rip-off...I know going to the dealership for maintenance can be more expensive than most places but I went to Acura in BR for a gas cap. Nothing major, my gas cap mysteriously disappeared and I simply needed a new one. The cap was around $50 but labor was $62! To simply put a gas cap on.....they could have gave me the cap and I put in on myself, there is no labor involved in putting a gas cap on...Lauren was nice to take $20 off but the price is still ridiculous

My car had a weird AC problem where it wouldn't work when it was really hot over 93 degrees. It would work fine in the morning and on cloudy days but when it was super hot would blow hot air. It took them a few times to eventually get it and I was treated to a really nice loaner vehicle that spoiled me lol. At first I thought they didn't spend enough time with it but I was wrong and these intermittent problems can be a bear when it acts differently in shop than out on the road. Bill and the staff were great at trying their best to resolve the issue and were 1st class to me overall and they finally found the problem and all is good. Great Service !

Shawad was a persistent salesman. Because of that he actually made a sale to us after we had given up. He contacted us several times trying to make a deal. I just found out that he had also e-mailed us several times and in fact just found this e-mail as Google was sending Acura e-mails into a promotions section and not our regular e-mail. On a Saturday morning in April, I visited Acura of Baton Rouge as a walk-in customer interested in learning more about Acura cars and features. Jeremiah Amato was the salesperson who assisted me. I have to say the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I’ve ever had have both been with Eddie. He’s awesome. He is the opposite of every stereotype people have for car salesman. He’s genuine, totally straight forward, makes you aware of any coverages, but never pressure you to make any decisions. He truly acts in a consultative capacity. I bought a TL from Eddie in September and his demeanor and candor were excellent. Had the car ready to go the second I got there (had called and requested to see it earlier in the day). Sadly that car got totaled a week and a half ago. Based on my first experience I immediately called Eddie on my way to fill out the insurance paperwork. Saw an MDX I wanted to check out. When got there he had a couple others picked also to show me. He totally got me set up quick and ultimately in a newer and lower mileage MDX than I saw online. And it’s awesome. He made this so painless and smooth of a process. I’ve never bought a second car from someone. Loving Acura’s so much I doubt I will be back to Eddie again. Only change potentially is an Infiniti which he also works
