I purchased a 2008 BMW last week. The very next day I drove the car and every warning light the car has came on including low coolant to which I drove home and parked the car. Today it is at the BMW dealership looking at $3400 in repairs of which the water pump and thermostat are nearly $1700 leaving the vehicle undrivable. So do you think they want to help NO you guessed it? They want to diagnose it and see if they might share some cost in their shop but quick to remind me it is not covered under the 30 limited warranty. I put 75 miles on it do not let them get you.....

I have driven by Approved auto sales for years and always thought it was a car lot that got the cars from a cheap auction and the cars was not worth anything. When I went to look at a car I was very impressed with the Quality of cars and when I spoke with Justin he was very professional and was very willing to help. as I took it for a teat drive I didn't feel pressured or rushed. the deal was easy and no rush. when we agreed with a price I was given te keys and told when the bank gives me the check and bring it in when I can. there are not many car dealers that let you take the car before paying for it. I had a past experience with a dealership that would not hold the car for me while the bank sent the paperwork to the underwriter. I had lost hope in a dealership until going to Approved Auto Sales. The atmosphere was great everyone was friendly and made me feel at home. I will go there before looking anywhere for my next car. thanks Approved Auto Sales.

On our planned trip to Kansas from Wisconsin we were hoping to find a truck from a salt free location. We stopped at 2 other WIchita dealers and were unable to find one in our price range. One experience was what gives used car salesmen a bad rap. When we stepped in America's Auto Mall it was a pleasant experience from the start. Victor has a no pressure approach. We described what we were looking for and a price range and he took us right to two options. All of our questions were answered, he was up front about the history of the vehicle and even though it was near the end of the day there was no rush in any part of the process. We felt like customers should; appreciated, respected and listened to. There was no pitch for added costs like additional service, accessories or warranties. Check them out and ask for Victor.

The sales people were very nice but not very knowledgeable of the vehicles on their lot and had very high prices. I went to see a 2013 subaru outback that was priced at 17,900 but both KBB and NADA priced the vehicle at 15,500. We made an offer on the vehicle but the sales rep was unwilling to negotiate within a reasonable price. I will not return if they are going to keep such unreasonable prices. ---------- Since Google is not allowing me to reply to comments made on my review I will simply add to my original. In response to the owner of Americas Auto Mall, in the two and a half months that it took me to write my review I was doing vigorous research on Subaru Outbacks. I found 8 Outbacks within a 100 mile radius, all from dealers, all with the same features and similar miles. And all of the vehicles I found were priced lower than the price you have on yours. I recently traveled to the Subaru Dealership in Oklahoma City to look at, and purchase, a 2014 Outback Limited that was priced at $16,000 and had the same mileage as your 2013. Its interesting that you could only find 1 other vehicle yet I found 8. And it is also interesting that I went to a licensed Subaru Dealership and bought the same vehicle as yours but a year newer and $2,000 less than you are asking for yours. I hope that this response will shed some light on this dealership and inform people that if they do their research that they will find better prices.

If you're looking for a quality used vehicle, this should definitely be on your list of places to look. They have a good selection of vehicles, and a knowledgeable and friendly staff that works to make sure you are comfortable with what they show you. If your credit is less than desireable and you can't get financing, they will try to take you on with their in house lending. Clean facility, and they even put cartoons on to entertain our kids while we went through the whole process!
