We have dealt with the Ford service center in the past. They were nice to us but we felt the price for a battery and alternator was a bit pricey. We didnt have an option to go somewhere else because our truck was inoperative at the moment. We said we would not go back, BUT we did and bought our 2017 F150 from them. We are SUPER pleased with the help offered from Darren our salesman and Bean who gave us a fantastic deal. I am glad we gave them a second chance because I feel like these two men really cared about our growing family and showed compassion and understanding to my pregnant emotions. We spent about 9hrs here on Tuesday the day after memorial day and that was a bit much I feel but we are satisfied with our new relationships and our purchase. My only complaint would be with the finance manager who did our paperwork at the end. I was tired and ready to go home (it had been 8hrs at this point) but he just kept pushing for more of a sale and then told me I needed GAP coverage because I was gonna be upside down in the truck without it. I wasn't, but at this comment I said I was leaving and wanted my keys and registration back. I know I didnt need GAP coverage but when he told me you should never buy GAP through your ins. company that pissed me off. I'm a licensed insurance agent and I know some companies are not good on their claims but others are and if your gonna insure your home with the same company (which is your Biggest asset) why not get GAP through them as well. I was just SO frustrated with him but Bean came in and once again helped me understand what this guy was doing and eased my mind about things this guys was saying (I don't remember his name). I wish we could have just finished everything through Darren and Bean but all in all it was a decent car sales experience.

I would have rated 5 stars had it not been for the shape the truck was delivered to me. The tire pressure had not been checked as I had to put air in all of the tires and to do that I had to clean wasp nest off of battery terminals. Left the one on the hood hinge. Glass wasn't cleaned nor the mirrors. Sales was great as usual. Pat is the best.

I bought a 2018 Grand Jeep Cherokee Latitude with 25,000 miles on it in Dec 2018. 4 months ago....last week DAY ONE Wed it wouldn't start error said engine hot won't start. It had been sitting 9 hours. Had it towed in Thur DAY 2 in the am. They changed the oil..rotated the tires....& said it was on the diagnostic machine & would have to diagnose it before they could fix what's wrong. They would know by Friday am. My father picked up the car DAY 3 ..Fri afternoon. When I got home at 5 pm. I tried to start it and again wouldn't start same error. Had it towed in again DAY 4 Sat am. Turns out they never ran a diagnostic just jumped the battery. No tech available on Sat. Have to wait until Monday. I test drove 3 cars thinking about swapping it. They were around equivalent price one with a left side door that sticks....one with a tail gate that doesn't work right......and the last one had been wrecked yet they wanted 7,000 more dollars to swap my car out. Now its Monday DAY 5 and guess what my car sat in parking lot all day. They claim they jumped it and it ran for an hour then died so they were unable to pull it in the garage to diagnose it. I was told I cant have a loaner until its diagnosed. That's dealership policy. I just want my car fixed or swapped out for one that actually works. I don't feel like that's a lot to ask when you hand someone 21,000 dollars cash 4 months ago.

The salesman did not offer any insight on cars and he also walked away while I was viewing a car.During the whole process it seemed as though the salesman either had a bad day or did not want to sell me a car. Either way I felt as though my business was not wanted and that’s why I am going to buy a car from somewhere else and would not recommend this particular dealership to anyone looking to by a car.

Service dept. Is absolutely terrible! Customer service even worse. From the manager Mike to Britton the little service dept. gal.. I even have extended warranty and it's been a nightmare. Brought car in, listed the work to be done, they acknowledged it, picked it up 4 days later, and only 1 thing was done. They argued said I lied. Manager accused me of lying as well. I will definitely not be back. After buying 3 vehicles from them.. its ashame. Wish I could give 0 stars.

After shopping around and just about making my mind up to purchase a Toyota Highlander from another dealership, my husband and I decided to make a visit to Ford to look at the new Ford Edge (I was driving an Edge at the time) and the Ford Explorer. We decided to visit All Star Ford in Denham since this is where I bought my Edge in 2008. We were immediately greeted by our salesperson and I told him what I was looking for. We test drove the 2015 Edge (really nice) but then we test drove the Explorer. During test drives of both vehicles, our salesperson was very knowledgeable about the features and walked us through them all. We actually had fun test driving the vehicles with him! I really liked the Explorer but did not like the interior or exterior colors on any that were currently on the lot. Our salesperson immediately searched other All Star dealerships to locate one that I could be happy with. We talked about the numbers and we told our salesperson we needed to think about it over night. He told us if we wanted the car, he would get it from the other dealership and have the deal ready for us the next morning. I called him the next morning to let him know we were interested. When we arrived at the dealership a few hours later, the vehicle was in the parking lot and the papers were drawn up the start the buying process. My two nephews were with us and the staff accommodated them while we waited. The buying process went smoothly and we drove away in our Ford Explorer Limited! Usually, when you drive away, you typically don't hear from the dealership unless they need additional information. However, about a week after our purchase, we were invited to a Customer Appreciation night: food, door prizes, give-a-ways, balloons for the kids...I even won a $100 gift card! The GM, service and parts departments and salespeople were there to introduce themselves and let us know if we needed anything to call them. It was an overall great experience and I am looking forward to working with All Star Ford Denham Springs for the life of my vehicle.

Beware of the service department,I posted a year ago but had problems with my I pad so I lost it,but I wanted to say what should have took a week or at the most two weeks turned out to be six weeks after being lied too numerous times.And we were’nt from the area so we had extra expenses plus rent a car from them which we should have not had to pay for. So think twice before using the service department!!!!!!!!

The Worst Service Department in the Baton Rouge Area. Brought my Lincoln into service in December was advised Part was on back order. As expected did not receive any return phone calls at all. I contacted Service Manager whom advised would call back. That call was last week, still no response. This is not the first issue with All Star in Denham Springs. This location is simply second rate and knows they are the only Ford dealer in Livingston Parish. Please take your vehicle elsewhere as these folks could careless about your business.

I am speaking for myself as well as on the behalf of my husband when I say that our experience was not exactly ideal. Darren, our salesman, was extremely helpful and more than great in every aspect! He is definitely as asset to your team; however, the finance guy, Todd was none of those things to say the least. I have NEVER dealt with someone in this situation with such a dry and rude personality when purchasing a vehicle before. (This is our 3rd time by the way) At this point, he has turned a happy time into an unpleasant one.

Been meaning to make a review, put recently got pushed over the mark to make it. I've been a customer of All Star Ford of Denham since 2005, when I bought my f150. I have been sending all my cars/trucks there, for years, but not anymore. I don't know whats happened there, but the service is in the drain. I was informed that my lifetime oil change of 9.99 will not be honored anymore, the turbo on my wife's car needed replacing because of the waste gate linkage rattling, and was informed to get a new vehicle or $3000 to replace(I did it for $650 + fluids). I had a oil change on the car 2k ago, and I changed it because of the new turbo and the oil was black like it had 15k on it, none of my fords ever have black oil. It seems nobody knows whats going on except the parts guy.

I was interested in a vehicle here and got a call from a salesperson. We proceeded to set up an appt for me to look at the vehicle, but I couldn't make it till next week. She asked me why I couldn't make it till next and if its bcs I was busy. That's really none of her business, and it just left me with a bad impression. I've talked to a couple of other salesmen from different dealerships, and they didn't ask me that. If they're that intrusive over the phone, I can imagine how pushy they will be when I go to look at the vehicle. No, thank you. I'll pass.

The gentleman in the service office always provides excellent customer service! I was having a problem with my car starting on its own, but I didn't know why so I took it in to be checked. When I arrived, they immediately began the diagnostic on my car. While I waited, they constantly communicated with me, letting me know everything that was going on. They learned that there was a dead cell in my battery so they resolved the issue by replacing it with a new battery. They really took care of me in a timely matter and I really felt valued as a customer! I will definitely return!!!

Had an appointment for 10am so I got there a little early 15 minutes or so just in case. I checked in, turned in my keys and waited, and waited, waited, waited, waited, then some more waiting, finally I go outside and see my car still in garage lane, finally someone drives my truck in the the garage and puts it on the rack. So I wait some more, 2 and half hours it took for them to give me an oil change and rotate my tires which I had an appointment. So they did a good job on my truck but for the wait, I would have definitely went somewhere else had I known it would take so long.

We went in there 2 weeks ago. We dont know what we want but a lady came out asked me to come in and give her the chance to help us find the car. She took all my information asked me exactly what I want in a car what I dont want. This was a Saturday later in the evening. She said she would do more research at any of the ALL Stars in the area and would touch base with me on Monday. She said she would love to help us and if we found a different car let her know something about someone didnt after she put all the work in. You've asked me for a review twice, now. Reluctantly, I will oblige: A lifelong Ford owner, I will never be associated with The Ford Motor Company, products OR services, in any way, again. A few days prior to the August flooding in Baton Rouge, I brought my mother In-law's Crown Victoria in to the dealership for service. Unfortunately, the repairs were not completed in the time frame agreed to, before the rains came. I was told, however, "At least your car will be kept inside out of the rain...". It was not. I And when I returned to the dealership, the Ford Service employee who told me it would be " ...no longer works here"... A definite RED FLAG.....! The dealership refused to release my mother in-law's now totalled car to our insurance company, claiming that we owed them $1,400.00 for repairs!! On top of that, there might be a storage fee attached if we didn't comply quickly! The dealership eventually subtracted $500 from the bill. And I appreciate that. However, it took a month of phone calls and emails ( all of which were begun by us, at NO time did Ford phone us!), three trips to the dealership AND a meeting with the service manager!! WE WERE LEFT STRANDED WITHOUT A VEHICLE, AND EXPECTED TO PAY REPAIR BILLS ON A TOTALLED CAR WE COULD NOT SEE!! And so, our association with The Ford Motor Company is ended. And we think it's a shame. I give them one star because I can’t give them less. I guess at least the female employee in the All Star service department in Denham Springs did answer the phone. I called All Star Ford at 7:30 Monday morning. I explained that I had experienced a major mechanical failure with my Ford Explorer that would prevent me from driving back and forth to work. She stated it would be at least 30 days before they could make the appointment. I stated that I felt it would not be safe or even make it for that long. I explained that I had an extended warranty, and asked if I could at least check it out to see if it was safe to drive. She asked if I had bought the car from their dealership. No, I did not. It suddenly went to a thirty to sixty day appointment. FYI, not everyone still lives in the area where they purchased their car. All Ford dealerships should be obligated to provide service whether you bought the car there or not. They should also be able to provide service within a reasonable time frame. There was no conversation as to “we are a little backed up at this time”, “let me refer you to one of our other dealerships”, “I am sorry, if we can get to you sooner...”. Just “it will be 30-60 days. You want an appointment?” NO Thanks! I called a Ford dealership a little further away and unrelated to All Star dealerships and was told to bring the car in as soon as possible. I brought it in within 2 hours and diagnostic evaluation and estimates were delivered within 4 hours. The service was exemplary! Because of this one interaction, I will never, ever do business with All Star. If I were on Ford Corporation Board of Directors, I would look into dropping this dealership. If it takes 30 or more days to get to the cars you need to service; there is either a problem with the vehicles you sell, the dealership, or the employees you hire. All are worthy of review.

I’ve been looking for a gt350 all over the country with the color and options I wanted and All Star Ford had exactly what I was looking for. The salesman I worked with was “Ray” and he’s been great! I live over 1200 miles from them and it wasn’t going to work for me to go there, so we did everything over the phone. He then sent out the forms I needed to sign and as soon as I got them back to him, he lined up the shipping and had my new car to me within the next week. After I received the car, I realized it didn’t have the accessories that were on the invoice,(car cover and adjustable strut mounts) so I let Ray know and he got them ordered up through Ford and as soon as he received them, he shipped them out to me. Most dealers leave you hanging after they sell you the car but not this dealer. There customer service has been top notch. I’m very pleased and I’m glad I found them. Thank you!!!

My 50+ year old mother made an appointment at the collision department over a week ago here for today at 11:45 am to show up there and NO ONE BE THERE to look at our car. That is so unprofessional and had me and her very upset. I suggest if you go anywhere, YOU DO NOT GO HERE. We will no longer be taking our business here, and I will be reporting this. These guys are very sleazy and deceptive. They definitely took advantage of my situation and lied to me. After agreeing on a certain monthly note, the sales manager said he would either drop the price on the truck I was purchasing or increase my trade value to get to my monthly note. He did neither and instead increased my loan term to 78 months without telling me. The finance guy made sure we signed everything quick and never told me about the extra 6 months on the loan term. I found out thats how they reached my monthly note after going home and reviewing all documents. I have considered getting an attorney and seeing what can be done about the issue.

Saturday to Tuesday to get a tire patched under warranty. Day 1, got the call that there were no techs available to do a reverse mount. Monday, they did not have the equipment to even do the work and had to send the tire to a local company (F150 Tuscany FTX). Constantly having to call to get a status update. Requested a shuttle to bring me there, 3 hours later I just Uber myself to the dealership because I was given no call back. I wanted a loaner car, but they use Enterprise car rentals instead of giving you another Ford to drive. Not only do you wind up having to pay $15 for insurance, but I went from a $70,000 truck to a base model Chevrolet Cruise. THEY WON'T EVEN GIVE YOU ANOTHER FORD TO DRIVE!

Utterly terrible. I bought a used F150 from them 2 weeks ago. I asked them to please clean it up better inside and out because it was visibly filthy, gunk on the dash and knobs, dirt in the floor board. I go to pick it up 5 days after purchase and the only thing they'd done was vacuum the floor. I asked why and the salesman said, "Honestly our cleaning guys don't do a very good job. You may want to take it somewhere to have it detailed". I was shocked to hear a salesman tell me that after just making a new purchase! I was told the navigation in the SYNC MyTouch worked. I got halfway into my weekend trip to Texas and found out it didn't. ALSO, they didn't put an inspection sticker on my truck, OR a paper plate. And I was in Texas, so luckily I didn't get pulled over. Also they only gave me 1 key, and that key works 1/2 the time. They said get some batteries, or I can buy a full replacement from them. If the truck wouldn't have been such a good deal off the bat, I would not have bought there, but I know now I WILL NEVER BUY THERE AGAIN! There is no service after the sale, there is no customer satisfaction, all the feel-good slogans and reassuring catch phrases they use are just words that fall far, far, far of being put into action.

I would like to give 0 stars. The service was horrible. I made an appointment two weeks in advance, informed them of what I was looking for and when I got there, they hardly had any inventory for me to look at. If you want a positive Ford experience, choose another Ford dealership.

First of all I had a flat and went to Costco to get it fixed and they could not get the Lugnuts off because they were Swoll up . So I had to go to the Ford place and they said it was their fault . From when they rotated my tires before So they replaced the lug nuts Then I had a 730 appointment to get my oil changed. They finished it at 9:30 which I think was way too long . They rotated my tires and told them do not put an impact on the Lugnuts I watch them Impact them anyway When they back my truck off the ramp they forgot to put something down on the ramp My truck Fell. Then they Brung my truck to the front and I paid my bill I went to my truck and there was grease all over the handle. I went to get the service manager and he was pissed at the mechanic So he clean it up for me . I got in my truck and when I cranked it up the check engine light was on . I went back in and told them they act like I was lying . They said they had nothing to do with that . But when they back my truck off and it fell it cut some kind of cable When they took it to the back they found that out . Naturally they did not have the part to fix my truck . So then I had to come back again for them to fix it when the part came in . I did not have a very good experience last time I was there. So I took my truck to bill hood for my next oil change.my air filter was so black and nasty .they said it looks like its never been changed . So if they lied to me about that it makes me wonder what else they havent been checking . If I can’t trust All Star with my truck .who can I trust . I paid a lot of money for my truck and I was expecting first class service All Star Ford is just 8 miles from my house . I want to keep truck serviced there . But that kind or service I got I don’t know if I can trust them with my truck . I would like for y’all to give me some feedback on this ordeal

All Star Ford in Denham Springs is the best Ford Dealership in Louisiana hands down. I came into the dealership with a certain budget,car choice, preferences in mind. They took all of these into consideration and worked with me amazingly. I personally worked with Mr. Darren and he was great to work with. They were able to sell me my car at a price that I was comfortable with and did everything they could to make my experience more pleasurable. I walked out the door with a brand new 2015 Ford Mustang and it was one of the most happiest moments of my life. Without All Star Ford, I would of not been able to purchase this car due to the fact that all the other dealerships around the greater Baton Rouge area could not work with my budget. One quick tip, if you decide to purchase a car from All Star Ford, I believe their car inspection shop and the detailing store close around 5 or 6 PM. I closed my deal at 7 PM and they were closed already.I had to come back the next day to get the inspection sticker and car detail, but they were very generous and didn't mind refilling my gas tank after the inspection sticker and car was detailed. I highly recommend this Ford dealership over any of the other ones in the greater Baton Rouge area. They offer better prices and can work better with anyone's budget.

I went for an oil change. I arrived about 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment. I was the only person in the guest area the entire time I was there. It took 55 minutes for the oil change and another 5 minutes before the man walked over to tell me that my truck was ready. The guy that drove it from the back parked it in the front parking lot with the two front windows rolled down all the way. This made me extremely angry. My checkbook, bills with account numbers, and other very valuable items were in my truck. This is not the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service here. I will begin driving out of my way to go get an oil change or any other service needs that I may have. I'm over AllStar...maybe I should start being loyal to Bill Hood.

I never leave reviews like this, but I went to purchase a new vehicle and The service was horrible They gave me an extremely low offer on my truck which according to kelly blue book when I punched my trade in value in there system at fair price which is the lowest amount it came to around $7,000 dollars low end . I have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 1500 extended cab LT with only 112,000 miles never wrecked only 2 owners just to give you an idea. These people came back and offered me $2,000. There’s good practice folks and this is not. I understand every buissness needs to make money but it should be illegal to try and get over on people to that extent.

My elderly parents purchased a new Explorer from these crooks 4 days ago. This weekend they noticed that one of the doors didn't have the same finish as the others. It was dull and didn't appear to have the same factory gloss and there is debris in the paint that doesn't show up anywhere else. The door also had a very small dent but the paint wasn't scratched. It appears that the door was damaged and the dealership repaired it but didn't get the clear correct. They brought it to a local body shop to have it inspected and they confirmed that the door had been repainted. When they brought the issue to the attention of All Star Ford Management, Management claims that it is probably a factory defect caused when the paint gun started to run out of paint. They find this hard to believe considering that the door is painted installed on the vehicle during the process. How could the paint gun only run out on this one particular door while the vehicle was being painted? I find it hard to believe that Fords "Quality Control" is so poor that they allow there paint guns to run out during the coating process? All Stars solution is to paint the door again or they offered my parents the opportunity to select another vehicle of the same value.....BUT THEY NEED TO FORK OVER ANOTHER $6000!!!! because the NEW defective/damaged car that they sold them without disclosure is now considered USED!!!! My parents are old and this is probably the last vehicle they will ever purchase again. Thanks All Star for making it such a great memory for them. They should be ashamed..... but crooks rarely feel any remorse.

They want to do a recall on my vehicle that is going to take all day but refuse to give me a loaner. My truck is my only mode of transportation so I’m forced to stay at the dealer all day or have a shuttle drop me off somewhere within 15 miles..... I live 45 minutes away. So my only options to have my safety recall done is to: 1) stay at the dealership all day, 2) inconvenience a friend to drive out of their way to come pick me up and drop me off, 3) be dropped off by All stars shuttle at a “some place” just to waste all day there until they fix my truck..... That’s ok, the recall won’t be preformed and when the recall issue malfunctions and someone gets hurt All Star can expect a heavy law suit along with ford

After 4 hours of confusion, my sales person could not show me where the controls were or give a interdiction of my new 3/4 ton 4X4. It was a circus. Went back the next day and finally got a walk through with the truck. They will not return a phone call!!!! I was later told by a friend, I was supposed to get a receiver hitch with the Platinum edition truck. I’m still waiting on a phone call to find out if that was true or not. I do know one thing, if that is the treatment you get from the get go? How will my so called first oil change go????? I could have spent $96,000.00 anywhere I wanted too!! They saw me coming I guess. Brought my car in for a slow leak in a front tire... spoke with Aaron and he said if I didn't mind waiting just a few minutes he would get it in and take a look also told him I needed new wipers as well.. Within 40 minutes I was called into service and told my car was finished. Worst customer service. We have a bumper to bumper extended warranty. They deny all issues exist with electronic issues because they are intermittent and don’t specifically occur when on their property. Biggest regret: buying a vehicle with them. Second regret: getting their GAI warranty policy that can’t be used at another dealership of the same brand as our van. Someone’s pockets are getting lined.

As soon as I walked in Ben came right over introduced himself and began to asked what I was looking. We discussed what I was looking for and we proceeded onto a test drive. He took the time to explain a lot of the features of the truck while on the drive and even after he continued to show me all of the great features of the truck and how they worked. I was not hounded on the lot by salesman, there was no pressure at all, and the business manager explained the options to me regarding extended warranties, GAAP Insurance, and other items that came in a VIP package that they offer, but did not try to sell me anything. I was able to find the truck I loved, drive it, receive a remarkable sales price, and complete the entire process in a couple hours. Bob in the Ford/Used Sales and Nick in Finance knocked it outta the park with their SUPERIOR SERVICE! I don’t know how Bob managed this timing during my test drive but he was telling me about how most Wrangler drivers do a “Jeep wave” when they see each other and ... wouldn’t you know it here comes another Wrangler and the driver does the wave and it was just magical! Ha! I look for the little signs from the universe when I’m trying to figure out is something’s supposed to happen & that was my first sign with Bob. He also picked up on my changes in attitude when I didn’t like the way something was handled & he explained that thing and made me more comfortable. He addressed all my concerns and fixed the little issues I needed handled to get the job done. He was incredibly respectful and answered all my questions with ease. This ease and straight-forward attitude was exactly what I got with Nick in Finance too. My financing was originally pre-approved through my credit union but turned out to be a farce so Nick worked diligently to get me financed and he did it in a ridiculously short period of time. He answered all my questions and was patient with the dumb ones (this was my first time financing a vehicle so I definitely had a few dumb questions) with a respect and kindness I haven’t experienced in a long time. I’m grateful for such a smooth experience and I will come back to deal with these good people if/when I’m in the market again. Thank you, fellas!!

The purchase of my new car was of course a breeze, however if you ever have a problem with your car and need anything serviced on it.... good luck with that. I have a brand new car and have a couple issues that I can not get resolved. They wont give you a loaner and I don't have time to be without a car for days. They first time they kept my car for almost a week. So, If you have more than one option you are looking at opt for the other option. This is definitely not the best. With that being said, I am disappointed with my brand new car that still doesn't get me from point A to B with no problems and I should not have to put up with after spending over 40K!!!

I took my new F150 in because my cooled seats weren't working properly. Ford service center said they could not reproduce the problem I was having and it was working normal. I turned them on on my way home and the same problems persist. The seats actually heat instead of cool. I get it, they were flooded and are having to work from a different location and they're busy, however this is unacceptable in my opinion. Go elsewhere.
