After having my car there for service overnight my car was left outside and had hail damage on my car hood and the manager would not return my call instead hollered at the person on the phone for me to call my insurance.... How about check my hood and call me let me know what happen before I get it back and talk to me. If this was the first issue we would have had it would be one things but every time there is an issue. We are ready purchase another call after the repeat lack of respect service we receive will not be going back.
2 yrs ago I was rear ended full impact and totalled my minivan. I went to Allstar and Christine and Trent were on top of things 100%. Loved my Cadillac SRX however on May 5th of this year I was in a 4 vehicle accident, hit from behind causing me to slam into the person in front of me. They totalled my car therefore putting me on a search again. And once again Christine and a guy named Eric pulled thru for me in no time and got me into a GMC Acadia. Cant wait to pick it up this week. Friendliest people I know. ALWAYS willing to give you the shirt off their backs. Got a 2014 RAM and put a $4,000 down payment on it and just found out they pocketed most of the down payment and only put some of it toward the truck. They refuse to talk with me and told me I already signed the papers and the deal is done!

Parts department was slow getting my parts and other employees would interrupt for their needs.
They don't honor their coupons and don't price match other dealers on their services. Don't make the trip out of town. Not worth it.
FYI: Allstar Buick GMC Truck Inc. parts/service will do you extremely wrong and not even try to correct their mistakes. We went in and bought some new tires that we really didn’t even NEED. They were supposedly going to put them themselves but unknowingly to me subcontracted the job out to Gunter tire. That was a month and a half ago. We have been up there countless times over the past month and a half because: -Our rims were scratched -Our old tires were damaged beyond use so we cannot sell them -Our new tire was shredded from the inside and losing air -Our tire sensor was damaged -The rim spacer was lost -One of my rims was cracked Totaling almost $1500 in damages. Upper Management/Owner is just as bad as employees, and pretty much accused me of just trying to get something for free after I just gave them $1400 and just want them to do the right thing and fix what they broke. There’s nothing left I can do now besides blast them on here for their malpractice and warn all of y’all not to do business with them because they blatantly lie, do damage to your vehicle and do not take care of their customers. We will now do all of our business with Southern Tire Mart , who graciously helped us out when it wasn’t their mistake or responsibility to do so.

My buying experience was exceptional however when it comes down to getting my vehicle serviced that's when things are not as good. They picked up my 2016 GMC Yukon at 8:30 due to my cameras sending me messages that they needed to be serviced, as well as a syncing that needed to be done to my radio (per an email that they sent to me), and also a hesitation taking place periodically when I come to a stop. They picked my vehicle up at 830 and I never heard a word from them. I called at 1 pm and was told that a service tech would call me back. He called me back an hour later only to tell me that he had to go and check with the person who had my vehicle. This resulted in a return call at 4pm to tell me basically nothing had been done with my truck. They had no idea about the syncing of my radio at all; when they are the ones that sent me the email notification stating it needed to be done. Not to mention they said that they would need to keep my truck until the next day. Well the next day came and I never heard from them. I had to call them about it. They kept it and did not do one thing to it. Brought it back to me with mud and dirt all over my mats and my seat had dirt all on it. I am totally disgusted by this entire encounter to say the very least. I find this to be tremendously unprofessional and disappointing. I will no longer be bringing my vehicle here to be serviced. I have had many vehicles and this has been the worst service experience I have encountered by far. Paw Paw Jack personally greeted me when I purchased my vehicle and left me with his business card that has his personal cellphone number on it. I will most definitely be contacting him today.

Staff isn’t very friendly. We dealt with jerry who kept in touch with me about cars even when I was not at the dealership. They really did what they could to help us out. We were there maybe an hour and a half. The used lot is a great bunch. However the lady over in financing was super rude, and had An attitude with everyone about everything.

Friday Jan. 25, 2019, I took my H2 to All Star GMC. Told them about the instrument cluster going out and how Billy Navarre never would order the part. All Star ordered the part that day. Took my H2 in this morning. In about 40 minutes they had the instrument cluster replaced and a new battery put in. The ladies in the service department are FANTASTIC. I am thoroughly impressed with the service. If you want EXCELLENT service and done right and in a timely fashion, go to All Star GMC.

I called to get an appointment for an oil change, tire change and to take care of two Recalls. I expected to have to wait a couple of days to get in, as it was already almost noon. They got me in that day, provided me a ride back to my place of work, took care of the items, and I was back on the road that same day. Very pleased that they were able to accommodate me in this way.

The first price quoted on the vehicle was acceptable and accepted, first offer on my trade was fair and accepted, closing was painless, without being offered and declining additional products that I wouldn't use; I did purchase the extended warrantee when it was offered because I considered it to be a fair price for the value.

Service department was not friendly and reluctantly helpful at best. Unapologetically tried to welch on warranty when I brought my mother's car in to have the battery replaced. Her paperwork stated it was a 7yr warranty but I was then told that it was actually a 2 year warranty after which they only give 10% discount on the battery itself and labor was not included. I appealed this to the person in charge of parts department and was given a note to bring back to service dept magically waiving the cost of the battery only. The not so friendly service rep then said it would be $50 labor which seemed relatively fair but when I was given the bill it charged $120 for labor. The representative, now visibly irritated, explained that it was $120 because this particular model required more time to change and went on to mention that I shud be happy because I should have been charged the full amount. In retrospect, I should have film the interaction.

There were no hassles or run around or haggling. I found a car I liked - he didn’t mislead me on price or trade in. It was all done in a few hours with a vehicle I love. Worst car buying experience of my life. First, the man didn't want to speak to me because I am a young female, but when I brought my uncle up there he was more than happy to "make a deal". Which he did not, he charged me nearly double what the car was worth and now, body will refinance or allow me to trade. I've went up there for a simple oil change once and waited over 45 minutes, which I can change it faster than that. Oh and my fiancé went to look at what they had a few months ago (when I wasn't with him) and they treated him the same way. I will NEVER give them my business again, and I tell everyone I know, not to buy from there!

No, we didn’t buy a vehicle from here(found another truck in better condition for the same price elsewhere) but Mr. Jerry Collins helped us and he was fantastic. All other salesmen we have ever dealt with (not here) we have had an issue when it comes to them being rude to my fiancé so we surely appreciated his honesty and manorisms in general. If you want to buy from here, I would definitely recommend asking for Mr. Collins.
