If I could give no stars, I would. By far the worst experience ever. Paul Picou was not a professional sales manager. I felt like I was being played from day 1. I drove 70 miles to see a used vehicle that I saw online. I called to confirm availability prior to arrival. However, once arrived, I was informed it had been sold. As soon as I went to leave, Paul came running out to tell us it wasn't sold but at another All Star dealership down the road. He said we could go there to look at it but it was late and they were almost closing, so he asked us to return the next day. The next day, I called the sales associate, Natalie, to let her know I was on my way (now 210 miles driven to see this car and hopefully bring it home). Paul immediately greets us outside to give us "full disclosure" that the "car is not on their lot as someone took it for a test drive and whoever signs the papers first gets the car. I definitely felt this was a game but I really wanted the car. During nigotiation, he told be it would be "bad business" to negotiate a deal on my trade and the vehicle I was interested in. He offered me $3000 less on my trade than what another dealership offered me so I know it was worth more than what he offered. Paul made me feel like I was worthless and my business was no good there. I am aware that All Star Automotive Group has several dealerships, but this experience was so distasteful that I would not bring my business to any of them.

Super friendly folks but wow, just wow, their parts department is really bad. I've had to go back 3 times to get the correct parts. Today was the final part pick up, or so I hoped, when I went to install a basic door cap, they ordered a cap for the passenger door, not the drivers side door. This was after the parts employee went out to my truck and specifically saw what I needed. I will just call it a loss and go to LeBlanc.

Just bought a Voodoo Blue TRD Pro 4Runner from GSM Aaron Picou. Since I was buying from out of town Aaron made it super easy to do business. He got pictures taken for me and completed paperwork quickly. The whole process was easy and upfront. On a trip to Denham Springs to visit my sister, I was having trouble with my precollision control on my 2018 Toyota Camry. It was slowing me down way too soon upon approaching a vehicle. Friend introduced me to Michael Stirling of your Service Department. He took time on his day off, Sunday to adjust the setting and to explain it to me. Being from Bentonville, AR. It was nice to know My car was taken care of no matter where I was. Michael was very knowledgeable and professional.

Went in today to look at a used 4runner, the used car manager is a complete douchebag. If anywhere and anyone has ever lived up to the old "used car salesman" slime ball it's those guys. Worst experience ever, and I'll never buy a vehicle from ANY of the Allstar lots.

I’ve been eying upgrading my vehicle for a while now, and have gone to all the Toyota dealerships. The other two unfortunately was lacking in customer service, paying attention to my needs, didn’t even follow up, and dismissed me. So annoying and rude. Richard, Aaron, and Michael all did a wonderful job of accommodating my needs for a new vehicle. I came in to trade in my Fiat to get something more reliable and long lasting, and of course more space. I was a little hesitant at first since it’s a huge financial decision to purchase a new vehicle. Originally I had wanted a used vehicle, but unfortunately the mode I fell in love with is a CH-R, and those are very rate to find used since they haven’t been out long. I fell for the vehicle on the showroom floor which was marked down dramatically and they even let me take it for a day to see if it suited my needs. There’s still a few features I need to familiarize myself with, but that’s no biggie. The application process was very easy and streamline, and the numbers for payments were accurate before they actually ran my credit to see whic banks would approve my application. I was able to get the monthly note down to what I needed it to be in order to fit within my budget without compromising on my needs. Richard especially was very personalable and a delight to hold a conversation with, and he made sure I was well taken care of and introduced me to the staff and the parts / maintence department. He even helped me clean out my old car and Andrews every question in detail and didn’t beat around the bush. Aaron, the manager, made sure to follow up with me and answer my questions as well, and the finance guy (who I was impressed could write upside down by the way haha) went over all the numbers and options to help me decide what I needed to have a confident ouchase decision. Thank you All Star team for the stellar customer service!

They have the best customer service! Paul, the manager was wonderful and did more than enough to help our family get the car they wanted. And sales rep RJ, was very nice and thorough. We came there after a horrible ordeal with Team Toyota. In short, while signing paperwork for a new car with Team; the finance rep., repeatedly insulted our family. Saying thing like "why are you asking so much questions?", to my uncle (who's there to help read over the paperwork), with a disrespectful attitude. So we canceled the deal. Sadly, our family purchased a few vehicles from Team over the years. With that kind of customer service, they will never see our family or friends purchase there again. All Star has the best customer service. And will help you from beginning to end.

I am giving All Star Toyota 5 stars mostly for the sake of one person, namely, Ashley Lowrey. My initial dealings with All Star were really quite average and even a tad bit frustrating until I was able to get in touch with Ashley, a service advisor. She really took control of the situation and managed it fabulously. Her customer service skill set seemed well above average and her knowledge of the technical issues relating to the car was perfect. That said, I had a sticky dashboard replaced which took at least 4 hours. All star did have a very nice lady doing shuttle service however and they brought me where I needed to go. Finally, there were two clips that were not fastened in the final rebuilding of the dashboard which I had to fasten myself and I hope I did it correctly. This is again average service and would warrant a lower rating but Miss Ashley just made the experience such a good one that I will give it the maximum 5 star rating. The service department seemed a little understaffed, there seemed to be a higher level of stress in the environment perhaps because workers were "missing" or something. And really someone did overlook at least two fasteners when putting my Camry back together. I just hope that they did not miss anything else. Without Ashley's excellence I honestly would have to give All Star just 2 stars. She really saved them I think!

This time I was very happy to visit there. My plan was to buy Nissan, visited Price LeBlanc, did not see the car we wanted to buy as the sales person always came with the wrong key. Have no idea whether it was intentional or unintentional.we spent more than two hours there. We had to leave because of our lunch schedule. Had plan to come back but instead visited All Star before going back to Nissan again. The sales person (Devin, I think it is his name) gave us a good deal. We closed it at our price. We went to this dealership to just try out a 4-runner SUV knowing that we needed to buy another vehicle sometime soon in the future. We had our heart set on the 4-runner being similar to the Chevrolet Trailblazer we had been driving since 2008. We liked the 4-runner but the step up was a little more (not bad) but we are not getting any younger and the salesman (who was new) suggested that we try a Highlander SUV. Well we had not even considered the Highlander on our list of maybe purchases but we said okay. Wow the drive was wonderful, it was comfortable and lots of leg room in the back seat. The salesman let us try out several Highlanders then he took us to meet some of the sales team and he brought us some drinking water because it was so hot outside. As we sat drinking out water inside we noticed two Highlanders sitting on the side of the building. We jumped up and went out to look at them and wow they were the color scheme we really wanted. The new salesman wasted no time to get the keys to both vehicles and we drove both. We chose right away the Metallic Grey Limited Highlander. it did not take a long time to make a deal on the vehicle and get zero percent financing for 60 months. Henry made us our first maintenance service appointment and took us to meet the service people and showed us how we drive in to get waited on. It was great. We got all of their cards and had our first appointment when we left. It wasn't long before we signed the papers and drove our new vehicle away the same day. That new salesman was wonderful. He is going to be great addition to the sales team as well as Henry who showed us how to use all of the apps and dashboard accessories and we left there feeling confident how to use all of the extras on the vehicle and how they operate.

Always good to go back to the dealer for your service. Their courteous and they do try their best to get your crush your car back to you. But it's much faster to stop and get my oil changed at some of these Quick Change spots. I've had my car repaired after accidents the air on two occasions but will never do that again. Ran into problems both times. Great place to have routine maintenance done

Terrible customer service! Window is in perfect shape and is rolled down but will not come back up. So the car is driven directly to an All Star dealership - 35 minute trip. They call me the next morning and the window is shattered. They go on to tell me they have had to replace A LOT of window modules but they will not replace the broken window. Terrible customer service!! Update: Gryder glass to replaced window for $250. All Star lost a customer for life over $250 - better check how much it costs you to gain a customer. Not smart!! Regarding your response - reimburse me for the window and then I can be a customer again. Don't reimburse me for the window and there is no chance. PS - teenage daughter soon to be in the market for a car - as well as ALL of her friends. Will we speak favorably of All Star or not??

I contacted All Star Toyota to inquire if they had a specific truck on their lot. I was told they did and I scheduled an appointment to go look at the truck the next day, which was a Saturday. When I arrived, they did not have truck on their lot and was told there was a miscommunication. I left and several hours later I received a call from the salesman, Lee, advising they found the exact truck I was looking for and could have it sent to their dealership. I returned to the dealership the same day and spent four hours signing paperwork to purchase the truck and providing them a check for a down payment. I was told the truck would be at their dealership Monday or Tuesday, at the latest. On Monday, I did not hear from anyone from All Star, so I called and was told there was delay and the truck would be there Tuesday or Wednesday. On Tuesday afternoon, I received a call from the General Manager, Aaron, advising he was unable to get the truck. He “thought” the other dealership would be willing to trade him the truck. He never received confirmation. Aaron told me he could try to get me another truck from another dealership, but “would have to give up his first-born child.” Really!?! I returned to the dealership the same day to pick up my down-payment check. All Star Toyota is dishonest and has no regard for other people’s time—an awful way to do business! I will never consider buying another vehicle from this dealership or any other All Star dealership.

To the customer representative: I don't see a reason for us to talk. You need to speak with Krista and ask her to treat people with respect. If you doubt my words, send your representative under cover and ask your representative for the feedback. Everytime I went to Body shop and saw her, she is always seems to be in a bad mood. Krista at Body Shop has horrible attitude and her manager Shawn is used to it. Shawn doesn't have guts to stand up to her. The other two people are nice. Stay away from Krista!

I bought brand new 2019 Camry XSE and they charge me $50.00 bucks for cargo net but they forgot to put in car. Another problem I found is stupid backup camera, it should have dynamic grid lines but it does not. I bought brand new car and after purchasing I have to come every day for two days to get something fixed and that is brand new car.

During the oil change, they do a full inspection of my car and let me keep the printed copy so I know where problems are, top off my fluids, go over the invoice with suggested changes for approval/disapproval, and even asked me if I’d like my car run through the car wash free of charge. The only thing I pay at the end of it is the fee for the oil change. A+

I just went there to purchase my first vehicle on my own. The process was smooth and painless from start to finish! At first I was sad that the car I wanted to look at had just been sold. But Nick Richard was wonderful at listening to what I needed and found me the perfect, and better, fit! He was very nice and super patient. Then I got to meet Gladys Wicker, who is just too awesome! She helped explain features about the car, and was there during the test drive and helped with documents and getting the car ready. Bought a Toyota Camry from All Star Toyota of Baton Rouge at the corner of Goodwood and Airline Hwy in December 2017. The car was a demo car under with 13k miles on it under the manufactures warranty. Recently noticed a slight defect where the door slightly rubs against the front quarter panel so there is a slight misalignment and causing some paint to rub off. I have not done anything to cause this damage. All Star Toyota refuses to fix the issue and is in fact trying to place the blame on me for either not noticing the problem on the passenger side of my vehicle when I first bought the car or for damaging the vehicle myself. They are refusing to take to even consider the possibility that they may have missed this slight defect. As far as customer service, I brought the vehicle on Tuesday Morning at 8:30 AM and they kept the vehicle over night. Told me they were going to discuss it with managers and call me the next day. I had to call them the next day in the afternoon where they told me it was in the sales department's hands and were waiting for an answer. I called the sales department and they knew nothing about it. And then made a decision within 10 min. that they would not pay for anything. It's pretty clear they gave me the run around. I have purchased 2 vehicles from them within the last year and will be in the market very soon for a 3rd vehicle. Being a loyal customer meant absolutely nothing to them. At a minimum, they should offer at least the benefit of the doubt that the issue existed prior to the sale of the vehicle and at least meet me somewhere in the middle on the $1500 repair cost. That would be good business but they kept me in limbo for 2 days, insinuated that I damaged the vehicle, and obviously never had the internal discussions between Toyota and the sales department they said they did. Will not buy a car from any all star automotive dealer again.

This was the worse experience at buying a car. When speaking to numerous people, telling them I am coming in. Going through my credit union to get the check mailed to me, telling everyone I got the car and in 5 hours the car was sold. No one from ALLSTAR thought enough of me to call me and tell me this, instead they wasted my time. Now I have to call and cancel everything that was done on this car because I was lead to believe the car was mine. Not that my opinion counts, but if you ever go look at a car, do the paperwork in advance so they can put the car on hold is what I was told after the fact, after asking the sales guy would it be okay for me to come after work. Guess I wasn't important enough.

Misleading warranty ! If something happens to where your vehicle needs repair good luck on help. They make you pay for a rental regardless of it is under warranty. When you purchase a brand new vehicle you definitely don’t expect out of pocket fees when you purchase warranty that was explained to you that it covered rentals etc.

They do great work normally but I recently just had a terrible experience. My check engine light came on so I called to make an appointment. THEY WANTED TO CHARGE $200 JUST FOR A DIAGNOSIS!!!! Called Price Leblanc Toyota and they wanted 50 for the diagnosis so I decided to go to an auto parts store to get my computer codes read FOR FREE. The code said exhaust too rich which usually means O2 sensor/ spark plugs/ air filter bad So I changed all 3 myself for less than 100 bucks Check engine light went away Saved myself probably over 300 know how they charge for even the simplest repairs Regardless they do good work Not willing to pay 200 for a diagnosis though

I arrived at 6:50 am for a 7:00 am oil change. I got the first appointment of the day figuring I could get in and out fast. After 2 hours, I finally left. It should never take 2 hours to get an oil change. Will look for an alternative provider if time doesn't improve. They did do the inspection of the entire system which is nice, but 2 hours is way too long even if you add the inspections.

This dealership is TERRIBLE AND VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! There were 3 separate events that transpired here. 1) I started at the used lot, and the salesman (Brian) told me he would have to "put me in the system to give me a price." After that, he comes back to tell me that his sales manager said, "Don't even worry about that car because it's too much. It's too expensive." No contact from the salesman since then. Next trip to the used lot, the other sales manager (Paul) gave me a price higher than what I was initially told and told me, "That's ok. You don't have to buy it. Somebody else will." 2) I tried to give them 1 more chance and go to the new lot. Here, I showed the salesman (Lee) the car I wanted. He asked his coworker to get me the keys so I could test drive it. We drove the car, and I told her that is the one I wanted. A few days later I got a call from Lee with a price. Days after that, he called me in for a "special deal." He then asked me to show him the vehicle again. We went back to his office and he told me that I was put in the system for the LE instead of the XLE, and the price he gave me was for the LE. He said he thought that was the wrong trim when he looked at it. I said why would you call and give me a price when you were not sure as to which vehicle it was? I also reminded him that I showed him the vehicle prior to anyone else helping me. He said he was so busy that he forgot, but he could not honor the price he gave me. 3) Next, I tried to contact the GM after he sent an email saying he "would do what no other lot would, and that is work with him directly." However, he never returned my call even after leaving a message. Moral of the story: they lie, they mistreat women, and they essentially tell you that you're broke. I will NEVER go back.

Torey Byrd at All Star Toyota Used cars is the man you want to ask for!. I am a very picky car buyer and ex mechanic. I always shop at least 3 places before I buy anything. This was my 10th car I have purchased. Torey was the 1st stop I made. Torey pulled off something that no other salesman has ever pulled off before. He put me in a car and on my way home w/o shopping any where else. He made me a deal I couldnt pass up. Torey was extremely knowledgeable and helpful in knowing everything about these cars. I had a defect in a new tire 1 day later and Torey took care of it even though it was an as is sale. He was not pushy and gave me the car and the deal I was looking for with no hassle or haggling. You need to ask for Torey and no one else will do. Whatever they are paying Torey is not enough! They need to give that man a raise! We need more salesman like Torey in this market.
