Salesman and Manager continued to push a "no pressure culture" sales pitch onto us but the entire experience was the exact opposite: We showed up to test drive a Niro and Optima and go on our way...I explained this clearing upon meeting each of these people. We were put through 20 minutes of paperwork just to do a test drive (other dealerships just let us hop right in...we only had to give up our licenses if we were taking the cars out on our own) Then, we got pushed into test driving a Forte by the manager even though I expressed I wasn't interested in the car. They put one of their staff into our leased car for an "evaluation drive" to determine whether or not they'd be interested in a trade-in while they pulled up the vehicles "so we wouldn't have to sit and wait"...this added another 10 minutes to the visit. Seriously, we went across the street to Edwards Hyundai and test drove two vehicles and left within 30 minutes; Less time that it took to even get handed the keys at Edwards Kia...this same experience of getting in and out within 30 minutes was replicated by two other dealerships as well. At the end of the day, I just feel that the "no pressure culture" was just a sales pitch and wasn't something they truly felt was important.

I’ve been leasing with Edwards Kia for quite a few years now & my lease was quickly coming to an end. However, I experienced preterm labor and was stuck spending my days in the NICU with my son. Needless to say I was avoiding the car dealerships calls like the plague. I did not think I’d have time to go to the dealership and find a new lease. Finally, one day I answered a call from Mike Cain and explained my situation. Mike was quick to offer delivering my new car to me and doing everything via text, call, or email. After a few days of going over details and looking at cars online he was delivering my new car to me on a Saturday night. We signed the paperwork in my kitchen and he drove off with my old car. I could not recommend Mike more! I never even had to leave my house!! It was a smooth and seamless process. I am very satisfied that Mike was able to take something I had been stressing about & turn it into one of the easiest things I’ve ever done. Thank you Mike!

Bought a Silver Kia Sportage back around May 28/29 (can't remember the exact date, but it was in there). Very nice. David Stahr was our sales person. Working between him and Kyle M was quite nice. Though the vehicle has more features to figure out than a cell phone (which I still don't know how to use), the entire crew has been very helpful with teaching me. Actually any of the sales people are all very knowledgeable, very pleasant and easy to work with. You can work with anyone of them, it just so happen, I latched onto Dave. Today, finally took the vehicle in for it's first oil change (at 639 miles and 4 months later) and was able to see how the Service department works. Very important. From Tony to David to Jill, very good and easy to work with. And they even washed and vacuum the vehicle! I'll be back.

Everyone there is amazing and I know that when you first go in it's very small andnot as shiny and nice as some of the bigger dealership lobby but those lobbies usually come with sales people who don't actually care. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had. I was dreading it from the beginning but Kelly greeted us as soon as we walked up and helped us get approved right away. He listened to our needs and was open and honest about how the process worked. He never was pushy and never tried getting me in a vehicle out of my price range. He showed me several options and was just as excited as I was when I found one I liked. Our toddler was less than thrilled about the whole experience but every staff member was understanding and helped entertain her, which was awesome because they are clearly a family friendly establishment. The general manager (Chris?) was amazing as well and left no questions to be asked. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

Had my vehicle towed here due to it dying at idle. I was told by the service department that the engine was seized due to sludging and that it wouldn’t turn over. I asked if they’d charged the battery, since it was near dead with all the attempts to crank it over and was told “it won’t even try to crank, you need a new engine” with a $7000 price tag for all the repairs. Since I couldn’t manifest the money immediately, I paid $600 to have the vehicle towed back to Sioux City and there it sat. Well, I got it looked at by a trustworthy mechanic and Lo and behold, $1200 later I have a fully functioning, fully repaired, compression tested and perfectly running vehicle, same “seized” engine and all. I’m not sure if this is a problem of laziness, incompetence or trying to screw over the customer to make a buck (or a few thousand) but I’m livid. If I hadn’t known better than to think that a vehicle that was still turning over and trying to run absolutely isn’t seized and non functional I would have paid these people thousands to fix my car and never been the wiser. I tried to address it with the service manager but he can’t be bothered to call me back. The sales manager at least answered the phone but quickly dissolved into being defensive and rude, which was frankly rapidly matched in kind on my end. I simply want an answer to why this happened, how to prevent someone else getting screwed over and if they’d reimburse me for the unnecessary towing costs their incompetence cost me, they could make it right. I guess we will see...

The entire process took over a week to complete. There was supposedly a miscommunication between the loan company capital one and the dealership. I was asked a total of 4 times to provide verification of my employment as there was some issue with a cell phone number not being allowed or something. I was called by the dealership after my boss had already sent the information to Capital one. One of the finance guys seemed to get an attitude with my wife because they wanted us down there right away for the paperwork 1 1/2 weeks after she was put into the car. They did not coordinate the pick up of our old vehicle which caused the Tow truck driver to have to make 3 trips. The entire experience was disorganized and frustrating. I would not buy from them again.

I had the fortunate experience of working with Nick Thomas. My fiancé and I did not know Nick prior to this experience. Before getting out of our car as we pulled onto the car lot, I had said to my fiancé, “I hate shopping for cars”. We got out of the car, not really sure where to start. Nick greeted us with a big smile and positive energy. He must have read the look on my face and immediately put me at ease. He asked what I was looking for and a price point. He thought for a moment and said, “I know just the car for you!” He explained it was on a different Edwards lot and it would take just a moment to locate it. He asked me to guess what car it was. I made a guess, and he replied with a cheerful “nope” and went down the hall to work his magic. Nick talked to BOTH of us—Ladies, if you want someone to sell you a car that isn’t sexist or rude (acting like you don’t exist) then Nick is your car dealer at Edwards! I can’t get over his attitude! Sure enough, the only car we drove that day was the car he helped us buy. His instincts about our needs, what we would like, and how to treat people were dead on! All I can say is THANK YOU! When we buy our next car, we will be back to do business at Edwards because of Nick!!

Kia company sended me email with my car errors. And it was a favour from them,cos in tbis letter a get free fixing. I just need to contact any kia delears. So i contact this guys with my problem. I i send my car it should take about4-6 hours time to fox it,but there are tild me it will be day minimum. Next day i went there to pock up my car,but nothing was fix,there are cleand my car tbats it. One of the terrible customer services I've had!!! Dont go to this guys,anywherr but not to this guys!!!-

I was at the end of my lease on my Hyundai, and had gone over my mileage per year quota, and was concerned on what i was suppose to do .... turn in my Hyundai at the dealership where i got it or trade it in for another car purchase or another lease? I didn't know what exactly would be my best option, and I was referred from a friend to go to Edwards Kia and talk to Kyle McKinney and within half an hour, they advised me to trade my leased vehicle for another lease on a Kia Forte, and made my transition out of a lease and into a new lease VERY EASY and I have a much better car as far as the smooth ride, Great gas mileage, and beautiful body style, and an affordable payment! I had never driven a Kia before, and I am so Impressed, and more people need to go over to Kia in Council Bluffs, ask for Dave Starr who helped me ALOT with the sales process! He was Fantastic, helpful, and very nice! I believe Dave is also a manager there too. Kia Forte is the best kept secret quality car, that more people really need to drive and compare the prices compared to other vehicles they may be interested in. I had looked at a Toyota Corolla before i went to Kia, and the Kia Forte has ALOT more options, smoother ride, better gas mileage, lower payment, and a better looking car compared to the Toyota Corolla by far! Plus, Kia made my transaction fast so i didn't have to wait around for hours, and they filled up my gas tank, were super friendly and nice there, and I am definitely going to go back to Edwards Kia for my next car! Kia Forte is such a FANTASTIC QUALITY DRIVING CAR THAT I HAD NO IDEA HOW IT WAS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE TOYOTA I WAS LOOKING AT! AND THE PRICE WAS RIGHT!!!!!!!

Contacted Edward's Kia to see about getting the screw removed and replaced. Was told I had to pay up front to get them ordered. Go down there to pay, no one at cashier desk, go to information and am told that I need to go to the service center to get someone. Only one guy is working and there are 10 people waiting in front of me. Go to the parts department and am told that he could help me. He was unable to look up my quote and refused to use the computer to find it. Left disappointed. Called Edwards back and took forever to get to a manager. The manager was very unhelpful and quite rude. I contacted a dealership in Omaha and have an appointment for Wednesday to get the screw replaced.

There are two buildings, one for new purchases and one for used. At the new purchase building we were greeted with water on a hot day. The sales person we first met was really nice. His manger was nice. We were also taken to the building where they deal with used sales, that manger was very rude. The used car sales manger did NOT listen to my wants in vehicle, he made rude comments, and didn't even give us much thought in the end. Everyone except the used car manger was so nice! Because of this manger, I will not return.

Bottom libe, one of the easiest, less stressful car buying experience I've ever had. I trolled their website looking at vehicles. Once I found one that caught my eye I clicked on it. There were pictures from all around the car. Different shots of the interior, and a detailed description of car. I submitted initial application and received a call with a hour. The salesman (Scott Windles) did a quick interview about price range, monthly payment range and a bunch of other questions to better assist me through my experience. Everything was handled by phone. When I got to dealership after work, my car was parked front and center waiting for me to test drive. Once that was over, on to the paperwork. 1 hour. That's how long I was there to sign and drive away, 1 hour. Buying a car online @ Edward's Kia is the easiest. I did it.... Like a boss!!!!

I would Give Kyle our salesman 5 stars but the finance dept is what made me give Edward's 4 stars. Make sure you have your final agreed upon payment in writting because twice we have gotten into finance and they have tried to add anywhere from 5 to 10 extra dollars onto our agreed upon payment a month for the car! I am not talking about extra insurance or warranties either, this was before we discussed adding any of that.

I cannot believe that this dealership lied to my mother-in-law and myself over a deal that was made three months ago. We made a deal to lease a Telluride back in May. Kyle, Manager, made us a great deal and told us that the vehicle would be delivered in 6-8 weeks. We waited for 9 weeks then called to find out our salesman was fired and the vehicle was not delivered. Kyle was still there and we were told to wait. The vehicle finally showed up today, 3 months after the initial deal. We went to pick it up and finalize the paperwork, but we were told that the deal was not possible because terms had changed at this point-3 months later. The lease payment was now $200 more a month. They were not concerned with the fact that we had put down a deposit back in May for the original deal. They just offered to hand it back. They acted as if they wanted us to walkout. I get the feeling that they knew that they could get more money for the vehicle from a new buyer, considering the fact that it was very difficult to get the Telluride from Kia. They kept talking about the price went up and the lease terms changed. How do these guys sleep at night. I hope that they feel proud that they shafted a 75 years old woman. She pulled money out of her retirement account to close the deal and plate the vehicle only to be taken advantage of. Like it was not bad enough that she was not able to pay their extortion to lease the vehicle, she still has to pay the extra taxes and penalty for pulling out money. These guys cannot be trusted to do anything but rip you off. I should have listened to Kyle when he told us that he was making us an "unbelievable deal" back in May. We should not have believed anything that came out of his mouth.

Not the greatest experience. Salesman seemed ignorant on their own current policies. I felt pretty pressured to buy a car right then and there, and to make it worse now they aren’t even going to give me the original agreed price. A factor into my pricing at the time was I was supposed to get a military rebate, the documentation they required I didn’t have on hand as it can only be attained on a government computer or finance office. When trying to them deliver he document after he original sales date my emails were ignored for weeks, I was busy being deployed and quite frankly had a lot to deal with and now they won’t give me the rebate since it’s 30 days after the sale. I’ve been emailing them about it for weeks but it doesn’t matter. Probably because my 30 day grace period to return the vehicle is over they can happily say no and refuse. Costumer service is bad, the sales people overall are either ignorant on the way their own company works or are overly pushy and will attempt to even lie to you. I recommend any other dealership.

I called the dealership last Friday and spoke with Luis, he told me that they had the vehicle I wanted to look at. I arrive and the vehicle is gone and I am told the online inventory is updated once a week. Fine, its a hot ticket. I drive another vehicle similar. I like it, so I tell him exactly what I want. Luis tells me he will look and get back to me. I sent an email to Luis on Saturday a day later following up reducing some of my wants to make the search I think a little easier. . . and I never got a response back. Fast forward 2 more day I get a call from the dealership from Dave Star leaving me a voice mail saying " I was wondering if you were ever gonna come in a look at a Telluride".... I called back and told Dave that I had already been over and was waiting for a response to my email so I could purchase an SUV instead of coming over and LOOK again! Then he barks " I am just calling the numbers they told me to call" ---- I hung up. There brought me to 3 conclusions. #1 This dealership has no interest in service during the sale or after. #2 They are not interested in selling anything unless it is right there on the lot, I believe thats what Luis was pushing for and what Dave was alluding to coming back over to look at. #3 No one has an interest in listening to anything you say unless is it involves Ill buy it today ... no matter if it meets your needs or not. You can thank Dave Star for me purchasing elsewhere when the vehicle I want surfaces. Something told me not to go to Edwards Kia.
