The day we picked up a 1992 custom Chevy truck that was advertised as in good condition and runs well, we told them it was not running right like the timing might be off and asked if they would fix it and what we got was them saying well we will fix the A C switch and you will need to make an apt we said fine let's make an apt. Then they said we are really busy and backed up we will call you and we never heard from them so for two weeks we called wanting to make an apt. And to no evail kept getting put off. We were having to call them all the time. I got upset and Reegan then stepped in and said he hadn't heard about what all was going one and to bring the truck in and he would take care of it. They had the truck for almost 2wks and when we went to pick up the truck the mechanic still didn't have it done and we had to leave and come back the next day only to leave with the truck pouring oil out of the valve covers and went back 2 more times that same day before it wasn't pouring oil but on the 60 mile drive home it started acting up again and noticed that it was leaking yet again so had to spend $100 to get all new gaskets and oil and sit in the parking lot if the parts store to fix it so we wouldn't ruin the motor. So yet again we were calling up to get the truck in to get the timing done to hear AGAIN we will call you to Schedule an apt.with you and we called a couple of times "no results". Have been out of town for work for 3 weeks so the truck was not being driven it has been sitting in the drive way. On Sat we went to pick up a couch and the truck quit on I435 and Metcalf and left us stranded. Called American Auto and told them what was going on and they said well we can't help you and you and you know the truck is 30 yrs old....I'm sorry but the last time I knew , I think the difference between "2015" and "1992" was only 23 yrs. And I'm sorry but when you sell someone a vehicle used or not I'm pretty sure it should run and if there are issues from day one they should make it good. So I had the truck trailered in to them and Matt said their mechanic can't handle what is wrong and he wanted to send it to a mechanic shop down the road to have him find out exactly what is wrong and fix it. That was 10 days ago I called on the 5th day and they said they didn't know anything the other dhop is really busy and I had to call again on day 10 to be told that there was a bent valve and that it was bent because my son has been hot ridding the hell out of the truck and that is what the mechanic said was wrong and they were not paying anything else. And the other shop wants $300 just for us to get our truck and Matt said they are not paying it. First off How DARE YOU accuse him of that when he hasn't been and the truck has been in the shop more than he has driven it , Matt said they saw him leave the lot and that he left black marks all in front of the dealership and if you know anything about the location of the lot it is harder than heck to get out of their going west and even worse trying to go East and that was the direction that we were going and I was right behind in my vehicle and there were NO BLACK MARKS. There are several reasons that the valve could be bent one - when the valves were being put back in the heads and the half ass mechanic was trying to lash the valve that day at Their shop could have damaged it or if the truck was running too lean it would cause this, AND let's see the timing being off WOULD CAUSE THAT or if someone was red lining it. So, I don't know lets see from day one we have said the timing was off!!! MAYBE THAT IS THE REAL REASON AND THEY JUST WANTED AN ESCAPE GOAT!! So let's blame the kid. These people claim to be Good Christian people and they appear to be all nice but all I see is a bunch of crooks, and I do believe the good book says "you reap what you sow". I would not buy an other vehicle from these people if my life depended on it. SO BUYER BEWARE ! Cuz, All you will get is screwed!

Ok, so here is the deal! I am a HUGE reader of Google Reviews. My wife and I recently were in the market for a newer 9 passenger conversion van. We found what looked to be a BEAUTIFUL van about 3 hours from our house. We live in Nebraska. We called and spoke with Jason, told him we were very interested in the van, but wanted to have it checked out by a 3rd party mechanic. No problem. I found a mechanic (Using google reviews), Jason took it over there and the van checked out PERFECTLY. We told him we would be there on a Saturday and it would be about 3:00. Because of reasons beyond our control, we were going to be pushing it to get there by 6:00. (The time they closed) Jason told us no problem. We called him when we were about 30 mins out. GPS had us in there at 5:50. Well, we got there about 5:45 p.m. Jason had the van running, dealer temporary tags on and all the paperwork ready to go. Boom....we were done in about 10 minutes. About 3 days later, we noticed an issue with one of the seat belts (Part of it was missing) I let Jason know. He told me to let him know the replacement cost and they would send me a check for the part. About a week later, I received the title AND a check for the part of the van that was missing. When I went to get the car tags in Nebraska, the title had not been notarized properly. Again, I reached out Jason, sent it back and within 3 days, I had it back. On round two (today) I went back to the DMV and this time, there was not a power of attorney, which they said the dealer would have. Most likely I left it at my office, but I called All American Auto Mart, the lady knew exactly who I was and what I needed and faxed it to our DMV. By the time I got back inside, the fax was there. Got my tags and life is good. I want to publicly say All American Auto Mart is AWESOME! EVERYONE I had contact with was professional, helpful and did exactly what they said they were going to do. For those reviewers who complained that there was an issue with the car, all I can say is if you DIDN"T have it checked out, well, that's on you. Remember, these are used cars. All American Auto had no issues with me having the vehicle checked out. I would buy again from All American Auto Mart in a heart beat. It was one of the easiest car buying experiences ever.

BOB, JACK AND JIM ARE THREE AWESOME INDIVIDUALS. THEY WILL WORK WITH YOU NO MATTER YOUR SITUATION .THEY GOT ME INTO A BEAUTIFUL CAR. I'M AM IN LOVE WITH MY NEW CAR. THEY ARE REALLY REALLY NICE PEOPLE.

Samuel Mcwilliams

Terrible service. Tried to belittle me into buying an overpriced car. Insisted that I leave him a deposit on the car so they could "hold it" . Told him I'd get back with him. Made me feel rushed and not welcome what so ever told me not to come back. You don't deserve my money. Jim you suck at selling cars you POS. I forgot you only deal with broke people, need to step up your game. Your just a used car salesman. Trash lol get back with me if you wanna take 19k for that impala next week . Nah don't. I was just playing you anyway. I'll buy the one in nevada and bring it by once I get just to boast. I'll ask for Jim.

Jim Sawyer did a great job, and the finance guys did a wonderful job getting us the best rate. Everyone in the office is very friendly. There are lots of vehicles from old classics to luxury SUV's. Very honest dealer. Had a great conversation with the owner and his beautiful boxer. We would buy from them again in a heartbeat.

Picked up an 84 Chevy truck for my brothers first vehicle. Got an excelent deal and it runs great. Honest people. Highly recommend this place.

Christian Kelley

They are painfully unprofessional. They smoke in their small lobby which is pretty disgusting, they also aren't very truthful or knowledgeable when they talk about their own inventory. Was interested in buying a car and was told on the phone I could come test drive it, got to the shop and a different guy told me that car had been gone for a couple weeks already. Went to look at a different car at their detailing shop and they offered to give us a ride there, salesman decided to take us in a lifted chevy pickup truck which I had to climb into. Then he launched the car into the road before we had even got our seatbelts on. Extremely disappointed with the service here, would recommend others avoid this shop.

At All American Auto Mart, I had the worst service I've ever had anywhere. I bought a 1999 GMC Sierra before I knew what happened, before I was even offered a test drive. When I went to drive it out of their lot, I noticed that I had to push the brake pedal to the floor to get ant sort of response. I thought maybe, since it was bigger than any thing I had driven before that I was normal. Less than 5 minutes later when I went to pull into a gas station to get enough gas to get home, I almost had a head on collision because I couldn't slow down to turn. Apparently the brake cable was cracked and all the brake fluid had leaked out leaving no brakes. I took it back and asked for my money back and they refused. Matt, who introduced himself as the owner, started yelling and I, scared and being backed into a corner at an unfamiliar place was about to start throwing down. They finally said they would replace all the brake lines, since legally they had too. That took about half a week, and I finally got to drive it home. Now, less than 2 months later, the brakes went out again, come to find out they decided to be cheap and replace the front brake lines but not the back lines. After threatening a lawsuit, they finally fixed it, minus the cost of having to tow it back to them. Regan (who is supposedly the owner?) brushed me off and refused to reimburse me for the tow to fix the problem they they caused by being cheap. They also informed me that the U-joints on the drive shaft need replaced (which should be covered by the 3 month warranty for the engine and drivetrain). After I got it back I noticed that all my tires looked low, so I checked the pressure in them and they were low. They let most of the air out of my tires. THESE IDIOTS HAVE TRIED TO KILL ME 3 TIMES IN 2 MONTHS!! I'M DONE WITH THEM! Make no mistake, they don't serve God like they say. They only serve money, The root of all evil.

I needed to take a minute to thank Matt and Jason for helping us find our new truck. We first bought a truck about 4 years ago and it was such a pleasure dealing with Matt and the team at All American Auto. We sent my brother in and they found him just what he needed. Last week we found ourselves needing another truck so we went back to talk with our friend Matt!! He is truly good at what he does and has a great team to meet this car buyers needs. It's feels good having a friend in the car business!! Thank you Matt and the whole All American Auto team. Mick and Brandi Light

I have bought 2 cars from this dealership and im sure there will be more. This family will bend over backwards to make sure the CUSTOMER is taken care of, something you wont find everywhere you go.

A couple of years ago I was in a tight spot and needed to sell my gorgeous sports car. I went in and offered basically a trade. I was trying to sell my car for 14k and get one of their old clunkers in the deal. (No headliner, terrible smell, grimy feeling.) I said I wasn't sure they'd be willing, and if they weren't, just tell me no. They strung me along for several hours. Really wanted my car, but then they started trying to whittle down the price and tried to get me to to finance the POS car for $4500 bucks. (KBB had this car priced at $1500.) When I told them I didn't want to do that, the manager shouted my financial information across the sales floor and began yelling at me. It was humiliating. Funny thing is, not long after another dealership saw my car on Craigslist, bought it for 19k, and sold it for 26k in less than a week. Now I'm in a position to pay cash for a nice car again. No way in hell will this scumbag dealership be getting any of my money.

Nice place to buy a car

I have been buying cars & motorcycles from the All American family for over 25 years. The small home town feel & atmosphere is great! I currently own 2 great vehicles that were purchased from all American Auto Mart, & have had one of them for over 3 years. I have purchased a few cars from other dealers, & always find myself going back to All American.

I have nothing but good things to say about this company they worked hard to get me into the truck that wanted... I was texting Jim after hours and even on a Sunday and he would respond quicky with answers to all my questions, he was very helpful... I would recommend this company to anyone and Especially veterans, they truly appreciate our services.

I was hit by a drunk driver in Feb of 2014- my car was totaled so I was referred to All American Auto Mart in Olathe. It looked sketchy but I decided to try them being as I am born and raised in the area & I wanted to contribute to a local business. The sales man threw out some red flags when during our first test drive in a white 2005 Lexus suv, he was pointing out where his AA meeting were held weekly. When we returned to the dealership to begin the financing process, we went over #'s , and I told them what I could afford. I was then coached by the FINANCE MANAGER to FLAT OUT LIE to J.P. Morgan chase ( the lending company I would be working with) to tell them I put down an extra $1000- and as long as I came in and paid off the balance before their tax due date I could get the car that day. I knew something was way off at this point but being a single mother working 3 jobs, I was desperate for a reliable car to get to work. Against my better judgment I agreed to the lie. I was told that the owners wife had been driving this particular Lexus and it was VERY WELL taken care of- including a FULL inspection before I purchased.. which was a FLAT OUT LIE. The staff knew how badly this accident had affected me and fed me bullshit about putting me in a SAFE reliable car. HA. There had not been any work done to this car- even the oil was bone dry. This car reeked of cigarette smoke even after I complained about it, the car was filthy AFTER they said it had been detailed, I had to bring it back twice to ask them to clean it because it was a joke. I had a tire blow on the hwy the first few days and when AAA came to change it, they said someone had just PATCHED the tire. After taking to a mechanic the very next morning, I was informed that the car had THOUSANDS of dollars worth of repairs. When I called up to speak to the and the sales guy and the finance guy who sits at the desk in the corner, they said there was NOTHING he could do since I already bought it and he HUNG up on me. So what did I do? I brought up my mechanic as well as a family friend who is an attorney about an hour after getting hung up on, and I told them that if they didn't return my deposit, I was going to call J.P. Morgan Chase and report them for telling me to lie about them down payment. I was cut a check about ten minutes later. I should have called Fox 4 news or something to get my story out to more people before they get SCAMMED.Such an unethical FAMILY owned dealership that I hope gets caught. P.S. That same sales guy I was working with got fired for being drunk too much at work( he said), I ran into him at Pizza Street about 6-8 months after this whole ordeal and I had to leave the pizza place with my daughter before I even finished eating my pizza because this guy was walking around drunk ( during the day) telling me that he was sorry they screwed me over and they were wrong in what they did. Please go out of business All American Auto Mart, you made an already miserable experience even more horrible and I will tell every single person I know to stay away from your dealership.

Do not do it, I repeat Do not commit any of your time to this dealership. I was lucky the military gave me greater insight on inspecting vehicles, had i not done my due diligence i would have bought a Lemon. For reference i am 24, have good credit 760 no issues. Looked at their vehicle a 2014 Ram 1500 with 59k miles. Supposedly a 1 owner vehicle clean car fax. Upon further investigation i found that the infotainment system did not work properly, the vehicle was filthy- slime on the center console, dirt along all crevices in the vehicle. The engine bay looked clean but underneath the vehicle was Rust, lots of it. the on-board computer recorded a 10.4 avg mpg and the engine run time showed 880 hrs idle and 2750 hrs driving.. many things did not add up , the price of the vehicle was 22.9k but they were willing to go as low as 19k.. My buddy who saved me also noted that all the other trucks on the lot seemed to be worked hard - muddy - abused - beware

I was a bit skeptical after reading some reviews, but I am honestly extremely happy I chose to purchase my Hummer H3 from All American Auto mart! I had owned a hummer before that ended up being a lemon and costed me a lot of money to fix but so far this car has been great. Had it looked at by my mechanic and it checked out near perfect! They ordered in the sun visors it was missing and installed them for me and are going to recharge my AC unit for me! Any concerns or issues I have had they get right back to me and always answer their phones. They got me a great rate on my loan as well as the monthly payments that I wanted! The staff was super fun to work with and explained everything to me so that I fully understood how the process of buying a car works. Definitely would recommend as most dealerships I’ve purchased from give you the whole “your on your own” with any issues after you’ve signed the papers, but all American has taken great care of me and my new vehicle, and anybody that owns a hummer knows that it’s extremely hard to find one without a million issues but I’m glad I did:)

They were really awesome people to work with! I plan on buying many more cars here. They have a great selection and they have the customers best interest in mind! Thanks so much for helping us get our new camaro!

Lucky to even give one star if I could give a review with out a star I would! Worst experience I have ever had at a dealership. I went here helping a friend to find a vehicle. First off the bathroom was not clean at all. Had pee all over the toilet seat and didn't have any hand soap or paper towels. Asked a lady I'm assuming worked there if I could wash my hands in the sink in the lobby and she was extremely rude. Definitely did not appreciate how smokey it was in the lobby. Looked at a few with a guy I guess they call "red" he has no idea what he's talking about. Called the turbo of the truck we were looking a "high dollar thing!" I'm not saying all salesman need to be mechanically inclined but if you're going to try and sell someone on something that has aftermarket parts at least know what you are talking about. Also didn't appreciate Red having a pistol sitting on his desk when we walked in the door and saying if you guys had some f******* money! Guy is a joke I will never walk foot in this dealership again!

If you look through these comments you will see the employees of this pos place trying to get there ratings up giving themselves 5 stars I bought a 97 z28 Camaro 30th anniversary from this place and seen it on the internet for sale. When I called to see if I could take it for a test drive they said it's ready to sale so come on in to take a look. The same day I showed up I had to wait an hour because the car was being repaired before I could take it for a ride and was told they are doing routine maintenance on it. Took it for a ride and liked the car very much, so I bought it and traded my Jeep in on it. 2 weeks of driving down 435 and getting up to speed from the on ramp I down shifted and let my foot off the clutch and then tried to upshift and found the clutch pedal wouldn't move. Found out that my clutch fork was rigged temporarily to work for a short period of time with jb weld and bailing wire 2 weeks after that the muffler fell off. Then about 2 months after that the power steering pump fell off the engine from having 2 sheared bolts and one that came loose would never trust these people bc they will make you sign a paper that says you can't sue tthem if your car is faulty

Tired vehicles, unclean...vehicles, showroom, and staff. Friendly, but almost to the point of being unprofessional though. Car photographed in a way to make look much better then actual condition, should have been detailed prior to listing. It should have atleast been wiped down as the seats were sticky and moldy from spilt soda, atleast I hope it was soda...

We had a great experience here! Everyone was friendly and not pushy like some used car salesman have been with me in the past. My not so great credit was not an issue.

Deborah Brown Brumback

We were looking for a car for my granddaughter that she could afford on her own but mechanically sound and safe. They found us something quickly and made the process very easy and were very accommodating to a young girl learning how to purchase a car. Nikki the office manger made sure paper work was all in order and explained the paper work to her. Very happy with the car and the process.

I went in not knowing what I was doing and left feeling confident in buying my first car. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure I knew all the facts and didn’t try to force my hand into a situation. Because of Jake and Jim, I am now a proud owner of a 2014 Lexus CT 200h and I couldn’t be more happier! This place truly treats you like family. I wouldn’t recommend going anywhere else!

Bought a 2004 Infiniti G35 from them. I have sub optimal credit but Matt wasn't going to let that stop him, he got me approved on my first car loan with a great interest rate. Corey the finance writer was very thorough in explaining all what my extended service contract covered. would defiantly do business with them again.

Darcy Swift

My husband and I were looking for a specific car. We were told they would find that exact one in the price we specified. We were out a car so they let us take a pt cruiser to use in the meantime. We noticed a scratch and took a dated picture to show it was not us. We waited waited waited to see if they found anything. Almost a month went by and no word so we went out and found the car we wanted. We let the dealer know that too much time went on and we took matters into our own hands. Took the PT cruiser back to the dealer only to be blamed for the scratch and told that we would have to pay to fix it. My husband said no it was there when we left with it and showed the owner the picture. We left and never came back. Check out Robert Brogden GMC in Olathe. They have helped us and were AMAZING

Most bizzare interaction with a car dealer I've ever had. Car clearly had some weird things going on. When I started to question them he started talking over me. I said let me finish. He did it again. I said we can just walk away. He banged the hood said alright and stormed off. Strange sales tactic and definitely something strange with that car. I'd avoid this place. Something fishy.

Richard Wright

Very great customer service

D Kinkade

0 stars would be too high a rating. Customer "No Service" would be an accurate motto for this business. Lack of attention when you enter. They give you the feel that you work for them instead of the other way around.

Honesty and Integrity! I simply can't give 5-Stars to a Car Dealership for Selling me a Car. I reserve that 5th Star for AFTER THE SALE. What I will say is that I got a great truck from honest people who wanted my sale. They were great to deal with and fun people who I will do business with again. Red is a passionate young man and I do not feel my time was wasted in this process. So many dealerships enjoy wasting your time and the entire team was no nonsense, friendly and professional. I believe in taking people for their word and I feel this Family Owned Business has this core value as well. They delivered me a good deal and I look forward to our AFTER THE SALE Relationship.

Steve Scheffler

Jim at All American Auto Mart was great to work with. I would highly recommend Jim and All American Auto Works to anybody looking for a used car or truck.

Jerry Furman

Helpful sales people and large selection. Parking is awful.

Masfd Gdsfg

Currently takes my top spot for horrible experiences. Rarely do I see a business treat their customers as an inconvenience. Solid plan.

Glen Shurtz

Good place to buy a used car from. They are very willing to work with you and make sure you are happy.

Ethan Myers

Pain in the ass, they halfway contact you and make everything your fault and super complicated. Took me months to get my brakes done and just as long to get everything about the loan completed. If your patient this is the place to go

Heather Roberts

Red is a great guy that will do everything he can to get you in a car!!

Brandon Trentadue

Bought a car from this place. It was advertised as well maintained and regular services performed by the dealer. Soon after bringing it home I noticed parts missing off the vehicle. As I began doing regular maintenance I noticed that none of these things had recently been done. Options on vehicle did not work. Now after 4000 miles been driven I got latest estimate for $3,200 for pretty much an all new front end. This vehicle is a money pit and I believe they knew it before selling it to me. MAKE SURE YOU GET A INSPECTION BEFORE MAKING PURCHASE.

Loved the salesman I win in with what I wanted to spend and they didn't want to try and find me something that I have to spend more on.
