Went to test drive a truck when we asked to take it home to show our father(a mechanic) was told yes but have to go through the entire buying process, we said no it's okay we got everything she needed on the test drive, the thing was completely rusted on the bottom! from there we could not get away. felt like hostages and felt extremely pressured into making her try and buy a truck she did not want when multiple times telling them we wanted to talk to her dad first! I just dealt with Walser Auto group and they never ever treated me like this! not once made me feel pressured to buy a vehicle huge difference between hourly and commission. And now the sales lady is talking about us on her Facebook making us to be out the bad guys! telling people we don't know how to say no. You people just don't take no for an answer when you can bully to young women. Ridiculous! Worst place I have ever been too! Can definitely tell they work on commission.
Absolutely love Silvia! She is by far the best sales rep I have dealt with while shopping for a vehicle. I bought a used Kia Sorento about 3wks ago and can say I’m in love. Only a few minor issues we have with the car but we bought a used vehicle so not expecting brand new car looks. I live 3hrs away so it was not a local dealership for me but definitely helped me more than any local dealership did. Need to get a couple things worked out with our vehicle but an amazing dealership to work with.
We were actually working with Buck Buckman who apparently decided to bail on us because we didn't want to buy a brand new car. As soon as he found out we were not interested in a new car, he disappeared. Thank God for Marcus. He showed up and entertained us for hours while we tried to figure out what was going on. Buck never did come back. We never saw or heard anything after the 1st hour or so. It took us 7 hours and we still did not leave with a car. Very disappointed in our experience.

I went into look at a vehilce and had the pleausre of working with Buck.. Highly recommend him if you ever go in! But when I dealt with Al, the sales manager, it went from good to bad. He acted like he could care less about my business. I had to ask several times for my credit score sheet before he would give it to me. His professionalism was very offensive considering the amount of money we as customers plan to spend. I left extremely disappointed.
I purchased my Fiat 500X AWD. Christe was my sales lady. She was, and is AMAZING!!! If I would chose to purchase another car, I would make sure I worked with her. She went above and beyond. She made sure my experience was a pleasant one. I did have an issues with the service dep' but with the help of Christi, she was able to get it taken care of. I feel bad that the problem went against her, because SHE HAD NOTHING to do with the issue; but it was put on her and I think its sad that the buck was passed on to her. That is not my ideal of a "team". I think it is a diversion to pass the buck.. The company might want to look over this, because this had nothing to do with Chirstie and what she did. She went out of her way to make me feel at ease and comfortable with the purchase. If she leaves I would probably try to find her and follow where she may go.
Absolutely the WORST experience car buying anyone can endure they tell you over the phone everything is great, just come in and sign paperwork and your good to go, get there and they have you test driving 20 other vehicles you have no interest in, suddenly the price on everything is wayy higher than advertised and they use the typical dirty used car sales man tactics that make everone hate car buying to begin with. Don't waste your time especially if it's cold outside. They don't care if your freezing to death, they're STILL gonna make you drive everything you don't want before working a deal on the one you do.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! I bought a brand new Kia in 2013. That process was ridiculous we were there for HOURS and even left because no one was available to take our money. They called us to come back, I wish we hadn't gone back. We have had several issues with the car; wont start-had to have the computer replaced, heated seats stopped working not to mention a TON of recalls. If this wasn't bad enough, you make an appointment to have the car looked at, they take all day and when you come back to pick it up, it takes 2 more hours. If they don't "see" the problem, there isn't one! It's the worst service I have ever seen. If someone spends over $30k and buys an extended warranty, you would think they would take care of their customers. I would think twice before buying a Kia and especially from this dealership.

Most unfriendly service department I had ever been in. Passing through on business and im have a issue with my car 2017 Kia Optima they refused to even take a look at it. (The next closest dealer is 3 hours away) is what they told you.

I don't feel cheated here. They explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable. Last time I was here I had my kids and he told me that he would get me out quick and I really appreciated that.
Had an appointment to get a few recalls done while I was there because I was driving 2 hours to have them done..needless to say, I had no loaner and was stuck at the dealership. There was an issue with my wheels because they are custom and the service department was of no help to try and help solve the issue. The mechanic who worked on my car was able to help me figure out what needed to be done. There was a very nice salesman who helped me get to where I needed to go.
The new service associate is very pleasant, easy to explain things to and very patient. She is also very knowledgeable. I hope they keep her on board and not pull any “Ive got my thumb on you because I am a corporate jerk” attitude like they have with so many others that have worked there. I went in for my system update per the mailer I received and she wasn’t pushy at all with other things that needed to be done. She simply just explained it all time and said if I wanted to fix those today I could. I told her not right now because money is tight. She said “no problem, if you change your mind, just give us a call to set up an appointment and we will get you right in. “
My first experience at Midwest Kia started off great. I briefly met Marcus and Buck who were amazing! Through the process I had to deal with other people from the company who were extremely rude and it made me never want to come back to Midwest Kia again. I was extremely frustrated and upset. A couple days later Buck and I kept in contact. I decided to give Midwest Kia a second try. I went through Buck and he made the process very smooth and not frustrating at all. Buck is amazing! He clearly has your best interest in mind. He treats you like family. Highly recommend you go through him!

when you go to Mid West Kia ask for Buck, 100% best sales man there!! I went to Kia in a pretty sticky situation, owned a car that i owed quite a bit of money on, told me he would help me sell the car and i ended up finding someone who would buy it! Buck helped me find a car that was a for sure fit for me! the tough part was that I was a first time buyer and the price of the car was literally out of my range that i wanted. Buck LITERALLY had no doubt about getting me into that specific car i wanted, straight forward with me on payments along with everything else. 3 days later after selling the car that i owed a lot of money on ....... BUCK BUCK HAD ME IN A 2019 BRAND NEW CAR AT 18 YEARS OLD. Buck also helped me set up the confusing phone system linked with the car i got. if Buck Buck wouldn’t have helped me i would still be in the mess i was in. Buck Buck is the man to go to!!! thank you Buck.
Staff is always friendly and the work they do is always excellent. I do not like the staff trying to sell me a new car while I'm waiting for the work to be done. It would also be nice to have a car to use instead of waiting at the dealership.

I wasn't given the run around listening to multiple people pressuring me to buy a car. I really liked that. However, they said they couldn't take my '17 Toyota as a trade in and match my payments. I know it is a negative equity thing the last dealership roped me into. It was still seriously disappointing. Later, during the holiday season, though, they made up for it. I got my car and all the warranty things I need for only $100 more on my payments. They even gave me more on my trade than I ever imagined to help lower their inventory! This should really help reduce our negative equity. We will see if having an interest rate this go around increases the negativity. Buy cars at end of year!
Aaron took great care of me in the service department. I was without my car for almost 2 weeks due to an issue with a recalled part on my Kia Soul. Aaron did everything he could to get me back on the road as soon as possible. When I was frustrated my car car was taking so long, Aaron was frustrated along with me. I wasn’t always the easiest to work with, but Aaron never gave up on trying to ensure my satisfaction. Thanks for all of your help.

I took my girlfriend's car in to get her schedule service. I was in-and-out of the place in about just over an hour. They offer free coffee and soft drinks while you are waiting. They also have charging stations for your phone along with free Wi-Fi. The staff is very friendly and they take good care of you. I also get chance to see my friend Marcus who's a sales rep there. If you're looking for a guy to get you a good deal on a car he's your man!
Buck Buchanan has shown me what a car selling is all about. He doesn't play around he gives you all the facts. I suggest anyone that's looking for a new car or used car to talk to this man before you do anything! This is my son's 1st car and he is happy with it .
Nice clean place- if you make an appt - in and out pretty fast- nice people just doing their jobs- if you need repairs- they quote you Kia parts and Aftermarket parts so you can decide- none of that stuff is cheap- so dont expect that- one thing- altho the coffee is free- its terrible! Its instant coffee and the machine has a bin of coffee beans but they are fake- come on guys-get a Starbucks machine in there- your competition has one!
Annoyingly aggressive sales people. Pestered me to buy a new car when I told them I was just there to buy a gas cap. Then they didn't have the gas cap in stock. Would have been better off just to use eBay.

My family and I bought a 2017 Soul in June of 18. We put 7,000 down and financed the rest. My family recently moved and given road conditions are in need of a 4WD. When trading in my 8 month vehicle I was told I would be upside down 1,600. So I am taking an almost 9,000 bath not to mention the payments that have been made. These people smile at you but they are not trust worthy. They are sleezy and will screw you over BE AWARE!!!!!!!
It was great to be greeted by a salesperson that seems to care on what you want and what you need. Buck is that type of person. My son, Doug and his wife, Maria came with me to checkout the new cars on the 4th. He let me look while he visited with Doug. When I narrowed in on what I wanted in a SUV his work began. In talking I now know what type of person he is and he knows what is important to me. We choice a Sporage that no only fit my budget and my wishes. Thank you Buck for a great experience.
Just had my first service appointment for our new 2018 Kia Forte for an oil change at around 5000 miles. They invited me in ahead of schedule and Braeden was very personable and professional in answering my questions concerning owning my first Kia. Oil change and tire rotation service was completed before I knew it and they even cleaned the inside of my car.
The whole experience from start to end was excellent! I would recommend everyone to go look at their inventory. I have already spoken to the service department as well because I had a few questions for them about my new vehicle. He was very nice, courteous and didn't treat me like I was taking up his time.

Like any car lot they are out to make sure it's what they want, deal wise. Make sure to get everything in writing and accounted for while you are there. The last car we had a problem with didn't get fixed evidently, so when we went back to get it straightened out they said it was on us. So we traded it to them and got a good deal thanks to Sylvia and Joe. We bought a new car and a used car. Happy with them now. Sylvia was patient and very helpful. Will do business with her again.
Y’all need more comfortable couches if you’re going to have people waiting 2+ hours for simple work to be done. The car buying process was good. Al was really great at making sure I loved what I was picking. Financing guy back then (I think his name was Jesus) was super helpful, made sure I was happy, worked to get me the rate I probably didn’t qualify for, but wanted. I wish he was still here! The last finance guy I had to talk to (3 years after buying) refused to reprint my dealer contract after going in twice for it. He said he would only reprint it if my bank asked for it.. they did.. (we were refinancing with a different bank) He was horrible in every way. The service used to be great, up until last year, everything is a struggle now & takes forever. Every oil change/tire rotation takes 2 hours or more. Which honestly, I wouldn’t mind, if their chairs weren’t sooooo uncomfortable. Right now I’m here just to check out a noise my engine has been making, it’s almost 12. My appointment was at 9:30. I watched a lady sit here forever & made her son late to school because they couldn’t find the paperwork for replacing a tire on a car she just bought a few months ago. It’s been a fun day..

Nick was great and helpful. We went in there knowing exactly what make and model van we wanted and made sure to tell them that. Althoigh when the car arrived it wasn’t the one we specified wanting. Nick got the manager and explained the one we wanted would’ve been another package added which we weren’t told about. I ended up just taking the car as is cause we already went through signing all the paperwork and waited 3 days for it. I know this one is easier to get in and out but it isn’t the one I originally asked for. Over all everybody was nice and helpful.
We bought our second KIA from Midwest with the extended warranty only to have the engine seize a few thousand miles after the warranty was up. The car is only 5 years old so when we tried to contact SEVERAL people within Midwest KIA as well as corporate regarding this unusual issue, NOBODY would respond to any of our requests or concerns. We Have spent around $50K at this dealership within the past 5 years only to be treated like we don't matter. After more than a month of being told to contact about 10 different people, KIA basically told us we are stuck with a 5 year old car that has been perfectly maintained that will no longer run and will be paying a $13K loan on a car that won't run. I have never been so ignored or had such terrible customer service.
Car Purchased in July of this year and has less than 2400 miles. Had to be towed to the shop twice for problems with starting and battery problems. and the service department has had it over two weeks this time. The car was recommended by my brother and a few friends that have kia's. For my parents to drive. I have had nothing but problems with the dealer, customer service. The service dept promises to call with updates and I have to call them with a run around of people and I asked to speak to the store manager got put on hold . I needed a solid reliable car to replace a older vehicle. What I got was a massive headache.

Our Kia Soul's oil light was flashing. After testing, it needed a new engine (warranty work). We were treated wonderfully. A loaner car and then a great rental were provided. The work was done within a short time period and Midwest Kia service staff was amazing. See Braeden & Chris in their service dept. I highly recommend them.

My experience was not what I was expecting. The salesmen were nice. But the finance gentleman were both rude, insulting, and intimating. I left there feeling beaten down and with a payment I can't afford. Not a good day for me at all.

Since I bought my Kia Sedona van from this dealership it has been horrible costmer service. It took them 6 hours to get done with the loan, but part of that was Pat, the finance manager, sold a warranty program to me that he said cost 2000.00 dollars and actually cost 5400.00. Then when I went to get it removed he was rude and very unhelpful. I bought there 1500.00 DVD system, and the manager who name is Jeremy Jensen is impossible to get a hold. It's been over 3 weeks and I still cant get any answer on how long it will take to get me the system, I have even asked from a refund and cant get a straight answer. If you call them on the phone it impossible to get a hold of a person you need to talk too. I have even try to talk to a manager to try and get help but they just transfer me to voicemail and never return my calls. It makes me super sad, because I actually love my Van, I would give the van a 5 star, but now regret my purchase because of this dealership, they are nice to you until they get your money and then they will do nothing for you.

I even asked if the parts were available when scheduling the appointment for today. Update - While I originally gave 1 star, customer service got with me and resolved the issue. They ensured they parts were on hand for my next scheduled appointment.
Well it’s been a week today that I purchased a vehicle from Silvia. My experience with Kia was a lot better than I thought, it was all GOD! I was able to advise to her what I wanted and what I could afford, and she was able to fulfill my request for me. SERVICE REVIEW: Back in November, my vehicle started to die every cold night. I needed a jump everytime I tried to turn it on. Then, while driving, my engine started sputtering if you will and completely died in the middle of the road. It turned on after a jump and took it to Midwest Kia. The rep I dropped it off with said they would look at it that day. I called around 4 and checked on my car and they hadn't looked at it yet. No problem, I didn't have a appointment and did not expect it to be a priority. At 5:30 I called back and everyone was gone for the day. No call stating it did not get looked at for the day. I called Kia in regards to my warranty asked for a rental and was granted one. I called the dealership the next morning asking what the status on my car was, they said they had not yet made a diagnosis on the car. That was fine, but I needed a rental. She put me on hold, came back, and a diagnosis had been made. My vehicle needed a new PCM and it would take about a week to get. No problem, I got my rental and was on my way. A week went by, and then another, and then another. They had my car for nearly a month. That was never the problem, however. No one ever called me to keep me updated on the status. I always had to call to check on my vehicle. No one called to say "Hey sorry it's taking longer than expected" "Hey we haven't looked at it yet". Nothing. That was what was very frustrating. Once we finally got my car back, my husband expressed how keeping a line of open communication was important. Well, the rep Brandon really didn't seem to care and told his manager that my husband was really rude. That just isn't true. My husband suggested how to make their services better, in order to retain clients, he wasn't having it. Needless to say, this dealership was not the best by a long shot. I seriously considered driving out of town to go to a different dealership. Additionally, my car continued to die after picking it up. I took it back about a week and a half later where they realized my battery needed replacing. I wondered why that wasn't looked at the month it was there. I took it to Auto Zone and now my car is running smooth again. This was long but a lot went on. *As I’ve said before, I understood I did not have a appointment. I never once complained about the length of time it took to repair my vehicle. I complained about the lack of communication between customer and technician and the lack of customer service. Your response, Midwest Kia, substantiates this review. You can’t even acknowledge that you all can do better. And when it was all said and done-one month later, you didn’t even properly assess my vehicle and address all the issues.
My wife and I had spent 6 hours there with them trying their hardest to get us to buy a car. The actual sales rep seemed to have lost interest as his underlings kept pushing. We finally decided to go with a car and sales rep showed back up to finish the deal. Sales rep called once or twice a year to see if we'd be interested in upgrading. Couldn't escape their pressuring even after we bought something. Couple years later my wife was rear ended and the car was totaled out. We still owed more than the value of the car so we were expecting gap insurance to cover it. 3 months later we are still waiting for gap to cover the last $200. You're low priority unless you're buying a car.

My experience working with the sales person at Midwest Kia was good; however, my experience completing my purchase in the finance office was horrible. The finance representative explained all the services that could be provided by EG Assurance (a car warranty program). I looked at several brochures that were on his desk. I asked if I could purchase the gap coverage separately, but I was told that it was a package. He discussed services and advantages of EG Assurance. No mention was made of any additional costs. When I agreed to purchase EG assurance program, I was asked to e-sign on a device on the desk. I signed. His computer was turned toward him, I could only see one line on the screen of the device, which was for my signature. To my knowledge, I was committing to $895 for the program, because that was the only price that had been mentioned. The finance representative put all of my paperwork in an envelope labeled “Car Papers Midwest Kia.” When I got home and looked over the paperwork, I was shocked to find that there were four printed forms on goldenrod paper with my signature on each. I only signed one time. There was one for $1,000, one for $2,500, one for $500 and one for $895. I returned to the dealership the following day and had to argue with the finance manager to have the changes removed and my contract rewritten. Very frustrating. I would not buy another car from this dealership.

Diego sold my niece a 2014 Kia Soul and she began to have problems right away. She made several calls to the dealership and they gave her the run around. After getting nowhere via calls she decided to take it in. They got the heat to work for her. Then after a few weeks she noticed that her AC wasn't blowing cool air. She reported said issues and they told her that a diagnostic check would be $110. But the time that she got paid it was past her 30 day dealership warranty. And now after only five months her timing belt has busted.
This was probably the best car buying experience I have ever had. Kristie was great to work with and made it a very pleasant experience. Everyone we dealt with during our purchase was great and It went very quickly. Kristie has also followed up with me and has let us know she is available to help us out with any questions about our new to us car. I will buy from here again based on our experience.

I was originally in to get my sedona serviced when a man named Buck came over and started talking to me. I ended up buying a new sorento. Buck was wonderful and he really listened to me and what I was looking for. Buck and his team made us feel like we've been friends for years. I will definitely recommend Buck to my family and friends!!
I went for service and they did service it didnt ask me if I wanted to fix any problems they had found and they're expensive. They're were two dealers that were just plain rude. I remember one asking about the car I brought it was an older kia and I was looking at a newer one and he said I couldnt afford it anyway and to just leave. I could've afforded that car 3 times yet was judged on an older car I brought. I waited from 1pm to 4:30pm for my car to get done they said it had been done for 2 hours and they called and talked to me stating it was finished but I didnt get that call. Overall I wouldn't come to buy a car here and I dislike getting the service done here also. Now the service people were friendly but could've been more helpful. Also, there was one dealer I would talk to and I don't remember his name but he was an older African American he had a good sense of humor and nice manners. In the end I feel like this place has a lot of immature employees but does have a few good ones!

I do not normally post reviews but in this case, I really do want to share the word about my Kia experience. I had done my research for months and knew Kia was going to be my next vehicle due to the reviews and rankings they have received. When I finally went to make my purchase I met Bryan Ray, my salesperson. He was not pushy; did not make you feel like he is just there to make a sale. He was helpful, funny, patient, and did everything he could to serve and meet my needs and help fit my budget. Like I said, I don't post reviews, but if you are in the market for a car and you want an honest person to work with that will really help you through this process, go to Midwest Kia and ask for Bryan. Felt like a bait and switch kind of place the milage on the websight and the milage on both vehicles we looked at were off by over 5000 miles on each car

Was looking for a new or pre-owned late model car. I was impressed by the variety of cars at the dealership. Brittany was willing to go out of her way to provide answers to all my questions I had about car details and purchasing options. Brittany did a great job helping me find just the car I was looking for.
I took my car for an oil change and made it extremely clear that my vehicle had to be turned off on account of my guardian interlock (car breathalyzer) but low and behold they allowed my interlock to go off several times. Of course this is going to come to a fine for each missed blow, if I'm lucky. If I'm unlucky it will result in a violation of probation and jail time. I have two kids I need to be here to care for. At least the manager told me how "sorry" he was before CHARGING ME FOR THE OIL CHANGE despite their massive mistake and me asking if I could at least get a little compensation on my bill. Not even a little discount. I trusted them with my car and they potentially ruined my life. I guess we'll find out when I talk to the DA. At least he's "sorry" though. Words cannot express my anger.

I had a wonderful experience at Midwest Kia. I had just come from another car dealership with a bit of a chip on my shoulder. I knew what kind of car I wanted and they just wouldn't work with me. When I arrived at Kia I was grateful for the honesty and kindness and I got the car I wanted. I highly recommend them because they know what they are doing!
Great dealership overall. They had good prices to begin with I did find the vehicle cheaper elsewhere but they made sure to match it and even gave me a better deal. Great staff, service, and deals. I would highly recommend Diego as your salesman great attitude no pressure and easy to work with.

A girl with long hair that was french braided helped me when I went in. On the paperwork it said Braeden, but not sure if that was her name or the name of the attendant who changed my oil. Anyway, she was fabulous and very understanding.
I bought a used Kia Sorento with the help of Buck this week. He was extremely helpful in helping me find the right car for my budget. After the sale he took the time to make sure all my car features/settings/sound system/ apple CarPlay were all set up to my liking. They detailed the car and fed my kids snacks to keep them happy too.

They don’t help veterans! My son who served in Afghanistan bought a 2012 Jeep Patriot it’s been a dang lemon in the shop every other month since he bought it. Still owes on it and has to walk everywhere had it again in the shop a month ago again and is overheating so bad it can’t make it up block, recalls and still a POS! Run!
My boyfriend and I went in there to just look at a Kia Optima we seen online, and that’s when we met Ray! He was so incredibly friendly, and his positive attitude was everything! He got us in that car quickly and my first car purchase was so easy thanks to him! They worked with us and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase! I was greeted by an employee. He asked for my keys, then showed me to the waiting room. He said that he would be out to talk to me. I waited, he never came back. In the meantime there were no cups to get a drink. I had to find someone to help me track down a cup. It is nice of them to supply some snacks though while we have to wait. After about 75 minutes, a very nice young lady called me and said that my car was completed. She went over my bill and answered my questions that I had wanted to ask before my car was worked on. She was a 5 star employee. I was a bit confused because last visit I was told that I needed to change some filters. I declined, but planned on getting them changed this time. I figured if they should have been changed before, they would really need to be changed today. I was told that everything was fine. So, I am left wondering if last visit they were making it up that I needed new filters, or if this time the filters were simply not checked. The personal calm service that I usually receive was lacking. I talked to another customer who was waiting a long time. She said that she was told that they were instructed to book more appointments each day from now on. More appointments obviously translates into less customer service. I brought my car in for two recall items, yet they did not have the parts to fix one of the recall items. I live an hour away and had to take off work to get there. I can't just schedule another appt. when they get the part. I am giving a four star rating based on how nice the young lady was, and because I have had past good experiences.

New management (Chris Fontes) in the service department is spot on when it comes to correctly treating customers, if your not crazy or unreasonable. I didn't come here even considering buying a vehicle because of all the negative reviews but Marcus (sales lead?) and the young lady at the front desk sincerely helped me out of a personal delimma so I may watch the reviews and consider visiting them when I'm in the market again.
Big Al is the best. We've bought two cars from him and will continue going back to him for future vehicles. We talk when I'm in for service even when I'm not shopping for a vehicle.

I just bought a used Kia Niro. My salesman was Marcus Wise and he was beyond excellent. He made the experience fun. I felt as if I gained a car and a friend by the end of the experience. It is a little intimidating to walk into a dealership as a single, senior female. Ladies, ask for Marcus. He will take care of you and you will not be taken advantage of. In addition you will laugh and gain knowledge about everything your car does. And when he explains all that technology to you and you still don't have a clue, he will take the time to explain it again...and even again. The man definitely knows cars. Also, Joe was wonderful in the finance department. He helped me find a wonderful interest rate and made the process easy.
I went online and I filtered out a car that was all white with heated leather seats that included Bluetooth with a sunroof. the results pulled back a kia forte 2019 for 17k dollars. I called my bank and I go ahead and get pre-approved mind you anytime you were trying to get pre-approved for a car it is a hard credit check. anyways I put my information Inn on Kia's website and a lady by the name of Silvia called me back less than 2 minutes later. I told her the card that I was interested in and how much it costed and reconfirmed the cars features she told me that the website was pretty much misleading and was not willing to honor what the website told me. i have a screen recording of their website doing this and screenshots of my and her conversation that they pretty much wont honor the price and she apologize for the webite being misleading. I do not recommend doing business with them. If you need any proof feel free to contact me. Ill go spend a couple thousand more at Toyota or Honda because their websites are actually accurate and their customer service is always top notch and always willing to discuss numbers when they are in the wrong.

Went in a week and a half ago to order a key they told us it would take two day to arrive and still no call back. I called last Thursday they said the key maker was down and didn't know when it would be fixed. Still waiting!
