I’m leaving no stars and would leave negative stars if optional. Drove all the way up there took day off work. Deal was we were very close on offer before going up only off by a couple hundred on trade ins. Get up there waste over an hour of our time and come back with we are way off. Wanted 10k cash plus my two cars. One being a Dodge Charger 2014 model and a 2010 Jeep Patriot. Only offered 7500 for both together. Offer was just a plain insult. Only there to screw you out of more money and waste time. Never listen to what they say on the phone just a bunch of lies. Would g even come down 1k off their truck which had several things wrong with it. Worst offer I’ve ever had and worst car dealership I’ve ever been to

My husband and I just drove into our garage safely without any damage to our new 2017 Lincoln Continental. We absolutely love it and doubt seriously if we would have the exact one we were seeking if it weren't for the above and beyond client assistance and service we experienced with our sales associate, Steven Haste of Alton Blakely Lincoln. It is truly rare that someone meets an individual that exceeds all expectations on the job from the perspective of a "buyer" BUT Steven hit it out of the park!! We were having difficulty locating the right car packaged with the right options and perfect color for the right price carrying our required trade-in value. Steven worked very hard for us both on and off the clock to satisfy our needs. We even drove 6 hours round trip to buy from him because he worked extremely hard and deserved the sale!!! We wish him much continued success in his future and with his career. We look forward to our paths potentially crossing again with Steven should we ever find ourselves in the market ..... the Leverett's - Indiana

Dealer lied and lied and lied and lied out his butt to us after we won a car on Ebay. He did not put a reserve and the car didn't sell for the price he was looking for. Therefore, as we called him after we won the auction he proceeded to lie about cancelling the post with Ebay and said he wasn't going to sell us the car. We called Ebay and they confirmed this dealer never contacted Ebay or tried to cancel the auction. We have never came across a dealer as crooked and foul.

Poor sales and service. They are higher priced on every car I've ever checked and they won't negotiate that amount. I drove my van into the service department for body work and they destroyed the battery and starter. They wanted me to tow it out. Billed me for repairs THEY created. Took my car in several times for a problem under warranty and they said they couldn't duplicate it, but would make a note of it. After the warranty expired the problem persisted and they deny that I took it in all those times. I refuse to go back.

Do not recomend buying anything used from this facility. 4 days after purchasing a 25000 truck i spent 750 on getting breaks repaird due too all 4 break calipers failing, and exhaust leak into cab. Whe i walked in the salesman told me truck was 25000, online said 25000, we started doing paper work and they bumped it up too 26500. Had to take truck back 3 times because their techs could not get brand new break calipers too bleed properly. Also kept loosing power steering randonly and had too personally tell them what prosecutor too do in order too fix it by looking up issue on forums because they could not fix issue.. they told me it was normal to lose all power steering when hitting the breaks, after they done procedure i told them too do power steering never failed again... !!!NOT Recommended!!!

I have to call out two people on this one. Perry root was excellent he went above and beyond all expectations was great to deal with even communicating with me on his off time. Sales manager david i didn't catch his last name was also great to deal with. After buying my new to me dodge 3500 i did encounter some front suspension problems. I called the day i took it home and david offered up solutions to get the truck back to have it fixed since i live nearly 3 hours away. Long story short all issues that were going on with the truck were repaired. Great job guys!! Will work with again.

I can only speak on the parts & service department; there is no substitute for Motorcraft parts, and they keep a large inventory on hand. If they don't have it it's always there for me in 24 hours no matter how cheap or expensive. The service department is quick to get you in and always complete the service within the time frame specified. Yes no matter what service or part you spend your money on will typically always be more money at the dealership, but I'm comfortable with that if that means top of the line no bs customer service, quality repairs, OEM parts, all served up in a timely matter.

I drove over 170 miles round trip to see a car that was so horribly misrepresented to us that I can't explain the disappointment we experienced upon seeing the vehicle. They didn't publish an actual picture of the vehicle itself instead used a stock photo of a new model of that model year while emphasizing that it was a very low mileage automobile which brought about delusions of a vehicle that just didn't exist in reality. When we got there we finally found it and the right front fender was damaged badly while the front end was covered in bugs and it had the right front wheel cover missing. It was truly a nightmare to look at. I guess I have no one to blame other than myself for driving such a distance on such a small amount of information but trust is something that is earned and this dealership earned none through this bogus experience. I would never go back there for any reason.

What keeps us coming back is their commitment to their customers to offer the best deals possible. From the moment you enter the building, you are greeted by smiling faces and warm hellos! Everyone is accommodating and seems to go out of their way to make you comfortable. Our salesman today was Adam Roark, a nice young man who was very knowledgeable about the cars, answering all our questions and concerns in a courteous and competent manner. He put so much time and energy into helping us get the Escape we wanted. He saw to it that our vehicle was serviced and ready to go after he went over every detail with us, patiently answering all our questions. We also know from experience that the service department is friendly and does a super job when we need them. We highly recommend Adam and Alton Blakly Ford!

Bad sporting Advice

My car salesmen was Dustin Scott. This man exemplifies the Alton Blakley Morales, ethic and conduct. I let him know the vehicles I had to trade and the two styles of vehicles I was looking for and what payments I was looking for total. Thinking I'd end up with junk cars for the 500 dollars a month I wanted to pay total. I ended up with: 2016 Ford Fiesta and a 2016 Kia Sedona. These cars met my needs exactly. A good gas mileage car to use to and from work and a 3rd row seating vehicle for my family of five. He stayed late to ensure everything was done right, and was at the dealer early to make sure the next morning pickups were good. Dustin I felt was a very honest, hardworking salesmen and If I ever buy another car, he will be the salesmen no matter what brand it is. He earned my loyalty as a consumer!!!!
