This dealership has gone down hill big time. I had a burning oil smell and was loosing oil. I took it in several times. They claimed it was spilled oil from the oil change. I figured it out myself it was the oil cap. $5 part but I paid hundreds in diagnostics where they found nothing. I also was told my parking brake needed to be rebuilt and it would be over $500. I found out from the previous owner that it was done by Eddy’s months ago. They knew they had done it and was trying to rip me off. I’ll never do business with such a corrupt organization again.

I purchased a pre-owned 2007 Nissan Murano from Eddy's Volvo back in September from Bryan Zongker, who is probably the most genuine sales person I've ever come across. My brakes started squealing pretty bad about a week after the initial purchase, and Eddy's Volvo fixed everything at no cost and with no questions asked. I drive out of my way just to have my vehicle serviced there because I love the environment! It's very clean, the waiting room is quiet and comfortable, the staff is super friendly, and most importantly I trust them with my vehicle! Would definitely recommend to friends and family- a truly awesome dealership!

I recently totaled my Nissan Pathfinder and was in the market for a newer SUV with better gas mileage that still had 4x4 capability. After going to 5 dealerships and test driving 6 cars I found the car I wanted at Volvo of Wichita. Even though I was purchasing a pre-owned Toyota Rav4 and not a more expensive Volvo, the customer service I received was wonderful. They did not use the high pressure tactics I experienced at the other dealerships I visited. Jimmy Bolden, the internet sales manager, was very helpful and answered any questions I had. Lisa in the financing department was also very helpful. It was my first experience buying a car from a dealership and I was very pleased. Even though I live about 45 minutes away, I still plan on having the vehicle serviced by Volvo because their customer service and facilities are excellent.

Found what looked like the perfect used CPO 2016 Volvo XC90, the only problem was it was at this dealership in Wichita and we live in NW Indiana. Wasn’t sure if it was a possibility to purchase from this distance and what would be involved, but I contacted them and ended up working with Dave Eichman. Dave walked me through a few options and then agreed to have the vehicle pulled into the garage and do a facetime walk around, while we discussed the car. We went through every small dent, scratch and nick and items they would recommend and offer to replace/correct. Everything checked out and every answer/concern was addressed. Dave had mentioned that the vehicle was a trade in with a long time customer, so for an extra layer of information, I even asked if I could talk with the previous owner of the vehicle. Out of confidentiality, Dave asked the previous owner if it was OK and he was fine with it. That also made me comfortable with the idea of buying something I didn't see in person. Dave even went through every service record detail, since the vehicle was serviced here. Dave was super responsive through email, phone and text, which added to our 5 star experience. We ended up with a great price and an even better car. When it arrived, it was exactly as expected. I can only imagine an in person car purchase being that much better. I will definitely be looking here first the next time we need a vehicle, regardless of the distance. Thank you team Eddy's Volvo of Wichita.

This is my first experience with a Volvo and with Eddy's Volvo. Wow! They sure make buying a car a fun experience! Absolutely no pressure. Dave Eichman made us feel like VIP's. He introduced us to the Volvo crew and everyone was very nice. I feel like I am in good hands. And the car! Such a sweet ride! And for someone who lives on a dirt road, I am very grateful for the free car wash.

Eddy's promised a simple, honest and hassle free auto purchase...AND THEY DELIVERED. We purchased our Volvo via the telephone . It was easy and satisfied their simple honest experience. This experience included the purchase of our vehicle and Eddy's offered a fair deal, substantially more than Car Max and our local dealer. Tom had all the paperwork ready when we arrived to pickup our vehicle. No further hard sell for the other "add ons" other dealers always try to do. I want to like this dealership, really. After all they are the only Volvo dealership within 120 miles. It is for this reason I keep returning for maintenance on my 2007 Volvo. Unfortunately, their parts department must be the size of a normal broom closet. Over the past 3 years, I can honestly say over 50% of my visits here required a second visit because they did not have all the parts to fix my Volvo. If I lived in town, that would be fine. However, I drive 2 hours to this dealership and a second visit because the (Volvo) dealer does not have the parts for my (Volvo) car is highly annoying. The only reason they are not getting 1 star is because the service department is very nice and very apologetic for the (mis)management decisions to not stock required parts for my car.

A most pleasant buying experience. Kudos to Dave Eichman and his crew at Eddy's. After getting kicked around by Autobahn in Ft. Worth, I scoured the internet to find a car I wanted. Eddy's had a 2017 Volvo XC60 that fit the bill. Had a credit issue to overcome along with two trade-ins and to complicate matters, we were 200 miles apart. Communicated via email, text and phone. Dave did not shy away from the obstacles and stuck with me until we had it all worked out to our mutual satisfaction. Straightforward, open, honest and genuine communication; just as it should be but getting difficult to find in the internet age. Everything was ready to go as promised after making the journey from KC. Took delivery in less than an hour and was happily on my way home with our new Volvo. Trust is everything in sales. Dave Eichman is a man you can trust. A five star experience all the way around.

I took in my 2003 F150 in for a service and tire rotation (Yes I realize it is a Volvo dealer) as I was in town for work and the dealership was next to my hotel. I drove my vehicle for a couple weeks and even drove 3 hours home. Yesterday I went to pick up my son and while driving, the truck started making a loud "rotational" type noise. I pulled off and called my friend whom is an on call ASE mechanic. 3 of 5 lug nuts on the passenger front wheel were completely loose (Not even finger tight) Only 1 out of 4 wheels were actually snugged down tight. I am VERY lucky I listen to my vehicle and pulled off. My truck has a small lift and 33" tires. If my wheel had come off at 70mph I could very well be Dead right now.

I've always had good service here. I don't have new cars since I'm not rich and I do most of my own work since I am a trained automotive technician. I have to bring in my cars for updates since software is proprietary. The folks here have always been courteous and never look down on me for having cars over ten years old. I had an errand to run and one of the salespeople drove me over to the store letting me know he'd come back if I needed him to. In addition to excellent service, my car has always been washed no matter the service done! Very happy with my visits.

Always prompt service, has been going there for as long as since 2007! Waiting room for maintenance and repair is very comfortable. They also give you 10% discount for the vehicle 10 years or older (it could be just for Volvo vehicle). Oil change is decently priced.

if i could give this less than 1 star i would. i received a text message from a former acquaintance from almost a decade ago stating that his company "eddy's" purchased my personal financial information from a 3rd party website and he would give me a "good deal" on a car. this is an extremely unethical practice that i not only blame this company for but also the company that sold my information. this company will never receive any business from me and neither will "Citi Bank".
