To make a long story short, I bought a used vehicle from Kemnas in Algona around 3 years ago. In that 3 years, I've had to put in around $4000 worth of work into the vehicle. I recently had another issue. I went to Kemnas to have it looked at. I was charged close to $100 to have the vehicle looked at,and then around another $1000 to have the issue fixed. I took my vehicle somewhere else to get a second opinion. What they told me and what Kemnas told me were two different things, and they only charged me $400 to fix it. It'll be awfully difficult for me to do any kind of business with Kemnas again.

Corey and Hannah a great to deal with in the service department. This was the 3rd GMC dealership that I took my truck to for the same problem. They figured out the problem that I had. Ended up the transmission need to be worked on. It was a 4 day job. I live 60 miles, so gave me a nice loaner car to get back and forth. The truck shifts and pull my boat better now then when I bought it new.

This the third new vehicle we have purchased from Kemna Auto in Algona. Our reasons for purchasing there are 1) excellent selection of inventory or willingness to locate a vehicle. 2)friendly and knowledgeable staff from the front door to the back door.....everyone acknowledges you. 3)sales personnel who understand what we want and work hard with everyone involved to make it happen. 4) excellent facilities that take a back seat to no one. 5)the sales and service center in Ft. Dodge that is able to handle any warranty and service needs. 6)sales management that recognizes the quality and value of our trade-in and are willing to negotiate a deal that works for all. 7) Tom Kemna has gone out of his way each time we have been at the dealership (and even by phone) to thank us for our business.

Sean came outside when I was just driving thru lot. He greeted me and honestly if he wouldn't have said anything. I probably wouldn't have gone back. He kept in touch with me. He helped me find the van I was looking for. He went to bat for us as customers and got us darn good deal. Not even 5 months later we were back buying a second vehicle from him. He fought for us with this one because it was suppose to go to fort dodge for someone to see it and he said we were interested and it stayed put. We ended up buying it that same night. Tom gave us a great trade in price too. Tyler is financing was great to work with and very knowledgeable with both sales. TJ in service, is the number 1 reason we get our vehicles taken care of there. He goes beyond what is asked and I am so grateful for that. I will definitely suggest for people to see Sean. We will most likely go back in a couple years to get another vehicle!
