The welcoming community of Lujack's was very pleasant and calming after a long day of looking at cars and stressing out about what would work out for me budget-wise and personally. The fact that there were so many kind employees walking around outside to help their customers, as well as friendly faces inside with warm greetings was nice, and they were all so helpful in finding a car that would suit my needs. And while the wait for paperwork and finalities took longer than expected, it wasn't terrible because once we were situated into what needed to get done, it all went by quickly and efficiently. I purchased a 2010 Jeep Wrangler from Lujack's. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever been through purchasing a vehicle. The Jeep was shipped to me in horrible condition. The vehicle was not detailed, the windshield wipers were broken (with no rubber on the blades), and the inside was so filthy that I had to completely replace the entire carpet in the Jeep. To add insult to injury, after providing pictures and repair estimates, Lujack accepted resposibility, but still only provided 30% of the overall cost. Stay far away for this dealership!

I bought a truck with bad plugs in it and they wouldn’t do anything about it had my rack and piñon replaced and they installed the boots wrong and the first turn I took the boots ripped and they won’t fix. Terrible place to have your car serviced. There is no multipoint inspection before they sell you the car. I was a first time buyer and both my brothers bought vehicles there with problems. Safe to say you have lost a family of customers.

One star for a quick response of my interest in a vehicle. Promptly received an email and a phone call. After that, it was a downward spiral. The one car I was interested in was a newer arrival in their inventory, and even said it was a new arrival on their site, but it turned out that the car was in their service shop for the next couple of days. I had 3 email replies and one phone call discussing a TEST DRIVE of the vehicle and not ONCE did they say it was being serviced. I had an appointment set up and everything for a test drive. One would think they would have the intel to let me know about this prior to me driving 60 minutes from Iowa City to Davenport, right? Wrong. Extremely poor employee knowledge of their inventory. I will never go there again and will tell anyone and everyone to avoid this place. Thanks for absolutely nothing, Lujack.

I worked directly with Jason Murley and say he is top notched. I'm from MN and couldn't find the exact vehicle I was looking for in my local market. I found this dealership and Jason online, explained him my situation and what I was looking for (2019 Kia Niro PHEV EX Premium in Gravity Blue color) and he was able to find the exact car I was looking for in less than 2 days! Did I mention my local dealership in MPLS, MN area had over a week and couldn't find me a single option. Jason not only found "The One", had it delivered to his dealership extremely quickly, got me the best price, picked me up from the airport, and gave me a thorough review inside and out. I had already committed to buying the vehicle, yet Jason still gave me the time of day to ensure I fully understood the new car I bought and all the unique features it possessed. He is extremely knowledgeable and personable salesman. I would highly recommend Jason and Lujack. It was a great experience and well worth my time and effort traveling down to Davenport from MN. My only issue is I just wish they were a little closer for the next time I'm in the market to buy a new vehicle. :)

Let us test drive our new Pilot on our own time with no rush and anywhere we wanted to. He answered all our questions and took the time to show us all the features and how to use them all. Unfortunately it started to storm towards the end after they had just cleaned the car so he told us to just stop back anytime for another cleaning on them due to the weather. We traveled from Cedar Rapids to Davenport for a bike ride along the river trail last month and decided to stop and look at cars at Lujack's Northpark Auto Plaza. First time there, very enjoyable experience talking with Kristin Simpson. She was friendly, helpful and allowed us to browse on our own. She answered our questions and even drove us around as we were not ready to make a decision. Since we live in CR, we emailed frequently and she responded quickly to our questions and requests. We had specific requests regarding interior, exterior, options, and add-ons. We basically bought our Lexus GX 460 over email and went to Davenport to check out the car. Kristin had exactly the car we asked for and more. We purchased that day! It was a pleasure working with Kristin and everyone at Lujack was friendly, efficient, and the whole transaction went smoothly. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Horrible service we just purchased a 2008 Chevy Silverado 2500HD from Lujack Honda with a extended warranty we test drove it everything seemed good, after leaving the lot we drove about 100 miles didn’t even make it home and the truck cut out and said engine reduced power and wouldn't go any faster than 25MPH, so we called Maurice Patterson for help seen as we did all the paperwork with him and he told us to go to any mechanic to have it looked at and fixed, then hung up on us, so we towed it to our nearest certified Chevy dealership knowing everything is covered under warranty. That costed us over $550 just to get it towed back close to home. The Chevy dealer inspected their vehicle and noticed several things such as the transfer case was bad and needed to be rebuilt or replaced, the whole computer and all wiring was corroded as if the vehicle was in a flood, and all that needs to be replaced. So we purchased as $20,000 truck and it’s not driveable at all and Lujacks doesn’t want to cover anything but they paid for the inspection, and the extended warranty people are saying Lujack is responsible for all repairs. I purchased a Lemon and highly recommended to not go to any Lujack dealer as this may happen to you. Hope this review helps other in making a purchase in where they buy their vehicle it has been a huge headache for us since day one.

I totaled my wife's minivan and had to replace it, I found a Dodge Durango online and went in to take a look and test drive. Sherman Williams was our salesman. He was easy to deal with and fun to work with, he didn't pressure us too much and when we said we wanted to look elsewhere he handed us a written quote and let us be on our way. A couple hours later we went back and bought it. Overall we spent maybe 5 hours on buying our new car and honestly enjoyed the experience. Update: a couple days after our purchase we found a chip in the windshield that we hadn't noticed. We called Sherman and he got us in the same day for a repair. Two thumbs up!

I met Zina through asking about driving a used 2008 Ford and the 1st person I spoke to directed me to Zina. She told I could test drive at 1:30pm CST and we the Ford Edge in town driving and highway driving and we started talking I knew about the OD button which grew her knowledge of the car. As soon as we got back to the dealership I realized I didn't have enough of a downpayment and Zina help me figure out a way to get me the that day. We figured I could but a $250 and I went to bank and pulled out $300 just so I could make sure I got the car. So I got the money and jammed out to "ain't a game" by Derek Minor and Canon bouncing up in my car because I was so happy getting a car at the age of 18. Sales rep Zina Rios is fantastic. Highly recommended. She worked hard to make me happy. She arranged for a free loaner vehicle twice when newly purchased vehicle required service. It felt like I got special treatment from her, like I was her favorite customer. Overall experience was 4 stars, not 5, because between sales and service, I didn’t always seem to get the full story. It felt like sometimes I was led to believe something that wasn’t quite accurate. So don’t make assumptions. You should be ok if you push them hard to give you all the details.

I brought a friend's car in for service while she was leading a student group on a trip. Service was done quickly. The dropoff process was a little strange though. I pulled up to the open doors under the "Service" on the outside of the building and walked in to do the checkin. However, the asked me to drive the car around to the other side of the building to the closed doors to do the dropoff. Ok? I drove around and as I pulled up to the door, it opened automatically. I pulled inside and they motioned me forward almost completely through the building about 50 feet from where I parked to start. ??? I guess they can't walk the extra 50 feet just outside the door.

I would say this place is horrible! I had an appointment for 2 days to test drive 2 different vehicles. I got there on time. Walked in and got greated. Sat for over 20 minites and got up to try to see why I didn't have keys in my hand yet to one of the two vehicles. They didn't even have one of the vehicles on hand and the other was in the detailing shop! They don't have it together at all! 45 minutes after my appointment the sales guy straight lied to my mom and we left having never gotten to even so much as look inside either of the two vehicles! Worst experience ever! They lied and had me waiting and my mom and toddler waiting! Not cool at all! I Will not be spending my hard earned cash here EVER!

I went to Lujack’s Honda dealership to look at a Certified 2016 Honda Odyssey EX-L van they had listed on the internet. Their deal was better than other dealerships within a 200-mile radius comparing the same type of van during my search. My salesman was Omar McCalleb. He was very pleasant to work with. Omar was very courteous, helpful and understood what I was looking for in a vehicle and the negotiating process. I have had other dealerships in the past play games with their numbers and had the salesman go back and forth several times with their supposed “best” deal then add on other cost. Omar understood I was there to buy a vehicle, not play games. I was not afraid to walk out if they were not willing to negotiate a fair price with their vehicle and my trade. I also met Ron Earl who took care of the final paperwork. Ron was very pleasant to work with along with good conversation. These two processes didn’t take very long, maybe an hour. After the deal was made the van was taken to the detail shop. This took about an hour and a half. Because of these two gentlemen along with the sales manager, I would not be afraid to recommend going to this Honda dealership to family or friends. Thank you Lujacks!

We had looked elsewhere for a new Titan truck but were unable to come to terms. I had given up when my wife saw a new Titan on the Internet at lujacks. She wanted to go take a look for something to do. My heart wasn't in it but I said ok. I don't necessarily care for car dealers. It seems like most of them are shysters. That wasn't the case here. We called in advance and told a salesman named Steve we were on our way. What a refreshing experience! We were there about 45 minutes. We just couldn't come to terms and we had to go, but we were down the road just about 5 miles when a guy named Chris called and asked what it would take for us to get the truck. I shot him a figure that I thought was fair but I just knew he wouldn't accept it. He called me back in less than 5 minutes and said ok! I about fell out of my truck! Not quite sure how they did it but I got a heck of a truck for a reasonable price. It was by far the easiest vehicle trade I have ever experienced! My wife is going to buy a new car this fall. Guess where we are going to buy it? I don't know if we are the exception or the rule but I highly recommend giving these guys a shot. Good guys. Good atmosphere. Good deals. What more can you ask for.

The dealer says they were going to look into this in a reply. I have not heard from them about this. Why reply and then not state the results? The first time I bought a vehicle from Lujacks was in 2012. I searched and researched vehicles and saw they had what I wanted. I contacted them and they agreed to hold it until I could come in and look at it. When I came in to look at it, I could not make up my mind. They let me keep it over the weekend so I could really try it out. The vehicle had air conditioning issues, and they made sure to get it fixed if I paid for the diagnostic. The process went very smooth. The vehicle lasted for 5 years without any major issues. I was bored with it In December of 2017. I had a few vehicles I was interested in. They sold all but one of them. They tried to sell me something out of my price range. They ran my credit without my permission saying they were doing a soft pull not a hard pull. The sales manager was rude and condescending. The sales person was actually great. She treated me very well but her manager treated me like garbage. I was allowed to test drive the first vehicle I bought without being "babysat." I wasn't allowed to do that at all the second time. I have very good credit, but I was treated like my score was much lower. When I decided to buy the one vehicle left they had that i was interested in, they told me I could exchange it within 7 days. I found out one of the vehicles that I wanted hadn't sold after all but they removed it from their website when I asked about the exchange. However, I could see it as I drove by the lot for days after. They told me it had sold so I couldn't do the 7 day exchange. Maybe my expectations were too high based on my first experience.

Jason Murley is the sales guy I work with, because he has proven himself over and over again. Zina was great! We drove from Wisconsin to see a low milage Mazda5 we had seen on line and when we got there she had the car all ready for us to test drive and set up for trade guys to look at our trade-in van.
