Had warranty work done on my 2012 F250. One week after I got my truck back a leak showed up. They took my truck back in and figured out an o-ring had got damaged on the warranty work. Now they could have handed me a bill and made up some story about something else that happened. But instead they called and said that the damage happened with the warranty work and they would cover it. Honesty like that is hard to come by these days. A special thanks to the shop crew at Feslers

Fantastic! Fred Widmer, Brian Starnes and the Fesler staff were all great to work with. This was an out of state purchase on a very rare 2017 F-150 Raptor. Brian ordered a sweet truck and Fesler really impressed me with how easy they are to work with. They gave me a quote over the phone for my trade in and honored that value. Everything about my buying process went exactly as we had agreed. Even my registration back in my home state was easy as Fesler provided me all the necessary paperwork. This dealer is HONEST, FRIENDLY, and has INTEGRITY. Sometimes these values are lost in other car dealerships. Not Fesler. I highly recommend this dealer.
i like this dealership. They are efficient and helpful. Our recent service on our 2014 Cruze diesel was done correctly. Tires rotated and monitors reset, def topped off, and oil changed. They forgot to check for a cel as I asked and the oil was 1/2 qt low.

UPDATED: Bottom line up front, after my talk with the new general manager/owner, I would consider giving them another chance at my business. My 2017 Ford Fusion was at Fesler for warranty service for ten days. They did not provide a loaner, and the only time They called Me was when the car was ready. I last called them six days before the car was done. It got to be kind of a running gag to see if they would ever call. My FordPass app alerted me, so at least I know they've turned it on today. Also, the owner/general manager listed on website doesn't even work there anymore. They finally called to let me know my car was done, but it was so close to their closing time I was not able to pick it up before then. They locked the key in the car for me so I could pick it up. I was surprised not to find the repair documentation in the car, but I could almost immediately feel the improvement in how my car drove. I returned the morning after to get the paperwork and talk to someone about my service experience. The paperwork had already been mailed, but I had a nice conversation with Brian who walked me through the repair process (dropping the engine), and some things they could have done better, like manage my expectations. Brian makes a good point, in that I had been told of a couple different date estimates, but those contacts were always initiated by me, and the estimates were never quite accurate. For example, the car was supposed to be ready Tuesday, but Tuesday came and went with no call. They have some significant improvements to make to their processes, probably in part because of the recent change in management and ownership, but I have no reason to doubt the efficacy of their mechanics.
The Silverado crew cab I bought new in 2008 from Fesler is the LEMON of all lemons. Upper engine went at ~ 80,000, luckily under warranty. The lower part of the engine failed at 116,000. I had to replace the whole engine at my cost... no support from Fesler or the manufacturer. Now at 140,000 the window switches have all failed in the driver's and the passenger's doors but one. Plus the cruise control no longer works. I tried to get Fesler to support a request to Chevrolet regarding the blown engine at 116,000. They shrugged; it was out of warranty, period. All of the above happened on a vehicle that has been "babied" with oil changes every 3,000 miles in the milder months and every month regardless of mileage through the winter. Warranties are pointless when they don't cover the big problems. And the dealer like Fesler is beholden to the Head Office. It's a classic ripoff... the warranty expires and big problems surface. The warranty is too short.
Fesler is great. They make it easy to get my car serviced. I especially like the free shuttle service.

Feelers fixed out trailblazer after we hit a deer. While it was in the shop. We had them fix a couple of other things. They did it fast and complete. We have purchased our last 3 vehicles from them and see no reason to look elsewhere.

Tracy is always a joy to work with. He is very patient and takes the time to explain features and functionality of the vehicle. We went on a trip the day after purchase. We were very pleased with the way the Explorer drove and the comfort. There is a noise in the dash ..sounds like a cricket!!! Which is a little annoying. Will have Feslers Check it out soon. Only seems to do it on Van Buren. County rough roads.
Sometimes I feel like I see Ed a little too often. I just had the Body Shop repair my car because of a deer hit. Ed is very knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. When I take my car there I know I don't have to worry, everything is going to be taken care of, without a lot of hassle. Great place to go to buy, or get your car serviced.
I found my Fusion at one of their competitors for $2600 less than their “best price”. Shop around and you can save a decent chunk of change.
Very over priced and the salesmen are incredibly pushy. They also sell all used vehicles AS IS and dont offer any warranty. If you run into a dealer that sells all used vehicles AS IS and wont offer a warranty that is a red flag. Bobs automotive in Fairfield has much better prices and every used vehicle comes with a basic warranty for free. I believe mine was 3 mos/3000miles.

I have been buying cars and trucks from Tom at Fesler's for many years. Their service department and body shop is first rate. Friendly, and professional. Parts department has very knowledgeable people helping you. I have recommended them to many of my friends and they have never had an issue.
I've been buying vehicles from Feslers since 2001 and even though I've moved to Central Iowa, I continue to come back 2 hours drive to Feslers for new cars.
sold me a toyota tacoma, knowing it had rusted frame, turned them into the state attorneys office, and the BBB for, lying about the vehicle, do not trust these guys, the owner sent a email stating everybody knows about the rust, then why did'nt your salesmen tell us, I have a body repair shop working on the toyota tacoma right now, had to get another loan out, and am looking for a good lawyer, I did give them time to take back the truck, but they tried selling me another vehicle, hopefully this company will be disiplined.

i started with fesler in march 2000 and they always did good repairs on my explorer,,,,,Unfortunately I WENT TO THOSE OTHER FORD GUYS IN OTTUMWA,,,,,,and a 550 buck waterpump replacement cost me 2100 bux, because their inept mechanic broke a bolt,,,,and did not have the brains or the skill to reverse drill it out or heat it with a pinpoint mini torch, two common ways of loosening a frozen in or broken bolt. when i discussed it with the RUDE OWNER OF CLEMONS FORD,,,,,,he brushed me off and said we have to go by the book....and their unhelpfulness cost me another 1600 bux..screw them and the rats they rode in on....next time i will go to fesler ford for a repair job on my explorer.....
