I will never go back here! They where doing a half off sale and i had 350 to 400 down. They had me test drive a pt cruiser. Got it up to 50 down bryan station road sounded like the wheel was gonna fall off smh not to mention the gas light was on and the man wanted me to keep driving even after me explaining to him that i felt uncomfortable driving this vehicle. So i turned the vehicle around and went back to the lot. I ask to speak to the service manager and he told me they werent gonna fix the vehicle that it's nothing to worry about that it was just the strut pads. (It was effecting the steering of the car) Just because someone has a low down payment doesn't mean you should sell them a lemon!!! I wouldn't recommend going here!

I went to several car lots that guaranteed "credit approval." After being turned down or offered 10+ yr old vehicles with mechanical problems I tried Car-Mart as my lost option because I wanted to work on my credit. I didn't have much of a down payment and found a vehicle that was a newer model (2009) and it great condition. I wasn't getting my hopes up because I got turned down everywhere else. The customer service was PHENOMENAL! The employees were all kind, courteous, sensitive, & informative to all my questions. If they didn't know an answer to something they found out. They knew I was in a rough spot and did everything they could to get me the vehicle I wanted. They worked out a deal that fit into my budget and made sure I was happy before I left the lot. They gave me the car I wanted and the vehicle pricing was really good too! They gave me absolutely ZERO pressure in purchasing a vehicle (which I was thrilled) and genuinely wanted to help me, not just make quick money. I got the car I wanted and the best part is they DO report to credit & unlike most used car lots they gave a 5500 mile 3 month warranty! They also included GAP insurance & said they'd get me into another vehicle if something happened! They offered a few days to exchange the car too incase I wasn't happy with it. I've been to 30+ car lots in my life most of them being this year. This is by far the best experience I've ever had! I should've came here on day 1 of my vehicle search. They truly take care of their customers and are the opposite of what most car lot companies are. Their inventory was really good too keeping up to date and style with today's used cars and best of all they backed their vehicles and policies up. I would HIGHLY recommend this lot & company to car buyers with no credit, awful credit, and even good credit! They definitely get an A++!

Worst experience I've ever been through. They sold me a 2006 chevy cobalt. They "sold" it to me for approximately 7,000 and said "tax, title, and transfer fees are included". "No hidden fees". I ended up paying 9,000. Two weeks after I have the car my control arms, ball joints, and catalytic converter are bad. I tell them these things and they said I was lying to get a mechanic referral/inspection. They they said the ball joints and control arms are the only thing that's under warranty.. I had to pay a 50$ deductible just to have them fix it. If I was 1 day late on a payment they were blowing my phone up. But if I had an issues it took a week for them to call me back. They're lucky they're getting a 1 star rating because if I had the option they'd have 0 stars. They don't care about the customers only tricking 1st time buyers like me into a mess. I'm out of it. If you have a car through these intelligent declined people. Let them take it back. And regain control of your life!

Try DriveTime not this place. Anthony has terrible customer service. He stapled flyers conversated and overall disappeared during our transaction too many times. The cars here are horribly overpriced. GO TO DRIVETIME. I have a 2012 Ford Focus (financed not leased) that i pay less for than i would their 2008 Chevy Aveon that was breaking down. I test drove it and it felt worst than my 03 focus with a spare tire....

My husband bought a car from them a week ago. It's already requiring a new alternator and the muffler system is so rusted it has to be replaced which we have to cover. They state 299 down payment special but don't tell you at the time they add the rest to your monthly payments. So payments for the 1st 12 payments are astronomical. When calling to speak to Kevin got the run around and wasn't allowed to even leave a message. Tread carefully with this car lot. Read the fine print and do not rush.

this is the worst place to buy a car from. i havent had the car for a year and i have had MULTIPLE things fixed on the car- new brakes,rotors and strucks, rack and pinion, power steering pump, NOW i need a fuel pump and a battery. I just did all these fixings on the car within months of each other. Had to call to see if i can get an extention on my payment due to my car not working for over a week and they tell me i need to show proof of vehicle needing to be fixed in order to get an extention. I will never buy again from this lot! im putting all this money into this car and the car is not even worth anything!!!! i cant wait until this year is up so i can get rid of this POS

Absolutey terrible service. I waited 2 hours just to be helped. Spent another hour just to be lied to by the manager Tiffany. The General Manager was to scared to even tell me that he wasnt going to put me into another vehicle. I had been calm and stayed collected to these douche bags. Cowards. I purchased a vehicle 5 years ago before I went into the military. I moved to Michigan where they sent me to school. Purchased the Buyers Protection Package for $2,500.00. 3 months after having it the CV joints snap, transmission goes out. They refused to help me fix it. I ended up walking 12 miles round trip to school. I tell them to come and get it. Out of the military now. Working a small job looking for a decent car on a budget. I read from other people about how they have helped so I decided to give them another try. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. They are completely corrupt at this location. Visit the Winchester location if you want someone to care about their customers!!!

I was leaving from work today and my transmission went out on my car. I had no money to fix it and none to put down on another vehicle. The guys at carmart told me to come in and they would see what they could do to help. They even stayed over past their closing time to make sure I was taken care of. These guys let me drive off the lot with a new Chrysler 300. Beautiful car. The manager and staff of Car Mart on new circle rd were a godsend today. I’ve been doing business with these guys for the better part of 5 years, and 4 cars. Great people great company, you take care of them and they’ll take care of you.

I experienced the worst service ever being there yesterday if I could give them zero stars I would.... Long story short my vehicle had broke down yesterday afternoon..... I called carmart and spoke with lolita who informed me of what vehicles I could purchase with low down payments she was very nice I scraped up $550 to be there before they closed I work in the next county over so I explained that's all I had and needed to be in another vehicle today.... Upon arriving there I explained again I had $550 for a down payment the man showed me all the vehicles I could get with low down payment most of which he didn't have the title for so I settled on a trailblazer I was happy that I was going to walk. Away with a suv we go out we test drive the truck and return to do the paperwork..... After speaking with his manager the man comes back and tells me that I had been approved but was going to need a bigger down payment for the vehicle not only had I explained to them that all I had was what I told them so then he proceeds to tell me I could get this 1999 Ford Taurus for 550 down total payment at $3000+ and to top it off the back bumper was wrecked the knobs were missing on the inside dash and the heat didn't work it's the end of December who is going to drive a car with no heat..... I have no respect for shady business deals luckily I know enough about cars to not have fallen for it.... Someone recommended this place to me but I will not be returning I have never experienced such shady business when dealing with vehicles especially a buy here pay here they have definitely lost a future client and I would not recommend them to anyone

Had a great experience!!!! Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. They're not these pushy sales people that you find in other car lots that will just stick you in what ever vehicle. They didn't stop working till they found the perfect car that would fit my family. They accomadated me and even stayed open past business hours to make sure I was happy with my choice. I've had absolutely no problems at all with my vehicle but i love the extended warranty plan they have. Gives me peace of mind knowing if something does go wrong they have me covered.
