes better than them and he will make the deal happen.

I bought at Hixson after my third visit. I have no insider knowledge of used cars, but I did my homework, visiting 6-8 new/used dealerships plus craigslist sellers. I was searching for a reliable car I could afford to pay in cash for under $10500. Entire experience was very positive. The place gives an air of what might be called "quality" and professionalism. Good inventory - they automatically put all trade-ins online and make the full Carfax easy to read. After talking to many car salespeople I can say their sales is remarkably forthcoming and straightforward with you. They're not manipulative; after I told them my price range they did not try to persuade me to finance. Highly considerate of my time. Overall a truly courteous staff; as a used car buyer, I was treated as a first-class citizen. Finally, Brandon D. stayed with me past closing, and we were able to reach a very reasonable price for a car that I'm proud to stand next to.

I had a terrible experience at Hixon. I bought a new f-150. The air conditioner did not work. It took 2 weeks to fix it and then my new dash was scratched up. After complaining and several phone calls and trips, the scratched molding was replaced. Little did I know my owners manual was taken out and not replaced during the process. Now here I am almost 6 months later and still have not received a license plate and registration or a replacenent owners manual. This has been so frustrating!! And I have to keep calling and asking every week. Some of the people that work here are very nice but some are not doing their job!!!! I NEED MY REGISTRATION AND LICENSE PLATE PLEASE!!! I cannot return here or recommend them.

I had a great experience recently when I purchased my 2015 Ford Escape. Josh Ellingburg was a great salesman. My daughter had previously purchased a vehicle at Hixon Ford and I was with her. We actually had a great time with the employees while waiting on paperwork to be processed and other things that you have to wait on while purchasing a vehicle. During her purchase and mine we didn't mind waiting because the staff at Hixon made us feel right at home. I would purchase my next vehicle at Hixon. No they did't make me say this. UPDATE: The Service Manager figured out what happened, was VERY upset after he found out what one of his mechanics had done... So here we are the next morning, let's see how the job is done. Nice service people. CRAPPY MECHANICS! Had an appt. @ 1:30 p.m. for just a set of REAR BRAKE PADS on a 2015 F150... the mechanic was just lugging around in the back, talking, visiting & just came out saying he doesn't "the tool" to do the calipers, when he HAS TO HAVE THE SCANNER HOOKED UP to finish the job. You can't just bleed the brakes in them anymore, & they have a "certified mechanic" ask "who put the calipers on?".... FORD DID! It's now, 3:54 p.m., been here since 12:40 p.m... as I write this, I'm setting on the tailgate of a new truck of their's...MAD.
