Ever since the new management this auction is horrible. Workers dont know what they are doing. We dont receive our vehicles on time anymore. Takes a week. We have to keep calling and checking on them.

I am revising my rating based on its new management. ABC 4 and now AAA 1. This auction has tons of training to do. Employees run in circles and are rude. Employees in charge of certain departments can not answer questions related to that department...such as arbitration. Many cars that are beat up or too new. This is not my 1st choice of auctions anymore sad to say...I hope to see a change soon! This review will be edited as soon as I see notable Improvement.

They have an incompetent shop who can't/won't correctly perform a post sale inspection. If they make a mistake on their end they will not own up to it. There are better auctions in Lousianna to buy from who aren't out to screw the people that make them money!

My car was repression. Yes I know. I went to pick up my car they busted my steering column to make a new key. Now my steering wheel rubs my wiper handle does not work properly. The relacement key does not open my doors or trunk.Only good thing Miss Lee was nice at counter.

You can never get anything accomplished with this auction. A BIG downgrade from what it was like as ABC. The staff is rude, the only person willing to help, and to know anything for that matter, was a nice gentleman named Alan. He is great! A raise is in order, and some just need to be fired!!! Dealers BEWARE
