My experience was limited to Tyler Mullins. Tyler was extremely helpful and a genuinely kind person. He went above and beyond to answer any questions and, unlike many of the care salespersons that I have dealt with in my life, was not pushy at all. He made it obvious that he wanted to get me in a vehicle, but was not overbearing. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even if he did not have the answer he was prompt in finding the answer. I would recommend my friends and family to Tyler for their future vehicle purchases.

I can't give the folks at Alton Blakely Honda enough praise! I bought my first vehicle with them in 2001 and haven't looked anywhere else since. In the span of 13 years I have bought my last 4 cars from them. I forgot to mention....in those 13 years I have moved 3 times to 3 different states! Every time I needed something the folks at ABH went out of their way to help me with whatever I needed. A perfect example, we lived in Atlanta, GA and went on a family vacation memorial weekend and had the unfortunate luck of being in an automobile accident. Everyone was fine, the car however was another story. I made one phone call to ABH and within the day had a call back with a vehicle and approval for finance on a replacement vehicle. They truly care about us, the customers. I have never felt pressured into buying more than what my needs demanded. I have always been lead to make the best decision for me. If you need a vehicle give these guys a shot and tell them Evan sent you!

Great dealership, we got a Honda CRV from them. The sales man was great he knew his product. He answered our questions and showed us how to do different things in the car, like connecting your phone via Bluetooth. The car is wonderful it drives great and the gas mileage is awesome. In October of 2013, I purchased a 2014 Honda Accord from Alton Blakley Honda in Somerset, Kentucky. May I tell you of my wonderful experience with the dealership? Scott Gulock gave me sound leadership, treating me as a person relying on his business acumen to fulfill my car-buying needs. Rick McCrystal gave his input, as well. I trusted what these two men had to say. My family and I have had dealings with Mr. Gulock and Mr. McCrystal over the years, outside of the automotive industry and we respect them individually and personally. Sean Bersaglia added to my fine experience at Alton Blakley Honda. I have known his family, too, and have recognized their place as community leaders. In this town, we choose to give back our loyalty to those who enhance our community with their service, as have the men I have named. Next, I want to put a star beside the name of Eric Lawson, who was the person who made it obvious to me that I needed the 2014 Accord. Eric's attendance to all my questions was welcomed, as was his gentle way of providing information about not only the Accord but also about the Honda Corporation. Eric represents his employer in a solid way, and he made it easy for me to decide upon the car I bought. All the way through the conversations and the test drives, I was certain that Eric Lawson wanted me to know as much as possible about the transaction. I am a salesperson, too, and I recognize undertones of sales and overtones of sales. It was easy for me to perceive Eric's methods as genuine, and I always approved of the way he guided me. Several months after the sale, he is still there for me, and I have given his name to freinds as the place to start when buying a vehicle.

Sometimes I just call him for advice about the car When I tell my brothers what they did to my carI am single elderly lady who knows very little about mechanical issues. But Alton Blakely employees are always perfect gentlemen who go above and beyond to explain in detail what I need and why. I trust them with me vehicles and my money. When I tell my brothers what they did to fix my car and what it cost, I always get "You got a great deal" back. Let me also add that Adam Washam is so sweet. Sometimes when I call him about a minor issue, he walks me through how to fix it. Doesn't make me bring it in. Can't go wrong with Alton Blakley Honda and their crew.

I contacted Alton Blakely about a vehicle online and I have to say that their internet team is BEYOND exceptional. Ashley Pedigo went out of her way to get information for me-- including taking additional pictures of the vehicle I was interested in the same day within hours of being contacted... and it wasn't even at her location! I had courteous follow-up by members of the sale staff... that were professional and not pushy. This is in NO WAY your typical dealership experience... I know because I sold cars in the past. Everyone I have dealt with has exceeded my expectations!! I don't often give reviews,but they left me no choice other than to tell you that you will not be disappointed. I would send anyone there. Period.
