Well folks I’m back to give a POSITIVE update regarding All Star Kia Seigen Lane Service Department! On Friday, Sept 7, 2018, the Reputations Manager called us to say that the new service dept manager would be calling us later that day. Within a few hours, Mr. McAllister called and asked if we could bring our vehicle in so that they could replace oil pan shield. The appt was scheduled for today at 11 am and the oil pan shield was replaced at “no cost” to us. Thank you Mr. McAllister, Service Department Manager at All Star Kia Seigen Lane for making this right. We sincerely appreciate your assistance in getting this matter resolved. We have a 2016 Kia Sorento and had the oil changed by All Star Kia of Baton Rouge on Seigen Lane Monday, May 14, 2018. To all customers who have your vehicles serviced (old or new) check them closely for damages underneath and otherwise! We have had same issue on 3 different occasions.... where the oil pan cover was not properly secured after an oil change. The first time, we noticed it before it was damaged and had Kia Service Dept (Seigen Lane) secure it properly. The second time, the cover was damaged and was replaced at no charge to us by All Star Kia (Seigen Lane) The third time this happened which was on May 14, 2018, the oil pan cover was once again left unsecured and damaged to the point where it cannot be properly secured after future oil changes. After contacting Tanya Blanchard, Service Department Manager, All Star Kia Seigen Lane, she informed me that she was ordering the cover and she would call when part arrived. Ms Blanchard notified me of the arrival of part, and we took the vehicle in hoping to get issue resolved without hesitation! HOWEVER, that is NOT what happened! Ms Blanchard looked at the vehicle and informed us that the damage was not caused by her guys and that she was not going to replace the cover without charge to us! All Star Kia Seigen Lane is the only place we have ever taken our vehicle for oil changes and feel certain that this was caused by the technician’s negligence to properly secure the cover. Word to the Wise: Find somewhere else to service your vehicle if you want the work done properly!! Mr/Mrs Gary Manuel

I recently purchased a new 2016 Kia Soul. Everyone was nice we were treated like family the only problem was I found out from the Kia website about the additional features you could get with the car at the point of sale. The only only additions The only upgrades I was told about was the leather seats and rear view backup camera you could get. It wasn't explained to me about all the different soul models that were available i fell like I missed out on a feature that I really would haved liked and enjoyed. I was left an email to call to talk about my feedback with the phone number given and I called this morning to ask if the sunroof was only with the fully loaded package. The female answered she didn't know and she would have someone call me from sales and I never got a call . I went in to do my final paperwork which went fine and everyone was super awesome and nice. They detailed my car however the inside wasn't detailed just the outside. I really wanted to give this review a 5 but this is truly my honest review. I'm giving a low rating because I felt that because of the issue with the car that brought me all the way there was kias fault that I should have gotten a free oil change not have to pay 40.00 plus the gas to go out there and the stress and aggravation of car problems. I bought a new car so that I didn't have to fear breaking down! I never know from day to day if my electronics will work correctly or not but kia says they didn't find an issue

I have been a KIA customer for several years - currently driving a KIA Sedona. On my most recent service visit, it was recommended that I consider tires and brakes. I was able to schedule the service for a time convenient for me, my vehicle was ready before it was promised, and I got a surprise wash! I love that I can always count on my KIA family to treat me well!

I waited two and a half months for my year old Kia Soul to be fixed. Every time I called i was told something different. I picked it up Tuesday march 14 and I have had to make an appointment for march 18 to bring it back because the check engine light is on. Staff is not friendly and most of the time when I called I was put on hold. I am a faithful Kia owner but now I am rethinking my choices.

They were supposed to replace the radio in my soul. They ordered the wrong one and had to reorder it which prevented me from using my car for two weeks. This, however, was not the problem. It is till in the shop because the problem is clearly a short in the electrical harness. This is something they should have known because the problem included the lights, not just the radio. Additionally, they failed to check and refill fluids during an oil change, something that is supposed to happen during a service at Kia service centers based on Kia policies. These aren't hard things to get right which causes me to wonder what they are getting wrong that's going undetected. The level of incompetence at this service center is astonishing.

I'm not satisfied at all. I'm very disappointed. I know for certain I'm being lied to. It always seemed like the work I have paid for either wasn't done or not complete. I have never made a complaint. This time I'm truly disappointed. I brought my vehicle in months ago stating something is wrong with the brakes. I was told they were dusty & was fine. But once the vehicle is off of warranty I was informed the breaks need to be done. I'm not happy about it & I don't like being played.

No words can describe how terrible they are, they didn’t know im a mechanic and engineer when i went this morning to buy parts, I only needed 4 pairs bearings and they wanted to sell me 20 pairs because there’s different sizes, “i want 4 of the standard size, which part number is the standard “ that was my question, service advisor or manager said they doesn’t know and they can’t tell me Thanks all stars for trying to sell me not needed parts for over $600 while the parts coast $120-$140 and let’s mention i had to wait 5 minutes till the parts department lady showed up talking on FaceTime on working hours and asked me to wait till she finished or the service guy who never work or on his desk just talking and chatting with the cashier

Brought my wife's vehicle in to the service department to have several recalls addressed. I made an appointment and dropped the vehicle off at 8:30AM. I was told by the service advisor I would be updated periodically through the day via text message. By 5:30PM I hadn't received any texts or a phone call. So with only thirty minutes left before they closed I had to call the service department and was told that the work would not be completed until the next day. I requested a loaner vehicle and was told they have no loaner program and would not provide a vehicle to us. My wife had to work the next three days and had to leave by 4AM. Without her vehicle we were required to get a rental for the weekend. The next morning they called after they had been open for less than an hour and told me the vehicle was ready. This tells me that the work likely could have been completed the day before. So what should have been a no cost repair to us ended up costing over $200 in rental fees. I will never bring another vehicle to them for service.

I wasn't going to write a review but feel it is my duty to make sure other consumers are aware of the issues I found. I gave the dealership two stars because the sales and service team were nice people. Unfortunately, the service team is not knowledgeable about the vehicle they sell. After four visits (yes, FOUR) over a period of 6 months, I was told by my service adviser that a mechanic had never even looked at my 3 yr old Kia Sorrento. I asked what he meant since he had personally driven it and felt the problems, and he said that his job was simply to tell the mechanic how it "felt" to drive my car. In other words, their service advisers cannot actually advise you as to what services are necessary. Although the problem was duplicated when it was driven on the interstate (I was in the vehicle with them), since the computer didn't put out any codes, they said they "could not duplicate the problem" and sent me on my way in what I began to refer to as "the death trap" (I wouldn't even let my grandchildren ride in it). I wrote the general manager about the situation and was given a fifth appointment. But, since it was the same people, it was the same results. Sadly, the car wasn't interstate worthy and would not make it to the next closest Kia dealership service dept - in Covington - so I got rid of it. Please remember that if you buy a Kia here, there is no real service in Baton Rouge, and the warranty is a joke. I will not consider the purchase of another Kia vehicle for these reasons. I wish you the best if you do!

I'm so disappointed. Negligence during a routine service resulted in engine damage on my vehicle. Quality of service just seems to have declined over the past few years. I used to recommend this dealership to all of my friends. I won't do that anymore. Edit: Apparently no one's actually all that troubled since I've emailed you twice and have received no replies. I also haven't received a response from the service center in over two weeks. I've tried calling and left a message for the service team and have not had any response. I don't know what happened to this place in past year, but customer service is really slipping.

This review is based on my experience with the All Star Kia service center located on Siegen Ln in Baton Rouge, La. My bad experience is centered around one key word Appointment. When you make an appointment to have service work performed that means minor repairs such as resetting a tire sensor and replacing a defective seal gasket on a back tailight should be performed in one to two days tops not two weeks and three separate trips. The total lack of planning on this so called appointment based system was quite evident. First I dropped off my Kia Forte at the appointed time and after several calls in which I never received a call back on day one ended on the following morning around 10 AM. My wife and I went to the dealership to find out the status on our vehicle only to find out that it had not even been looked at. The excuse was that we are backed up. So my wife told the repair person Joe that you are not going to ignore me by not responding to our phone calls. We still were not being heard. We went to the manager of the dealership told him what was going on. We went back and interrupted everyone's lunch and the service manager then came out and said our vehicle would he looked at right away. Later that afternoon I called back at 4:30 And l was told the tire sensor was reset but a gasket had to be ordered for the leaking tailight. So we picked up the vehicle and the part was ordered and another appointment was scheduled for the following week. Once again we took the vehicle in at the appointed time 10 AM and once again I had to call that afternoon to find out the status on the vehicle. I was told that the gasket that was ordered was the wrong gasket and another gasket had to be ordered. I told Joe this is completely unexceptable and then in about 30 mins I received my very first call from dealership that my vehicle was ready. The gasket was mislabeled for the wrong customer. This is by far the worst repair experience I have ever had. In my opinion Kia needs to abandon the Appointment philosophy and learn how to plan your work. Darrell Goff

My experience at the KIA of Baton Rouge was just an okay experience. My car had a problem of burning oil too fast and they filled it back up for no additional charge and told me to go bring it back in after 3,000 miles or until the oil gets low again. So hopefully whatever the problem is after this test, they can get to the bottom of things. Obviously I dealt with the Services department and honestly they weren't as swift on their feet with giving me a definite explanation on my options while in my warranty. I hadn't had the car for a year yet. So I'll be posting another review after my later visit.

I brought the vehicle in for an oil change and a few other minor tweaks. I also was told by the service guy at the counter that all my filters and a couple of other items needed to be tended to. $224 later, I got the vehicle back (the oil change was my free one). Any additional add-on items need to be addressed at the time of the drop-off. I think the service rep was new and couldn't adequately explain the additional (and expensive) things I was charged for!

Experience is usually good but this time it was horrible. I called Kia and the answer service didn't answer for two days then I went to go get my car and I couldn't because they weren't finish with diagnostic test but yet told my dad my transmission going out. When the sales representative was suppose to call me and never did and when I finally got through the call center people had attitudes so that made me have one. Then when they finally decided to call I was on my way again to get my truck because I was tired of it all. Finally they said it wasn't my transmission which I knew already it was my shift cable that needed to be changed but I didn't let Kia do it I brought it somewhere else to have service done. This experience makes me not want to return to Kia for any service.

Devin really is a great manager for All Star. I came in 20 minutes before closing with an oddball problem that couldn't be fixed, but he and his master technician stayed a little late just to try. Then, on top of that great service - because the problem was irreparable - he gave me a wonderful price on the hourly rate: $0.00. I would give negative stars if I could. We purchased a brand new vehicle from here less than a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it ever since, and big problems like the air conditioner going out.....in july..... on a brand new car. Each time, it’s impossible to get someone on the phone to help you with service only for Tanya, the Service Manager to give you the runaround about warranties. Oh, and good luck getting in touch with George, the manager of the dealership. You will only hear from him when you’re considering dropping 20K on a new car after that, he’s basically a ghost that’s always “with a customer.” Its dealerships like these that give dealerships and car salesmen a bad name. If you’re considering buying here, just don’t. Go to Craigslist, Carmax or the newspaper. There are plenty of places out there that actually give two licks about customer loyalty, not this one though.

Communication with service dept. does not exist. Attempted multiple times over a 4+hr period to reach service about my car which was left there the previous day. Unable to talk to anyone. Left messages which were never returned. Left message with service manager, never returned. I understand being busy, however they should at least have the courtesy to return calls!! Ended up missing opportunity to pick up car because they never called to let us know and never returned any calls until finally after begging their operator to connect me to anybody, she apparently talked to a manager who had someone call. But the service manager still has never contacted me. DON'T USE THIS PLACE !!! Recently had my daughter's car there for service to air conditioner. Completely different experience than last. I have renewed confidence and trust in their service dept. due to recent experience with Service Manager Kieth. Completely trust him and his service department to provide service competently, openly, and at a fair price. I WOULD DEFINATELY RECOMMEND. Thank you Allstar Kia service department!

Update: Since this review was posted All Star Kia has responded to all positive reviews and yet mine still goes unacknowledged. Well done All Star Kia. Keep up the good work! DO NOT LEASE!!! When you turn your lease in they will come up with bogus damages. I attempted on 3 different occasions to have my car walked/inspected at the end of my lease and no one would help me. A guy took my keys, read the odometer and told me I was good to go. Then, 6 months later, I get a bill with damage charges after being in no wrecks, fender-benders or anything of the sort. They will send you round and round with creditors until they wear you down into paying. Two years of this ridiculousness and they will just send to the next creditor if you dispute. They will not get my money and I will make sure if they do not drop the bogus charges that I will protest their business to the fullest extent until either they drop the charges or my life has ended. This is what you get after 3 years of no missed payments, no wrecks, 4,000 miles under the 12,000/yr mileage allotment and trying to turn in the car on time properly. All-Star Kia is garbage and the people that work there can't even guide you in the right direction when you're trying to do the right thing.

Be prepared to wait an extensive period of time to have a service appoi tment due to a shortage of service techs. KIA is a car I would recommend - been a proud owner for ten plus years. The service tech - scheduling tech are Class "A", but their hands are tied due to a lack of quality techs available who want to work.

I made an appointment for service on my Kia Cadenza. After dropping off and explaining the issue, I was told they would call me when ready. Since I live out of town, I stayed in Baton Rouge for the day. After never receiving a return call, I went back before closing to see if my car was ready. It was then I was told they needed to keep it til tomorrow. Still not knowing the issue, All Star called afternoon the next day stating they needed to order a part. It would be two days and I could come get my car. They would call when the part came in for me to return (from out of town) and drop off the car to be repaired. It has now been a week, I still haven't heard from them.

I scheduled an appointment for 8:15am to have my passenger door handle replaced which was a recall and I did not get any service calls updated. I had to call the dealership at 3pm and then again at 4:45pm and I was not able to speak to anyone in the service department to get a update on my car. I received a call shortly after 5pm that my car would be ready before the service department closed for the day. Once home with my car, the passenger door does not lock, the alarm does not work and my hatch will not open. I called back the next day to see if i could return my car to get those issues corrected and I was told that the next appointment was December 15, I don't think that is good customer service. Also all of my indicator lights are on and no one seems to check it out to let me know why.

My heater isn't working again in my vehicle a 2017 Kia Sorrento. I had it serviced about a month or so ago for the exact same issue. I was told that it was a recall and the problem was "fixed". 2 days ago my heater stopped working again. I called to see if I could get in that day. I was told that earliest appointment would be 1/4/18. It's been very cold in Baton Rouge and predicted to be cold for the next week. Because I am a cold natured person, I can't take much cold. I decided to stop by the Kia store on Seigen Lane in Baton Rouge to see if they could look at it today 12/29/17. They said no. I have to wait until next Thursday. So I'm driving around in a cold vehicle until then. This is TOTALLY NOT ACCEPTABLE. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! A new vehicle too. TOTALLY unacceptable. I only pressed the 1 star so that I could do a review. Zero star rating today.

There is no pressure at all to purchase anything and rather you have good credit, bad credit, or no credit, they always go above and beyond to try to get you in a new vehicle. Was visiting from Texas and thought headlight was burned out. Got appt very quickly. Turned out just loose bulb. Service rep tightened and test drove my Sorento to make sure. There was no charge for the service. I have used this Kia in the past and trust the recommendations and service, since they could have charged me for a new headlight and I would have never known.

I took my wife's Soul to the Florida Kia ti have the front end looked at. I had the brakes replaced at Firestone and I was told that it would cost me 90$ to have the car looked at. I told the service manager that day that I did not want the brakes looked at but the front end on the passenger side was vibrating severely. I asked him to put it on the rack pull the tire and have someone start the car and put on the brakes to see the front end vibrate. After about 45 minutes he came back and told me that nothing was wrong with the car. I asked him if they put the car on the rack and checked as I had requested. He informed me that he was not a technician and he did not know what they had done. I asked to speak to the technician and was told "No." I requested to talk to his supervisor and he called Justin Brooks. I told Mr. Brooks what had happened and he asked if I would mind bringing the car to the Siegen Ln. shop. I did and he was very helpful and found that the new rotor that had been put on the car was warped. He did not charge me and he was very concerned about what had happened. I told him that I would never take her car to the Florida shop and that if not for his actions I would never buy another Kia product and that I would tell all of my friends about how I was treated by the Florida service manager. The only reason that I rated the experience this high was because of Mr. Brooks.

On top of that I was offered complimentary popcorn. The wait time was reasonable and I like the honesty of part replacements from the inspection as quote "You will need filters on your next service visits" and not to just do if it's not needed until then, I was told we will take care of your needs as needed" I can appreciate that to the highest. i went in to get my oil changed and tires rotated and a recall part fixed. after an hour of waiting, a guy came in holding a filter and said i needed to have it changed. i asked how much and he said $40. i said ok. when i went to pay for everything they charged my an additional $50 for labor. That will be my last time to go there. If he just pulled a filter out and only popped another one back in, how did that cost any labor ($50)? they had to put my original one back in anyway at no charge. I did ok the charge for the filter not labor for the filter change. my car is only one year old why did i need the filter changed anyway?

If I could rate lower I would. Brought my 2016 KIA Forte into service department because A/C stopped working and my driver rear window would not roll down. Lady in service department tells me they replaced compressor and window motor but when the technician tried to put freon back in he felt a leak and saw a hole in condenser. Lady claims she took picture and sent to KIA and they say it is not a defect that something must have bounced up off the road and damaged it so they would not cover it and it would cost me $1100.00 to fix. (How did they test compressor without freon in it). Seems to me KIA and ALLSTAR should stand up for their customers better.

PART 1 (exceeds character limit) On Tuesday, June 27, 2017, I brought my car into All Kia on Siegen Lane at 8:44 AM for my scheduled 9 AM appointment. I was to have two recalls completed and an oil change. My low tire pressure light for my tires were, also on I did not point this out as, I have always been under the impression that this was part of the multi point inspection. As usual the service advisor, Christine Carrol, was on able to give me an estimated time of completion for the services. At approximately 9:33 AM, I text the service advisor to ask that my tires be cross rotated. At 1:39 PM, I text Christine to check the status of my vehicle and how much longer it would be; the reply I received "He is almost finished with the recalls. As soon as it is done I will call you." At 3 PM I drove up to the Kia dealership to check the status of my car. Christine told me, he was just finishing up and had taken my car to be washed, it should be ready in about an hour. A ran some errands and gave them an hour and a half before returning at 430 PM. Christine informed me that the tech accidentally broke one of the pieces while installing the door handle and had to run to the warehouse to get the replacement part. (Repairs were completed 1 1 /2 hours ago and in wash now he's still working on it?)

The minimal service work I have had done has been done in a timely fashion, and Kelly with whom I interface has been understanding and is very knowledgeable regarding the work needing to be done. Mom's car would start and kill right after. Was Told it was timing belt and because it has less than 50,000 miles bring it to Kia dealership. Find out there is an engine recall but was told by Kia dealership she would have to wait over 30 days to get it fixed. 30 Days... so she asks for a loaner car. Because keep in mind if this actually is an engine recall that's dangerous to just keep driving around. They tell her they dont issue loaner cars. Once they "diagnose" it and find out if its really from the recall then kia will pay for a rental. Either way though recall or not. She has a warranty. How do you run a service department and it take that long to fix vehicles? Isnt that what a warranty is for? Not to mention who she spoke to.. the service manager was extremely rude and it took forever to even get in touch with someone. How do you expect people to just go that long without a vehicle!? I know for a fact my jeep dealership would have offered me a loaner right then and there. At least if you can't help be nice about it. Terrible customer service. But looking at some of the reviews on here and Facebook this isn't the first time this has happened. Definitely contacting corporate office and this will be posted to social media. Hopefully they can fix their terrible attitudes. I won't recommend Kia to anybody.

I had 2 sensors out on the back of my Sorento. They only had one at the Siegen Lane location. The gentleman, Michael, was arranging a rental car for me but was also still searching their other locations for another sensor. I thought I was going to be without my vehicle for 4 days. Instead, Michael called me back and had found another sensor. I brought my vehicle in @ 10:30 and it was ready by 3:30! Michael kept me informed every step of the way and didn't give up until it was fixed the same day! Amazing service! I bought a Kia from All Star 12 years ago and just bought my Sore to 5 months ago. I will probably own a Kia the rest of my life. They have awesome sales associates and a super awesome service department! My 2012 Sportage SX check engine light came on travelling to Baton Rouge from Lafayette early Saturday morning (5/9/15). I called to get an appointment to have it checked out after finding out there was an issue with the turbo not functioning properly. The appointment scheduler first offered me Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday. After explaining the urgency of the situation she got me an appointment for that afternoon. I arrived early and they took my car in with no problems. I could see they had quite a bit of cars in service and was worried about my car being fixed before they closed. The service rep was extremely friendly, spoke to the service manager and assured me it would be done today. They even shuttled my mother and I to where we live all the way across the river! My car was ready at the end of the day and was washed and sparkling! I'm extremely happy with the service I received and will return for any needs I may have. The absolute WORST experience I have ever had. I went to pick my car up after a week of it being here and all they has to do was change out the battery. I finally get my car back just to find out it's been robbed. The entire content of my glove compartment, the middle console, as well as my purse (which I had hidden under the passenger seat) were taken and thrown around the car like someone was obviously going through my things. Several of my cards and my license as well as my check book was missing. I spoke to the manager of the service department just to be told there was nothing he could do.....so apparently that included getting off his ass to check the cameras in the service department.....a total waste of time as well as resources and I feel violated knowing my personal things were gone through and stolen. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY LITERALLY ROB YOU.

First, my sales lady was great. After they got the down payment they took the vehicle to the back to put an inspection sticker on it and get a spare tire kit. 3 hours later... We found that they lost my car. They had no idea where it was. One girl looked up and it was on the rack getting an unneeded oil change. We were there 4 hours after buying the vehicle with hungry kids. 10 days after buying the vehicle the low tire pressure went off on the car. This was the same tire that originally didn't have a valve cap that we noted with the sales lady. About a week later... Again low tire pressure on that one tire. Due to work and having to care for my sick husband I was unable to get the vehicle back to kia and I figured I would just take it to a tire shop and get it patched. The tire guy looked at the tire and said it was dry rotted and cracking so they wouldn't be able to patch it. He looked into the tires further and found that the other 3 tires have a dot date of 2019 and that tire has a dot date of 2016. He advised me to take it to kia to see what they could do since I just purchased the car not long ago. My husband tried to make several calls to Thomas and left messages with no return call. I responded to an email from my sales lady with pictures of the pressure and all the times I've had to air up the tire. She made me an appointment with service and said she told them the situation and they would take care of it. I get to my appoint ment and right out the gate the service rep said if I don't have tire warrenty there's not much they can do. I said if it goes that route I want to speak to a manager. She said they can look at it and see what can be done. She didn't even see my appointment, they had no back knowledge of why I was there. She even asked to see my confirmation email. As I was waiting Thomas walked by, the same man who told us when we bought the vehicle he wouldn't leave us hanging... He said you okay I said I guess, he asked why I was there I said the car I bought has a dry rotted tire from 2016 he told me impossible that it takes 10 years for a tire to dry rot, told me to look it up on Google. I said that's what they tire guy said. He said as he was walking off they were just trying to sell me something... Service comes back says they can't patch it there's a hole on the side wall, and they see no defects and it would be right at 170 for a new tire. After trying to get across to them that I'm not paying that, the car was sold with a missing valve cap which tells me they knew it was losing air, 3 tires with a dot date of 2019 and one of 2016.she said anything could have happened between then and now and there is nothing they can do. I told her to put the tire back on my car and I would wait outside. Over all terrible experience buying the car and now with the tire. I will never go back and I will be sure to tell everyone I can about this experience.

I have brought my vehicle to Kia on Siegen for many years. When service advisor, Mandi, was there, I was always treated well. It wasn't always perfect, but for the most part, I was very satisfied. Since she left, things have steadily gone downhill. My last and FINAL experience stemmed out of the check engine light coming on. The Asst Service Mgr informed me of the suspected problem from computer analysis and I had to leave my vehicle since it was, in their opinion, unsafe to drive. They said my vehicle should be ready in a few days. I had to rent a car in the meantime. To make this already long story as short as possible, my vehicle was there for 11 days! I'd call and get no response and when I did, they'd have no firm information. I truly felt as if my vehicle had been put to the back burner and they were in no hurry. It wasn't until I got "feisty" with the Service Mgr that they got my vehicle fixed. And they had the gall to have me charged for part of the car rental! I'm finished with Kia and will bring my business elsewhere.

Poor star kia service!!! 2 months ago, a noice was started from engine 2012 kia sorento 54k. I checked website to have appointment. The soonest one available was 3 months later from that day. I drove the dealer to ask in person. The advisor told me that it was from a part which was recalled from engined and gave me an appointment 1 month later from that day. On my first service on dec 15th, they kept the car for a day, changed the part which was recalled and did some service which was costed $480. The noise was still there. And then, the advisor gave another appointment for 3 weeks later. Since I have trusted the advisor, I drove this car 2000 miles with this problem. On my second service today jan 2nd, I dropped the car. They called me back and said that the alternator and the belt are need to change, may be pulleys too. This repair would cost about $1500, may be more. On my first appointment, the advisor told me that this car was in warranty. I was expecting to have it done with warrant, since I have trusted the advisor in the service. I got my car back with problem with paying $115 checking fee. I will look for another solution to have it fix after paying $600 to dealer, since I paid first $480 and $115 today.

I called to make an appointment for normal oil change with tire rotation. It was very convenient to make appointment time that worked for me. I was welcomed for my appointment and asked if I has any problems that needed to be checked. I needed an air filter but they asked before doing it. I have always received excellent service. The only difference was they always washed and vacumed the vehicle but the last 2 visits they have not done it which was always a good perk.

I made appointment for oil change. Upon arrival, they said they had a few more customers come in and it would take about 2 hours. I told them I didn't care who came in, get me in at my appointment time and make the walk ins wait. They said they would start right away. After 2 hours and no call, we called and they told us we were next. I told them not to do it and I would come pick up car. When I picked up car, they told me they were swamped and short staffed. A good manager, when short staffed should schedule accordingly. I told them it was unacceptable and I would not be back. Every time I have come in, it is the same. Several hours to do anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I usually don't review a business unless something is extremely positive or extremely negative. Unfortunately, after my last trip to All Star Kia, I had to speak up. I loved buying my car at All Star Kia (from Justin Selders, who was truly amazing and really helped me out to work within my budget and get me the car I wanted for a deal I could afford) and I was always satisfied with the friendliness of service staff, but every time I've come in for maintenance (four times in two years), I've never left All Star Kia on Siegen in under TWO hours. We're talking about routine oil changes and the occasional detailing. This last oil change took THREE hours! For an oil change! I made an appointment and my car sat on the lot for over an HOUR after my appointment time before they even took it into the shop. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of customer service or appreciation at Kia. Why remain loyal to a company that doesn't appreciate your business and service your car in a timely and respectful manner? Unless it's warranty-covered repairs, I'm not coming back to All Star Kia for maintenance or oil changes anymore. I simply don't have time to wait around for a three-hour-long oil change. Ridiculous. Also, I've noticed the owner only replies to the positive comments on here, which is some garbage, because the customers who are happy with your friendly staff aren't commenting on the QUALITY OF SERVICE, which is seriously below par. The customers who are aggrieved are the ones whose loyalty you should want to earn back. Word of mouth goes a long way, and believe me, I'm telling everyone I know to take their Kia vehicles elsewhere for service. I'll be removing the All Star Kia decal from the back of my vehicle as well. What a waste of time and effort.

I had scheduled an appointment to have some recall items done on 3/25/17. I ended the day paying 700.00 plus for services and parts ordered. I rescheduled to have the parts and some recommendations done today,4/14/17. I was by Nicole and again by Suzanne Sellers this wouldn't be an issue. I dropped my car off at 7:45,my scheduled time and at 5:00 I had to call about my car. I went in at 5:15 and my car was not ready-basically it was just getting started. It was in the bay. I was told by Ms.Sellers as per her managers it would be ready by 6. It is miw 5:48 and no car. Ms.Sellers was not aware until I walked in that it was not done,the service managers just sat in their office and did not acknowledge the problem or that there was a problem. I was given an estimate of almost $1200.00 and still no one has said anything about a discount or even an apology. Now I will say Ms.Sellers did apologize but AFTER this major error on their part. I would love to speak to someone in charge about the service I received.

I was passing through Baton Rouge going to Florida on Vacation when I experienced car problems. The repair to the car was more costly then the car was worth. So I needed a new car, I had looked at a Kia Soul in the past, so I made my way to All Star Kia. I explained my situation to the sales person(maybe a mistake) and he showed me a Soul in the color and options I wanted. We talked price back and forth a little and I got a fair price? considering my immediate need. Since I needed to be in Florida the next day I went through Kia finance, this is were I felt I did not get the best deal. I had view online other Kia dealers in Florida and they seemed to have better financial options that would have saved me some money, I was never told what the finance rate was until I saw it on the loan form. I have a very high credit rating and if I had time to shop around I know I would have gotten a better rate. So Okay with the price, taken advantage of on the loan rate. When I am back to MN, I will look into a better loan

This particular experience deserves no stars. After getting a flat tire on a Friday I called to get a new tire. The parts dept said they had none in stock and wouldn't have any until Wednesday. After being transfered around, the service dept wanted to schedule me for the next day. I explained that parts said they didn't have the tire how could I come the next day? We made an appointment for the following Wednesday afternoon as that was when the tire would arrive. I show up on time for my appointment only to be told they don't have the tire.

Fast service, friendly staff, only reason I don't give them 5 stars are the tech left grease on the dashboard and KIA replacement costs. Other than that I'll be back when I save enough for the repair. This week sometime.

Jeremy the sale associate was awesome, knowledgeable, and patient . The finance part with the sale manager was a bit rushed. I should have taken control to slow the process down. Every question I had was answer was swift. When I got home to realize some of the things I agreed to for lease was questionable. The sale manager couldn't answer my question when it came to everyday wear and tear expectations. He just stated whatever happens to it is on me. I'm thinking like interior issues like carpet stains and etc. especially when you have a vehicle for 3 year, should it come back looking exactly the same like it was never used. Now after reading the problems people had with leasing upon returning the vehicle I am terrified. I'm going to thoroughly video the car the day of return so I won't get played, but It's a week now and I feel like I want to take it back today. It's been a week and I'm already having steering issues with my kia sedona. Hell if I take it back will I have to wait forever and go through hassle to get it back. Thinking I made a bad decision going to Kia.

Very nice dealership. Buying there was was very easy, not a pressure situation. I've had service done twice there, one for the complimentary oil change, another for a recall. The service department kept in very good communication with me the whole time. They make service very convenient and easy.

I get everything done there and they always get me in and out in a reasonable time. They know exactly what's going on and keep me up-to-date on everything my car needs while I'm there. I was told at 4pm the car was ready for pickup from the service department, but it's a good thing I asked if they fixed the door handle I made the appointment to fix. They took care of the two recalls they suggested I do while the vehicle was in, but no door handle. I tell a third person the reason I brought my car to them at 9:30 this morning was to fix the door handle under the extended warranty I bought from Kia when I purchased the car. Now it's 4:00 pm. Oh, and today the shuttle isn't running. So any ride I have to get to the dealership is leaving in an hour. I'm not even mad. I dropped it off knowing I'd be left stranded. I prepared myself for this based on recent experiences with the service department. Bring back Mandy.

Went there to look at a used car and they lied to me from the get-go. The car had been wrecked and they denied everything. You could see where it was repainted the bumpers were changed out and then also new tires on the front of them. Also a stress crack was in the body scene. Also the Honda numbers on the Windows did not match. They tried selling me a wrecked car and denied everything about it being wrecked. I would not deal with them at all just a bunch of liars. I told them a lower price than what they wanted to hear and then they called me back saying that they had sold the vehicle. fact that they haven't it's still on their lot. So beware of this dealership.

I took my 2013 Optima in for its routine service. I usually enjoy the service team, but yesterday was horrible. The service reps were not as friendly as the old crew was to me. The old crew was very personable and outgoing. My car was finished and parked where I could see it. After waiting for 20 minutes, I asked if I could pay so that I could leave. The female rep was rude and let me know that she hadn't finalized my ticket yet. I guess the customer's time isn't valuable?!?! I had to wait another 10 minutes for her to finalize the service ticket so that I could pay and leave. A customer shouldn't have to wait until it is convenient for the service rep or until they feel the need to complete your ticket. I was watching the whole time as the entire staff mingled and laughed. My time is valuable to me as well. The only day off during the week for me, and I have things I have to get done. I do NOT look forward to dealing with them again. Bring back the old team!!

Horrible service! I bought a car from there on oct 20 the idiots didn’t tell me that my car that i purchased was wrecked so the bank didn’t finance it! THEY DIDNT TRY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH ME AT ALL!!! I had to contact them about the situation! They didn’t accommodate me at all instead they gave me my car back that i traded and didn’t have a car in this world! I REPEAT DO NOT GO TO THEM!!!
