My car has been at this dealership for a month and a half !!!. Everytime we call we can never get ahold of anyone !. We physically had to go in and get some answers and talk to the manager and they didnt even give us the right information!!! They ordered a transmission that they said my car needed which is why I was waiting so long and now there not even putting a transmission in just replacing the clutch because "they dont think it needs it" and I asked them well what if it does need it and you made a mistake and my warranty runs out and the girls answer is well you have the warranty for 5 more months itll probably go out by then !! Which means they arnt even confident in what's wrong !!! PLEASE HEAD MY WARRNING DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE TO DRIVE A LITTLE FURTHER FOR A DIFFERNT DODGE DEALERSHIP PLEASE DO THEY ARE AWFUL AND UNHELPFUL HERE .

I went to have my oil changed and tires rotated on my 2015 Jeep Rubcion. Was told it would be a couple of hours. I waited 3. I was told my rear breaks was metal to metal and my rear differential was leaking. I said I would fix that so I took my jeep and when I got down the road I noticed the oil sensor had not been reset so I took it back and they reset it. So I leave again and head home about and hour down the road the jeep starts to vibrate very bad so I pull of and look. I noticed my driver's side tire is about to fall off. So I move jeep were I could Jack it up to tighten the lug nuts that the dealer did not tighten. When I grabbed my key for the locking lugs I noticed it was broken so I guess they just broke my key and decided not to tell me or tighten the rest of my lugs up. I called the dealer ship and asked to speak to service manager and I got his machine. So I left a message and then called back to make sure he was still there and they said yes he was so they transferred me again to him and a again no answer. I did not here back from them today. I guess me and my family's safety didn't matter. So after the second failed attempt I called jeep to lodge a complaint and they said someone will be contacting me within 24 hrs. Bottom line is avoid this place like the plague! UPDATE the service manager has contacted me and is doing what ever they can to make it right. I believe they are really trying to make good on a mistake. This goes along way with me. Thank you. UPDATE They have made everything right with me.

I had amazing service from Seth in the Service department. He kept me up to speed with what was going on with my truck and never left me in the dark. Warranty covered the issue. The reason for one star off is because it took two days for me to hear from the service department initially. I had my truck towed on a Sunday and called 5 times and never got a hold of someone in the service department and left 2 messages just trying to get a timeline for when my truck would be looked at. Tuesday morning was when I finally received word my truck actually made it to the shop and was being looked at.

Called Acadiana ahead of time for a 4 wheel drive service, oil change and regular service. They said I dont need an appointment, just come in. So, today I pulled in at 8:30am and they asked if I had an appointment. Told them I did not because I was told I didnt need an appointment. They said they cant get to my truck until Monday/Tuesday, today is Thursday. So much for not needing an appointment. I should have known better to go back to Acadiana Dodge, this happens every time. They apparently will sell me a truck, but refuse to work on or service my truck. I will not buy another truck from Acadiana Dodge and will certainly never revisit the Service Department.

I was having truck problems and over 1000 Miles from Home with another 1300miles to go. I showed up there on a Saturday morning at about 8am. A man in a blue shirt came out just before they opened and let me know that service was closed on Saturdays. He then helped me track down another dealer with a diesel mechanic about 60 miles away. They got me back on the road with a new water pump and other stuff. If the man from this dealership had taken the “not my problem” road because it was obvious he wasn’t going to sell me anything, I never would’ve found the other dealership. I really really appreciated the help in my time of need. Thank you.

I was charged $1800 to replace a condenser and radiator. Since they were being done together a discount should've been applied. I'm sure they'll tell me the mechanic installed one item first, put everything together then installed the next item... And the old coolant from the reservoir wasn't removed - just lazy. I'll be returning to discuss the charges and why my coolant wasn't swapped out with the new install.

Service Dept Review. The first time I took my Dodge diesel in for an oil change, first time at the dealership, first time at the service department. When the service dept looked at my truck they said I had the wrong air filter on my truck they asked if I wanted it replaced I said no. I just check the air filter a few days ago to see how dirty it was and it did fit the airbox correctly. I tried to call the service manager Robert several times left a message and never got a call back. A week later I still couldn’t get a hold of him. I asked to speak to at the store manager about this issue I was told by the receptionist he’s always in meetings an not available. I did check the filter and it was the correct filter for my vehicle. I do not trust dealerships that lied to you or tell you things that are not true or correct about your vehicle. How can you trust the dealership that can’t even give you a courtesy call back and try to explain or correct the issue. Even though we take most of our fleet trucks to this dealership I don’t think I will be bringing mine back to this dealership. I also going to share my experience with all the drivers.

I went to test drive a truck and had a coupon for a gift card. First time the dealer called Tyler did not gave my gift card with the excuse that his boss is not at the office. (he took all the info that was needed to issue the card!). I`ve waited for some days and no call or email so I called them again and he asked me to go to the dealer so he can issue my gift card. I went for the second time, he told me that he will send me my gift card to my email address (like the first time). Not trustworthy at all. I definitely not consider them to buy a car in future.

We found ourselves needing to replace my wife’s 10 year old vehicle. Having had a Dodge Caravan years earlier she wanted another one. A quick check on Acadiana Dodge’s website I found a 2017 Grand Caravan for sale. I easily reserved a showing through the website and within an hour was at the dealership with my wife. Chance Dunn, a salesman met us when we walked in and we couldn’t have been happier with his polite, low pressure sales approach. Just finished looking at work vehicles for my boyfriend. We know the state that our credit is in and asked the gentleman if my boyfriends credit would be hit with a hard inquiry. Because if they were going to do a hard inquiry we were not going to do the credit check. He told us that it was going to be a soft inquiry and that he would double check with his manager before my boyfriends credit was ran. As we are sitting waiting my boyfriends email blows up with hard inquiry reports being made to his credit. Then the gentlemen came back asking for my information for a cosigner. I told him no. My credit is just getting to a point where I can buy things. I dont appreciate being lied to and manipulated by a company that my whole family trusts. We all drive Dodges and my mom drives a Chrysler. I'm not pleased whatsoever

Success can be ruined by bad eggs in the team. As a consumer and advocate for customer service as well as human rights in general, I find myself compelled to contact you to inform you of some irreprehensible behavior I witnessed by one of your employees. Even worse, I am led to believe he is a manager of the detail area in your dealership; Mr. Pete. As I drove through the back lot of your dealership looking at your stock for my next purchase, I overheard this man literally continuously yelling at the men working under him in a disgusting manner that would be unsuitable for his own mother to hear. For example, as the crew were trying to cool down in between cars he said, "If you need a break, go home." Now, I am not sure if you have been out in this heat lately, especially inside a hot building washing cars but I would think your manager would be a little more understanding than that. I know the labor board surely would; provided any of those men wanted to press the issue. However, I digress. The morality of this issue stands as such... how would this man or you for that matter feel if any of these men were to fall over from heat exhaustion that could have been prevented from a short 5 to 10 minute break to drink a little water or get a little air? To make matters worse, the manner in which this man spoke to these men was deplorable and falls in line with workplace harassment and/or bullying and should not be tolerated in a any business with any integrity. I am also under the impression this is normal daily behavior on this mans part. He should be ashamed of himself and I am sorry to say, you should be ashamed for continuing to employ him and allowing him to treat these people this way. I have never seen such behavior by a grown man in a managerial position in my 26 years in business; which does include years in new and used car sales. Another moral of the story here, even animals have rights. Although these areas may appear to be hidden from the public and seem to be away from the general public eye, your customers are around and there are eyes and ears everywhere and your reputation is on the line. Frankly, I don't care how knowledgeable your staff is if they treat others in this way when they should be like a family there. In my world, family doesn't treat each other this way. It makes for a hostile work environment. People work to make a living not to be treated poorly daily. I do so apologize for the possible abruptness of my message here. However, I am a firm believer, one cannot fix a problem if one if unaware of such a problem. I will assume you are of the latter of the two. I figure I will take an opportunity to contact you and make you aware of it so you have a chance to address it. Seems appropriate considering you inherited this person with the business. So, I am sure there is a sense of loyalty there and you might need to handle this delicately. (I have done a little homework. But excuses and ignorance do not allow for poor behavior.) My family and I really are enjoying my new truck. The purchase of the vehicle was very smooth. With that being said, the service that I've received after my purchase was far from good. About a week after purchasing my truck I brought it back in to correct a few minor issues. Upon meeting with the service manager, it felt as though I was more of a burden and less of a valued customer. After a week of the dealership having my vehicle, I was informed that most of the issues were addressed and I could come pick it up. When I showed up to the dealership, I noticed that none of the issues had been addressed. I met with the manager and they took my truck back in to see what all needed to be done. At no time did I feel like the personnel that I had met with at Acadiana Dodge had all intentions of making right of what was not corrected. I highly recommend that as a consumer you look into the other Dodge dealerships in the area prior to purchasing a vehicle. I decided to spend my family and I's hard earned money at Acadiana Dodge and I can assure you that I will not be doing business with them in the future. Do yourself a favor and explore all options.

I’ll start by saying I wish I could give them zero stars. After recently moving to the area this location was the closest to serve my Chrysler vehicle. My vehicle was dropped off there to perform some warranty repairs and a brake issue. On my notes to them I described what was occurring and wrote it seems to need a new brake booster. I was out of town when the maintenance occurred and was alerted my vehicle was fixed. The car was picked up after hours and on the drive home my wife alerted me the brakes were still not functioning properly. This was disappointing because I specifically asked for them to perform certain tasks to confirm everything was repaired while I was traveling. The lady stated to me “sir, I had our service manager test drive the car to confirm”. When notifying the service department that they didn’t fix my vehicle the lady quickly responded “you mean the problem we could t duplicate?”. Well, my wife someone with zero knowledge on how a vehicle works duplicated it within a couple of minutes driving down the road. I asked for them to work the vehicle in within a couple of days and the best they could do it make an appointment 3 weeks later. So I decided to try out the next dealer and took it to Patout in New Iberia THE NEXT DAY! Within 2 hours of dropping it off they called and said you need a new brake booster and promptly repaired it after the part was ordered in. It’s obvious this team has zero concern for the customer.

I recently purchased a 2017 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from this place. I dealt with a Salesman named Juan Musco. While my wife and I was looking over the Jeep, we were concerned about the fact they had installed 37 x 13.50 x 20 mud tires on the Jeep. I asked the salesman if they had lowered the front and rear gears to compensate for the large tires. The salesman told us that the gears WERE changed out to 4.10's front and rear. Me knowing that if the gears, in fact were changed to 4.10's, it would have been enough to prevent the engine and transmission from being in a strain in such places like on the interstate. I did ask the Salesman for an aftermarket item build sheet but have never received that either. Fortunately, I have friends at Rim Pros, the place that performed the work for Acadiana Dodge, that gave me the build sheet. After purchasing the Jeep, I found that the Salesman (Juan) had lied about the gears being changed out. After calling the dealership to inform them of my discovery, they continue to give me the runaround about making things right with me and changing out the gears to prevent damage to the vehicle. At the very least, they could buy me a set of the same tires in a 35 x 12.50 x 20 so that the transmission and engine are not in such a strain and end up damaged. This Jeep that I bought was for my wife and to later pass down to our little girl. These people at Acadiana Dodge are more worried about making a sale more that they are about the safety of you or your family. It is a shame that people now days are more worried about making a dollar more than they are worried about people. What has this country came to? Needless to say, I am very unlikely to refer a friend or EVER shop for a vehicle in this place again. To think, I almost bought a Dodge Dually from them. Thank GOD I went to Courtesy Ford. They are much better people to deal with. I will have to live with this mistake for the next 6 years but I will never make that mistake again.

Very disappointed in the service they provided for my vehicle. I believe they initially lied about the problem I was having just so that I can file with my insurance and they not honor the warranty. They called me to pick up my vehicle and when I got it back it was running horribly and the check engine light was on. I had to get the guys attention to call him back and ask him why would he hand over my vehicle with the check engine light on. His response to me was that he was only responsible to bring the vehicle around and not check them. So Devyn comes get my vehicle and says let me bring it to the back and check it right quick. He goes to his office sits at his desk while I'm waiting on the bench outside in limbo. Finally I go to him ask what's wrong after he left me hanging for 30 minutes. He says I'll call you when it's ready. I go back to get my vehicle and was told something about a misfire . The ending result is that I'm stuck in traffic on a Friday waiting for a tow truck with no transportation over the weekend. Really disgusted with this experience . The story gets worse, now all of a sudden Ki have sugar in my tank that I did not have before. My car was on their lot the whole time. They offer me a loaner with a signed contract with $0.00 as the rate. Then all of sudden they change everything and now they want $440 dollars. Then to top it all off, they file a claim on my insurance for a scratch that I never saw. So now they want an extra $500 deductible for a scratch that I never saw. Let me add that one of their reps called and asked me for gas money to test drive the vehicle and then lied about it. Anjanette or Annette, whatever her name was must have a drug problem if she lies about miney. Please take head to my warning, these people are crooks. Stay far away from them.

The worst service I have ever seen had a appointment to get my 2008 Dodge pickup work on sat there for 7 days they did nothing and had no answers for me cuz they did not even look at it will never ever go there again I was told they do not like to work on vehicles that are 10 years or older all in all worst experience of my life at a dealership

Bought a used Chrysler Pacifica here and had a stipulation that the two front tires needed to be replaced they agreed and wrote it into the contract they told me they would contact me within 2 or 3 days 2 weeks went by with nothing I called the dealer ship and they told me they do remember the deal but would have to track down the information and find the tires and they would get with me that day. Been over 4 weeks and still no follow up phone call I am considering returning this vehicle due to breach of contract it is sad. The lack of customer service after a purchase is this bad I will not be doing any future business with this company

I finally decided to call back 2 days later the lady was rude as hell but made a 1pm appointment I arrived at 1245 lady told me it would take about 2 hours. They didn't take the jeep in shop til 215 and finished it at 310. This is the worse service ever!!!

But once arriving I was told that they were not able to give it to me because they were not able to find the worker that deals with the rentals. Made an appointment to have my 2013 Ram 1500 diagnosed on a Tuesday morning so I dropped off my truck Monday afternoon. It's Thursday afternoon and no one has looked at it yet. It's a truck I need for work and apparently the employee I made an appointment with, never actually made the appointment. Disappointed since I see Acadiana Dodge has many high ratings. Would prefer to leave it there but have no option. UPDATE: The service manager (Robert) called me and asked me to bring my truck back in. He said he would make sure I was taken care of. I appreciate the effort they made to correct the bad service I had last week. I'll go back when I need service.

Terrible experience! I took my vehicle to the service department several years ago due to issues with the ignition switch. I was told I needed to change the switch out. So I agreed to have the service preformed by this dealership and was charged over 800.00 when I went to pick up my car the dash and console was cracked from the streering wheel to the passenger side at the glove box. I reported my to the service guy and even showed him, but my complaints were ignored. This matter was never addressed by the dealership and my vehicle's was and still is ruined. Thankfully I own a second vehicle that I can drive. I'm currently in the market for a new vehicle and I'm glad to say that I will not be purchasing it from Acadiana Dodge, not will they ever service another car for me.
