They have messed up my paperwork several times and never address my complaints or concerns when I try to talk to them. Megan from finance is incredible rude. Buyers beware! Never look for vehicles at this McCarthy!

Dishonest. I came in and was very upfront on the price I would offer for a car, and was told after 2 days of talking that if I came up a little more that we would have a deal. I said ok. Then when the deal was ready to be closed they had written up the paperwork for $2000 more than what was previously agreed upon. All the salesman said was that was, “the best he could do.” I had already explained multiple times that my budget was strict and I would not finance, but after my complaint to both the salesman and the manager about the dishonest pricing, I was told that if they were me they would just finance the extra cost. Either they never listened to me as the customer when I had voiced multiple times that my offer was all of the money I had to spend on a car because I needed to save money for a baby due in Spring and that I could not take on any debt. Or they blatantly lied to me and wasted time I could have spent looking for a car for my family. Or they just flat out tried to steal $2000 from me at the last second hoping I either wouldn’t care or wouldn’t notice that the deal had drastically changed. I wouldn’t trust them. An absolutely horrible experience. I will be telling others not to do business with them unless they enjoy being lied to and having their time wasted. Thanks for nothing McCarthy.

Friendly people at the dealership however I didn't have a great experience, I was sold a car that had scratches all over the side I didn't see at the beginning (due to someone coloring it in). Since it had scratches and not dents they weren't going to replace it, since it wasn't on the car-fax. Now I wasn't going to write this, because I didn't want the salesman to get fired. Turns out he no longer works there, so I decided to write this to give everyone a heads up and give Mccarthy a chance to address and fix their policies moving forward. They did get me out of the car and then I had to make another down payment as well. Unfortunately there wasn't much of an option for me to choose from. So hopefully they fix their policies moving forward.

Really bad service all around. First of all, when shopping for a new car and finding one I wanted to test drive, the car wouldn't even start! So I test drove a different one while they figured out what was wrong with the car I really wanted to buy. Took them 6 hours to figure out that it needed a new battery! Then after signing paperwork and about to take it home, the electrical stuff in it doesn't work! We refused to take it home until everything worked! So they gave me a rental car to take home in the mean time. Took them another 2 days just to figure out wires were loose! And now when I go to get an oil change it takes 4 hours! Just for an oil change! Will never buy there again or use the service department.

One of my key fobs has a dead battery, I had to go and wash all the windows where there were stickers, and my gas tank was almost empty so I had to fill it before I even got out of KC. When most dealers would've said "sorry, you didn't buy the warranty and it's on you" they didn't. If I could give zero stars I would. I am a pretty knowledgeable vehicle shopper and know the value of my car that I am trading in. They came back offering me $3500 less than the trade in value of my car. I guess they try to do this to everyone which is really sad that a dealership would do this. They try to take advantage of people that don't know how much their car is worth and hasn't done their homework. I hope everyone reads this review and know what your vehicle is worth because they will try to low ball EVERYONE!!

Ivan was great. We just showed up to look and Ivan was very accommodating with a no pressure approach. As the process developed, we ended up buying a new Blazer that had to be sourced from another location. Again, Ivan communicated well the entire time despite the obvious and multiple demands on his time.
