Bought a 2005 Ford F150 Lariat from these guys back in 2015. It was marked at a respectable price so I asked about the history of the vehicle and was told it had an excellent history report but they didnt have it on hand due to their computer system being down. After 3 months the engine started knocking and when I took it to a Ford dealership for inspection they informed me the odometer had been rolled back and the truck had multiple accident reports. This put the value of the truck at half what they charged me. So I paid 15k for a hunk of metal. I was an active duty soldier at the time which they were fully aware of. So not only will this dealership lie to their customers face but they'll overcharge you no matter what your situation or status. Not that I expected special treatment but they could see on my credit report that I didn't have much disposable income and needed a dependable vehicle. I wouldnt refer even my worst enemies to Bennett Motors and wouldnt take any of their cars even if they were giving them away. Its dealerships like this that make it difficult for the quality ones to do good clean business. A plague in America no better than your local heroin dealer if you ask me.

My vehicle had a panel fall off the day after I bought it. I was out of town so I couldn't go and see if it could be fixed. The vehicle stalls out sometimes quits when I'm going to park. It won't accelerate. The back A/C and heat has completely quit working. The front A/C and heat only goes to the 3rd setting doesn't work on the 2nd or 5th. The locks decided to all together quit working which left me outside in the cold for hours until I could finally get inside. The transmission dipstick was broke off on the inside, I had to go to a junkyard to get a new one. I went to Bennett to try to see if we could work out a deal. They were cold as ice said my vehicle is going to 'have problems' and didn't even offer to fix the simple issues I was having. I'm paying a car note still. My lights quit working last week (go figure). I WAS a returning customer I bought my first vehicle from them and sang their praises for years. I thought they were an honest business, something has obviously changed they no longer stand by their vehicles. I'm very disappointed in my experience and with my vehicle. I work on the road for my career and am in fear of going to far from home in case I need to call someone to come get me on the side of the road, which is costing me a lot of money. I thought I was getting a reliable vehicle they sold me a lemon.
