The night before I noticed that two of my headlights were out so I just dropped in Kia to see if they would be able to replace them. I didn't have an appointment and was gonna buy the bulbs and attempt replacing them myself if they were extremly busy. Well, the nice lady at the desk told me that would only take a minute and took my car right back. About 20 minutes later she was back telling me to go and check out. They were awesome! 5-Star service!! I had a recall on my 2011 Kia Sorrento & my driver side door handle stop working. I called an made an appointment for 1pm. I arrived 20 mins early. The customer service was wonderful as usual. The waiting area was clean and customer friendly. I was in & out within 50 mins.

Customer service is a slap in the face and they are just looking to make as much money as possible. Manufacture issues they won't fix on a 2016 and a list of many more issues. Safe to say I'll never buy a kia again and until I get rid of the one I have I will not have any work done there. Not to mention the district manager who is supposed to be addressing the issue is not the one calling me back so I'm left with more questions and frustration

Kia is one of the best experiences I have ever had. Our dealer Mr.Tylor was amazing and the managers fought so hard to get us in a vehicle. They went through the paperwork and the details of the car with us very well. At the very end we almost didn’t walk out with a car because they wanted more down then we thought. In the end the entire team of Kia and mostly the Managers Mr.Brandon, Mr.John and our dealer Tylor get a huge thanks for working so hard for myself and my family. Kia Rocks!! My airbag light is on & I got a letter saying they had extended the warranty on the censor for the airbag light. Took it in to Kia and Kia said they would have to order censor. Said it should take three to four days to come in. This was June 16, 2016. Called them about it after three weeks passed, still not in. Went by July 28th to check on it again. Was told by shop manager don't know when it will be in and nothing they could do about it. Gave me a number to call Consumer Protection to see if maybe they could help. Have inspection coming due on my car and need to get this censor replaced. Very, very disappointed in Kia. If I ever get this fixed, don't think I will ever will deal with Kia again.

Horrible service. Sold me a brand new car 2017, has problems and they are referring me to service department. Took it in, told me if the issue continued to happen bring it back. The "issue" was happening everyday. Two problems with the car since I purchased it. Kia's suggestion, trade it in. Seriously. Don't deal with these people.

I chose this dealership to attempt to buy my first car. I called to get as much info as possible and inform them of my credit score, down payment, etc. I wanted to make sure that I would not travel over an hour and leave empty handed. When I arrived, they wanted me to put down nearly 80% of the cost of the vehicle! If I had that kind of money I would just pay in full! They also ran my credit report 10 times without my consent! I'm sure there are good dealers out there, but the two guys I met with were scam artists. So disappointing.

On 9/8/2012 I went to Kia East just to test drive. I walked out with a 2013 Kia Forte EX! I love this car. Thank you so much Paige Northern for everything you did. Everyone at Kia East made me feel welcome. I felt right at home. There was no pressure in the atmosphere. Paige had my best interest in her heart. I have purchased vehicles from dealers before but this experience at Kia East supercedes all of them put together. Paige is an amazing person. If all dealers could duplicate her for all of their sales people they would exceed their sales every month!!! Every aspect of my visit at Kia East was great. Steph continued making me feel right at home while I signed all the paperwork. I will most definitely be buying all of my vehicles from now on at Kia East. To every ear that will hear I will continue to give rave reviews about Paige & my Kia East experience!!! Thank you Kia East for making this experience one I will never forget!!!

Bought my car 2 years ago and have had it serviced ONLY at Kia. The service is great, the lies your told when you buy a car however is a totally different story. Bought my car with 13k miles on it, had to pay for the warranty to get it to 100k mikes because used ones aren't warranted like the new ones. And I also got conned into buying the wheel and tire package when the liar (guy) doing my final paperwork said "oh if you buy this it will cover any tire and wheel you have or decide to put on the vehicle and all you have to do is bring it in (if it's the stock wheels) and you'll get a free replacement with absolutely ZERO hassle or issues". Well low and behold in order to get a new wheel, Kia wants me to either drop the car of and leave it there for them to have a local wheel company come check the wheel out to see if it can be repaired. Well the issue is that this is my ONLY car and they CHARGE you for spares and my car didn't have one. As much as I like the car, it honestly will probably be the last one I ever buy there, and will probably start having it serviced elsewhere soon.

5 star and above for service department.....Buying a car not a big deal until you sign papers ,and they don't holdup to the deal they offered you. Once papers are signed you are lied to on their promises I rate them below 0. As for as the service department I give them a 5 star and more. Sad when they tell you they have heard other buyers being promised things and the sale men's or mangers don't keep their word to other customers . I won't refer anyone to buy from Kia ever. Everything was ok, except for when I told the guy that they had lost the cap to my windshield reservoir, on a previous visit, and no one even mentioned it missing, your company 'so the only one that works on my car, he told me it would be $7.00 and he would have to order it, why should I have to pay for something your company did. They told me my windshields washers were not covered under warranty because I used after market washer fluid, but they dont sell KIA fluid!, So how can I only use KIA fluid if they dont sell it? Their mechanic told me to use only blue fluid from walmart, so I did, they said no and wanted to charge me almost 200.00 for two 10.00 parts! I fixed it myself for 20 bucks! The new service manager is a joke, He couldnt tell me how to get KIA fluid when they dont even sell it, and to show me where it says I can ONLY use KIA washer fluid...I have bought 3 KIA' s and have never been treated like this! NEVER!

The service department's customer service was terrible. My car (2015 Kia Forte) was experiencing smoke come out of the exhaust pipe and one of the service men asked me if I was sure it wasn't condensation. First of all, I'm not the technician. Secondly, their computer systems were down today for about three hours. I couldn't call any Kia location and get anyone through on the phone. After scheduling an appointment online, I bring my car here and they did not know how long it would take so I had to leave my car there (the system was still down). Two hours after I drop my car off tests were done on my car, but there was no diagnosis. I explained that the smoke was coming out after driving and my family saw the smoke additionally for Thanksgiving yesterday. The service center stated they would keep the car longer to do additional tests. I have never experienced such a lack of care for my car from a company.

I usually have a great experience ...... But on 2/23/16 I was very much dissatisfied with my visit. I called to get an oil change that was needed as well as some input on a screeching noise that was coming from my car. I told him I was told it could be my belts but I want to bring my car in here to be for sure. Well on the phone he told me, "well yeah most of the time the noise that you hear do come from your belts , so you probably need them changed. With them being an official car lot I took his word and paid 280+ with 130 being just for my belts. As soon as I drive 2 mins down the street the same squeaking noise started again! I called them back and told the sales person what happened and he told me that I could bring it back but its gonna be a fee to diagnose the problem plus pay to have it fix. Hell No! It took for me to go to a garage shop down the way to tell me it was my break pads and that they should have known that ! So I had to pay an extra 270 to have that fixed....... I was so mad I work hard for my money and I felt it was a waste of time to eveng there and spend unnecessary money!!!!! Will never go back

Everything I was told,didn't happen. I know that I was buying a used car. But when I am told Something, I expect it to be done. I was told,that they would put two new tires on the front, and a new battery with new cables. We waited two weeks. Nothing was complete. My wife was ask if there something in writing. So now I have the car,with a bitter taste about Kia. I feel a dealer should be as good as his word. Guess I am old school.

Beware, I had several issues with the he sales consultant LADELL HAWKINS, first, after the line "let me go to battle for you and get the best possible price" he quoted me a price of about $1500 over the regular price listed on their website, he tried to explain it away as a mistake, then he had agreed to provide a spare tire, but did not give that information to the guy doing the paperwork, again, just a misunderstanding .He said they would have to order the spare tire and notify me when they got it, he never called back and we had to go into the dealership to take care of it months later. I thought we had gotten everything worked out but later realized they had not put an inspection sticker on the vehicle. My wife stopped by the dealership thinking getting the sticker would be no problem, but, LADELL HAWKINS lied to her and said the reason it didn't have an inspection sticker was because I didn't want to wait for one when the vehicle was purchased, and now it was too late. This is a complete lie. So while I still haven't made up my mind if I will ever step foot back in ALL STAR KIA EAST, I strongly advise you not to deal with LADELL HAWKINS. And it will be difficult for me to get beyond his total dishonesty as it is a reflection of the dealership.

The first strike for this dealership was when I walked into the finance office and my son was already signing documents. They told him that he had to buy the Gap coverage in order to get financing, which is clearly a lie because it is written on the document that you don’t have to buy the Gap coverage to get credit. But my son really wanted the car and they took advantage of that. The second strike is that the battery went completely dead after approximately 2 months of having the vehicle and they told me that it’s not covered at all. It’s a 2017 and the warranty says there is prorated coverage. Not to mention the fact that they probably should have caught that when they did the so called 100 point inspection or whatever it is when they make sure a car is ready to sell!!! So my experience with the sales section and with the service section has not been a good one and I would recommend that you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle and to thereafter have it serviced. Buying your first vehicle should be a good experience. The people here have ruined it in my eyes.

Had a appointment for a recall on my 2011 Sorento. It was for 9:30 and they did not even start on it until 1:00pm. What is the purpose of a appointment. I would not recommend buying a Kia Sorento. I have nothing but problems with this Car. My driver side back door handle has broke 3 times. Had a noise coming from the engine it took them 4 different times to try and fix the problem. To this day it still has a noise. My Airbag light is on and they told me that it is not covered under warranty are there is no recall for this. All my controls on my steering wheel does not work due to the light being on. They won't over $500 to fix the problem and they are not willing to work with me. DON'T GO TO KIA EAST TO GET SERVICE DONE. ALSO I WOULD NOT BUY A SORENTO

I purchased a 2007 Chevy Cobalt from Kia East. My sales person was Mr. Wayne. I am a Equipment Superintendent. After getting the Cobalt home, I gave it a full inspection. Kia East does an inspection on all their pre-owned cars. But, being an Equipment inspector for 18 years I still wanted to check the car myself. I pulled off the tires and inspected the brakes, CV joints, tie rod ends, steering links and oil seals. I then moved to the engine and transmission. The engine is a 2.2L. I checked for any gasket leaks, vacuum leaks, air filter, oil filter, belt, motor mounts, hoses, brake master cylinder and all fluids. I even load tested the battery. The only thing I could find was the throttle plate was gummed up a little. Easy enough to clean. So, I give Kia east a big thumbs up for making sure their pre-owed cars are ready before they sale them. While waiting on the paper work Mr. Wayne took my Kia Sedona over to fix the automatic door motor. This was covered under the very generous Kia warranty that came with the van. Mr. Wayne even let me sign my name to the Vets boards once he found out I had served in Iraq. Thanks to all the Staff at Kia East.

I called to scheduled my regular service and told them my engine light was on. Once I got there and they changed the oil I was told that I had to take it out on Seigen Lane to get that look after. Called Seigen Lane and they said after Thanksgiving I could get on the schedule.I told them that I had to get on the road for the holiday. I was told to bring it in at 4:00 p.m. I told them that I needed to arranged for transportation. Couldn't get transportation to drop it off and come back to get. I called and cancelled that appointment. Once I did that someone called about the appointment that I had cancelled and said that they could have brought me home. Go figure, I had cancelled the appointment by then. So Why didn't Kia East schedule me a appointment in the first place if they couldn't fix my car. They should not have done anything to my car. No one should get the runaround like this. I left message with a Mr. Green from Kia East and never heard from him. Now I'm driving to Southhaven, MS with my check engine light on to get my car serviced while I'm there. That's very very poor service from Kia East, where I purchased my car and Seigen Lane, who can't get me into the schedule.

The waiting lounge was clean, comfortable and inviting. The service department took great care of my car, in a timely manner, and returned it looking better than when I arrived. Todd even pulled my car up and had the heater at just the right temperature on a very cold, rainy January day! I'll stop now, as I don't mean to ramble...but this staff impressed me today and that is not easy to do! Todd, the excellent service and care that I received today is rare, and it did not go unnoticed! Thank you all!

I called to ask about a transmission service for our Kia. Todd the service guy said $83.99. I said $83.99, that isn't bad, when can you schedule? He said bring it in now. Sent the wife over to get the service, to their credit, they transported the wife to the local mall while she waited. When the service was done, they picked her up, and the bill was $212. They get good credit for calling her and picking her up. I called them and left voicemail about my surprise on the cost. Todd texted me back and said the price was $183.99. Be very careful in getting a quote from these people as we felt we were ripped off as the price we thought we were paying was 83.99 when in fact it was 183.99. They said they would review the phone call that was recorded for quality purposes to see what was said but never heard from them. Never heard from them again. Beware their practices to get you into the service department.

The salesman (A.J.) and credit manager were both knowledgeable, precessional, and personable. I would easily recommend ASKE to anyone. Buying a new automobile can be stressful, if not actually uncomfortable. Not the case here.

Deal was good but what I'm not happy with is the fact that the service dept. put the wrong weight oil in my new Soul for the first free change. Should have put in 5W-20 and they put in 5W-30. It won't happen again because I'm not going to bring it back there anymore.

Todd and Hendrick were great! I brought my car by simply to get air in the tires and Todd noticed a residue on the side of my car. He offered to run it through their car wash for me, as a courtesy, so that the residue wouldn't hurt my paint. He went above and beyond and Hendrick, who put in the air and ran it through the wash, was very nice!

Nice service after the sale. Finally noticed a ding on my rim/tire a few months after buying my car and was able to go back through photos to show them it was there when they sold it to me. They didn't bat an eye, repaired the rim and replaced the tire at their expense.

Scott and Erik are a Definite Asset to your organization. My wife had an issue with her Hyundai Sonata that caused it to barely run on a Saturday. I was over 650 miles away on a business trip and felt Completely Helpless. We did NOT have an appointment and obviously her vehicle wasn't purchased from Kia but that didn't matter to them. This has to be the absolutely worst car dealership I have ever been to came into the dealership to test drive it Kia Stinger .... To see if I would even be interested in buying the car I was told I could not test drive the car unless I planned on buying the car that day .. this is the most ridiculous way to get someone to buy a car I have ever heard of someone wanting to buy a $50,000 vehicle from you ... And you refuse to let them test drive it because it's so expensive ... You definitely won't ever be getting my business

After a trying few days dealing with someone on the phone regarding my 2014 Kia Sorento, then the morning it was scheduled to simply get a diagnosis regarding my door handle breaking off, the appointment had been deleted without a phone call, the girl at the dealership on Seigen gave me the run around and told me I had to go to Juban. So I made an appointment for an hour from that moment, called and spoke with Leslie, who then told me to come on in. As soon as I pulled up, Todd greeted me and was nothing but courteous and respectful. He asked me what was going on and what happened earlier that morning. I calmly explained myself and the situation at hand. His team basically said "we've got you, don't worry about a thing". Not only did they fix the handle, they managed to fix it without charging an arm and a leg, and every quote I was given already had labor fees factored in (at another dealership, all I had been given was cost of parts, labor wasn't added until after services rendered), plus, he was straight up with me regarding when I may need other things serviced, instead of trying to push it all on me at once. Since moving here, I have been looking for a shop to take my car where I can trust them and not have to question every little thing. It's been 3 years but I think I have found it, and never did I think it would be at an actual dealership! I would trust Todd and his crew with anything!
